Purchased a truck from Valley Nissan on May 28th, took delivery of the truck June 30th. They were going to clear codes and detail the truck before they delivered it a few days after purchase. Communication was absolutely abysmal at best, initially management refused to do anything to make it right(pay first months payment...floor mats, reimburse me for a rental I had to get, get me a loaner...nothing). Sent them an email, and general manager Troy called. Said they would cover first months payment as I still had not received the truck at this point, and it was due. They did not make said payment, they did not deliver the truck, they did not detail the truck. They tried to send me out with bad tire after holding for 30+ days for clearing codes & detailing. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

These guys are awesome. They have been EXTREMELY helpful every step of the way with my Subaru repairs. Talk to George, he is great!
