Sold my WRX here back in September and was told my check would arrive 2-4 weeks from the deal. A week later I see my car on the road, but still waited the time I was told. It is now November, I still haven’t received my check and my car was already sold to another owner. Will not sell here again, or buy. They don’t have any updates or even both to reassure you that you’re well taken care of and that’s clear that I’m not. Have told everyone I come in contact to avoid this dealership at all costs.
I work at a seperate dealership, in another state. I was in a tight spot and needed a part that they had in-stock. Not only did I recieve exactly what I needed, they gave me a great price, very helpful and the shipping was lightning fast! I CANNOT BE ANY HAPPIER! They saved the day and my customer is happy! Best VW dealership in all of the Denver area. I shopped and visited them all in my search for my new TDi Wagon. McDonald was so far away from the competition. There was no doubt that I was going to be a customer of theirs for a long time. They beat everybodys price and they showed me they wanted my business. It was made that clear they wanted to sell a car and I got an amazing deal and they got a very loyal customer.
I just leased a 2020 XC60 T6 Momentum from McDonald Volvo and I couldnt be happier. I love my new car and the process was about as painless as it can get. Test drive to delivery in about 3 hours. Will P was great and Rob M (the GM) saved me even more money simply by overhearing me say who I worked for. Turns out I qualified for Plan A pricing, who knew?! It would have been easy to ignore that fact but Rob made sure that I received every benefit possible. Could they have made more on my transaction? Absolutely but McDonald understands that going the extra mile ultimately will pay off in the end. Win, win which is all you can ask for.
If I could rate this dealership a big ZERO I would, we took out a vehicle sense July here we are 4 months later with not being able to take out plates for it we have spoke to both the sales man Asencio and title clerk Jennifer and they do not seem to care. Sad how some dealership just care about their commission and could careless with helping by them doing their part after vehicle driving off their lot, we will not be coming here ever again or even recommending it to anyone sense they take their costumers as a joke!

Stripped the oil pan while changing the oil on the Chevy Malibu before I purchased it from them and then told me they couldnt fix it because they dont service Chevys and refuse to accept responsibility although all records show they were the last to service the car. They clearly value the cost of an oil pan over any semblance of customer service. I will not be back for any reason and I recommend others stay away if they value honesty.

Willing to negotiate. They encouraged me to take the car to Groove and have it looked at and then fixed several things they found before selling it to me. I’ve had my car now for over 8 years and it’s still running strong! I’d go back.
Please do not be fooled by the attractive showroom, and the comfortable waiting area - you would do much better if you bought an Audi at Prestige on west Colfax in Lakewood. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the sales management team at Denver Audi are the embodiment of why the car sales industry has a terrible reputation. After 3 Teslas, one Porsche Cayenne, and a supercharged Range Rover in the past 5 years, I decided to change it up a little and bought a new 19 Audi e-Tron. A week after taking the car home, I discovered that Denver Audi double booked my loan paperwork. Essentially, and according to Audi Finance, I bought two cars, but I only took one home! Best part of that is that the dealership failed to notify me of the error, and I had to discover on my own - they tried to hide the error from me. I had to keep on them to ensure that the second loan was removed, and was never notified when the error was corrected. Spencer Webb, one of the sales managers there, had to be pushed to ensure that the second loan was removed, and I had to notify them when Audi received the paperwork to remove the second loan. It has taken over two weeks to correct the issues, and I am still waiting to figure any long term affect to my credit bureau. What have I gotten from the dealership for their incompetence? Absolutely nothing. No calls. No letter of apology. Nothing to help offset the work I did to identify, and correct, their errors. In 25 years of buying new cars in Denver, I have never encountered this issue before, and then never had to experience such a lack of customer service to help resolve an issue I did not create - it was like I was the problem for pointing out their mistake and pushing them to correct it. Like I said, pretty show room, nice cars, but the worst sales managers in the business.
By far thee most professional staff I’ve encountered !!! For once, the staff at a dealership bending over backwards for YOU instead of the other way around. And Silke Refior is the best !!! The night before my appointment, a lucky buyer purchased the vehicle I sought after for several weeks. Upon my arrival, Silke had produced a list of similar vehicles from which I found ‘MY’ perfect car !!! It was even better & classier than the one I’d missed out on. The ENTIRE team worked hard to get me into that new car with less mileage, upgraded interior and options for next to the same tagged price as my previous choice. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Silke and the ENTIRE staff @ McDonald Automotive. I love my new Tiguan.......

Bought a car from them because my wife liked the car.If I had to do it over I would have gone elsewhere. I put a deposit on the car, signed a deal sheet, and got the total the night before. I brought a cashiers check. I filled out the paperwork and was left alone at a desk while the salesman went to find the keys. I dont know if he realized but I could hear him laughing and talking, not about cars but soccer, in the office next door for 20 minutes.After the paperwork was signed I had to got to do the legal paperwork, and it was then that I was told that the total price would be more because they figured the taxes incorrectly. They said I owed for the extra tax. BTW they had my correct address since the previous Friday.I had to make a note, which the salesman talked about but failed to do, that they owed me the other keys. Its been more than two weeks and they cant find them. I have called multiple times and told that I need to leave the car at the dealership from 9-2 to get keys made and they cant loan me a car.Wife loves the car, but I would have taken my $ elsewhere.

Great thorough care of my car needs. Horace with Voltswagen was very professional, straightforward and friendly. They even send you a video showing all that theyve inspected once theyre complete (even if you only need your keys reprogrammed like me).
Audi Denver is the best, had an issue with a new Audi we drove on a road trip, they took me in same day, and fixed the issue with no charge, I wish my local Audi dealership was as nice set up with own Cafe and comfortable waiting area, and great selection of new cars on display

We bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey from them in June. Be aware that after you negotiate a price with them, they will add a $699 document processing fee. They also misplaced the spare key, with a promise that they would send it to us or provide a replacement. 3 months and multiple phone calls and emails later - no spare key, no replacement. We’ll buy it ourselves now, because we have no expectation of McDonald ever following through. So, despite a fair negotiated price, the key replacement and document processing fee are running pretty close to an additional $1000.

Had to bring in an S7 with some questions and a standard service. This place is so on top of it - they have the greatest techs and their service is superior. Incredibly friendly staff and a comfortable, state-of-the-art center. Started some conversations with other near-by techs and had some laughs and shared some tales of the Audi product line. An all around great experience with a knowledgeable and very cool staff. Drove away all fixed up and confident in the work done.

I will always come back here for sales and service. When you have your car serviced, they do a walk around of your car and take a video at the same time, pointing everything out to you. Then they text you the video. So cool.

I was contacted earlier from this dealership in regards to a Kelly Blue Book inquiry. (I am in the process of looking to trade in my car for another). I get a call from the dealership at 8:30, which I miss. I call back 2 minutes later, not knowing who it is I am calling because Kelly Blue Book sets you up with several dealerships and there was no voicemail left. The receptionist answers the phone and says the name “McDonald’s Dealership”. I don’t hear her properly and ask her to repeat herself to which she replies again “McDonald’s Dealership.” clearly with an attitude of some sorts. I’m confused because it was an honest question and explain to her that I have a missed call. She rudely tells me that it’s the main line and that’s about it. I didn’t know what to do because I didn’t know who called me. I explain to her that Kelly Blue Book sets you up with several dealerships randomly and asked if she could be a little nicer next time because I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone with my ignorance just as much as she didn’t want me to. She hung up the phone on me. I call back to inform that I will be calling again to talk with somebody about the issue I just had, to which she hangs up a SECOND time. I am actually amazed at how rude she was. So much so that I am writing my first ever review on here after being a user for years. Absolutely shocked.

Cant even tellyou how amazing these guys are! Both times we were there, bent over backwards to keep us comfortable and to help us. They worked with us with our down payment, budget and the car we wanted. Once we nailed down all of the details they even helped explain things in the car, how everything works, where everything is and even filled it up and detailed it! We will be back to get another car soon and we for sure be sending everybody I know there!

Yes I brought my car in to get the trunk latch replaced and it was there for a while and then they took it apart to realize they didnt have the parts so I took a whole day off to get that done and now I have to come back because nobody could put two and two together
Took my car in for service today. Quite expensive I feel. Had a tire rotation done as well as my car is front wheel drive and zippy. Means the front tires wear a little more. Long story short now my alignment is off after they suggested new tires and an alignment which I declined. My steering wheel is no longer true center and the car pulls to the left. Its been perfect up until today and Ive even made a few visits to local shops to make sure toe in and camber are perfect. Also got a recommendation for a belt tensioner which is made of plastic which needs replaced for $800.They do great work, but shop them on everything...

I took my car in to get the timing belt changed and the water pump they did a great job cheaper than any of the other dealerships but their honesty made me a customer for life. After their 21-point inspection they videoed it all and did not try and get me to pay for something I didnt need, and that goes a long ways in my book, Thanks again McDonalds Automotive .

The sale Rep. Was very rude when my mother in law was trying to test drive a car to see if she wanted to buy the car. He wouldnt help her at all by any means. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone that is trying to buy a car. The finance manager was also so rude and told us that we needed to leave because they couldnt help us.

I started having my Volvo services here 6 years ago. Always honest and never an issue with repairs. So much so I’ve purchased my last 2 Volvos from them. Robert Molyneaux, the local director, has been nothing but fair and accommodating to me and my family. They give misleading information, talk down to you, and then bug you for MONTHS. I went in looking for a specific model, was told by four different people they had them available to purchase that day, but then made me wait to talk to a salesman before I could look at anything. So, the salesman finally comes and talks to me, shows me one, and then tells me they didnt actually have any. So, he said I should just get a different model instead because they were basically the same. I told him no, I wanted the model I came in for and he starting laughing at me to my face and talking to me like I was stupid because I should just overlook the size difference. Then they had the nerve to call and text me 4-7 times A DAY for months to try to get me to come back to purchase from them. Im not even kidding. Definitely not giving them commission by purchasing from them.
This was my first experience with the service department. The final charge was exactly the same as the estimate. I waited for my car and the waiting area was very comfortable and had a coffee shop. I will be back!!
Sales team was duplicitous, uncommunicative, and irresponsible. A very poor experience that has us looking elsewhere for a Volvo, even as they are the only Volvo dealer affiliated with the COSTCO Auto Program... In other words, we’d rather pay a higher price than continuing to work with this organization.

I realize it is a car dealer, but still. They offered a courtesy inspection for $135. Then returned the car without washing it though the paperwork stated it had. This is after misplacing the key. Looking for another Mazda dealer.

These guys will rob you blind on repairs Ive caught them padding the bill more than once. Theyre better than Rickenbaugh, but unless youre under full warranty, Id go to one of the independant repair shops - there are a couple of good ones (Prestige and Nicks) south of C470 on Santa Fe.

My friend gave her Audi for service and they messed it up and told her that to fix the Audi it will cost her around 13k. She is getting it fixed up with another similarly experienced audi mechanic for around 3k.
