Came in today to get my oil changed and all the services they were going to do my car. The man at the service desk told that my oil change and services were free. They proceeded to give me a price but didnt tell me I would have to pay that. I waited for two hours in the waiting room. The man came in and told me that my car was done. He then proceed to punch numbers in to the computer. For another 20 minutes. He then said that I owed money. I got psychically ill. I didnt have that money. I had to open a credit card to pay. I will never come here again.

My most recent visit was for my lifetime oil change agreement and follow up on the oil leak that is ongoing from my prior oil change and leak. I was informed that the mechanic suggested 2 separate issues that may be the cause of the leak with the approx cost to repair both issues being approx $1800. I left without being given the paperwork of the related services. Ive made 2 phones calls requesting the paperwork and assured the paperwork could be sent but still havent received it.

Received a couple minor recalls from GM concerning my vehicle needing addressed, and that I should take it to my local GM dealership. Here in Longview Washington they are Bud Clary Chevrolet. I called for an appointment which was fast and easy to do. Arrived for the appointment and was greeted by service bay Professionals whom drove me home and picked me up as soon as work was completed. All fixed in a very timely and Professional manner. GREAT people. Looking to buy a car, buy it from them.

My car looks great! The arrangements, drop-off, and pick-up were smooth and straight-forward. They did all of the hard work with the insurance company and were very thorough in their repairs. The only downside was that it took longer than expected. Better late and great though!

I took my Buick to Bud Clary expecting the repairs I would need would be covered under my warranty so I did not go to my regular Buick dealership in Gresham, and it was convenient to not have to drive all of the way to Gresham to get it looked at. I regret 100% that decision now. Not only was I not told that the diagnostic wouldnt be covered if the part wasnt covered, but I wasnt ever told the diagnostic cost. I can tell you that when they told me it was $144 after the fact I freaked out. The service guys was kind enough to only go back and charge me for 30 minutes instead of an hour at least. I heard from my dealership in Gresham on Wednesday, and was told they would have done the diagnostic, and installed the part for $180 total instead of the $455 quote I got from Bud Clary. I know there is a captive audience in Longview. I do expect repair work to cost a little more than in the city, but the difference is more than double. Thats insane!! I had hear horror stories about Bud Clary, but I really didnt expect a GM certified dealer to hustlers and thieves.

I took in my 2021 3500 for its first service. I had lost all the cameras on the Home Screen. The service department quickly found that the camera service module had gone bad and ordered a new one. I noticed when I drove off the lot that the DEF had not been topped off. I turned around and went back to the service department and they promptly topped it off for me, explaining that the automatic feed had indicated it was full, incorrectly .The service at Bud Clary Chevrolet is excellent. I even took advantage of their 3 oil change plan for $189 for future oil changes.

Jake changed my feeling about purchasing from Bud Clary completely, which is why I came back to him when I was ready to buy something for myself. He was so amazing, quick to reply, prompt, genuine, honest, I could go on and on. I am so thankful for him walking me through both purchases I made. He is absolutely fantastic! Thanks Jake!

Buying my brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado went great then taking it in for oil change just to have to bring it back shortly after to have another oil filter put on because it was leaking now my biggest problem is it’s in the shop for new lifters at 12k miles and the parts are on back order and I can’t get you guys to give me a loner because u don’t have any and you won’t cover a rental so now I’m stuck being a burden I to friends and family to pick me up at 4am from work this is my second truck I’ve bought from them and have been very happy until this point in time

Had an appointment at 7:30 for service...didnt get in till 7:45. Waited approximately 90 minutes by husband and was not called 😒 that vehicle was finished and seen vehicle being driven to car wash. Had to go to svc dept was never notified. 👎👎👎👎👎 This is 2nd time that this has happened. If oil service hadnt been free would have went somewhere else. Not very customer-oriented. 3 people came and went before I finally checked on my vehicle - no one ever called or come to waiting room. This was BS. Will go to any where else.

If there were an option for a zero stars, I would have chosen that. My dad walked in and wrote a check for a used Dodge Ram 2500 a few months back. The guys at the dealership said that something minor needed to be repaired before he could take the truck home. My dad asked that the dealership also tint the windows and fix a broken back to the passenger side mirror. Long story short, my dad was never contacted about the status of his truck. This went on for about 2 months, meanwhile the check had been cashed for quite some time now. He’d call and nobody seemed to know anything. Last week the truck was delivered, no tinted windows and with the broken passenger side mirror still in place. The truck was barely washed. You’d think they would have made an effort to detail it before handing it off. This is our second bad experience with Budd Clary this year. I purchased my ram and was sold a $5k warranty that has turned out to be completely useless. I had asked for a copy of the inspection paperwork but I never received it. The experience that I/we have had is they will say and agree to whatever it takes to make a sale. To me this seems slimy and it is what gives salespeople a terrible name. I will never purchase from Budd Clary again.

I took my car in for an oil change and while I was there with the service rep Shannon, she informed me of other services that needed to be addressed with my car. I decided it was a good time for me to go ahead and fix it all. She was very friendly and not pushy at all. With the handful of things I ended up having them do it was done in a timely manner and I received my car back same day. Shannon even gave me a courtesy call mid way through the service to give me an estimated ETA on when I could pick it up. All in all it was a great experience

Did not refill my def fluid I returned to get it filled and was told I was incorrect and that the tank hadnt registered yet. Filthy kid drove my truck around the block to get the tank to register, I would have absolutely preferred less people in my brand new truck. Scuffs all over the inside of brand new Colorado and under the hood. Left multiple messages have yet to her back from anyone.

I was given an appointment for a one hour repair while my wife waited. But when she got there it was an all day thing, She had to arrange for a ride. I was charged over $300 for labor. Im guessing labor is $140 an hour. I know it was an hour job. I guess you want to make a home run on every job because you can. Most people dont know when the price is padded, but when you work on vehicle of a certified mechanic that is a different story. Funny thing is I was given a quote of $576. And my wife was told they gave me $50 discount, but the final price was the same. Go figure. So far though the repair was excellent. I do appreciate the work done. Sometimes its worth it just to pay the price because the need is do great and you want it done right!

So I was there for a certified service. I thought just oil change be out in 30 mins. Well 1.5 hours later I see they are just draining the oil. The service advisor said they had a problem with the drain plug which I watched. Took about 5 mins. Service advisor had no idea what was going on nor did he check on me or my car. Turns out they rotated the tires, which is great. But I didn’t know that until I saw it on the paperwork. So 2 hours I got an oil change and a tire rotation….. not going back…

Two years later I just read a positive review from an EV customer that is progress, Chevrolet sells electric vehicles but this dealership couldnt care less. They have a 30 amp 110v plug in the front and the broken fast charger couldnt be harder to find. I had to ask 17 people where it was before we could determine it had a service truck and a car with no keys blocking the way. If you dont want a planet killing truck or sports car they dont want to talk to you. Hate the dealer love the car. I was there from 14:07 to 14:28

My 2013 Malibu had a significant safety issue. I feel that it should have been a recall issue from GM, but it wasnt. The electrical would cut out while driving. The electric assist steering would lock up briefly and all other electrical systems would momentarily quit functioning. Anyway, Able did a great job in communicating the issues that would fix the car and he took the time to make sure that it was working safely. I appreciated Ables communications and service.

Took my truck in for an oil change took way to long, didn’t come and advise me of why is it taking forever. Typically oil changed max are about 30 minutes we waited an hour and 25 minutes for an oil change

I was disappointed to learn that the Bud Clary dealerships are now charging a surcharge to use a credit card to pay for service. My debit card is limited as to how much I can use it to pay for a transaction, and thus I cannot use it for service that might run into several hundred dollars.

My boyfriend and I bought a three package oil change for a diesel truck the first time they change the oil and did a inspection I had asked them to plug-in the plug that goes to the back up camera in the tailgate and when they plugged it in they broke it.I didn’t realize it until I got home so the second time I brought the truck in to get the oil change done I asked them to fix it and they were going to charged me 140 bucks.I told him no that they should fix it since They broke it, and they said they Wouldn’t.The last time I brought the truck in there for the oil change they just change oil and that was it, weren’t very nice pleasant never go back there again no.

I had a works service appointment, which included routine service of my transmission. I was not informed in advance that this service was necessary. On a good note the Subaru side of the business now has their own drop off and the service agent was very pleasant. I did notice the mens restroom was out of paper towels. When I informed one of the salesman he acted offended that I would mention it. I also pointed out that I could not find a trash can near their self serve convenience area. Turns out it is inside an unmarked cabinet. This place still leaves much to be desired in the customer service department, but I will repeat that the service agent was much better than the person who usually helps me.
