I recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience with Braden Brungardt exceeded my expectations in every way. He wasn’t pushy and got me everything I wanted. I purchased a used 2019 Honda Odyssey at a used car dealer. After adding gap, warranty, and dent insurance, I paid nearly what a new van cost. Contacted Braden and he was able to get me into a brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey with gap, a 100k mile warranty, and an interior and exterior insurance for the same amount as the used one. Needless to say I returned the used van and canceled the deal immediately at the dealership. Fowler Honda’s finance department did an amazing job getting me in and out with the new keys in an hour. I received my new van detailed, cleaned and ready to take home. Nobody was pushy, everyone was friendly, and the experience was incredible. I have a BMW I have at home and I had a better experience at this dealership than I did at BMW. ALSO, they got me a better interest rate! 3% I was at 13% with the used van!!Highly, highly, highly recommend

We recently purchased a used GMC Yukon Denali XL from Fowler Honda of Longmont. Our purchase started online, but from the moment we walked in the door our experience was fantastic. The lovely woman at the front desk welcomed our crew warmly and enthusiastically. We were able to test drive the vehicle almost immediately and without any pressures to buy it, and absolutely NO pressure to buy anything we weren’t looking for. The sales manager Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and got everything squared away quickly. About a month after our purchase we noticed a few things going on with our vehicle and after reaching out to Fowler, they quickly addressed all of our concerns without any hesitation. Following our 5-Star experience here, we will never purchase from another dealership! My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with our vehicle, but we are even happier with Fowler. I am done taking my cars there for service. Weve purchased two vehicles through Fowler Honda (then Frontier Honda), and have been using them for repair, oil change, and inspection services since then. That is, for the last six years. The expectation we had was that we would pay a premium to do all the dealership services by the book, and in exchange wed enjoy the peace of mind of having our cars work.The last few years they started going down hill. We started getting cars back with inspections, but the wiper blades (clearly no longer functional) werent checked and replaced, or the oil life percent reading hadnt been reset. These seemed like minor issues, but they mean that someone is not following the items on their service checklist. When we mentioned the oil life reading, they acted like it was somehow our problem for not resetting it ourselves.Sure enough, these were small warning signs we should have paid more attention to. I just had a tire blowout, with two kids in the car, on the highway, in a car that had just had an inspection two months ago. The cause? The tires tread was clearly getting bare — they had not highlighted this in the inspection report or mentioned it to us. I drive this car 3-4 times a week, 3-4 miles per trip (I dont have a commute at the moment), so theres been minimal wear since they performed the inspection (and charged a dealer rate for it, mind you).We had recently taken our other car in to a local auto repair shop with high ratings rather than the dealership because of our concern with minor issues, and sure enough, its tires were nearly bare, too, and it had a coolant leak that seemed to have been developing for some time.These things did not occur overnight, they happened right under Fowlder Hondas nose and they did nothing except check the items off the list without actually looking. Dont put your safety in their hands, as they dont care enough to follow through with their end of the bargain. I would give them negative stars if I could, and if you care about the safety of your family youll stay clear of them.EDIT: I appreciate the detailed response from Fowler Honda. I will note that I found and reviewed the inspection form and it does note the tire readings as being low tread as they say (3/), but its a yellow mark (not a red). Theres a review tires note underneath, but I dont have any memory of the technician discussing tire estimates with me or asking to set a date. Ive also added a picture of the wipers from the day after the inspection for the Fit . Note that the wipers for the Pilot were also inoperable on the last inspection date, which my wife discovered while driving our children home from school in the snow (thats why theres a wiper fix special visit a few days after the inspection — in November 2019). Also, not listed are the three occasions when we reset the oil service % counter ourselves because the techs didnt bother doing it.Again, these may be small things in isolation, but they add up to a lack of conscientiousness from the techs doing the inspections, the result of which means that I dont trust them to do our service work and keep the vehicle safe any longer.

I just moved from the Bay Area to Boulder and was looking to trade-in my car and purchase another vehicle. I went to Fowler Honda after visiting another Honda dealership in the area and it was a night and day difference.The gentlemen at Fowler could not have been more helpful and really pulled out all of. the stops to work with me in a fair and up front manner. Roberto was my first point of contact, he was extremely pleasant and helpful from start to finish.Chris was soon to follow and I cant say enough about the variety of options he presented me with. Finally, Khalid ushered me home through the financing process. I honestly had a blast working with him. I. have bought several Hondas from several dealerships and this was BY FAR the best experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the sales associate Adriana! We had an exceptional experience with the team at Fowler Honda! We were shopping for a car for my daughter who is heading off to college this fall. When we initially came into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Debbie who was a delight through the entire process. She shared her story of her family, getting cars for her kids, what was important as far as a warranty, and was truly wonderful and lots of fun to interact with. Jana also helped us look at different options of cars that were available and then spent time after we made our purchase to sit in the car with my daughter and showed her how to use all of the various features and buttons within the car. She was extremely kind and very patient and it was truly impressive the care she showed in supporting my daughter in learning how to operate the car. In addition, we worked Khalid who was open and transparent in our discussion in figuring out the best options for purchasing the car and finding the warranty that was right based on our specific circumstances. I would definitely recommend Fowler Honda as a place that takes the time to listen and support in the car buying process. All members of their team were wonderful to work with!

If there was an option to give out zero star I would do that instead of giving one star. They dont deserve any star. By they I mean Car Service Crew. First of all I would like to warn all the people who go there for Car Servicing, make sure what your repair cost is going to be, especially over the phone they will give out one price and on arrival the price tend to magically be more somehow! They dont honor the price said over the phone. They are ripping customer off, for sure. I go there for same service but somehow magically my invoice always varies like not with small number, with big number. I am never going back here.

I live about 2 hours from Longmont. When I went in the website just to browse, I found a car I knew I just wanted. Did not want to look at anything else. I worked with a gentleman named Khalid. Took a few days of back and forth emails and calls. In the end though, I was approved for the car I knew I just had to leave with, and got the best deal I could never imagine. Excellent customer service!!! Haven’t been this happy about an experience from a dealership in a very long time. They worked with me and listened to everything I wanted. I could not be any happier with my vehicle and the service I got from them. Definitely a 5 star rating from me.

I took my Fit in for a recall on the drive shafts. They did not give any indication that they might need to keep my car longer than a day, but told me after they had my car that they would need to order parts and wait a few days. They were not sympathetic to my pre-existing commitments, said they had no loaner cars and Honda wouldnt cover a rental. It would have been really easy to tell me up front that it might be a few days with my car, or even just to be a little bit sympathetic when it caused me serious inconvenience to suddenly be without my car. Now Im out $150 for long rides on Uber, when I could have planned around this if Id know and rescheduled those commitments.

Best car buying experience in a long while. We Are long time Honda owners and have lived in Longmont for years. We have always tried to buy local but the former Honda dealership at this location would never deal. We usually ended up going to Boulder or Denver. I thought I would give the new dealership a shot. They were super friendly and accommodating to my longish timeline. They found the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted, and at the price I wanted. I sold my car to Fowler Honda approximately 1 month ago. They owe me a five figure amount of money for said car and told me it would be just a few business days to get my cash because everything has to go through Oklahoma. I was told told more than 2 weeks ago my check was in the mail but it appeared that was not true. We have informed mail delivery and have never been notified of it coming.Im beginning to think something shady has happened with my money as I have called them almost every day and keep getting forwarded to another person to talk to and always told Id be called back with more information but it doesnt happen. Was told to email all our information to personnel in the office and nothing ever comes of it and nobody seems to care about getting this resolved. Considering filing a complaint with the Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board if not resolved in the next day or two.

Ask for Diego if you’re getting your car serviced. He’s honest, professional and has great customer service.I went to their service department thinking my brake pedal switch for my brake lights was out. I had a mindset of a bill of $300+. Not knowing much about cars I’ve been ripped off over the years by dealerships and mechanics. Diego took care of me, he was incredible not only with customer service but with setting proper expectations throughout this the process. When it was all said and done it turned out to be my bulbs in the back and cost under $100. They could have lied to me because I don’t know much. 10/10 finding trustworthy people in this industry are hard to find, you can trust Diego.

Disappointing experience. We filled out the finance calculator on Fowlers site and got within the range we wanted to spend monthly. So we went to the dealership (on 2/23). When we sat down to figure out financing, they first offered us a monthly payment that was almost $100 more than what the Fowler site estimated. we said that was way to high, and they first suggested we could lease the car and then buy it after the lease was up. What? Thats the best deal THEY could hope for. We said we were firm with a 60mo. finance and the monthly payment range we stated. If that meant a bigger down payment then so-be-it. In the end the best they could offer was financing for 72 months, which would bring our monthly payment under our range, and we could just pay a little extra a month and pay off the car in 67 months - totally ignoring what we said we were firm on. We left, feeling like they just tried to use gimmicks to get the best profits they could out of us.3 days later, we went to Greeley Honda, with the same firm financing expectations. We increased our downpayment, they came down on their first offer, and we walked away with a new CR-V, paying $3 more a month then what we targeted for a 60mo finance.I will say that the people we talked to at Fowler were pleasant and friendly and not rude or aggressive. We get our oil changed at Fowler and have never had any complaints about their service.

Last fall during a routine visit for an oil change another dealer nearby changed the differential fluid in my 2017 CRV. The next day I found a large puddle of oil underneath the car. During the drive back to the other dealer the diagnostic trouble light came on. The diagnoses was an overfill by the repair technician and a fictitious trouble code. Afterward every time I drove the car the trouble light came on. Earlies this year I returned. Again no problem was found.This spring I decided to try another dealer, Fowler Honda of Longmont, to see if they could find and fix the problem. Low and behold after reading the trouble light codes they found a cracked differential housing! I was given a loaner to drive during the time it took them to ordered a new differential housing to replace the cracked one. Now there are no more leaks, no more trouble lights and everything is as it should be. Thank you Fowler Honda for your help. I will return as they clearly know what they are doing and value their customers.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV from Fowler. The representatives that helped me were Adriana and Khalid. Both were personable, friendly highly trained and competent and a pleasure to work with. I needed the car quickly for a road trip to the West Coast, but it needed a repair and the required part had to be ordered. Khalid jumped on the case, expedited the order, and worked with the service department to take apart the car so it was ready to receive the part. After 6 PM the night before I had to leave he called me and told me my car was ready. He previously said it would likely not be ready until sometime on the day I needed to depart. But he pushed hard, as did the service department to get it ready the night before. Great work! I was totally pleased!

Not at all happy with this dealership!!!’ I just spent over $6,000.00 with them last week and they had the audacity to return my car filthy not only on the outside but the lousy mechanic got grease on the inside roof. The car was so filthy on the outside that I barely recognized that it was my car. Granted there were fires that week but they had my car for 2 full weeks and it was a mess. I was told it was under new management and had no one to clean cars. Poor excuse! The owner should know better!! How do you treat customers that way and expect repeat business??? So the service manager washed the car by hand! I discovered the inside mess later after I drove 200 miles away. I left s message for the service manager and he never called back. No apology, nothing! Beware!!!

Working with Frontier Honda in Longmont for the lease of our new 2019 Pilot EX-L was an absolute pleasure. Our salesman, Bernie Ruiz, was so attentive, and quick to text us with new info and answers to questions that we had. We had several interactions as we looked at a few different models and options. We moved to the area a few years back and started using Frontiers excellent service department for general maintenance. Unfortunately out Fit was totalled by a distracted driver and we needed a replacement vehicle. It made sense to visit Frontier to see what Honda had to offer with the knowledge that future service would be easy. Sammy greeted us as we looked at vehicles on the lot and provided an informative and low pressure experience. Frontier had an exceptional inventory of cars at the time. The Express Service is significantly less expensive that stand-alone oil change stores but provides additional services. It takes a little longer to complete the work, but its worth it. The service manager is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I would give them 5 stars but the waiting area needs a make-over.

If you have a Honda, there is no other place you should take your car for services or repairs. This place will take care of you! Honest and upfront techs gave me options for repair and were very friendly and helpful. I couldnt recommend this place more. Ive had cars serviced at other locations that had hidden fees and unwanted surprises or pressured me to fix additional items that werent necessary and this location is NOT like that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks for the great service!!

The techs at Frontier Honda are always great. Derrick went above and beyond. When my car was going to take another 3-4 hours and I had no way of getting home or back to the dealership, he asked James to drive me home and then another crew member picked me back up in the shuttle. He also advised me of what the potential issue could be and gave me advice on the options for fixing it without pushing for the more expensive option.

Wow! Why cant I give them more stars? Like many people I know this weekend I had to go to a dreading place: a car dealership. I found online the car I wanted to buy and went there hoping for some luck but literary expecting the worst. I got to Fowler Honda of Longmont and, although there were more people being taken care of I was immediately greeted by Khalid Buchaala which I thought was one of the sales person. I was immediately put in a good vibe by his outstanding and genuine good and positive attitude. I told him about the car I was interested in and in and he said he would bring the car shortly. And guess what: in less than a minute the car was in front of me! The car had just arrived at the dealership and wasnt prepared for sales yet. Khalid apologized for that but highlighted that it was good because I could see how the car was treated by its previous owner, and I couldnt agree more! Then in no time we were filling paperwork and taking care of business as it has to be (only then I found out that Khalid was not a sales man but a finance director or similar). But instead of this being the dreading experience of being attacked by zillions of options and needs that I should buy etc. I was having all my questions and doubts being very well answered and taken care of! Wow again! The experience I had with Khalid absolutely changed my mindset about buying a used car (at least at Fowler Honda of Longmont). And Im also very happy because I have 3 more teenager kids that will need cars pretty soon and I am so sure about the stressless experience Ill have that Im actually looking forward to it! Frontier Honda is fantastic. My experience buying my 2017 CR-V was above and beyond what I would have expected from a car dealership. My saleswoman Liz spent several hours with me, was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. They are not the closest Honda dealer to me, but I go out of my way to bring my car there for service because their service team is wonderful. Thanks guys.

I have been taking my Hondas to the Fowler (formerly Frontier) Service Department for over 8 years and have always received the highest quality of service, both on my car and as a customer, so when the time came to buy a newer Honda I knew where to go.I cannot say enough about Khalid Bujhaaly, Deon Ramlal and Jonathon Solliday. These gentlemen provided the highest quality of sales service and professionalism that I have ever experienced purchasing a car. Not only were they extremely helpful they were kind, authentic and honest. I had a difficult problem to diagnose on my Pilot. I paid Frontier to look at it. They suggested another facility may have done something improperly that was out of their expertise, so I took it back to them. The other facility suggested Frontier had misdiagnosed the problem. So I called Frontier back and told them what the other facility had said. They promptly rescheduled me to bring the car back to fix it if possible, at no additional cost if it was truly their fault. When I brought it back the second time, they verified the other facility was at fault and showed me the evidence. As promised they did not charge me for the second inspection. Bottom line, they treated me right.

Was quoted 1 hour to do a simple oil service. Waited 1.5 hours then was told itll be a little longer. Couldnt wait anymore so I left and came back an hour later. Still wasnt done and had to wait another 30 minutes. 3 total hours for an oil change.

I stopped in here mainly to see what used inventory they had without any real intention to buy; I mainly was searching for a basis for comparing other cars. I found a used Toyota Highlander that piqued my interest. In a matter of less than an hour I took it on a test drive, liked it, talked to the salesman and negotiated the price down to the point where I felt I was getting a good deal, and decided to buy it. It is refreshing to see good cars at decent prices and to deal with salesmen who are friendly and willing to negotiate on the price.Additionally, I had agreed to buy my car as is; I wasnt the least bit concerned about its mechanical condition. In turn I got a discount. Despite that, they still did a lot of work to it in the shop for free. I got new struts, new oil, new fluid for pretty much everything, new brakes, new wiper blades, new filters for pretty much everything. They spent more than 10% of the cost of the car on servicing for me. Being a little bit skeptical, I did some research on the parts they were fitting to my car (particularly the struts) and was pleased to find out they were using quality parts (a lot of dealers use some questionable parts that just create more problems down the line). Since they did all of this servicing I ended up getting a better car that will not need anything major done to it maintenance-wise for a very long time. So in the end I was even more pleased than I was originally! These guys clearly care that their customers are happy.

This was my first time taking my 18 Pilot to Frontier Honda for regular maintenance. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Rob was my service adviser and he did a great job explaining and taking care of things. When I went there the day before to make a service appointment, the service manager told me to get a discount coupon from the website so I could save some money. I forgot to do this, but when I looked for the coupon at Frontier Hondas website, there was none. But Rob somehow found an older coupon that is no longer posted and applied it to my total bill. Thanks Rob!I did not give a 5 star because I had to come in person to the dealership to make my service appointment. I tried to call but all service lines were busy. The lady who answered my call asked me if I want to wait or leave a voice mail. I chose to leave a voice mail. To this date, 48 hours later, nobody from the service department ever returned my call. Luckily after leaving the voice mail, my errands took me close enough to Frontier Honda and I was able to stop by to make the appointment in person. But this should not have been necessary.

I was told I would have a complimentary car wash which I was happy for but when I got my car back the roof was untouched by water and had brush marks through the dust on top. My husband and I were car searching and found ourselves looking at the used vehicles at Frontier Honda. Immediately Eric (General Manager) came out and greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We weren’t sure but he just helped answer questions we had. There wasn’t any pressure to buy or anything. As we were leaving feeling like we didn’t find anything fitting our needs I spotted a Lexus that we a bit over our price range. We talked to Eric about the vehicle and took it for a test drive with Bernie (salesman). We loved the car but couldn’t justify the price. After thinking it over we asked to negotiate and they were very generous and helped us find a comfortable payment monthly and total price of the car. I would highly recommend checking this place out. Even if you don’t find something it’s friendly and non pressuring experience. Thank you Frontier Honda and staff for our car!

Frontier Honda is a fantastic dealer. We just bought our new 2017 Honda Fit there and they gave as an amazing price. Competitive and cheaper than all other Honda Dealers on the Front Range. Bernie our car dealer was really nice, no pressure, and very chill. He was informed on the vehicle and was super receptive to our needs. Eric the general manager was also amazing. He gave us an sweet deal and even threw in some free ski passes to Winter Park. No stress buying this car at Frontier Honda.
