I brought my car in for an oil change they did a free 167 point inspection and a few car wash with my oil change. My case has 168000 miles on it so it was nice to see if there was anything else wrong with it. There was two recalls on the vehicle that they are going to order the parts then have me being it back in to be replaced. There is an oil leak and they recommended that I get my engine resealed. It is a $4000 job. I havent decided if it an going to have it done yet or sell the car first. If I do I will be back to have my car fixed. They were very nice to me. I appreciated everything they did and everyone I had contact with. See you again soon.

Had an issue with the last automated email reminder changing the time of my safety recall service (to an hour earlier). The service representative said the wait would be longer because I was late for my appointment. Filled out an on-line survey a few days after the appointment, relating the mix up and the lack of empathy. The service manager called me within 30 minutes and apologized several times and offered to make it right. The other times Ive taken my vehicle in there, the service experience has been wonderful. The service department at Stevenson Hyundai is great! Even when there may be an issue, they will do their best to resolve it and make you happy.

Had a fantastic experience with Jim Cannon here at Stevinson. He helped us find the perfect car for us (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate) with zero pressure to spend out of our comfort zone. The car even had some minor scuffs in the paint on the bumper but Jim told us they would take care of it. And take care of it they did-no charge. Now it feels like a brand new car. The parts department is absolutely awful. We needed a side mirror replaced & started the process mid August. We were told 2-3 weeks and they’d replace it. It’s now end of September and we’ve called >10x, left 5 voicemails and no return call, no communication whatsoever from them. Horrible customer service.

We were tired of the all the looking and pushing salesman.Will there was none of that a this dealer. We were made to feel at ease at try out all the cars we wanted in a very relaxed and friendly setting.We found a car that met all of our needs and drove home in a New Iconiq hybrid.These people earned our respect and our business.

Very nice staff but poor customer service. They will not respond to emails after you have purchased a car and it took them almost 4 months to get my title. They also told me I was paying taxes and fees there and I now am being charged a second time for all of the fees. They keep trying to tell me I am lying about paying the fees but I have the receipts which they will not acknowledge. Save yourself some hassle and buy a car elsewhere.

He was patient!Lets talk about financing and paperwork... we were the first people there to buy this vehicle. It was Labor day, you would expect them to be busy...they were not. We were the first people in the chair to start paperwork... and we were the last people to leave. They placed a special finance in front of us, and two other people.It was agreed on that they would fix the tire that clearly had a leak... but since we sat there until 8:00 pm the service team had left... for the love of God nobody could turn on a compressor to save their lives, and they also needed to fill the tank. Our experience was eh to say the least.

All the sales and service personnel are very friendly and easy to work with. It was the easiest car buying experience I could ask for. Plus the service warranty provides a lot of peace of mind.

*READ ME!* I had such a positive car shopping experience at Stevinson Hyundai in May of 2020. Pierce came out right away to assist with my car-buying experience. He was never pushy or salesy. This is especially impressive considering this was the first day back on the sales floor after Stevinson was closed and employees were furloughed due to the pandemic. Pierce was honest about pricing and only used facts and data to support his offer for my trade in and the purchase price of the vehicle. He referenced Kelly Blue Book and Carfax repeatedly.When I drove off the lot in my new-to-me car, I noticed that the A/C cooling was broken. I told Pierce and he immediately set out to make it right. Not because I was hostile or it was his responsibility, but because he wanted to ensure my car buying experience was a positive one. I have a lot of respect for that! The service department fixed it right up a few days later. Saved me at least $200!There was one condition of my purchase that hasnt been able to be completed yet due to COVID, but Pierce has been following up with me.The only less-than-glowing piece of my car buying experience was in the financing office. I worked with Chris. I was happy with the price of the vehicle and had not intended to purchase any further insurance offerings. I was offered the same thing, at a slightly lower price, about five times before I gave in. This was incredibly uncomfortable and I felt like I was taking food straight from his childrens mouths. In 2020, I was very surprised that a woman has to say *NO* this many times. Again, this was extremely uncomfortable. I hope this strategy is not training that Hyundai or Stevinson offers or encourages. I will say that Chris was able to offer me an interest rate that was lower than the financing I came in with. I will keep my rating at 5 stars because Pierce saved my experience with his after-care.*COVID REVIEW*: Masks were worn and proper precautions were taken during the safer at home order. Employees wore gloves, even though this has been proven less effective that frequent washing, if youre not changing your gloves after touching different surfaces. Cars were sanitized before test driving. Im not sure what that entailed, but it stunk to HIGH HEAVENS of Lysol. Clean enough for me!

Very disappointed in the service here, I bought a car in October and was told I was paying registration taxes and title along with my dealer fee. When going through financing I was asked whether I would be getting new plates or using old ones. I said new and she handed me a paper where I got to decide if I wanted the standard or an upgraded plate. When I asked how I go about getting my plates and they said they were taking care of everything i would get a call when the DMV had my plates and I would be able to go pick them up. I went back in December because of an issue with my title and never heard anything after that. I sent at least 4 emails to Chris and got no response the only way I could get any answers was by calling and waiting on hold. A few weeks ago I called and asked for an update on my plates and Chris said everything is taken care of your plates are at the DMV ready to be picked up. When I went to the DMV they tried to charge me 500 to get my plates. I called the dealership and they said they never told me that they would take care of it. I am completely baffled I was told registration was covered, picked out what plate I wanted, and was told everything was ready to be picked up. I’m not usually one to complain but I feel ignored by the lack of response to emails and feel that I am being taken advantage of as a young female first time buyer.

However, we found an issue with the car we bought that we had not caused and that wasnt pointed out to us at the time of purchase. We called in twice and were told we were going to get a call back a couple of hours later. No one ever called us back. We are purchasing another vehicle within the next month and will now take our business somewhere else.

Sean gave me lots of info on the car and provided CarFax, and Chris really helped me out in the financing department (it kinda felt like a math class) but, I retained his info and I appreciate the patience he had with me and my questions. Its a great place to buy a car or truck. Just be a little watchful when youre following the directions on your GPS. The west entrance is just before the traffic light and the north entrance is just past the dealership, before you get to the store. Looks more like an alley than a street. Hope you do a better job getting there than I did. I had to circle the block one more time to get into the parking lot. Hope you all have a great day.

During the test drive, he engaged me in friendly conversation, but let me discover the car rather than trying too hard to sell it to me.After we got back, we sat down to talk numbers. Even though the car was already priced aggressively low according to my own market analysis, the dealership was still willing to negotiate somewhat. I wound up getting a great deal on my trade-in, an alignment on the car, and hooked up with free car washes whenever Im in the area - on top of an immaculate car thats fun to drive, with a great warranty to boot.Sure, their showroom isnt the fanciest, but that just means they have less overhead and can price their cars less than competitors. It was no seedy used car dealership by any means.Im a happy customer, and I look forward to driving the wheels off that car for many years to come.

Normally I would give Stevinson Hyundai of Longmont 5* but the oil change today did not come with a free car wash as it always had in the past. I do really like my Hyundai Santa Fe, I do recommend this dealer but, based on my oil change this morning I feel the service has somewhat slipped....Update. After seeing my review I was contacted by Stevinson and they explained that, due to the current pandemic and its effect on staffing, free car wash with service appointments has been temporarily suspended. Evidently this information was posted near the service desk but in concentrating on our transaction I missed it. I completely understand why this is appropriate at this time and, as all other aspects of the service were stellar, I have revised my rating to 5 star. The service contact who called offered (insisted) to wash my car himself but, under these circumstances, I do not feel that is necessary.

I have to give them at least three stars since they completed the repair according to what we discussed beforehand. However Im not entirely satisfied because I was charged for a full diagnostic fee of 180 when I actually did about three-quarters of the diagnosis myself, ruling out the window motor, the window switch, and the window fuses. Id also already pulled the door panel apart for them, with the exception of removing the window regulator. I would have thought that they could have at least put the door back together again for me for this cost, but when asked beforehand whether I wanted this additional service, I said no due to the fact that they were going to charge even more for it.

My family did research and play the waiting game for many weeks before finally deciding on a beautiful and extremely clean Dodge grand Caravan from Stevinson Hyundai. Our salesperson Pierce Von Schlesien was extremely patient and very professional as we were waiting to make a decision between this one and another one from another dealer. Pierce went above and beyond sales expertise to make sure that I was happy with this purchase and even as we were questioning whether or not to decide on this one he was still quite professional and friendly. They honored the price they quoted me for the installation of the tow hitch, and they paid the difference between the quote and the end price (a little over $100). They also tinted my front windows for free. The facility, though somewhat hard to reach due to surrounding road ways, was clean. It is a bit cramped though. The restrooms were very clean, but tiny and in a highly trafficked area. Seating, and customer parking are a bit lacking as well. Given the average time it takes to purchase a vehicle, they could also stand to beef up their amenities a bit (i.e. drinks, snacks, etc.). However, what they lacked in they more than made up for in service! They never kept me waiting, they didnt make me feel rushed, and they didnt try to sell me things I simply did not need. They found exactly what I was looking for and at the price I was expecting. I would most certainly recommend both this dealership, and the purchase of a Hyundai vehicle!

Buying a car is not easy and it took me about 2 months to find one. I looked at many other dealerships for cars, but didnt have luck with either pricing or financing.I felt a nice comfort that I hadnt found at the other dealerships, and their car buying was super simple. They found me a great rate and got me out of the door quickly. It is agonizing when you have to wait forever to get your car purchased.Great team and did a great job with not making me feel pressured to buy it. Other dealerships would call me 2-3 times a day to buy their car, and I am the type of person who gets discouraged by that.

We had a great experience buying a Santa Fe from Stevinson Hyundai this past weekend, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! From the first time we walked in, to weeks later when we finally made a purchase, we were treated kindly with respect and never pushed or pressured to buy sooner than we felt ready to. We were given all the time we needed to ask questions and test drive cars along the way. We worked with Brennen who was awesome, and always answered our questions immediately (any day or time!), which was a huge help. After the car we were considering sold, Brennen contacted us right away when another car (that was even better) came available. We ultimately ended up with the car we really wanted, at a reasonable and fair price that they discounted for us before we even had to negotiate! They also took our trade in for the price we wanted. The buying process went quickly and smoothly (esp. with 2 young kids in tow), and Pierce in finance was a pleasure to work with as well.We decided to buy another Hyundai because we love their service department (we also own a Hyundai Sonata that has been a great car for us). Between the car buying experience at Stevinson and reliability of the Hyundai name, we couldnt be happier. Even our boys love riding around in it! Shout out to Jarrett in the service department at Stevinson Hyundai of Longmont. Im out of town with my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and when I tried to start it it wouldnt detect my key fob. I tried all the trouble shooting I could do on my own (new battery in key fob, putting key fob in center console, etc... no luck). After being told by a local Hyundai dealers service department that I needed a tow, I called Hyundai of Longmont since they are the folks who have actually serviced my car in the past. I talked to Jarrett, and he suggested it could be a problem with my car battery. He said it wasnt a sure thing, but I should start there. Sure enough! I got a jump from my neighbor and the car started right away. Went to the auto parts store, bought a new battery, and now my car and key fob both work fine again.Thanks Jarrett!!
