(Email I sent to the general manager, without the personal details that were included)My vehicle was in your dealership for engine replacement due to a recall for over 2 months. I live in KS, 9 hours from the dealership. My vehicle broke down on a road trip, and your dealership was the closest option. When my vehicle was dropped off, there was no damage to my windshield. That being said, when I picked my vehicle up after the engine replacement was finished, my windshield was heavily damaged with a large crack almost reaching from side to side. I called very soon after leaving to drop off the rental car, and was told that the tech would call me Monday. After not receiving a call back, I called again and was told by Bob that the damage was my responsibility even though it happened under YOUR dealerships care. After stating that there was absolutely ZERO reason that this should be my responsibility to fix, I was told they would go over the photos from the drop off time. After continuously being given the run around and never receiving calls back, the only helpful person there (Stephanie) told me she had been continuing to relay information and that after viewing the photos and seeing there was no previous damage, she was told that they needed to check with the techs to see how it could have happened. I have now been trying to call back for a week with still ZERO response.My vehicle was there at no fault of my own in the first place, and your dealership is now knowingly continuing to put my safety in danger, as the crack is getting worse everyday and on the verge of shattering my windshield. I live in a prominent area where this time of year, heavy storms with hail happen often. That being said, my windshield being broken like this is an extreme danger to me. I have filed a complaint with Kia Consumer. It has been extremely unprofessional of your service department to continue throwing my matter to the side that is in fact THEIR doing. I am completely taken by this horrible customer service, and would greatly appreciate this matter being solved immediately. I will continue contacting Kia Consumers so that they follow up with you until action is taken to fix my windshield. I spent hundreds just to come back to get my vehicle, and I refuse to spend even more money that I DO NOT HAVE because of this unprofessional careless behavior and refusal of responsibility.Attached are photos of the current condition of my windshield. I also have my own photos and videos from the day my vehicle was dropped off to prove there was no previous damage.

I had a very pleasant car buying experience here! I shopped around at other dealers before going to Peak Kia and Vickie was such a breath of fresh air after the other car salesmen I had been dealing with. I felt she genuinely cared about me and what I needed in a car. She explored all of my options with me and was super accommodating. She even came in on her day off to get my car sale finished! The finance guy whos name I cant remember was also great! He was very nice, I changed my mind about a few things a couple times which made more work for him.. and he never once seemed annoyed. I am very grateful for the people who work here. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car!

There are a number of fine Kia dealerships around the Denver metro area, but Peak Kia is DEFINITELY THE ONE TO AVOID if you value your time and wish to be treated with courtesy by experienced, professional, competent and honest sales personnel. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We had a bummer of an experience with the sales associate that was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased. She missed out because we would have ordered a lot of add-ons if we had realized that they were not included in the package we ordered. She put papers in front of us to sign without telling us what we were signing and spent hours attempting to show us how to work the features that we could have figured out faster on our own.

Coming from TX i wasnt very educated on how to drive in the snow. I had an accident in my Kia Soul, during a snowstorm, and had to find a new car. When I went to Peak Kia I was at first very scared my credit wasnt great or I was going to have to put more money down than what I originally planned. Grant helped me find exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and got my payments much cheaper than my previous car! I would recommend Grant to any of my friends looking for a car. Not only does he deliver great service, but he is dedicated in helping you find your dream car.

I recently bought a used 2013 Kia Soul from Peak Kia, after buying a bit so great car from one of those buy here pay here dealers ! But at the time my credit scores were not great and thought No credible dealership would be able to get me into a very well maintained used vehicle, but to my surprise, Patrick from internet sales and Larry from the finance side got my information and made it happen ! They way they handled the sale and financing made me a believer in a true dealership and I will not be lured in by the buy here pay here dealers anymore !! A top notch experience! Marc Messier was our sales professional while purchasing a 2021 KIA Seltos. I worked with him on the deal for my mother, which is in her 70s. I walked him through all the obstacles we had in place during a 2 week period and he figuring out how to best close the purchase. One word comes to mind - patience! Called this morning to see if they had a vehicle in stock since I would be driving from Pueblo. I spoke to BJ and he said it was in stock. I even gave him the last 3 digits of the VIN so he could be sure. He said that it was definitely there. I drive all the way up the just to find out it was sold the day before. The sales manager apologized many times but it wasn’t his fault. Ended up buying an amazing car somewhere else. I hope this doesn’t happen to other people and maybe there could be some system in place to avoid this. People have better things to do in a weekend than waste four hours due to someone’s incompetence. And yes, I went against my better judgment driving up there because BJ wasn’t very professional on my first call with him. Maybe the other salespeople are better but I’ll never risk it.

I started looking for a car in 2020, but due to financial reasons I couldnt continue but when I was able to move forward with the purchase this year, he was right there to help me out and get me into the car Ive always wanted! I had an appointment to fix some fuses that were recalled on my Sportage. When I arrived on time I was told it would take 15 minutes and then was informed it would actually take 45 minutes. It ACTUALLY took an hour and 40 minutes, which I’m confused by because I had an appointment? Not only that, but when it was done, they gave my keys to the wrong person...so that could have been interesting. I was late to work since I was told this would only take 30 minutes on the phone.I am pleased with the service that was done to my car, but do not recommend because apparently having an appointment doesn’t do anything at this location.

Do not recommend. Our 2014 Kia Sorento was towed June 1st to your location. We waited 3 weeks before they told us they were giving us a rental. No one returned calls or texts during the engine repair. Got the car back yesterday, and now all of a sudden the starter a d brake lights are messed up. We waited for a call from a Ashley today or the GM Mike and received nothing. They DO NOT communicate with you at all once they realize your warranty covers repairs. Then we all of a sudden have extra issues with the vehicle that we werent told about at intake. Which Im sure was to cover their own selves and try to make a buck. Once again, skip this location. The repair people dont care. Do not recommend. At all.They also failed to uphold an airbag recall that we are worried about.UPDATE: they take no responsibility for the added issues to our vehicle that they repaired. Only offered a discount so they could make some money from the warranty. I will add they the initially told us at intake that we didnt need to be present. So they can now claim these extra issues were already there (when they werent). Its really our mistake for trusting them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My wife and I bought a 2021 Kia Seltos from Peak Kia and I am so dang happy we did! By far the best decision we ever made. We were very nervous and stressed being a newly married couple making our first big purchase! Thank the universe we found Daniel Norris he was a lifesaver. He really cares about you as a person. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease through this whole process. We are forever grateful for the efforts put in by Daniel. He even choose to give up his Saturday morning (that he could have been making other sales) to drive to Windsor, CO from Colorado Springs, CO (4 hours round trip) where our new car was! My car has been there for 3 weeks. It needs a new engine and everytime I asked for an update I was either ignored or told they are waiting to see if it would be covered under warranty. I finally reached someone on the service line that says you are caller #1 and wait time is 1 minute while you continue to hold for 15+ minutes. They told me the engine was approved, already ordered and just waiting parts. So I asked about a loaner car since this is our only vehicle, we have a 2 year old,and the engine is being covered under warranty. They said yes and they would call me back with details on how to get one. I never got a call back. Now Ive been on hold again on a service line for 15 + minutes with an automated service saying it will be 2 minutes. No one is answering my texts on the text line set up for updates. Needing a new engine has been stressful enough now this customer service has made the whole ordeal worse. Do not recommend Peak Kia.

Tony was great to work with, we would absolutely suggest him for someone looking for a car. Everything about our experience with him was 5 stars.We had the financing shared with us while in the car going over features. As with any car purchase, make sure to read each line to ensure you understand the terms and any additional packages. We came away with an additional service package charge ($5k) that we did not see until we got home looking much closer at our documents and we should have asked about it while still at the dealership. I think its standard financing manager acts but maybe one day all car dealerships will do whats best for the customer without a customer wondering if that is happening.

Overall decent experience. Our saleswoman was brash, pushy, inattentive and didnt answer any questions; It felt very impersonal and sterile. I went in there to buy a vehicle, which I still did, so mission accomplished. but the process took over 8 hours. When all was said and done, the one person who seemed to take an interest in answering any of our questions was the sales manager. He was super nice, very personable and laid back. He made sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase and added a great personal touch!! Happy with my 2020 Telluride!

The people I encountered at this dealership were surprisingly straightforward, transparent, and personal, which could be hard to find in the world of car dealerships. My experience is based on setting up appointments, test driving, and negotiating on new car prices. I ultimately chose to buy a car from Arapahoe Kia, but it was purely because they had the car I wanted in their lot, while Peak Kia didn’t at the time although they were ready to get one from another dealership. (This meant that the other dealership still had advantage and was able to go down a little bit lower with the price by a few hundred dollars since they already had it.) Although I didn’t go through with the deal at Peak Kia, the sales consultant Vickie and finance person were very transparent, courteous, and personal. Honestly, I would much rather buy cars at this Kia dealership than the other one if they had the inventory.

Everyone was friendly and responsive. Mark, our sales person was helpful and direct (no sales BS or hounding). We had a complicated procurement process, since we had to order the car and wait. The car showed up about 2 weeks ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. We arrived as planned and on time, but the car wasnt quite ready, and the finance department was backed up. So we did a fair bit of waiting, despite having already sent in our financing details. Other than that, it was a good experience and were extremely pleased with our new Telluride.

I cant believe this is still the way cars are sold. Typical high pressure, vague information, manager who refuses to talk to you. I walked in with information from your website to buy a brand new vehicle, all of said information was completely false, offered way lower then the lowest possible trade value from the website, vehicle hadnt been available for weeks. I get it there is a shortage of new cars, doesnt mean I dont deserve to get value for my money and get tricked to walk in the door. I will wait until there is stock and buy from someone else. Ironically I could have paid much more down but was over trying to be scammed.

Peak Kia and Shannon have treated my wife and I fantastically over the past six years. My wife bought a Soul six years ago during a tough financial time in our lives. She also bought a used RAV4 for her daughter during this time to get back and forth from college. I also bought a Soul three years ago and today we bought a nice hybrid Niro. At each occasion they have been understanding and met our needs. I would recommend this dealership for their customer service orientated sales staff and for the excellent products they sell.

Grant was absolutely awesome! I found the car online on Tuesday and inquired about it. Grant quickly responded back and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. I was able to go and test drive it on Wednesday and then we sealed the deal on Thursday. He came in on his day off to accommodate my crazy busy schedule. I had an awesome experience working with John Karimy when purchasing a used VW GTI. I was in the market for this specific vehicle, and when I saw that Peak Kia in Littleton had one on the lot, I was hopeful that I would find a low-pressure, honest salesman that would allow me to make my own decision on the vehicle. John exceeded my expectations. He got me comfortable with the condition of the vehicle, and even had new tires put on the car free of charge. He didnt pressure me in the slightest even when I told him I was going to look at other vehicles at other dealerships. I can honestly say that he was a trusted advisor in this transaction rather than a pushy salesman. The sale process was fast and efficient, which suggests that John and Peak Kia are aware of the significant competition/alternatives in the marketplace for frictionless car purchases (e.g., Carvana). I would highly recommend working with John, and I will do my best to work with him going forward.

He listened to what I wanted as car payments, and helped me to choose some cars to test drive. He even went the extra mile to ensure my 2 young boys had food to eat since I spent several hours there. WARNING: I was defrauded in purchasing an EV with the promises of the tax rebate. I will take a sliver of responsibility for not doing more research at the time and waiting until I filed my taxes, but Dear John sold me on a lot of broken promises. I moved out of Colorado and upon filing my returns found out I couldnt get the tax credit, although I was advised by him that many people do this. They come buy the cars in Colorado and take them back. Well theres $4,000 you lost me. Im devastated and have never felt so victimized in a sale.

I worked with Mr. Grant. For someone who is new to the peak Kia family he was great. He was able to quickly gather all that cars I wanted to look at. Was very up front when I gave him my prices about what I could afford. He was patient and willing to wait while I gathered outside sources. I came in not expecting to leave with a car. But he and everyone else was able to make it so I was able to trade my old one for new one. It was much more hassle free then I expected and I can say it was the easiest I have had getting a car.So go see them if you are looking for a great non confusing car buying experience go there.

I just bought a 2020 Telluride Nightfall Edition, it is nice, but Tony and Rocco were EVEN NICER! If you go to Peak Kia - You NEED to ASK for Tony Hill! You wont regret it!! AND Rocco the finance guy, ran my credit - came back with a SET monthly payment and THEN as we were signing the payment, and ALREADY AGREED to the monthly payment amount, he came out and said Oh, by the way, I just got you a LOWER payment! - it was like $40 LESS per month AND I didnt even ASK for that! 10 Stars! Great “no-pressure” experience! We were able to walk around the lot looking at cars without being pounced on by a salesperson immediately after arriving. Lalo and Nick were very patient and helped us find a great car for a good price! Kia has excellent warranty packages, but Peak Littleton adds their own unique lifetime warranties on new cars! This Kia dealership is miles above others we visited in all respects, but most notably for their friendliness and honesty! If you want a Kia, choose Peak as your dealer!

While visiting Breckenridge CO from Illinois, my daughters 2021 Seltos displayed multiple issues with warning lights and the steering stopped working. In a panic, we had the car towed to a local repair shop. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong, so I had it towed to Peak Kia in Littleton. We had the worst experience with this dealership and service center that I’m appalled they are still in business. Not only did they not call me with updates as promised, every time I called, I was given “no updates yet” with a promise of a call back to keep me posted. They never called me. For anything. I reached out to the dealer where I purchased the call in Berwyn Il. They were more helpful than the Littleton location and assured me that they would pick up the cost once the problem was located, if it isn’t covered by the warranty. We waited for 3 days to have the car fixed and they would not tow it back to Breckenridge because “it’s not their policy to tow back to the customer, only TO the service department”. I’ve never come across more rude, unconcerned and incompetence in my life. Our vacation was not as it could have been because we didn’t have a car. We had to rent a car to go pick hers up, rather than pay $500.00 to have it towed back. They claimed the problem was a remote starter that was added by an authorized Kia service department. The employees at Peak could not have been less helpful or ruder. Check out the service department before you purchase a car here.

Please read this and save yourself the hassel.We bought a used van here a few months ago. We had the check engine light come on a month into owning the vehicle. We took it back under their 3 month 3,000 mile warranty, that the buyer actually pays for. Unfortunately the professional auto shop could not diagnose the issue. ( Or they dont want to take responsibility) Strange as this is their job to fix cars. They cleared the check engine light and said everything was fine. I took the van to a mechanic close by and they were able to diagnose and fix the problems without issue. We had a few sensors replaced and the timing belt done. My bad for not doing my research.Peak kia lacks accountability and integrity. I would not buy another car from them.

Working with Tony and the team at Peak Kia was a great experience. We went in to order a Kia Telluride on a Tuesday. We were told it would take 4-8 months to get. Which was expected. We got a call from Tony Wednesday that they had a car some had passed on and were able to pick up our new car on Thursday of the same week. It took an hour and a half to get all the paperwork completed. The fastest experience for buying a new car I have had to date.

I am disabled and have a difficult time driving some cars due to explained this to Tom, our salesman, and he made averbal promise that if this car didnt work for me, I could bring it back and hed find another one that did. This car aggravates my sciatica and neuropathy so much that I hate to drive it. Phone calls to him have been not returned, except for one where he said he was still working on it. Even though he treated us with respect while he was there, hence the 1 star, he was also doing 2 other deals at the same time, so the whole process took over 3 hours.

Sale went great all unicorns and rainbows until my call back a couple days later to get information on stereo modifications I was wanting to do. Having purchased the extended protection for electrical components I wanted to know what was allowed not to void The protection that I just purchased. I made three inquires two with sales members one seeking management advice and one message at the service desk. I drove up from Colorado Springs because I couldnt find what I wanted and the service at dealerships there is atrocious. I was thrilled to find that Peak Kia had exactly what I wanted. I met my salesman, Patrick Cromer, and from the start he was friendly, professional, and informative. The dealership stayed open past closing time to accommodate me. Customer service is really poor. Trey is bad at communicating the status of a vehicle and also is not empathetic to individual situations. I had repairs done on my car due to a recall not yet released, will be in January 2021 and yet Kia Trey and his manager refuse to cover the cost of the repair. Don’t come here if you want to deal with people who are empathetic to people with car issues by no fault of their own and people who don’t answer phone calls or messages.

I’ve been to this location 3 times already, and they’ve all been great experiences! The very first time was a couple of years ago to get a replacement key, and Alex in parts and accessories was super helpful! He got us in and out quickly and answered all of our questions. This year we came back to get another remote key and again, Alex was super helpful and his cheerful attitude is appreciated! Thank you for everything, Alex! We also had some alarm issues, and the team who took care of it was phenomenal! Thank you to Trevor, the mechanic (sorry didn’t catch his name!) and the other two guys who drove the vehicles and sanitized the lot and cars(again, so sorry didn’t catch their names!) for everything! After searching two months for a Telluride I was finally lucky enough to call Peak Kia and talk to Matthew. Much to my surprise he had a Telluride in stock and although he could not hold it for me he stayed in contact with me for 6 hours as I drove across state to ensure that I did not drive all that way and have the vehicle slip through my fingertips. Grant Gilmore is absolutely the best!! He provided me with such excellent customer service that not only will I come back, I’m referring my friends to him. I saw the car online and he promptly responded. I went in, took the car for a test drive to a mechanic who found a couple things wrong with the car. When I got back Grant told me they would fix these things, we negotiated a price and I bought the car. I can tell that Grant cares about his customers because he went out of his way to help me with another issue that came up that was promptly addressed. You know how Carvana and Echo Park and all these other car dealerships tout themselves as having fast, easy, customer centric experiences. Well I can tell you this, Grant at Peak Kia did everything those other places said they do and actually delivered on it. The experience was incredible. Grant really took care of me. I mean, I came in thinking I was just going to take a nice test drive with my new Mini Cooper S. But after he showed me what they could do financially, I was sold. They worked with me in every way. I didnt purchase my car here, but after it experienced damage to the wiring harness the technicians/everyone at Peak Kia repaired the issue and wrapped the entire harness in affected areas with tougher, older style plastic. This is incredible!A little eucalyptus oil+rubbing alcohol in the engine bay with this should mean no more damage from pesky critters, thanks folks!
