They had my truck under warranty for a full day. When I got the truck back the problem was not fixed.The service manager told me it was a Chevy defect and he did not know how to fix it, call Chevy. I asked to speak to the customer experience manager and he told me they do not speak to customers directly. After calling Chevy they confirmed he should have called me. Save the hassle and take your vehicle somewhere competent and truthful.In response to Kevins reply King GM did TRY to fix it and failed, but when I called King the next day was I was told they did not know how to fix it and would not look into it further. Although there were feasible options on the table to resolve this they went with This is a known GM defect but I do not know how to fix it. Basically good luck with the next guy. I did follow up with GM and they were shocked that a GM certified dealer did not work to correct the issue and instead sent me on my way. GM specifically asked if I talked to the customer experience rep at King, which I requested to talk to at the time of the service, and was told In my 20years of exp they have never talked to a customer. King GM did provide some excellent advice I would recommend to all which was Try another dealership.

I took my new Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed by Joe in Service Department that they couldn’t find key to unlock my lug nuts. I wasn’t aware it was missing as this was my first time getting them them rotated. I found Jeremy in sales to see if he remembered showing key to me or where it might be. Without any hesitation Jeremy walked with me back to Service Department and had them replace lug nuts and key with new ones. I am ALWAYS treated as if I were the only customer at King Chevrolet. Outstanding!

We went there to look at a nice truck and when walking in, we were greeted by the finance manager with a salty attitude. He said we close at 6:00PM and I have plans for the night he then proceeded to tell us that another salesmen would help us because he will be in his office until closing. He then told us that were the only dealership with inventory so we make people work with our schedule because the truck is nice, we shrugged off the unprofessional uncounter and proceeded to test drive the truck. We came back with a few issues and the response we got back was the truck should be fine and we wont adjust the price and also wont address the issues we walked out of the dealership without the truck just because of the unprofessionalism of the team working that night.

This is the place to buy a vehicle from hands down. I’m from Utah (477 miles away) from the first call to see if they had the vehicle I wanted to when I drove off there lot they took care of me. They Keep in touch with me every week on details of the new vehicle. They come and pick me up from the Denver airport. The paper work (the not so fun part) they made it fun and comfortable and answered all my fun questions. They deserve 10 stars. Big thanks to all that were involved and made it happen.

Waited 15 min to get in for my appointment on 9/15. Was first told it would be done while I waited, then updated that they would need it for the day so they got me a Lyft home which I appreciated. They then called and said the truck would not be done until the next day. They then called on 9/16 and said they didnt have a tech to do the job and would need it another day but it would be done by noon the next day. After not receiving a call by 1pm on 9/17 I called and got placed on hold for over 10 min, I finally called back in and was informed the service person Tammy would call me back, which she did and said the truck would be completed by 4pm. I arrived at 4:45 and the truck was done but had no paperwork. They eventually sent me the paperwork in the mail. Poor service and communication.

I am very disappointed with this GMC dealership. I have called and left numerous voicemails and still have never received a call back. I tried to contact the Service department and no answer. No one answers the phone here! If you need to schedule an appointment or talk to a representative I recommend you calling the Boulder dealership. They are very friendly, its quick and easy to get things done.

Im from Louisiana and the 2 days before we were to leave to go home my truck broke down. Closest dealership said 2 weeks, called King, they said come on in. Joe and his service team are absolutely amazing! They are super friendly, understanding, helpful, and professional! Wound up having to extend my stay but they were working on it as fast as possible! Constant updates each step of the way. Offered all of GMs benefits for stranded motorist. Wish I lived closer so I could use them as my local shop. Jeremy was probably the worst sales guy I’ve seen. He didn’t even introduce himself to me… only my husband even though I’m the main driver of the vehicle we were looking at. He then proceeded to tell me the kids wasn’t going to go in the car for a test drive… they did anyway because I said so. The atmosphere there was very dull. No one really there for a Saturday and I can see why. The sales people didn’t leave their glass cube.

In November I bought a 2021 Silverado at King online through Steve Rodriquez. The safety features, accessories and odometer readings were falsely advertised. Contacted Kevin McMahon who said that the problem would be rectified Once I provided proof of advertising. After having provided a complete copy of the listing I was contacted by Mr. Brad Bohling who suggested that I was in the wrong and offered a six hundred dolar spray in bed liner as a fix in exchange for the several thousand dolars of missing safety features and optionional equipment. Even worse I took posession of the truck ( after having been provided a formal contract ) and was unaware that the financing had not been finalized until the bank on the trade in called a few weeks later to inform me of the fact that there had been no payoff and that my payment to them was at that time late..After ten weeks of run-around, lies and unprofessional conduct (including bullying, verbal abuse and threats) the vehicle was returned to King!!!!To recommend King GM would be a disservice to the general consumer.

I had ordered some accessories and I was scheduled for an 8am appointment on 6/16. I had planned on staying at the service center, but issues arose at work and I was needed on-site and had to borrow my wifes car. Im rather glad that happened because I called after 4:30pm and was put on hold while someone tried to find the status. After 15 minutes of being on hold my wife called and was told that there were some personnel issues and my work hadnt been started. Instead of spending a few hours waiting for my vehicle, it ended up being almost 2 days due to personnel issues at the dealership. They did give me 2 free oil changes for my troubles. I already have a pending free oil change from the purchase of the truck. If I didnt have now three free oil changes, then I wouldnt be going back to the dealership for service ever again. I guess they have 3 more chances to improve my impression of them.

I was looking to trade in my car and get a car that day, but didnt want to spend a whole day or days at dealerships figuring it out. I searched online for some new and used cars that fit my search to save time and started talking with this place online a few days prior to the weekend to feel our their value for my trade in. Over email and over the phone we got a situation figured out that was comfortable for me as I had bounced my trade in off multiple dealerships and online sites. Some of the used cars I had liked were sold by the time I was ready to buy, no problems there thats how it goes they were good deals in my eyes. After a few more emails and phone calls they had a similar car that fit my needs and worked with me on what I felt was a good trade in value for my car. Experience at the dealership was great and casual, I got to test drive the first car I had wanted and then the trade in and financing part went quickly because of our previous communications. I was in and out extremely quick for a dealership experience. The 3 or 4 people I worked with in there were very easy to deal with and didnt push anything on me post sale.

Knowledgeable staff and beautiful facility. However this won’t be your best value for money. I recently had to get some work done. After paying the rip off $100 for diagnostics, I was billed a little over $600 for parts and labor. I was immediately held bent on seeking out a cheaper alternative. I bought the parts at autozone and found a mechanic just behind autozone who fixed it for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. In all I saved over $300 going this route. To think that diagnostics would’ve probably have been free or at the most, a pittance.If you’re looking to save on repairs, this is definitely not where you wonna be.

We bought a brand new 2020 Silverado from them back in March. A few months later and less than 6,000 miles on the truck, we noticed paint missing on the top of the cab as well as a couple spots on the hood. We took it to their body shop who at first said it would be covered under the warranty. A while later we drop it off to King for a transmission update and the paint work. The body shop denied ever saying it’d be covered under warranty but they’d be willing to cover half the cost. I was prepared to dispute this but didn’t have to. King said they wanted to make this right, since I bought the truck brand new, and covered the other half of the cost without hesitation. Apparently customer service and satisfaction is actually important to them, unlike many others. For example, Booth Motors. That dealership sucks! Thank you King Chevrolet for having integrity.

I farm for a living, and was in the market for a work truck. Recently my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and while she fights to get well I have found a greater needs to haul my kids to and from activities as well as my normal farm duties.I needed a crew cab and regular bed. While originally looking at a work truck Silverado, Kevin found a Chevy Trail Boss that was a service loaner that provided significant savings. Kevin really got to know my needs, and helped me find the absolute best value for my budget. I can’t believe I got as much truck as I did for the price.Beyond finding my a great truck at a great price, Kevin went above and beyond throughout the buying process. The first time I came in I had my kids with me (8 and 5) and he made sure they had fun in the child area and while we looked at the truck. He never made me feel like it was a problem that they were with me while I was “just looking”.Once we started zeroing in on the trail boss, he made a special appointment so my wife could see it too. Through chemo, she has problems with neuropathy and reactions to cold, so some special considerations were made. Kevin even offered to drive it out to our farm it that would be more convenient.When we shook hands on the deal Kevin helped me get out the door very quickly. Had some minor work done here and have quoted some larger stuff. Most surprising thing is that this service department is competitive (sometimes cheaper) with the surrounding auto shops for repair costs.

The man who dealt me at the desk in the service dept was Rusty. I was extremely happy with his service. He explained everything clearly, called my extended warranty company who covered all of my repairs, relayed to them questions I had and got me answers. He was kind, respectful, and trustworthy.
