As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us and made us feel welcome. When we started working with Ben he immediately started working and seeing what he could do for us. “We can’t approve you” never came out of his mouth. It was “we can make something happen.” We knew we were going to have to have a little bit of a miracle to make something happen and they made it happen. Ben was very detailed, extremely attentive to us, every question we had he answered efficiently and with great knowledge! He was extremely friendly, nice, easy to work with, easy to talk to, easy to relate to. He showed us the options that were available to us, even had the cars turned on and ready to be tested out before we were even outside. He is extremely detailed in his work and we greatly appreciated that! When we moved on to the loan person to approve us, Robin, she was just as great as Ben. So easy to work with, always smiling, again answered every question very efficiently and made us feel like we were the number one customers ever. We will be giving them our business over and over again just because their customer service was out of this world and beyond the call of duty! We had just come from Fowler Honda and they had terrible customer service. So we were nervous to go to another one and be treated the same. I’m very thankful we visited Valley Nissan!

This was a great experience. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle and had never been able to do it on our own due to credit reasons we have been working to repair. I had a great experience this week while purchasing my 2022 Pathfinder. I started the car shopping process back in late June originally thinking I wanted the Armada. I never once felt pressured into making any decisions by the sales representative after I received the estimate and felt it was out of my price range. I did go back and forth several times because I wanted to explore other manufacturers and cars such as Toyota Highlander, Hyndai Palisade, and Honda Pilot. I also eventually decided to wait a few months because the Pathfinder was being redesigned and I wanted to see what it looked like before committing. I liked that again I did not get pressure from the sales team to put a deposit on a car I had not even looked at. Given the current situation with dealerships having low inventory across the board I was able see and test drive a Pathfinder in early September and decide that it was what I wanted. Once I found the trim level and color I wanted I decided to go ahead and purchase. Today I was able to drive off in my new car and I couldnt be happier. I felt the team at Valley Nissan took the extra time and care most people looking to make a large purchase would want to receive. I can tell they are really wanting to have a relationship with their customers, not just a transactional relationship. I plan to return to Valley Nissan for my oil and filter changes as well. Purchased a preowned vehicle here and had a good experience. Sales personnel were all very nice and accommodating! Only issue I had was that I had called in the morning the day I planned on coming in to make sure the vehicle I wanted to look at was on the lot, and was told that it was taken care of. Then when I arrived that evening, it wasn’t there, and they had to go and get it from their sister lot.Once the car arrived all went well, and I got the vehicle I wanted! Thank you!

Just got an inspection done; I ended up replacing my washer fluid tank but somehow they missed this chunk of metal that was wedged into my tire. I mentioned I was going on a road trip and needed to make sure my tires were good, and mentioned this back one specifically. It had needed air a few times. Im about to drive 2,000 miles across country- its scary when people miss stuff like this.

There was some lack of communication. Was told the service would take 1hr 45 mins but actually took 3 hrs. Was also told a shuttle driver was on the way to pick us up but they did not arrive until an hour later. Communication could have been much better.

GreatProbably the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

I had a local mechanic perform some routine maintenance on my Altima and almost immediately after I picked up the car, it started experiencing issues. Two days later, the car stalled out and wouldnt start again! I called Valley Nissan who recommended a tow company and got my car in that day. They investigated the issue and quickly took care of it - now the car is running great! I was expecting the worst, but it ended up not being a severe issue.

Ben at Valley Nissan was great at following up with me at every juncture. He was thorough without being pushy, and attentive to my concerns about auto and pricing details. I’d buy from this dealership again.

I gave a one star view before- after they missed a chunk of metal in my tire.Here I am again now- another dealership diagnosed my car and said I needed a new air compressor pump. I took it here because they should be able to fix my Nissan better than other shops. However, they said they didnt see any issue.Now, a couple weeks later, my car sounds like it wants to explode. I took it to another shop and guess what? They find something wrong with my air compressor pump.This is twice Ive come here --> and Ive told these people exactly what my issues were

+I was looking for a truck and could not make a deal in Colorado Springs. Valley Nissan went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I probably will not be able to have Valley do my serbice work since it is 125 miles away.

The $700 difference on the first job was never resolved, we ended up taking our car to Boulder Nissan and was only charged $400.

I was in the market for a specific car when this dealership called me to inform me they had it. I was overjoyed, but after several strange back and forths through email, it became clear that they did not have the car Ive been looking for, and were planning on trying to sell me something else. When I said I would drive down to look at the car (after they refused to send me pictures of it), they suddenly informed me a different dealership had bought it from them that morning. When I called that dealership, they informed me that was a lie. Overall, this has been a legit waste of my time and the dishonesty has been extremely disappointing. I will continue to do my Nissan business with metro Denver dealerships, but will never trust these guys again...

Very helpful with my situation on my 2016 Nissan Rouge. I didn’t purchase it at this location but a sister location. They have kept me in the loop the whole time as it has to do with warranty stuff, no run around from the shop. They aren’t charging me for the loaner I have until they can get my rouge fixed. All the staff I came into contact with have been wonderful. Especially Chris shop manager and sahid(sorry if I spelt wrong). The guy that gave me a ride to and from was awesome (sorry I don’t member your name). they have gained me as a customer now
