Took advantage of the current trade market for my 2018 CRV and upgraded to a 2021 Pilot. Carlos was extremely personable with my wife and I in this process and we were able to reach a deal that worked for both of us. I bought my Honda Pilot from Patterson Nissan, then came to Tower to check on recalls. Staff here are personable, friendly and efficient. While installing the two outstanding updates they discovered my battery was bad and replaced it under warranty at no cost to me. I thought the folks at Patterson were pleasant and capable. Honestly these folks at Tower Honda are giving them a run for the money.
DO NOT PAY for there $3000 scam dealer package. Just walk away from the deal and it will come off. It is a ridiculous cash grab for mats and tint. The place would be much better off with a new GM

All I got to say is WOW!! Ive never had an experience with a dealership like Tower Honda! Each && every one of their staff members went above and beyond to satisfy our needs! They wanted to earn our business! These folks did everything to make sure they earned it! Not to mention, they did NOT hesitate to take our trade in & give us pay off value! We worked with the sale representative, Lane (hes relatively new) BUT this guy was bound to make us happy customers! The GM went out of his way to meet our expectations! This place rocked our world! I will give this dealership our business over & over again!! They treat customers the way you want to be treated!! (&& they do NOT annoy you with 50 million phone calls) Their word is good as gold, go see for yourself!!

I visited Tower Honda and Pirom was very helpful. He showed me several vehicles and took the time to go over the features of each one, being very thorough. He was so nice and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Their used car inventory was extremely sparse (like most of the dealerships right now) but he was willing to look for other vehicles to try to meet my needs. I ended up getting a Toyota from another dealership, but if you are looking for a car, I would definitely recommend checking out Tower Honda and ask for Pirom, he will treat you right!

Almost 3 hours for an oil change and state inspection! Completely ridiculous. I had an appointment at 9:00 and didnt leave til close to noon. About an hour and a half into it, I was told I needed new wiper blades and a couple of brake bulbs. Since my car/inspection was at their mercy at this point, I agreed, knowing it would be overpriced. I dont know in what world someone thinks this is an acceptable use of peoples valuable time, or even what the point of making an appointment was. But, I do know that I wont be back

This place is the best dealership I have ever been! I’ve been wanting the newest Honda Civic sport and my family and I drove an hour out to come look at the cars they got and to see if we could get a good deal. And honestly i never thought I would go in and out with a new car just like that. My sales man Pirom is the best, he made everything so easy, provided all the information, explained everything, answered all of our questions, he was very patient and always smiling and laughing and making funny jokes. He made our experience so much fun and exciting. They worked with us very well, was willing to meet us half way. But yall need to go to this location and ask for Pirom, you won’t be disappointed!
Frankly, I went to Tower Honda kind of with the expectation that, in the end, I would have to go to a dealership in Tyler or elsewhere to really get what I considered to be a good deal. This opinion was somewhat based on previous experience. A vehicle we were interested in was available on the lot, and I was quite surprised and pleased that the offer made to me was what I considered a good deal. However, I wanted to do a little more research to convince myself I was actually getting a good deal in Longview, and to also hear back from the dealership in Tyler, who I had previously done business with and fully expected would beat Towers deal and force me to decide on whether their deal would be good enough to force me to drive to Tyler to buy a car. To my surprise, the offer from the Tyler dealership underwhelmed me and further convinced me that I was getting a great deal from Tower. I decide to buy from Tower Honda and found the buying experience to be smooth and easy. The customer service, from the initial contact all the way through the tutorial on our new vehicles features, was superb. I couldnt be happier with the experience provided by Tyler, Mark, Danny and Lenny. Excited to know I was able to buy locally and will be able to bring our new vehicle into Tower for service without a rivals sticker on the back, although I know that doesnt matter but makes me uncomfortable. My experience with Tower Honda began 5 years ago when they helped me get into a new Honda CR-V leased car. After 3 years of wonderful maintenance service on that car, I re-upped on a new CR-V in 2018 and today I decided to buy a car for myself and Carlos took care of all my needs. Excellent customer service. Went in for 2 recalls and was pointed out routine maintenance (was already aware) on the multi- point inspection. Do drive into the service bay upon arrival. I was unaware to do so. First time at service dept. Very surprised to see me Accord pulled back into the bay freshly washed and front floor mats vacuumed. Customer service attendant was very friendly and scheduled next service at my convenience. Will definitely return. Was also informed by another attendant that I had some great deal of leverage should I trade in my 2008 Honda Accord. They are in need of used car inventory!!! Maybe in the future, but right now only have 92,111 miles. My last Accord, a 1995, I kept to over 300,000 miles. 2 airbag recalls and a vac and wash in under 1.5 hour. Fast service as well!!

We was looking for a truck . We started looking online to get ideas of what I wanted to my husband. Found couple of different one we like. So, I look at Carfax to see what kind of mechanical issue it has had, and what kind of accident its been in. On Carfax it said it was sold. So, my husband was kind of disappointed; because he really like the truck. I decided to call up there to see if it was really sold or not. The truck was there and wasnt sold. They was all very nice up there and very helpful. They answered every question I had. So, if you see vehicle online call them and make sure it hasnt been sold. Carfax isnt always true.

Salespeople have it rough nowadays. They have to pretend to be working with you to get you the best price possible. But after waisting two hours there the price has not moved!

We had a problem with a suddenly dead battery. The dealership couldnt send us a tow truck. But the 3 yr/30,000 mile warranty was still in effect on our Odyssey. So a quick call to AAA got us the needed jump. We headed to the dealership. Got a new battery at no charge. They also fixed a third row accessory power outlet recall problem. All done with excellent customer service, no previous appointment, and no out of pocket expense for us. Good job Tower Honda!

Just had a remarkable experience in purchasing a vehicle from Tower Honda. Having been a Ford owner for most of the last 30 years, the switch to a Honda was not an easy one, despite driving several owned by my sister and others. Pirom (pronounced pie-loam) Purski is a tremendous guy and an excellent salesperson. More than that, he is a true consultant, helping to seek what is best for the customer. Sure, the dealership wanted one price, and I wanted to pay a much lower price, but we ultimately came to a pricing arrangement fair to all, and it was done with good humor and positive attitudes. A couple of the managers came along and did their best to twist my arm a bit, but even that was with respectful professionalism and no high pressure. Pirom did everything you would expect from a professional to get me the deal I wanted, including making three trips back to the sales managers office. He never made me feel he was siding with the dealership, nor did he fail to support their interest, which I deeply respect. In price negotiations, there is always some uncomfortableness because each party is somewhat at odds with the other, each wanting to get the better end of the deal. In this transaction, I felt we both lost a little, and both won a little. THATs a good deal for everyone. No losers. Just winners. If you are shopping, or thinking about shopping for a new or used vehicle... go by and talk with Pirom (remember... pie-loam). Adding over $2k in addendum pricing is ridiculous. For a pin stripe and under coating that is already on the vehicles. So they basically are trying to rip peoples heads off on every deal. And they were the rudest people in the car business Ive ever dealt with (the manager, not the salesman, he was pleasant. I was in the car business and managed for 20 of those years.. And Its like I was putting them out just me being there. Said they were charging more because I had my own financing. Stay away from this store. Holmes Honda had the exact van for almost $10k less.

My family and I have bought 4 new Hondas since 2000, so I was a Honda customer for a long time.My 2018 CRV comes with a 3 year/ 36,000 miles warranty. I bought the 7 year warranty so I would have no headaches.At 36.6k, my car battery died. I would hope that Honda and its customer service would at least discount the new battery, but did not.We had another bad experience at this Honda dealership earlier. My wifes accord broke down 3 times in 1 week and each time I brought it in they would write up a new charge and would be convinced it was this new problem ( battery, filter, etc) which in total I paid around 600$ for my wifes car to still not work. Then they said it needs a need engine around $2500. We donated it to charity.No multi point inspection was done.Response to my text, was an all caps response, which sounded like he was shouting at me.This will be my last Honda.

Salesman Jake was fantastic with us this evening. The team worked hard to get us a deal that would work with our budget and benefit them as well. The establishment was so clean, well designed. We didnt have our kids but the designated kid center is so thoughtful. Last but not leased, the toilet paper. Call me crazy but as a woman who has to wipe every day they go to the bathroom I judge every places toilet paper.It was high grade.
My wife needed a vehicle to transport the young ones around, we visited a few places but Tower Honda was the stop. They had great attitudes and personalities. They worked to satisfy our needs and put us in the vehicle we needed for a price better than I expected. We will definitely shop with them again and recommend them to others.

Worst Honda experience ever! Honda Civic Type RJust left the Tower Honda and had worst Honda experience ever. Sales manager did not sell me Honda Civic at list price as agreed to by the other sales manager that was out sick.After the paperwork was approved, they tried to not only price gouge me but also tried the high pressure sales pitch by saying there was a person from Dallas driving in and I had to do the deal now. My sweet service lady (I was servicing my Honda truck) couldn’t believe the way the sales team treated me. Maybe Honda USA 🇺🇸 should know how the dealers treat their repeat customers. NO PRINCIPAL OR INTEGRITY! Missed opportunity.UPDATE two days later:I am changing my review to a 3 star. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. After seeing a FB voucher program with hard to believe deals, I messaged with questions...cannot seem to get any answered. Also, the website is stone age. Only one stock photo per car...ONE. No interior, side, back, motor photos for any. If the car color states red, the ONE photo will be blue. No colors match photos presented. Not much description for vehicles either. Due to lack of answered questions and the website having ZERO transparency, I wont be going for a visit.
Tyler was awesome! Highly recommend him to everyone. He was friendly and truly personable, his faith impacts his work. When we asked for a lower price (car was overpriced by 1G, per Kelly Bluebook), he was willing to meet us in the middle.My only misgivings are with our previous experience at Tower Honda - with Jerrard - who refused to budge on the price on a previous car (in hindsight it was almost double the Kelly BB estimate, but we didnt realize that at the time). He wasnt friendly until after we agreed to buy that car, he made us feel like we were lucky to check out the car. Other friends of mine have shared similar experiences with other salesmen at TH.In both of these experiences, they were very efficient with processing all paperwork and getting the cars ready to drive off the lot.If you cant get Tyler, I recommend you look elsewhere.

While you werent able to be accommodating to me during the covid-19 pandemic you also lost business from family members I was going to send to your dealership.I want everyone to know how dirty this dealership is. Purchased my car in November 2016. The one frustration I have is the service wait time. However, the staff are extremely nice and helpful. I always get a call asking if Im still satisfied with my purchase.Despite the 4 star rating I gave in September 2017, and the commentary above, I am not happy with Tower Honda and have changed my rating to 1 star. I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic Touring in November 2016, meaning I havent even had the car 2 years yet. When I purchased the car I opted to get the maintenance package for an additional $3500. Part of that package included the splash guard. I have had a problem with the splash guard falling down and dragging the ground since September 2017. I have taken it to the dealership on three or four separate occasions and continue to have the same problem. During my trip on 7/26/18, I was informed that I would have to purchase the part and pay for the labor. After I refused to pay for a service I have been trying to get them to fix PROPERLY for almost a year, the manager instructed the service representative to tell me they would knock off the $16 labor fee, but I would still have to pay for the $205 part. This isnt the only time I have had an issue with Tower Honda unfortunately.Not even a month ago, I was stuck in this 100° weather when my car quit. After receiving a boost I took the car to the dealership. After being convinced by the service representative that even if the battery read good it may still go bad later I opted to buy a brand new battery from Tower Honda. I also paid for labor during that visit. I paid the full amount and left confident I wouldnt have to make another visit until I needed an oil change. Only 4 days later my car quit on me again in the middle of me working. Did I mention I need my car for my job? As I was getting a boost I noticed that the same battery that was supposed to be replaced the week before was still on my car. When I took it back to Tower Honda the service representative and manager both looked under the hood of my car as if I was making up a story. After seeing the serial number on the battery wasnt the same they went to the back to find the new battery. The manager apologized for the mistake and contributed the error to the employee being new. My husband spoke with the manager regarding me missing work due to their error and requested my money back. The manager stated he felt giving us the battery for free due to their mishap was theft. He eventually agreed to give me half of the money back.Needless to say, when Im done with this car Im severing ties with my relationship with this dealership.

These guys are amazing! I personally do not have a Honda but here’s my story. I was down the road and found out there was a baby kitten stuck underneath my car and could not get it out. One of the mechanics, Jessie, stopped when he saw me climbing under my car to try to help.He found it but the cat was in reachable so he asked me to drive to this dealership that he worked at and offered to lift it and save the kitten. The entire staff was concerned for this kitten life and had about 7 guys try to get this kitten out. Finally after about 30 minutes of taking my girl pump out they saved it for me!They did not even charge me and were very happy to do so.I could only imagine the wonderful customer service they would provide if I were a customer.Thanks Tower Honda!
My wife took her car here for service. While in the waiting area a service technician came in and I heard him tell the lady behind me that she needed a new battery. After he left told my wife they would be coming in shortly to tell her the same thing since her name was on the order form, guess what exactly what they did. She didnt buy the battery, hers is only year and a half old.

Just bought our third vehicle from Tower Honda in the last 3 years and all from the same salesman (Jake). I do not know why someone would want to go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Jake has been fantastic to deal with, does what he says and the process could not have been any easier. The sales manager Mr. Walker is also easy to deal with and as long as they are there we will be back when the time comes. The whole process took less than 2 hours and we drove home happy, again.

Tower Honda is truly a fantastic Honda dealership. The dealership is kept clean. I could tell the management staff decided not to cut corners with the appearance of the dealership. It’s a nice place. Whoever is reading this, please realize they will exploit peoples lack of understanding in finances to make a profit, even though they show you the numbers. As Lisa Oliver demonstrated, they will try to increase your principal amount and extend it as much as possible.To look competitive, setting interest rates may not be fully in their power, so the only way left to increase their profits/commission is to sell other overpriced services/promises.Went in to test drive a car. Please, anyone buying a car here, do your homework before making a big decision and avoid Lisa Oliver.Check the car price online and request a quote before heading there. Online, the price of the car is $21,950, but my first initial balance was close to $28,000.You do not need their overpriced care packages, you pay way less at a mechanic, you do not need an extended warranty and you can get GAP insurance at cheaper rates somewhere else.Im disappointed Lisa focused on keeping her commission high, rather than help me leave with the car I liked.Please do your homework and buy wisely.

Good parts but they goofed on a repair and I had to return for a follow up, I just paid $1600 for a repair and then after doing engine work the A/C compressor quits working, I even have a statement from two weeks ago that shows no leaks or defects and now they want another $1600 for something they likely messed up, but the tech wont admit he messed up I will never do business here again.

Overall, I had a good experience. I mainly worked with a manager, Mr. Duck, who was beyond helpful and patient with me while I worked with my bank on financing. He went above and beyond to help me. I was also working Carlos who was nice and pleasant. Finally able to close the deal. However, when they pulled my car around it had several scratches on the rear panels. Went back inside and was told I would be contacted to bring my car in for repairs. Its now been two weeks and no call. Ive called and made contact but was told, waiting on an answer. I have been contacted about bringing my title in but I reiterated I would once I had an appointment to get my car fixed. I finally had to text again today and was told to bring it in when convenient for me. Well.. that would have been two weeks ago but... as long as it gets fixed!! I will update my review upon my car being fixed and other things they were working out with me. Heres hoping!!!
Are you kidding me a car deal done in only a couple hours. Nice dealer facilitys. Very nice people to work with and Jerrard and his brother, sorry i forgot his name Collin possibly were very easy to work with. They called me set and appointment and when I arrived car was ready to drive and inspect. 6 free oil changes and 3 tire rotations to boot. Good job Tower Honda and staff keep up the good work. May have an update after the first service visit.
Purchased 2013 used car. Everyone was extremely nice. Very happy with dealership in all respects. Jake Sloan was my salesman and I highly recommend him as honest and forthright in his dealings. Would defiantly do business with him again.
I am a college student who isnt from longview and its always scary when your car breaks down but any time I go to Tower Honda they are always so helpful and nice. I definitely recommend coming here for all of your car needs. Cornelius has helped me almost every time and does a great job communicating what is going on with my car, but all of the staff is so friendly every time I come in.
I would not buy a bicycle from this place. This has been my worst experience with purchasing a car. It is very disappointing because this purchase was made for my daughter and the car did not last 5 months. Thanks Honda Tower for making my childs first time buyer experience the worst. If I could score no stars I would.
The service center takes great care of my elderly mom when she has to take her vehicle in for service.The service advisors are kind and very accommodating. Weve only had to have a loaner car once. All over times, we are able to wait for service to be completed.They have a nice concession area, play area for kids, and the waiting area and bathrooms are kept neat and clean.
**UPDATED 11/10/17**They offered the best price for an Accord Sport SE 2017. I tried buying in my home town but they offered a better price than other dealers. However, I had to come back to do the window tint and other accessories that were pending and the window tint installer specifically was very messy. The spray they use to install the window tint was sprayed in the vehicle interiors (seats and other plastic parts) and I had to wash it and detail it by myself. Im very picky with my vehicles and this is not something you expect when buying a new car. Again, the buying experience was great, the service department lady was great too, but the window tint installer was not.

Our cross-tour got stranded during our road trip and this dealer was sent from heaven. They took great care of us from the moment we got our car towed to their entrance. Took my car in to the service shop because of some wiring issues I was having. The level of service I received was phenomenal. Everyone from the check-in people to the mechanic whose break Im pretty sure I interrupted was very friendly. My advisor Gary was incredibly helpful and made sure I was informed about everything. Really appreciate their work and demeanor.

Absolutely a nightmare. Took car in for not cooling! Paid $225. They said its ready. Drove home....No cool air...No change at all. Took it back...They said I MAY have a bad compressor! Really! $1200! Moms on a fixed income...cannot afford to lose $225. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT MECHANICS! Just be careful!
