Purchased yesterday, everything good so far. We went in wary of used car dealerships. They let us take the car to a local mechanic for an inspection and they gave us the Carfax report, so we feel like we know what we bought. The car isnt perfect, but it is 14 years old and has high miles. We feel we got a fair price. Cisco was professional and personable throughout the transaction.

I spoke with Eli about a Yukon and ended up buying from Cisco who was easy to buy from. I was here for about an hour and a half and was out the door. Im all pleased with the product and the service and the price check out this place if you want to buy new used car.

We purchased an AS IS 2008 F150. We took it home then about a week later we had a major problem. We did put a warranty on it but it hadn’t been 45 days so we could not rely on that. We called South Creek and told them about the pick up and how the engine had a major issue. John said we will take care of you. They had the truck towed back to the dealership and took it to a shop they use exclusively for vehicles. We had to wait three weeks as parts were ordered and the engine was tore apart and fixed. The extra cost well I won’t reveal it but anyone who knows when engines have to be taken apart is not cheap. South Creek Auto totally took care of the pick up and us. We picked up our pick up today only paying a small deductible. We are very impressed as John totally took care of everything from start to finish.Thank you John for taking care of us as we know you did not have to. Thanks for going the extra mile. This is a no haggle dealership with overpriced cars. They will not negotiate. If you like to overpay so you don’t have to negotiate this place is for you. Was looking for a 4x4 SUV now that I moved to Colorado. Found a super nice used Nissan Xterra there, went and checked it out and Cisco was super friendly and helpful! The truck was priced fairly, and I was able to negotiate about $750 off the price (car was under 15k). They let me take it to a 3rd party mechanic to get it looked over, and even let me purchase the truck and drive it home when I forgot the title for my trade in! They still priced the truck like I had traded in my car, and let me bring in the title the next day. Overall a super friendly and helpful dealership, I didnt feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. A lot of the vehicles on the lot seemed to be in really good condition as well. Would buy from them again

Yeah, the people here were great. Super nice. We had bought a 2009 Pontiac G6 from these guys. Took it for a test drive, everything seemed great. We tried looking at other cars, and there was just no possible way they could sell us one, is what they said. We did find this car online and drove 2 hours to come take a look. Now, a couple months later, we are having huge issues with the car. Issues you shouldn’t have with a car that came from a dealership. We were given one key for the car and the remote for it doesn’t work. Bought the car with barley working headlights. Tried contacting the dealership and they won’t get back to us. Would never come here again. And would recommend others to be careful.

I initially had a really awesome review for these guys and thought they handled themselves respectfully in regards to selling me a reliable used vehicle. All I asked was for the truth in reliability and not to purchase something from them that would die on me in a couple months or a year. They fixed some things that were found to be wrong with the Honda I was choosing, including my check engine light having come on less that 5 hours into having the car. And for a couple weeks things seemed great. I get things happen and the down side to buying something used and older means the possibility of things breaking, but I was constantly reassured that this was going to be such a good car and that it would treat me well. Well... Flash back to my last used car purchase elsewhere, where a vehicle died on me in less than a month and I was left stranded. Now... Not even 2 months into having my over $7000 vehicle with interest and a limited power train warranty that I was told would cover the heart and lungs of the car, engine issues and such, I have a mechanic bill for over $4000 for engine issues and such that they said would be covered but per the warranty company is not covered. So here I am after 2 years of being with out a car as a single mother, and only having had a car again for 2 months, now left with out a car because they would not provide me any information outside of the Car Fax, which leads me to believe that they never did a thorough inspection or had a thorough inspection done on the vehicle in the first place. At this point Im not even mad, but I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. So Buyer beware. They pride themselves on wanting to be the best used cars sales in Longmont, CO . But this is not how you become the best by sticking someone in a vehicle that is not reliable when thats all they were asking for. Your salesman was sure adamant calling my phone everyday to get a copy of my SSN card so he could get funded for the sale, I hope Cisco feels proud for selling a faulty vehicle. So glad your company represents yourselves this way.

Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesman that worked with me, Cisco, was not only very informative and very forthcoming about the vehicle but also very helpful throughout the buying process. Especially regarding patients. They let me drive the car home that night and I wasnt able to give them my proof of residency for them to show to the bank for almost 2 weeks but they insisted that it was no problem. Even after that when I told them there was an issue with my car they told me to bring it to the shop and they ended up fixing the problem completely free of charge. The integrity of this dealership was most impressive to me as well as their customer service and all around friendly vibe.

Heath and Cisco were great to work with. They were willing to answer all my questions about the vehicle, which set my mind at ease to drive the 8.5 hours to test drive it. The car was 99.9% what was described online and in the photos.My only complaint is that the cracked windshield was not mentioned during the process, and could not be clearly seen from the photos. Once I was there, testing driving the vehicle, I noticed it. When I mentioned it, I was told it could be replaced but would take a week. But I couldnt do that, since I was only in town for the day to test drive the car and probably purchase it. Once I got home the cost to replace it using my local shops was nearly double what South Creek said they could replace it for. OUCH!I genuinely saw this as an oversight on their part, not pulling a fast one. But Im deducting a star for it because they failed to mention it before I drove out.Overall, Id go back again. Thanks guys!

They try their best to get you what you ask for but unfortunately the car we bought came with half of what it originally comes with like a spare tire but was missing the jack it came with. Air pump w no compressor, then our washer fluid on the windshield stopped working and they said they wouldnt fix it unless we paid for it . They could use more friendlier customer service and try harder to satisfy their customers.

Worst experience I ever had. Sold me a car with a head gasket leak. Took 6 months to process my title work so I was driving around illegally. Called dozens of times without a call back. Over charged me $700 in taxes and when the DMV said to send the $700 to me or bank they still sent it to bank after I asked them to send it to me. Dont buy here.
