Trash experience. They practice very poor salesmanship here and focus only on hard closing. Attempting to sell a Porsche without disclosing the hail damage. Be careful when shopping here. We almost had a psychical altercation with the sales manager who was verbally abusive to my counterpart.

Throughout the process, which lasted several days, from when Nate introduced himself to us to when we drove the car off the lot following the sale, Nate was polite, attentive, responsive to our questions, negotiated fairly, exercised initiative to keep the paperwork for the purchase and financing of the loan moving forward. They tried to buy our $15,000 blue book valued SUV for $7500 and tried to sell their fair condition SUV (KBB $14,000) over blue book value $18,000. please be careful they will rip you off. they will buy your car super low and sell their super high. I DO NOT want anyone to lose money buying car from these guys. please be careful!

I bought a nice car that had low miles but a few weeks later the transmission had problems. So I brought it over to the mechanic shop to be told itll be $2,300 for a new transmission. Now the engine has a banging noise and was told it needs a new engine too. Then something with the engine had to be replaced as it was leaking green fluid. At 69 years old its a shame that I got taken advantage of. I had so many of my family and friends buy from them and they will never every buy from them again. The salesman said it is sold without warranty and wont take it back, shame on you young man!

We bought a car from Victory and stumped up an additional $2000 for warranty which covered the radiator and cooling system but not against leaks! Needless to say we canceled the warranty and wait for a refund. Within a week we’ve had to spend over $7000 on the car to be able to drive it. Tires, cracked windshield, and an overhaul of the cooling system. Shady operators.

We first spoke to Brian over the phone prior to visiting the dealership. He was knowledgeable regarding the car we wanted to test drive, very pleasant and easy-going. Once at the dealership, we found him exactly the same way, super helpful and friendly. Ultimately, we did purchase a vehicle from him we are very happy with her choice, comfortable with all the details and the price. The easiest car purchase experience we have ever had.

This place is bad news, the $45000 truck I drove had oil blacker than the pavement. When I questioned them about it they said that they dont want to hide anything. Well you guessed it No deal. Plus I got $8000 more for my trade in at another dealership, where the same truck was cheaper and had 50000 less miles on it., with all clean fluids in it!

The staff were good, the toyota matrix wasnt presentable even after they said it was a clean car. This caused me to not purchase the vehicle

So we had a situation where a woman needed help fast in order to get out of a bad situation. She had no place to go and no wheels with young kids. Victory motors teamed up with us and we found a really nice used vehicle for her and the mechanics made sure it was safe and in great shape. Victory took one for the community and sold the vehicle at cost to help this lady out. This is what a great dealership looks like. Stepping in when the community is hurting and some people just need a break even when business might be down because of COVID drama. We showed up at the end of a normal weekday and they were already right away helping us get the deal done and making sure not to rush us but being efficient when we were ready. Paperwork was to the point and hassle free. If you havent given Victory a chance I would definitely recommend them as to just how down to earth and community driven they are. I like the old school way of a hand shake still means some thing and your word is everything. Great for our little community. Go visit them youll see for yourself.

I bought a car from Victory sight unseen and went by the photos they posted.. The coordination and attention to the transaction was as good as any dealer I have dealt with. Nate was the sales associate and answered every call and text and request I had and coordinated the transportation from Colorado to the East coast. The deal was made on Thursday, paperwork got here Friday and sent back Monday and the car arrived on Friday at noon. The car was just as represented and the price was reasonable.

My sister bought a car from Victory two years ago and had trouble getting emissions but Victory took over and solved the problem and even took the time to have it tested on their own time and dime! Over and above expectations!

Initially I thought Victory Motors might be a different dealership but it turned out to be the same. They have lots of nice cars and the first salesman I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I am very happy with the car that I purchased and have no regrets, but I caught the salesmen in a lie for sure twice. The Comfort Access System of the BMW 535iX was not working and a message popped up every time I test drove the vehicle that stated that the engine may not start because the key fob could not be found. I was told that the batteries in the remotes (2) were bad.(In reality, an antenna under the console was not plugged in, which I found and fixed myself). Then I was assured that the deal I was getting was great since the vehicle still had a warranty from BMW. This is not true at all as warranties through BMW are non-transferable unless they are BMW CPI vehicles, which it is not. Subsequent to making an offer we were put through the typical sales antics that most dealers do. My wife and I got up and walked out, not interested in playing their games and were chased down by the finance guy who was sitting in the back listening to all. We did go back in as we were assured we had a deal but despite having stated that I had no interest in any after-sale warrantee, I had to sit and listen to their warranty sales pitch (wait, I thought it still had BMW warranty!). When I declined that, they tried to sell me gap insurance.Overall impression...not impressed, just another dealership that requires the buyer to be well educated and on top of their game.

Drove down to test drive a vehicle for my daughter that they had posted online. Car looked good and seemed to be well maintained. Test drive went fine. Even though the vehicle seemed a bit overpriced, I paid cash for it anyway. On the 40 minute drive home, it started having problems. Brought it into my local repair shop, and there were some pretty costly repairs. Buyer beware. These repairs should of been easily noticeable and much cheaper for Victory just to fix before selling the car. It seemed they didnt even look under the hood!

Disclaimer : I did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership, so my review is only about my experience with them, not about a vehicle I purchased. Unfortunately, I ended up having a bad experience with Victory Motors. I was looking for a very specific car in several places around the country. They ended up having one of the ones I wanted. So I called them and over the course of 3 days, had a friend go and view the vehicle (as I am in California ATM and would be in Denver in a couple weeks to buy the vehicle and drive it home) I also went through 3 different banks to get financing because non of my normal banks would loan to an Independent out of state dealership. I started a membership at a bank that would load to this dealership and got instant approved but was told I would have to wait till after the weekend for them to finish creating my membership. I communicated this through the associate I had been talking to. I also told him I could pay cash if need be but decided to just go through with a loan instead because there was no benefit in using cash really. We had already negotiated price and had an agreement that I would purchase the vehicle. We simply were waiting for the paperwork from the bank. After going through all of this, I get a text from the associate an hour after telling him all of this saying, unfortunately the vehicle ended up selling. I didnt realize they were even still selling the vehicle because I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle and was approved for a loan, they also knew I could and was willing to just buy the vehicle with cash. I told the associate I would have put a deposit down if I had known they still had it available for purchase to someone else. He told me normally they would take a deposit but they would have to have financing set up first. That doesnt make much sense to me as Id imagine most of the time a deposit is so they hold the vehicle while you find financing but perhaps I am wrong in this regard. Either way, I could have easily put down a cash deposit if they would have communicated with me or even just bought the car in cash. They clearly saw that they could get a faster/easier sale by selling it to this other person. The associate told me if they get another one they would call me, but after this experience, I wouldnt purchase a vehicle from them and cant recommend this dealership to any of my friends/family in the area. They simply waisted my time for the past week and I find this unprofessional.

I purchased a vehicle here Friday for 16k. Firstly they low balled me for my trade in tremendously. Secondly they didnt have all the papers in order for the transaction. Signature pages were missed and copies not provided to us after corrected. Only two days later I drove the vehicle the first time since bringing it home. My wife had to pick me up. The car not even 3 days later was already experiencing major mechanical issues that will surely be costly. Two words, sharks & junkyard. Never again will I do business here, and I stress that you dont waste your money.

I bought a 2000 Toyota Tacoma from Victory Motors on 10-17-20 with 160,442 miles on the odometer. It now has 160,539 so I havent even put 100 miles on it yet. Within the last few months it started to have trouble starting but it would eventually turn over after a few starts. I took it into a local mechanic to get it checked out and had him do a used car inspection since I was there and to be thorough. He found that the battery was almost completely drained of the fluid inside and so the electrical connection was bad. The battery was definitely several years old and in bad shape. There was also a TON of corrosion build up on the positive terminal. The mechanic recommended that I buy a new battery for it instead of paying him to do it so I knew he was being a straight shooter with me. He also found that the radiator needed servicing with the anti freeze being no good so I had him do a flush and new fluid put in.I then went to Advance Auto and bought a new battery. The guy there replaced the battery for me and it took him about 20 minutes to get the terminal off since it was so heavily corroded. I even had to get a new terminal since the old one broke due to being so deteriorated. I got the truck home and the problem seemed to be fixed. However, after a few days when I went to start it again it was completely dead and wouldnt even turn over. I had to have a mechanic do an on-site visit since I couldnt get it started and I didnt want to tow it. After running some diagnostics, he determined it needed a new starter. I then bought a starter online thru Advance Auto and had him replace it a couple weeks later. The starter that he pulled out was not the original Denso starter that wouldve been in that year and model of Toyota so it had been replaced already with some lesser quality brand of starter. Also, it had been banged on a lot (probably by a previous owner who had a method of banging on it in order to get it started).As I was driving it the other day, the weather got a bit warm so I turned on the A/C but no cool air was coming out at all so it looks like that needs servicing, too. Anyway, that was kind of the last straw for me and I now feel like I was sold a vehicle that was not inspected and/or serviced properly by Victory Motors before putting it up for sale despite being assured by the salesperson that it had been.As it is, I feel like I paid a premium for this truck at over $7K OTD and now Im into it another $700 and thats not even factoring in fixing the A/C, which could easily run another couple hundred to several hundred dollars.Anyway, I dont really expect Victory to do anything about this since there was no warranty and well buyer beware but I at least wanted to bring this to their attention so theyre aware of it and give them a chance to respond. I emailed them all of this info back on 4-24-21 and no response almost 2 weeks later, which is just plain bad business. Therefore, Im posting this negative review since its really my only recourse and to warn other consumers.

My Husband and I went in to look at a jeep for a play vehicle.We have great credit and didnt need the vehicle.The staff was asking 6k over nada and wouldnt budge $500 on it.Then had the gull to request the 6k over nada as a down payment.Mind you the banks will only finance the vehicles value..When we declined the offer with our reasoning they continued to berate and belittle myself and husband via text message after leaving the dealership.Unprofessional, pampas and self righteousAs much as we give small businesses this is definitely one to steer clear of.

This is my only bad review Im an easy to please person.Let me enumerate the ways in which your company has not done the right thing by me.1) recommend a route which did not get the car up to interstate speed. That aint right.2) at least 900 low on the trade, a deal I deeply regret now but I just wanted a nice reliable awd manual car. That aint right.3) the car you sold me failed. Didnt even last 100 miles before failing. That aint right.4) you failed to produce any paperwork stating the work that has been done to the car after that failure. That aint right.5) refusing to accept there is something mechanically wrong with the car, which is causing the turbo to fail. That aint right.6) Refusing to renegotiate a return of failed product. That aint right.There ought to be laws against these predatory practices.Just updating because what these folks are doing to me is illegal in 7 other states probably a fair indicator their not good humans.Sold me a car with no emissions test I had 3 business days to get emissions but the car did not even last 3 bussiness days...

I purchased an $18,000 vehicle from them. After telling me on the lot that they were willing to negotiate on the price, they were inflexible once they had us sitting down inside. Since the vehicle needed new tires (about $800 total) they told us since they cant move on the price, they will pass along a tire discount. He said that depending on the tire, they can get up to $160 off per tire. We agreed and purchased the vehicle. After several days of waiting the discount they promised us, it turned out to be $1 per tire. We got duped. Be careful trusting what they promise you. This is the second car we have bought from them, the first went fine but after this interaction well never buy from them again.

Bought my Mercedes AMG E-63 from here and couldn’t have had a better experience. The buying process was easy and pressure free. I’ve been to many dealerships that are either quick to write me off or try to take advantage of me as an young adult, but this was far from that.
