Guess I should have asked how much the oil change was going to be. I haven’t been there since it was Columbia Ford. Now, Bud Clary charges $90 for an oil change and took an hour and a half. It used to be $40 and took less than an hour. Way too much money for an oil change. There are a lot better deals. Keep shopping and get a better deal
I recently had some recall work done on my pickup. Everything went very well from scheduling the work to check in and pick up. They sent reminders for the service as well. I didnt have a ride back to pick up my truck so they sent their driver to my home to pick me up and take me back to the shop. I am very happy with the whole process.
As far as I know they did good job. Used to get point check off sheet before Bud Clary took over that told me amount of tread left on tires and other fluids, brakes, etc that they checked to let me know everything was looking good. I liked that got receipt that day of work they did. They were informed of work needed to be done with the amount of miles on my car & gave me the option when to have them done.
Terrible communication and turn around time. I had it in the shop for 10 days when it was quoted two. I only got it back because I requested it back when the work was half complete. Their service phone number on Google maps connects but calling each day multiple times a day lead to nobody picking up. I even tried the other lines for a phone pick up.My keys were given back and I found my car parked in the lot with the front hood open and exposed to the rain for who knows how long. The guy I had helping me was great and had extenuating circumstances but this is where management should have picked up the slack to keep the takt times.
I have bought vehicles in the past from both Bud Clary Chevrolet and Columbia Ford. I was interested in a Hyundai so went to Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai. I felt they were very shady - asking me to sign a stack of papers before money was even discussed, having a second gentleman come out so I felt double-teamed, taking a really long time to tell me what they felt my trade-in was worth. I ended up going out of town to Vancouver Ford and bought the first Hyundai I drove.
At first, my frustrations were high. My business depends heavily on my Vehicle being on the road and running efficiently. I took the 1st appointment they had available and crossed my fingers the special order part would arrive on time. Fast forward to today...Im back in business within only a few hours of dropping it off with the service department. Working with Billie was smooth and stress free.
Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Rare these days it seems.
The service department staff was courteous. My service work was done in a timely fashion. This was my first time there for service since ownership of the dealership changed hands. I was pleasantly surprised as the service I received years ago at one of the other dealerships this family owns was an unpleasant experience. Kudos to the crew at Bud Clary Ford!
Glad that Bud Clary took over dealership of previously Columbia Ford. I had multiple issues with Columbia Ford. My experience with Bud Clary Ford was just not great! They missed diagnosed the issues even after I told them the issue. I had previously been to another repair shop that told me it was a head gasket issue and they suggested I take it to a Ford dealer where it would be covered by warranty. I had to take it back three times and finally they did replace the motor. There communication was horrible. I had to call back multiple times to follow up on progress. This took me over two months to get my problem resolved and my car fixed.
Billie was awesome. A great help with the situation. They fixed the recall problem and I’m pleased with the overall experience. Thanks Billie.
They went the extra mile to solve my issue. It took many hours of diligently working on trying to update the computer in the truck. After a second day it was accomplished. I’m having to get accustomed to the new GPS display.
Trying to get my truck in for the recalls have been nothing but a hassle with several phone calls and no response from the dealership. I left several messages with service advisors and the service manager with no return phone calls. Once I got the truck scheduled, things went smoothly and the 1st recall appointment went good. But there is one more recall to be performed and the dealership is waiting on parts. I hope it doesn’t take too long.
I wouldnt use this place for service again if were the only place left on earth . First the tech didnt believe there was a problem .like I wanted to waste my time getting a non existing AC problem fixed? Were talking July to October. The part didnt arrive when they said it would. No call to let me know. I called 4 times to find out when. Was promised a call back or email . The part was installed October 6th.This started June 27th. No AC all summer, New Bronco sport.
The service guy who helped me was great and let me know about the information given to him from one of the Ford mechanics. That information unbeknownst to the service guy was the mechanic just trying to blame the issues with my truck on aftermarket airbags. I had the airbags checked and they were perfect. I went back and the service guy apologized about the misinformation he was given.
This is our third purchase of a vehicle. Our salesman, Will Witt is a person who knows what he is doing. We instantly hit it off from the start. Will listened to what we were saying and understood what our needs and wants were. Will was extremely patient with our wild and crazy family ( including our puppy). Will went above and beyond to get exactly what we were needing. I am going to recommend anyone who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle to go and see Will Witt. Thank you Will. Stay true to who you are!!!However, there are a few things that I learned the hard way. Love the vehicle we purchased. We traded our car for the new vehicle. We gave BOTH of our key fobs when we did trade in. Our new vehicle came with only one key fob. There are things that require both key fobs to reprogram the entry code to unlock doors. I wish I would have known that two keys are required, I would have requested the second key. Now, I have to come up with a couple of hundred dollars extra to get the key. The other issue that I have is not having a owner’s manual. It’s a lot of information about the vehicle that would be nice to be able to read up on it.I have no regrets about the purchase of our vehicle. I will definitely come back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. But with a little bit more knowledge I’m asking the right questions.
Naomi was fantastic. Knowledgable, kind, funny and kind. See her if to want a good experience.
I called to check on parts for recall work on my truck after waiting 2 weeks. The receptionist could not find my info in her system to begin with so she said it usually take 3 weeks and I would most likely hear from them next week. I told her that wasn’t sufficient, if she can’t find anything that I wanted to make sure the parts were coming and someone didn’t drop the ball after my initial call. She then continued to check on their schedule and found that some of the parts were coming but the door latches were order after inspection. I told her the door latches were needed and my door would not shut. If that was the case why was I not told initially. She repeated that the latches were order after inspection. After arguing with her she responded the latches were ordered so I assume the entire time she was meaning to say “install” after inspection. The receptionist continued yelling at me so I hung up. 2 weeks later my wife called to see if the parts were in and we could schedule an appointment. The parts had been returned and they said they called me several times and I never returned their call... she spoke with them briefly on my experience so they apologized and ordered the parts again. The parts came a week later then they scheduled my appointment a week after that. I dropped off my truck and they called me back immediately saying the work scheduled would take up to 3 days and was only scheduled for 1 so they couldn’t do it.... So I have another appointment scheduled next week, which is two weeks after my last appointment. Very poor communication and customer service.
Matt Naff and the group at Bud Clary were very helpful and made the car buying experience very easy.
They have been so good to me! I took my truck in there for a day to have it worked on, but they didn’t have the time that day, so we rescheduled for a better day that works for both of us. I accidentally assumed that one of their guys stole something from my truck, and without hesitation, the service manager and the service writer were there to assure me they would refund it without question. I had to go back and apologize once I found out that I misplaced it. I would trust them with any of my vehicles no problem.
Billie in customer service did a great job getting us an appointment the next day, keeping us up to date on progress and taking care of us when it was ready. Timely and professional as always. THANKS
Ive never felt so well taken care of by any business! While every single employee Ive worked with has been amazing, Billie takes the cake. She is consistently caring, diligent, adept, and committed to providing excellence in customer service. I am incredibly grateful shes an integral part of such a fabulous team. I highly recommend this business for all your auto needs!!
I found a used Jeep on auto trader listed by Columbia Jeep and made a deal over the phone. The service was excellent from start to finish, Mike, Gerry and Pat were all accommodating and made my experience easy and painless. The Jeep made the 7 hour drive home with no issues and is awesome! Thank you!!
Took my 2019 Ford Edge for an oil change & tire rotation. They were courteous, prompt, and efficient. Received a great deal on the price.
Naomi was awesome!!! I called asking about a vehicle and 8 hours later I was driving way with it. Its Mine!!! Whoo hooo Naomi.
Everything went as planned without any surprises. Our salesman Billy was very helpful.
Very attentive service staff. Fun to talk with and took time to explain what was wrong with my truck in simple terms.
We had a wonderful experience buying our new Ford from Bud Clary Fords salesman Austin Smith. We will definitely be a return customer when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.Thank you for a wonderful and easy buying experience.
Arianna was fantastic! Great service and great cars
I was traveling on vacation from Albany Oregon to Silver creek Washington when suddenly my truck started leaking diesel heavily, I wasnt able to drive it anymore and was stranded on I5 in Castle Rock. I called almost every shop near by and nobody could even look at it for weeks. A shop in Castle Rock recommended Bud Clary in Longview Washington and with no other options I thought Ill give them a call and probably get the same answer as every other shop was giving me.. I called them and to my surprise they said have it towed here well take a look at it... Not only did they look at it right away they ordered the parts right away and within a few days fixed the problem (leaking fuel pipes) Amazing people and very professional, saved me alot of stress and got me back on the road so I could haul my trailer and get back to camping with the family
I will say that the service department especially John Sayler has the best customer service skills in the business. But still if you own a diesel its not cheap. Great service thank you John.
I was a bit upset that I had an oil hand print on my drivers side door. Also dont know if tires got rotated. Billie made sure that print was removed from my car door. She was very good to stay on top of it, ty Billie
Billie was amazing. Saved my bacon. Super communicative, super informative, and looked out for me the whole time. 100% bringing my Ford back for service.
Bud Clary Ford had my work vehicle for a total of 5 months over two separate time frames to try and find out the issue it was having. The service took a life time and the only reason I am giving it two stars instead of 1 is strictly due to how helpful Billie was in the process.
Routine oil change and service was done during time scheduled and with minimal wait. Service people were friendly and very responsive to my.questions and no up sale pressure.
Truck went in for warranty AC repair, got the parts in and fixed it quick! Just in time for the heat wave! Great job
Austin was great! He very understanding of our situation and worked hard to find us just the right vehicle. All the stuff were were very friendly and helpful.
Purchased a new 2021 Ranger XLT. Thank you Kaylee and Clint for your help in the process. There was no pressure just good vibes. Recommend that if you are looking for a new vehicle ask for the above team.
They were spot on fast fast I was very happy
Had brought my vehicle in a few months back to correct a fan issue, but the repair didnt hold so I brought it back to the dealership. Dawn was very patient and committed to getting the problem fixed to my satisfaction.
After a staff overhaul the service was top notch Billy was absolutely awesome and very helpful
Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer new, they forced me into paying the 175 oil change package instead of using the ford points, has given me the go around and will not return my gap insurance, wouldn’t warranty the car that is leaking oil and has an exhaust leak. Bud clary I would not recommend to buy a vehicle from.
A quick in and out. Friendly and efficient--thanks!
Terrible communication from service Department. Dropped a vehicle off for repairs and was told they would get on the next day. Four days later I called to check progress and got answering machine. Left message to call me for update, no one called so next I called again and same thing, went to voicemail and I left a message for a call back to check status and no call back. Drove to dealership to see why no return calls got the “sorry we’ve been busy”. Too busy to call? Will never do business with them again!!!!
Cassie was amazing in helping me find the vehicle that works best for me and my needs.
Arianna Baar was wonderful to work with.
I bought my new 2021 Hyundai Tucson Wednesday and I couldnt be happier. Sales associate Casey and and the team were so great! If you are looking to buy a car be sure to ask for Casey.
Waited on quickly and service person was friendly and efficient.
This is the place to buy your next Ford or Hyundai Vehicle. The locally run dealership will treat you with great care !!!
Disappointed Ive been coming to this business under another name for years and I will not go back...not family friendly anymore you call a call center and are asked what city do you service your vehicle in? I arrive and there’s barely a car on the lot or a person working there it’s empty it’s sterile is uninviting. How sad and pathetic sorry I will travel at least 45 mins to go elsewhere now! And I actually love a few folks that stayed working, I feel bad for them
I was there for an oil change and asked for all fluids to be topped off. windshield fluid was not topped off DEF is at 1/4 so not what I wanted. While I was there saw 5 different people all of which were not happy or satisficed with the service they received everything from not authorizing repairs to be done to not matching paint repairs to getting a vehicle back with dirty foot prints in the vehicle. Was not impressed with what I saw.
Friendly and personable staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Great, locally owned dealership.
We went looking for a new SUV in Longview on Saturday and found what we were looking for at Bud Clary Ford. Austin, Jerry and Jim took care of us through the process and we are very happy with our purchase.
We worked with Austin Smith and he did a sensational job helping us maneuver through purchasing our pre-owned pickup with minimal hiccups. The entire team at Bud Clary Ford - Longview demonstrated great customer service. Thank you all, have a productive and blessed year. Mat and Sherry
I had an over all good experience with my recent service at Bud Clary ford. They were friendly and professional.
Absolutely no pressure whatsoever straightforward information straightforward answers to my questions everybody I came in contact was really nice once again there was absolutely no pressure to buy love my new F150 crew cab lariat Oh and did I mention a great deal
Bought a car here Dec.2020.Drove here for warranty work. Took 2.5 hrs. to tell me we need park brake switch in late April 2021. They ordered part, came back in mid May and after 1hr. told me the wrong switch was ordered. Told it would be 3 hrs. before new switch would be here and they would get right on it.4 hrs. later still no word.was here for over 6 hrs.they know I live 1hr. away and would not loan me a ride. There are a couple nice people here, but some are rude and communication is un-professional. I learned the hard way about this place. Never will do business here again. There are many dealerships to choose from I will check reviews prior to buying our next ride! A positive, I walked down to great pizza joint,Pietrios pizza.
Very good experience with extremely helpful staff. I would return and recommend every time.
Arrived for an appointment to have foggy back up camera checked and a tire inspection for a recall. They had me scheduled for full service inspection. Replied that it wasn’t ready for service, just want the camera checked. After waiting for 90 minutes, noticed vehicle was in parking lot. Went to service desk and was told to go sit down and they would come get me when ready. The truck was done, all that was needed was the paper work. Instead of helping to get the paper work, I am told to go sit down and they would come get me???? I felt he wanted a confrontation, so asked for keys and left and still waiting for paperwork on what was found with the inspections…Not at all customer friendly service employee. Seemed confused, didn’t know how to communicate, terrible customer service. Not what I was expecting with new owners of the dealership…..Update 6/28……called service and still waiting for a response on foggy backup camera. Still waiting for company to respond? Not feeling the love from hometown dealership yet!
Really nice/knowledgeable people, top notch service and a great selection! Highly recommend!
Clean fast and trouble free experiences.
Omg I love bud clary this is the best place to go they helped me out so much, they made me feel welcomed and they killed all my nerves of buying a new car I would have not gotten my new car without kaylee and mak’s help! I recommend them so much kaylee was even playing with my kid.
I am sad to report that I have to amend my original review.I really liked the salesperson(s) we dealt with when buying our car. They were kind and showed me the cars I was asking about. No high pressure sales tactics. The problems start with the paperwork. A month after we made our purchase, the same day my trip permit expired, I received an envelope via FedEx. The letter explained that I would need to arrange to have a VIN inspection and send the title paperwork to the DMV myself. Included in the paperwork was a note for my husband to sign on a previously notarized document meant for the previous owners husband to sign. When we called to speak with Mary about it, she said to just sign it and send it in, or not sign it and hope DMV doesnt notice. When we asked why it took a month to let us know about the VIN inspection, we were told that she was too busy. Had I been advised that a VIN inspection was needed, I could have done it right away. It took all of 10 minutes at the DMV.I emailed Columbia Auto Group with my concerns. I followed up with one of the salesmen we dealt with to make sure the email was received. The salesman apologized and promised to forward the email to management. To date, I have heard nothing back.I am upset that the paperwork was handled so carelessly. There was incorrect information throughout. I am upset that there is not a single person at Columbia Auto Group that is concerned about how this all worked out.***Original Review***My husband and I just had the best car buying experience with Joe and Steve! They had the vehicle we wanted to look at pulled up under the covered area when we arrived, so we could stay out of the rain. When I noticed another car I wanted to look at, they had it pulled up and ready right away. We made a deal and were on our way pretty quickly. We appreciate your making this experience as pleasant as possible!
Only 2 stars because this dealership charged me 3% to use a credit card. Lets squeeze more money out of the customer!
Friday late afternoon before Labor Day weekend and not a rental to be found in Longview. I just learned my car had serious damage and was in the shop at another dealer - without a rental for me. After calling rental companies and everywhere else - I came to CFLH and Phil was amazing in helping me out - he found a rental even though the inventory didn’t appear to have one and set me up all in a matter of 10 min before closing. They were super nice and super helpful - I highly recommend them for excellent customer service !! Thanks Columbia Ford Lincoln Hyundai - and thanks especially Phil !!
Usually they vaccum out my car and wash it whenever I bring it in for service, but this time they did neither 🥴 Its a nice courtesy that I missed out on this time for some reason.
Bought a f-150 from this dealership a few weeks ago. The sales team was pretty bland. Not much personality or enthusiasm to be offered and it definitely made things a little awkward. I knew what I wanted and that was the only reason I went there. I didn’t feel very welcomed or excited to be there. The finance department was ok and got me a good interest rate. They would have let me walk with my down payment because they forgot to take it but I had to remind them. They seemed to care more about the price of the vehicle than having a happy customer. If they didn’t have the exact truck I was looking for I wouldn’t have bought it. Not a terrible dealership but wouldn’t really recommend it either
Within the last five years, my husband and I had purchased from Columbia Ford about 4 years ago. When it came time for us to purchase again, we looked at a couple other lots in town. Neither of those were helpful, so we went over to Columbia Ford. I figured we’d end up going there for what we needed, anyhow, but I wanted to check out the other guys. We should have gone there first! We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for and Joe helped us find it. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind. The whole process was smooth and quick, which I truly appreciated. Thank you!
I was very happy with the customer service Mak provided as well as the price of the vehicle. From first viewing the car through setting up financing and driving off the lot we only spent 2.5 hours here. We will be back for our next car!
I got a text from a person who got the wrong number telling me to write a review about this dealership. I’ve never been here
Seth Rosa and Clint Sullivan are the Best!!! Why would you want to buy anywhere else!!!
We have been here 3 times in the last 3 years. Dealing with Ford recalls and services. I have attempted to schedule services the about 6 times, so the success in communication with them is only 50%. Every time I come here there are issues. This last time just waiting in line, I heard 2 argument with customers. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME, I USE THIS DEALERSHIP, Their customer service is garbage.Im a big supporter of Ford, but this is the worst dealer I have ever been too!
Customer service is the key, not just selling cars! For any automotive need, come be a part of the Bud Clary family and discover what real service is all about!
Awesome! They replaced my key fob battery for free in just seconds so we could be on our way! Friendly assistance was great! Thanks guys!
Working with Peter Rybar was the best vehicle purchase process Ive ever been a part of. And Ive purchased a lot of vehicles. Up front pricing, no back and forth, and he went to get the vehicle we wanted with no hassle. Will be doing business with Peter again in the future.
Bought 2 F150s matt is a great guy thanks when I need more trucks Ill be back
Made arrangements with them to drop my vehicle off at the service department on Sunday afternoon for a Monday service appointment. We drove 20 miles to discover that all the parking lot entrances were blocked off by cars for sale and they were closed. I tried calling, but got an operator/phone service person who could not help. I cant drop my vehicle off when they open at 9:00 AM due to my work schedule. So, I will find another Ford to help me. Way to go Columbia Ford...Oh, and the operator wouldnt even even say anything to me when I said thank you at the end of the call. How rude.
I love Columbia Ford I would recommend them very highly their staff are very friendly very informative very cooperative and want to do whatever they can do to make you happy I appreciate them so very much thank you Columbia Ford and the girls that help me.
Well, i was lied to by service writer, she asked if fuel injection was serviced at 30k, not required by ford for 100k, Lie.. oil change went good. Need tires and Alignment. Have called 7 times to get tires, parts person had to ask if they sell tires, service department wont answer. Dealer isis a JOKE
Well I had them do a 50k checkup and it ended up taking two days and costing way mor than I expected.
This is for the service department only.So I purchased a new to me Mustang, but the only key that came with it was broken. I called to schedule an appointment to have a new key and key fob setup. The service department said I couldnt schedule an appointment unless I talked to the parts department to see if they had the keys in-stock. (Why thats my problem I dont know) Next I called the parts department and asked if they have the keys in stock and they responded Yes. I then had to call the service department back and told them the part department has the keys in stock and the earliest they could get me in was two weeks out at 10am. If it takes two weeks to get an appointment then couldnt they order the keys if they were not in stock? (Again why is this my problem to solve) So like most folks I have a daily job I attend, and to meet their schedule I have to take time off. I have a 10am APPOINTMENT and the service technician said it would take 30 minutes to complete. So Im under the assumption that I show up at 10am for my appointment they take my car and in roughly 30 minutes I have my new set of keys.(Wrong) Instead I waited over an hour and half, my car is brought back around and the technician says the keys are in the car. Finely I think Im done, but find that they setup the new key, but not the new key FOB. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for the to setup the key FOB. Finally I have my new key, but my recommendation for you is find somewhere else that knows how to run a garage/service/parts department and give them the $192 dollars for a new single key.
Kaylee was amazing helping me find a new car. Wasn’t expecting to get a new car, came to look and Kaylee found everything I needed/wanted and more! I’d drive two hours again to see her anytime.
I am very unhappy with you company and the service department. Have a check engine light problem that has not been taken care of that started the first of June. Very poor service!!
It’s wasn’t what expected, but it’s was what was needed on my car .
Very friendly, awesome great job!
I took a 2015 ford F550 in for services. Oil and transmission fluid change. I dropped this off with an appointment at 130. Monday when I called none of my questions were answered. Tues they said will get back to you. Granted I called several times. We go through ARI fleet services that can be a pain. But ZERO communication. 1 week and a day later I finally picked up without getting transmission done. I would not recommend Columbia Ford for any service work.
Friendly & courteous!
Absolutely rip off artist thanks bud..cant believe how far downhill and how much you want to gouge people
I never enjoy the process of buying a car, but that said, Ian was pleasant and funny. Wed found a used car on their website so we knew what we were looking for, and the process (paperwork etc) was as quick as can be for a car purchase. Happy to have a great commuter car!
Did not like the service
My Ford Focus was serviced by Columbia Ford in an excellent way both in the quality of the work done and the cost of that service.
A close friend took her car in a few days ago and wanted to get a vibration assessed and also advise her of why her sunroof was catching intermittently. She was charged $152 to assess the sunroof of which$5 was parts. In a voicemail, the service manager Stephen, said her sunroof had been fixed and the other stuff was taken care of under warranty. How could the other stuff, being the vibration in the front of the car have been fixed when I was able to see broken boots on each front sway bar end link with exposed internals. The car still has the vibration when driving. This is a awful example of the company taking advantage of people in the local community. I would advise avoiding this company for ANY type of automotive needs. It seems clear that thorough knowledgeable repair work is not priority for the customer.UPDATE 9/4/19Thank you for doing right by the customer. The car has been fixed and apologies have been made. Please use this process in the future to work with all the clientele that present to your business. The customers are in fact the driving force that keep you open in the community.
Sorry to say I took my truck to Colombia Fords service dept. because it had an engine warning light on. They were backed up and said they would try to work on it when they could, four days later they got it in the shop and performed the 10 minute test and said it was the exhaust temperature sensor and it was a big job and they couldnt tell me how long it would take to get to it. As I needed my truck I paid the $329.92 bill for the same information I had received from Jiffy Lube for free. Took my truck to Astoria Ford were they charged less then half the price for the test and reset the engine light replaced the exhaust sensor and preformed a brake job on my truck in three days also washed my truck. Astoria is not that far away.
Let me start with my first experience. I have two cars, we bought brand new off the lot. When buying the cars, we purchased the service package for both through ford.We moved across state lines, and this happen to be the closest ford to us. We called to get our regular service done, and the man on phone just kept saying we didn’t have the package and refused to schedule us an appointment for the service. After two days of arguing with this guy HE FINALLY finds our service package and let’s us get our car service. During this visit, they over filled my tires so much so I ended up having to buy a new tire because one popped. The manager or who ever runs this place said it was impossible that they could have done it and I must of, when I’ve never filled my tires because I pay them to regularly service my car for me.Second visit, I’m told it’s gonna cost 140$ for diagnostic for my car that I’m dropping off because the whole right side of my back lights stopped working. This car is brand new off the lot, not even three years old yet and this will be my second problem with it. The first was a broken Thermostat. So I’m explaining to this rude women at the counter how I’ve paid for the service package, and it shouldn’t cost me 140$. She says unless it goes to ford, then I’ll have to pay for it. Fine, I know something is wrong with it. The screen in my car is telling me that the lights are malfunctioning and they are. I call to check on my car after two days and she tells me the technician spent an hour on my car and found nothing wrong with it. Well, obviously something is wrong because the car sending a malfunction message to the car and the back light go in and out. I’m trying to explain to her that something must be wrong and if there isn’t anything wrong with the car then it telling me there’s something when there isn’t is a malfunction in itself and dangerous, that needs fixed. She offered to have the technician look for the second time. I doubt he’ll find anything, because I doubt he’s looking for anything at all. She wasn’t helpful, and this place is poorly run with HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll be traveling an hour just to have a different ford fix it sense they are incapable of handling such task.
They say they are struggling with manpower right now was not happy that I have to make a second appointment to complete the work I specifically asked to get done all at the same time…
Good people to work with..
As usual, my 2016 Ford Fusion service appointment was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair. The Service Dept and Showroom staff were professional and cordial.I will continue to have my car serviced at Columbia.Scot Walstra
The overall experience was good. The only hiccups I had were with my lease return, and a feeling of being slightly rushed. Ive leased two different vehicles in Michigan. In Michigan most people lease, its just all around cheaper to do so because the high amount of rebates Ford offers Michigan clients. So when I went to return my lease here, there seemed to be a lot of confusion on the process, and people had to keep going and asking others for help or information on the process. I was told my last lease payment cant be waived if I buy a new vehicle, something dealerships in Michigan regularly do, but its no big deal. I signed the lease so I had no problem paying it. There were a few times I did feel super rushed just to make the sale, but overall the staff was friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and they were able to find me the perfect truck. I was very impressed at how fast they were able to bring in a truck from a different dealership, having it ready for pickup that same day! Id definitely feel comfortable returning here for another vehicle in the future.
Service team gets 5 stars. However sales team, as the Manager called it during the finalization of paperwork, and I quote this was a real sh it show she said to me. We were supposed to be in and out, however a little bit of a hassel. 100% financing should been in and out, but they wanted to play the sales extras game and sell extra stuff like clear coat sealant warranty and all the rigamorow, sales man was nice tho. Dont Know if I will buy another Lincoln from this location. All in all at least the manager was pleasent in the end so I am on the fence with it.
