My nephew just had his first car purchase experience at Booth Motors. My sister and nephew were not expecting to purchase a truck today. They were just researching. But we saw the truck my nephew wanted and it happened then and there. Jorge Campos was there and provided an amazing and friendly dealer experience. The process was quick and efficient. We arrived one hour before the dealership closed but they were very accommodating. We could not ask for a more pleasant experience.

Booth Motors is FANTASTIC and has one of the greatest selections Ive ever seen! I was in the middle of getting repairs squared away on my previous vehicle with my insurance when a vehicle I had been hunting months for became available. I called and was connected with one of the sales representatives, John Charlton, who showed me the vehicle and let me test drive it. Due to the rarity of the vehicle we both knew that it wouldnt last long on the lot so they had their on-site repair team contact my insurance provider and were able to get me in my dream car the same day! Booth Motors and the team I worked with made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible while going completely above and beyond to help me purchase the vehicle. Id recommend this place to literally anyone 5/5 stars all day!

Recommended my fiancé to buy a car from here. We recently looked over the finance agreement to see that they added $2,800 on random charges. He didn’t catch it but I did. They charged him $6,277 in warranties. One warranty we have no paperwork for. Alongside, battery still needs to replaced along with sunroof and tires. Please beware of this place!

These guys at Booth Motors are on another level when it comes to business. Rod helped me with my first purchase of a vehicle which was luckily a corvette and me not being too rehearsed on vehicle mechanics Rod assisted me with laying out all of the Pros/Cons from the beginning. This helped a lot because I did not feel over promised then disappointed with my vehicle and knew what to watch out for and what to expect with it being an older car. I would recommend every time to anybody looking for a vehicle because they were fair, honest, and easy to work with from the test drive all the way to helping after the deal was finished!

This dealership sold me a defective lemon car that broke due to catastrophic engine failure that totaled the vehicle in repair cost within 3 months of owning it. No fault of mine according to the mechanic, the engine lost timing. When I called the warranty company they say my warranty was cancelled, and come to find out it was cancelled because this dealership financed me the wrong vehicle, had to redo ALL of my legal paperwork, and they sent me home with a non applicable and useless vehicle protection plan that is postulating a service I was never given. Now I have to make payments on a vehicle that I cannot drive for the next several years and will likely have to quit my job because that car was my transportation.Throughout the car buying purchase, they demonstrated nothing but carelessness. Financing me the WRONG vehicle (I dont even understand how this happens, it was my financing company who caught it). Not calling me when trying to figure this mess out. Not returning my calls when I make multiple of them to resolve this. Save your money and your stress and go somewhere that isnt run by irreverent salespeople who sell defective vehicles and dont honor original agreements when they fundamentally are the ones who caused the clerical problems in the first place.

Horrible customer service.My husband and I were in the market for a truck and he went to go compare 2 that they had on lot.After 45 minutes of pacing an employee (Jesse) came out and greeted him. MyHusband explained what he was looking for, but also pointed out some issues with the truck in front of him and inquired about it. Not only did Jessie say, “This truck is probably going to be better for someone less picky” he also then quickly dismissed him and said “seems like you’re just browsing, I’ve got actual paying customers inside” and walked away.He never apologized for a late greet, never offered to let my husband see inside the trucks, or even inquire about what we were looking for.Completely turned off by his lack of effort or desire to help, my husband left.We then called the dealership to let them know about this poor customer service and the manager (Rod, the GM) basically said “it’s busy on Saturday’s but thanks for the call.” Never offered an apology or to try and make the situation right.Bummer because we had cash in hand ready to buy but definitely will be doing business elsewhere.Really disappointed in the lack of care and customer support at this dealership.

I recently bought a 2014 Dodge 1500 from this dealership. As I was about to drive off the lot after the deal was done the saleman said I dont know why this truck sat on the lot this long?.I drove it home and felt it missing after it got to operating temperature, the transmission shifts hard, and the drivers door doesnt lock.I called the salesman and asked them to take a look at it. I offered if theyd do the work Id be happy too pay for the parts. He said hes ask to talk to his boss.Finally after three attempts of me having to call him. I kept getting the run around, the service manager is out at a wedding...sorry I was too busy to get back to you... I finally got answer I was looking for. Because I didnt buy their high dollar warranty. They offered me a $45 off discounted diagnostic rate. Dont hurt yourself bending over so far backwards! You lost this customer and with this review I hope you end up losing a few more.

I dont know that I have ever been treated so poorly when trying to spend $54,995. I went in to give my money away and test drive a corvette. Offered $50k, the sticker is $54,995. My offer declined and was told they could offer some sort of discount but it was closer to their asking price. I said no problem, let me think ponder it for a few. Went in personally today to negotiate and was met by a gent named Don who is the most rude and disrespectful person on the planet. I couldnt even finish a sentence. I said Im here to negotiate and he just kept on talking. I finally turned around and left. If this is how they treat people trying to give them a large sum of money, can you imagine how theyll treat you when you have a genuine issue. 🤔

I went into Booth Motors to look at a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3. I came in with low expectations, took the car for a test drive and loved it! Don was a major help during the financing process and without his help and honesty I wouldn’t have been able to get this car. I am extremely happy with the dealership and people working there thank you Don.

We called the dealership last night and made arrangements with Jesse to look at the truck first thing this morning. Everything was ready for a test drive this morning when we arrived. We looked at the vehicle and took a test drive. We were there for only 2 and a half hours and drove away in our new (to us) truck. We worked with Sam and Rod as well as Jesse and everything went smoothly. It was a pleasant sales experience.

So, like everyone else, I read up on the reviews before our next car purchase. We were actively hunting for a particular model of car and had just left a rather bad experience at another dealership in Greeley. Jesse wasnt like any of the salesmen we had encountered so far. He negotiated professionally and represented his company well. When we stopped in, we hadnt actually intended to walk away with the car, though we knew that it was going to be the one we purchased. Jesse was willing to ride back to our home, two towns over to collect the trade in. When our trade in had more damage than we described, he diligently worked for the amiable solution. (The first surprise.) Then was entirely willing to replace the break pads and front rotors for the vehicle at no charge to us. (The second surprise.) Very pushy and dont explain thoroughly what actually was discovered on vehicles at auction for structural damage and possibly lying about how the structural damage is from just the car being lowered screwing someone out of a deal when the price shouldnt be as high as it was when I purchased the vehicle. I will not be coming back to this place. I ran in to a good amount of problems a few days after purchasing. I was exited to buy a vehicle from them! The car I bought looks great but it had mechanical and electrical issues that I was not aware of nor that was mentioned to me. The car horn would not work and hazardous lights wouldn’t function and charged me $200 to repair even tho it wasnt working before the purchase. I was offered two year warranty.. they delivered nothing. I went to the dealership to get it checked out and fixed. The car smelled like gasoline inside the car with the check engine on. and they demanded for me to pay them $500. Last time I went back (today) I tried talking to them about a problem I was running into. They told me to take responsibility about my vehicle!!! Who does that?!? If I’m going back is because apparently I have warranty. they clearly knew about the problem wasn’t fixed as they were returning my car back promising the check engine light will not be turning back on. To this day I’m still having to deal with the check engine light, cruz control and the car still smelling like gasoline even tho I have already payed before. I was given one of the employees business card to contact them incase anything happened. They wouldnt not pick up. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend going to an actual dealer and not a small business where they won’t try working with you.

Bought a 2013 wrx sti back in October from this dealership. I have never had to do so many repairs to a car before. Only have put around 4,000 miles in the car and had to replace the whole clutch assembly already. The rear view mirror was jerry-rigged with double sided tape and was not even attached to the mount because it was not the original mirror. 2 weeks of buying the car the battery had to be replaced as well. Although I had a bad experience with the car, the buying process was smooth and good.

I really loved the car I bought from this place. However, That’s where the fun ends as our vehicle blew a head gasket two days after owning it. I would be very wary of any dealer that does not allow you to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice to get checked out. As this place does not do. Bring a calculator with you as they try to start sales 5,500 over list price with a trade in, to make you feel like you got a good deal when they drop the price.Will never do business with these guys again.I am changing my five star to a one star after being forced to leave five star reviews for gas cards. P.s. The vehicle ran out of gas while viewing it in the parking lot

Changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I have been trying to cancel my warranty since I purchased the car. I have called multiple times and everytime they said that I couldnt cancel my warranty unless I sold my car. I just went to the warranty website and it says no such thing. It says if I cancel within 30 days the I get a full refund. I understand you guys work on commission but this thousands of dollars you are messing with. Ill be visiting the store soon to speak with the manager.

This is an updated review. Unfortunately the vehicle I purchased from Booth Motors ended up having a faulty crush washer in the oil plug which left me without a vehicle for a few days. Booth offered to have me return the vehicle to them, which I opted out of, but they did work with me to forgive the cost of the repairs on my down payment. This was a relief and helped build my confidence in the vehicle as well as the integrity of Booth Motors. Needless to say initially I wasn’t too happy with my experience, but have more faith in the staff at Booth. All in all, I love my new vehicle!

I bought my car here and the customer service was great. Jesse hooked everyone one in my family with great deals. But not even a month into having my car it died on me while driving. I changed the battery and then a couple weeks later it happened again. I called Jesse and he told me to take it to their shop to have their “master mechanic” to look at it just to tell me that it was fine. Mind you I still had my warranty. The car repeatedly kept doing the same thing and I kept telling them and all they told me was to film it next time it happened again. $3,000.00 dollars later after having another mechanic look at it turns out I needed a new transmission and my car needed to be re-wired.So it’s safe to say that I will no longer be buying another car from this place. I am just upset because if their “master mechanic “ really looked at my car they would’ve caught the problem right away. Would’ve saved me time and money.

Shane was my salesman and he was awesome! I first showed interest in a couple Evos months prior to purchase. I was waiting on a settlement check from my original car being totaled out and fighting in court, Shane wasnt pushy at all he just said to contact him if I have any questions and when Im ready to possibly purchase a car. A couple months later I message him back asking about some of the EVOs on the lot and found one. Unfortunately due to time I couldnt get that one but then shane showed me a different one that fit all my wants! Went and test drove and he understood that with my daughter and everything I was very limited on time and he made all the paperwork and buying the car as easy and quick as well could!I am now the proud owner of a blue 2013 EVO X GSR which has been my dream car for a long time! Jesse did an amazing job and helped me out with buying my first car. Very knowledgeable and even offer to help refresh my memory for driving manual. Some un-noticed problems with the car but they are really easy to fix and they fixed an annoying rattle coming from the sun roof. Excellent customer service!

This is by far the worst dealership Ive been to in a long time. The salesmen werent knowledgeable at all. We purchased the car and they couldnt even clean it. Then the car had a mechanical problem a week later and told us that it isnt their fault since it happened after we took it home. They were in no way wanting to help with the issue and pretty much told us to deal with it!

DO NOT waste your time and money at this place. Like other people, I should have read and listened to the reviews. They sell vehicles that look nice, for about a month. Then you see the rust showing through the paint that they poorly painted over. When I bought my truck there, the AC wasn’t working. The sales guy told me it just needed to be recharged, but they couldn’t do it at that time. Figuring he was being honest, and the truck LOOKED and drove good I bought it. I took it to my mechanic and he told me I needed a new AC compressor. There’s $1000. And then after about a month, I noticed some rust spots starting to show through. After looking at them closer, it was clear that they were painted over because the paint around them was slightly off from the original pearl coat. The rocker panels were poorly painted over and they are now rust holes all the way through. There’s no fixing that. Trying to call and get a hold of anyone with clout there is impossible. Even drove up there twice to try and talk to someone, and was shut down at the door/front desk. After a few more months, doing the oil change, I noticed that the frame had been welded in a spot and then undercoated to try and hide it. There are more issues with this truck than the one I traded in for it. Bad decision on my part, hopefully someone else doesn’t make the same...

I purchased a 2017 Mustang Shelby GT350 from Booth Motors. That particular weekend, this type of car was selling like hot cakes. Jesse went out of his way to coordinate everything before we even arrived. He had the car ready for us to test drive as soon as we got there. He continued to go above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me and that the process was as easy for me as possible. The entire experience was smooth and exciting at the same time.

They don’t let you take the cars to a mechanic to get them checked out before you buy which is a huge red flag for any dealership. Would not buy a car here

These guys are scam artists. They sold me a vehicle with barely 50k miles and it is already falling apart. The mileage is at 55k now. 5 thousand miles and the thing needs thousands of dollars of repair.1. They spray painted the rims to cover up GIANT gashs taken out of rim, I unfortunately didnt notice until the paint started peeling off them.2. The hub on the back left tire is bent, which was found by doing a simple alignment.3. The wheels that have the gashes, both bearings are shot on that side.4. Shocks and brakes went out not even a month after purchase, of course they bsd me into thinking they would take care of it, they did not. Kept going in circles.They sold me a beat up car without even hesitating to check if the car was sellable or safe.I would give them a 0 star, but that option isnt available.Took $20grand from me and they laugh about it.Thanks Booth BS motors!STAY AWAY!

Matt was very attentive to my vehicle needs. I stopped by Booth to check out a Ford Raptor but someone beat me to it. Matt didn’t give up there, he showed me around and helped me find an awesome truck! So far it has been a great fit.

Buyer beware! Best buds on the front end of the transaction with zero support post-purchase. They sold me a Jeep that had the engine light come on the day I purchased it and Ive contacted them no less than 5 times since and had multiple problems with the truck that could not have gone unnoticed during their inspection. Theyve not returned any of my calls over the past 10 months. Caveat emptor.

I bought my 2014 Honda Accord at Booth Motors. I was originally interested in a Subaru Legacy, however after speaking with Don about what Ive liked and didnt like in the past, he encouraged me to look at other options. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Without Dons help, I would have probably been left with buyers remorse. The whole team at Booth was great! They went the extra mile to get me into the right car, and get financing that worked for me. Ill be shopping with you guys again. Thanks for everything!

Shane was very helpful with the car I got from them. Was able to leave with the car same day of looking. Very friendly, made the service easy and understandable, and was very knowledgeable about the car. I was even able to keep my old car there for rest of the day. Awesome Service!

We recently looked at an F150 at this dealership. We didnt end up buying it because we were looking for something a little nicer, but overall we had a really great experience. The minute we got there, the truck was pulled up that we had made an appointment to see & someone came to help us. The truck had clearly been cleaned inside & out which we really appreciated. They had the CarFax available & any information we needed. We spoke to a manager when we got back who was so incredibly helpful and even was helpful after we decided we didnt want to buy the pickup. They asked us normal questions about funding & were super helpful not even pushing their dealership funding. The pickup seemed reasonably priced and we would for sure return if we could find the right car for us.
