I bought a Toyota Highlander Hybrid a few weeks ago after looking all over the country for months for the right one. It was in good condition and a decent price given how insane the market is right now. These guys were easy to work with, friendly, respectful and real. When I had an issue with some warning lights a few days later I called the dealership and explained what was going on. It was an issue that their independent mechanic had already tried to fix and they promptly arranged for me to bring the car back in so they could fix it. They handled the whole situation professionally and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

I bought a car from them maybe little over a year ago, and within the first six months I had to put 2K worth of repairs. It appears that these guys do in-house sketch repairs due to the fact when I had to pull the dash off to fix the heater box, the dash was glued together and the heater box was glued and tapped. They appear to reset codes on the cars because they instantly have issues, I made it 3000 miles before I had a major repair. When you attempt to contact them about issues that popped up they will not call you back, and refuse to take any sort of responsibility. I am now having to fix engine and transmission issues, and I have driven then car maybe 10,000 miles.Please take my warning do not buy a car from these guys, they know the issues the car has and will hastily repair them to get that car out the door.

I bought a Honda CR-V from here last week and Javier made the entire process an fast, easy and simple experience. The time from arriving to leaving and driving my new car home was probably around 60 minutes, including the test drive. They never tried to push me toward anything more expensive, the paperwork was easy and the dealership fee was very low compared to everywhere else I’d looked. I walked into a great deal,well googled into bought a1998 honda accord. Im from Texas. Settled all paper work through mail. Ryan and all there where prompt and ever so curtious to my brother and I when I a truck driver drove up in my Big Truck parked in middle of street after hours Ryan happily waiting handed me the keys with a smile. It is a smaller dealership, but they still had a decent selection of cars. They seem to put a lot of effort into having used cars on their lot that are in really good condition. They provide the CARFAX Report on all of their vehicles, which takes out some of the unknown when buying a used car. They also offer a 3rd party extended warrant (which we bought). I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota 4Runner from these guys and it was the easiest experience Ive had. You will get a very fair price on any vehicle you buy from these guys. Both Ric and Ryan are down to earth and easy to worth with. They are also very strict on the quality of vehicles they stock, only the cleanest, and most sound make the cut.

I worked with Javier (Assistant to the Regional Manager) to trade in my old Honda for a less old Subaru. Excellent experience, could not be more satisfied with the customer service and my new vehicle.

Sold me a car with piston slap, an engine issue which is only noticeable on a cold start. They intentionally hid this from me by warming the engine up when I went to check it out, and again when I went to buy it. The car had loose wheel bearings, which cost me $1,000 to get fixed, and would have done serious damage to the car otherwise. Alignment issues. Issues with the locks. Electrical issues. The list goes on. Considering I paid over 4 times what the car is worth, these are things they should have fixed prior to selling it. Not to mention, it had barely any fuel in the tank, which is not only bad service, but it could have easily damaged the fuel pump. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

I often read reviews but don’t normally write one. In fact, this is my first, but after having such a positive experience buying a used car at 5280 Motor Company, I wanted to share it with others.I was looking for a reliable car on behalf of my daughter. I found one at 5280 that fit her budget. Having shopped around for several months, the car was reasonably priced compared to the same make and model advertised at other dealers.I worked with Brandon who was great. He had the car ready when I came over to take a first look. He provided a Carfax report and answered all of my questions. When I came back later in the day to buy the car, he had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out of his office in less than an hour.At the time of purchase, we both noticed a “squeaking” noise coming from the brakes. After sharing the results of an inspection just a few days later with Brandon, he agreed to cover the majority of the cost – a very fair gesture which reinforced a comment he repeated that having to repair/replace something so quickly is not the way he does business.There are certainly many places to consider when buying a used car.
