Repaired a broken sunroof and got new tires at a great price. 1st time buying tires from a dealer. Both Kenny and Michael were friendly and knowledgeable. What a great experience. We had both of our vehicles serviced at Courtesy. It was our first time here. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the garage and service center. Mike took care of us with great communication and was very friendly. Our cars were both washed and vacuumed and not just a quick wash like at other dealerships, this was as if we’d taken them to a full service car wash. Even the tires were cleaned. But my favorite thing was the little chilled mint on my dashboard when I got in my car. Nice touch.

Hes running a great service experience as Director now - all of the technicians are fantastic. We worked with Jack this time - great personality, friendly, and responsive to texts with questions. This last service was a big one, but it was well worth it. Much smoother ride now!!

All aspects of this service appointment were five star. Jack Aran was the service advisor and was polite, professional and thorough. He was able to explain in common terminology what type of work was being done and reviewed the vehicle inspection in the same manner. The vehicle was serviced faster than promised, the vehicle was delivered clean, and the water bottle and York Peppermint Patty was a nice touch too!

We have owned Courtesy Acura MDXs since 2002 ( a total of two vehicles, both of which we or our kids are still driving, at 92K and 262K miles with minimal problems), and have used Courtesy Acura for all of our servicing. We have always had an excellent experience, and this last visit was no exception. Our service manager Michael Osborne did a wonderful job of explaining everything, making sure all our questions were answered, did not try to sell unneeded services but had wise and conservative advice. The facility is always clean, the staff uniformly friendly, and the availability of high quality loaner cars made it easy on us. We highly recommend Courtesy Acura and its top tier service department.

On Saturday we bought a 2019 RDX in this dealership, the sales person was nice and helpful everything was going fine until it was time to meet with the finance department. We met with Cole, he started off being nice but once we declined any additional insurance for the car his attitude completely changed. He said we had 2 options for monthly payments, that he would check with one of the financial institutions on Monday because they were closed that Saturday to see if he could get us a lower rate that he would call us back on Monday. After we declined the additional insurance he quickly said that he did not think the other financial institution would offer us a lower rate because WE DECLINED TO ADD ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. On Monday he called me to say that he had called and that we couldnt get the lower rate because of our credit score, my husband has a perfect credit score, how can that be? I called the institution and was told that Cole did not call and that with my husbands credit we could get a lower rate. Clearly Cole was unhappy that we did not buy insurance from him and did this out of spite. I wonder if we werent people of color would he have tried a little harder to get us a lower rate. I emailed him and he said you can always refinance. What a joke.

The maintenance staff was extremely helpful, efficient and professional in resolving a serious issue the originated at another dealership. I appreciated getting in quickly without an appointment and having the problems taken care of in the same day. I trusted that they knew what was wrong and could take care of those issues which they did. Mike O. is helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. If I was standing around for even a minute, someone would help me so all the staff there are very courteous.I REALLY needed a vehicle while the car was being serviced but wasnt able to get one which is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

I would like to share my recent experience with Courtesy Acura. I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe with 69000. I also purchased the extended warranty. from them. This was 3yrs ago. Ive always taken good care of my cars so i was shocked when my mechanic told me i needed a new engine......I took it to 3 others all with the same news. For some reason i called Rick Armijo my sales guy from 3 years ago and explained to him the warranty expired in March, this happened in July. So he talked it over with the GM, they said bring it in let our guys look at it. I did they did and said yes you need a new engine.They also said heres what we can do: we can split the cost of a used engine or we can give you $5000 trade in.In the end i just couldnt give up my Santa Fe, they found an engine and replaced the old one. They talked with warranty company and came to an agreement.......and they loaned a vehicle to me while they replaced my engine and they made me so happy!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY CAR..........YOU GUYS ROCK! i dont think any other dealership would have gone this far ❤ ❤ ❤

I believe I was scammed by the service department.I brought in my 2016 RDX because the steering light came on. They told me it was a defective battery that I had bought in July (only 2 months old). After they sold me on replacing it with one of their new factory batteries, I attempted to return the defective battery and was told by both Oreillys AND my regular mechanic that the defective battery was still in good condition. My regular mechanic was able to find that there were some internal codes that had not been reset when the old battery was placed, which is why my steering light had come on. (My regular mechanic was able to figure this out without charging me a penny, by the way). So, Im out $200 because even when I called Acura service department to explain all of this to them, they swear that the old battery is defective and just leave it outside, its like a soda can and it will test bad. Excuse me, what? Its clear that they are not interested in finding out if they made a mistake and theyre ready to provide any excuse to defend their service. Im disappointed because we all pay a premium when taking a car to a dealership for service. I hope this review encourages them to do better for future customers.

I own a 2020 RDX bought from a Fisher Acura and often did my servicing there although all of them were free maintenance. I must say people are really friendly and they take their job seriously but services are expensive compared to Mile High or Fisher Acura. For example oil change is 39.95 in other dealerships and Courtesy charges 64 for the same. Tire Rotation is 34 here where other dealerships charge 23! Beware of the extra charges! They don’t even price match where other dealerships happily do that!

It was a great and smooth experience sending my car to Courtesy Acura for service. When I got there, a gentleman greeted me with warmth and inquired about any requests and concerns. I was going there for a regular service and the whole process of inspection, oil change and tire rotation took about an hour, much faster than I expected. Michael O. was outstanding. The work done was great. I have complained and complained about the transmission in my car. They figured out the issue and insured it got taken care of. Brought my car in for service that our family has recently purchased because the adhesive of a plastic cover by the back view mirror was hanging. On my way driving home it started to sag again. I always have a great experience at Courtesy Acura. Ive owned my MDX since 2015 and always have it serviced here. The staff makes you feel welcome, they always answer any questions I have, and they are super friendly. I also love being able to relax in the waiting lounge, complete with coffee and refreshments, if the service will be quick. If service takes longer, I love being able to borrow one of their cars for the day. Im never inconvenienced by going in to service my car and I love that!

As I was pulling out of my driveway on my way to meet friends, I noticed my dashboard said one one of my tires was exceptionally low. I called the Acura dealership on Broadway and Kenny Starke said he would take care of me. He had an Uber take me home and they fixed my low tire pressure due to a bolt in the tire. They did this even though I had no prior appointment and they were slammed with other appointments. They are my dream team at Broadway Acura!!!

Jimmy, Cole, Brian and Suzanne were some of their amazing staff members that helped me on my journey! I just so happened to be driving on Broadway on my way to drop my vehicle off for an oil change at another dealership when I noticed a very nice used vehicle at Courtesy Acura!!! Wow.On our visit to Courtesy both my husband and I were shocked when Brianna, our assigned sales rep, directed all information to my husband. First car we walked up to, I got in the drivers seat. But she addressed everything to him, handed him the keys, all info to him. After every test drive he stepped back further, in disbelief. Didnt make a difference, it was like I (a woman) wasnt even there. Just got a follow up email from Brianna, and my exact words to her were Weve chosen to buy elsewhere, at a place where the sales rep would address me and not only talk to my husband. Her reply? Understand. I apologize for answering your husbands questions.Wow.I highly recommend Kevin Kramer at Stevinson Chevrolet. We bought our used Acura there, and it came down to who we preferred to give our money to. Id really encourage avoiding this dealership, especially for women.

We bought a pre-driven Audi from Courtesy Acura and had a great experience during the process. Post purchase we had an issue with the windshield that Courtesy replaced for us when we bought the car but a few weeks later Courtesy worked with Audi Denver to ensure the issue got resolved without any costs to us. It has almost 200k miles on it and is always scary taking it in because I feel like they are going to try to suggest replacing everything. That was not the case at all. Today I took my MDX into Courtesy Acura for the first time since purchasing this vehicle in October. I purchased this vehicle from a dealer so this was my first time needing an oil change. Some other codes had gone off such as my filters needing to be changed and others. After meeting David Weinberg my service rep we began an easy conversation with him explaining things well and with gumption getting my vehicle started immediately. I was over an hour late for my appointment due to lovely i70 east traffic. About 20-30 min in he came over after I’d already approved him to replace my filters and told me my filters must have been replaced by the dealer I bought the car from and the codes just must hadn’t been reset. Wow what great news I was saving money at the dealership. That step alone on top of David’s history in cars has shown me integrity and has made me a believer that this will be my dealership for the life of this vehicle. What can I say, their name says it all. Hands down the best dealer I’ve taken my 13 TL. I’ve been to multiple Dealers in California and Nevada. I was having trouble with my TL check engine light came right before I came out here from Vegas. So I needed it serviced quickly because I had just came in to town. I called left a message and Michael Osborne called me back not long after. He made it happen for me and gave me an appointment that same very day and gave me a loaner as soon as I walked in. I was really grateful for the experience that I had with him because he kept me in the loop at all times. Gave me any update he had. And also worked with my work schedule. Had my MDX in for simple early mileage Oil and Tire rotation. I had also noticed a small oil leak from previous oil change. The Service team pinpointed the issue as a loose oil filter from previous change. They took care of it no sweat. Excellent advisement on upcoming Service milestones for my vehicle as well. Courtesy car was included and entire turnaround was 1/2 day. This group will continue to keep my rig on the road for years to come.

Sadly I had an unexpectedd dead battery. Towed my RDX there and used drop box. I received a call promptly at 7:15 a.m. from MIchael letting me know that were on it. I recently took my TL for an oil change after moving to Colorado from another state. They really go there extra mile. They gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive so I didn’t just have to sit and wait. Vanessa, in service, always takes good care of me. I usually just wait for my car and go for a walk in the surrounding neighborhood, which is great. Today, it was just 1h15m for an oil change on my MDX Hybrid, and a warranty item to be addressed. They also have loaner cars. Great first experience taking my car here. Mike was very helpful and professional. Facility was very clean and comfortable.My only suggestion would be to have chairs for the customers at the service advisors desks- it’s kind of awkward that they are sitting and you are standing. Plus it would be easier to sign paperwork if sitting. This might be a temporary covid thing, not sure. Either way, not a big deal.

Fantastic service experience. after 180k miles on our RDX, it was time for new struts. Service scheduled, brand new loaner car, everything was on track.Good service is determined when something goes wrong. The parts needed came out of Texas and with the winter freeze tragedy there, our parts were delayed. Courtesy Acura found the needed parts on the East coast and FEDEXd overnight. Timely text updates from Dave kept us informed to mitigate any interruptions to our life.At pickup, the car was washed, tires dressed, and I swear they buffed the haze off our headlights as a courtesy. The quality of repair was top notch as always. Im a delighted customer and recommend Courtesy Acura.

Previously purchased an Acura from this dealership in 2013. Thought I would give them repeat business. Test drove a 2019 Acura TLX. Salesperson very friendly, not pushy.Ended up wanting to make another purchase.I didnt really have a great experience in the end with the finance manager. It felt rushed. Extended warranty part of it very confusing, the details of pricing, etc was not gone over in the end. Had to go back to recontract the purchase. Some other things didnt just add up. Felt they just wanted to sell another car. Didnt get what I wanted for my car trade-in.I enjoy Acura cars, but overall not that good of a car buying experience.Probably my last time buying a car from Courtesy Acura.

I had my oil change and tires rotation at the dealership and the service was impeccable. From little details like washing the mats to the little treats on the armrest and bottle water, this dealership really know how to provide first class service.
