I purchased a 2019 Chevy Spark in March. I made an appointment for an oil change on July 8th and asked if they could pick up my car at work, I was told they would and they never came to get my car. I made an appointment for today, July 22. Again they never came to get my car for an oil change that Im due. I called and the man I spoke to said I was on the list. But, they never came or phoned. Im going on an out of town trip Thursday and needed this oil change. Now Im going to have to find another place to have it done. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. I dont recommend Littleton Chevrolet.
