We recently recently purchased a 2014 ToyotaTundra. We were rushed to buy, via the salesman.Now we know why...the front brakes were shot, even after they promised to fix them, which they did NOT. Then theres no floor heat. Again, refusing to fix. Granted, its been over a month, but we havent needed the heat. Very rude dealership. Will not be back.

My review concerns the service department. My car was towed to Crosstown Motors late at night with what I thought was a broken axle. I selected Crosstown because it was recommended by the AAA. I found the repair staff to be efficient, professional, and kind. Since I was stranded from out of state with no other transportation available, they moved me to the front of their queue. I had my car back within a couple hours of the shops opening time. (It was not a broken axle, just a loose bolt.)

Beware! Dishonest service! Went for a simple alignment and they told me I needed all new ball joints up front. And that they where so bad they wouldn’t be able to do the alignment. I do most my work on my cars and knew that was 100% NOT true. My van also just came from a VT inspection days before where there where no ball joint issues. I pressed the service guy on the subject with a few pointed questions. And eventually got him to admit that they where just a little loose. I then asked “If they are loose then they would fail a state inspection, would my van fail a state inspection?” And after some hesitation he said “No”. Translation: if they will pass a state inspection they do not need to be replaced. *they attempted to sell me very expensive service I did not need*. The service guy was definitely uncomfortable and probably not use to being challenged. I considered going to the manager to complain but figured they are most likely in on the scam and what I’m doing now was the next best thing.I’d bet they pull this scam every day.Find a good honest local mechanic

Probably the best car buying experience Ive had.

I recently bought a vehicle from their sister location next door, not even a year of passed and the engine died. I brought it to these guys and they said it would be almost six grand for a new one. After fighting me tooth and nail, I convinced them that they should at least cover half of the bill and they agreed as well as letting me make monthly payments. However the insisted on sending me a bill saying I had only payed 1,100 when in total Ive already paid off 2,900. They will continue to screw you over time and time again as well as drag things out for an extremely inconvenient amount of time. Really not worth the time or money.Edit: They never actually took off half despite saying thats what they would take care of. And they lied about how much mileage was on the engine I purchased. It was supposed to have 95,000 but had 117,000 +. I wouldnt be suprised if they just took out my old one, replaced a few parts and sold it back to me as if it were a different one.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Tom reshaw. I had a small issue with a family vehicle. I called him and left a message. He returned my call within 1 hour. He was very understanding and listened to my concerns. All and all very happy with the way he handled the situation .

As usual, everyone was fabulous! Steve can never retire until after I have purchased my last vehicle (Many years from now)! Everyone there treats you with respect and they make you feel like family!!

Until today I would have given them four to five stars. But with what happened today I went in for an oil change and they did a tire rotation as well as a 27 point inspection. No more than 14 mile after leaving the garage I started getting a horrible noise from my vehicle. After investigating for a little bit come to find out the tire in the rear of my vehicle had not been torque down. The lug nuts were finger tight and how I did not lose Lugz or a tire is beyond me. Anybody that had ridden in my vehicle after leaving that shop had put their life at risk because somebody didnt do their job. This morning they had prompt and courteous service. They were quick in recognizing the problem and fixing it.

Love Crosstown Motors and Bob Rayburn couldnt be better. Would go to no other salesperson! Ann in the office is fabulous and always comes out to see me when I am there! Have bought several vehicles there and wouldnt think of going elsewhere. You guys need more parking space for customers and more literature on new Challengers! We had the engine, cruise, and traction lights on and/or flashing on our Subaru dash. For $680 they replaced gas cap, a sensor, and a bearing. Lights were off but only for a week or so. When we gave Crosstown the car again, we were told that it was a fuel vapor type sensor that would cost $1100 to replace! It didnt matter that we were already $680 in with no results. So we did not repair there and will end our business with them.

For me, if you do well with the little services like oil changes I will trust with the larger services. Even though this was our first time using Crosstown, the service writer was knowledgeable and was able to schedule prompt timely service as well as giving an informed explanation of or future servicing needs. We were extremely impressed.

The dealership was clean, bright and attractive with a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. The staff greeted us right away, but didnt make us feel like we were being attacked by a swarm of salespeople :) Our salesperson was friendly, open and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable right away - the finance lady was also informative and friendly and helped us get through the paperwork in time to get to another appointment. All in all, a wonderful experience and we plan to return when my husband needs a new vehicle :)

The service staff was very friendly and quick at checking me in as well as completing the work. I was expecting to pay for the service but learned that it was free and was pleasantly surprised. On my way out to my car after the service was complete I spoke with the salesman who sold me the car. He was genuinely interested in how things were going with me and my car.
