My SA was Anastasia and she was fantastic from the time I walked in in June to the delivery date. She always took my calls or texts, and she would update me as the car progressed through its build. She seemed genuinely excited delivery day and she was slammed that day with 3 deliveries. I would highly recommend Anastasia if you’re at all interested in a Porsche.

Well, I thought it was going to be a first class experience but it wasn’t!Walked into the dealership, stood there for a long time, people sitting at their desks, receptionist didn’t even looked up at us. We had to approach her and ask for a salesman.Just unbelievable! Also no Covid protocol at all. We where wearing masks, the salesman didn’t wear one even while test driving the car with us.Didn’t even asked for our name.I guess they are not in hurry to sell a very expensive car. Huge disappointment in there customer service.

Jeff and the service team are top. Great attention to detail to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. They communicate frequently, make you feel welcome, provide private office space to work while you wait, and recommend only whats needed/necessary. On my last 911 service they missed something relatively minor and admitted their oversight, apologized, and called the next day to follow-up and again ensure that I was fully satisfied.

I recently purchased an older model Ferrari from Porsche Littleton. I worked with Anna in sales and couldnt be happier. I was looking for a no nonsense experience and thats exactly what I received. It was probably the easiest purchase transaction Ive ever had at any dealership.

Unfortunately I have had a few experiences with this dealer and all of them have been not what I expect from Porsche. I believe this dealer has not prioritized the enthusiast community in their decision to not offer pre-purchase inspections as a service. Another experience was test driving a used Porsche which had a distinct odor. I have realistic expectations of used cars but this is a Porsche dealer, and I expect very high quality used inventory from a dealer like this. Lastly most of my experiences with this dealer have left me feeling that they are generally condescending. I can’t recommend this dealer, go to Prestige Imports or Porsche Colorado Springs instead.

Had some concerns with the condition of a 2020 Porsche that we went to look at. Expressed our concerns to management and they took care of our concerns. They were very willing to make things right.

Terrible service all around. Izzy the sales person uses every bait and switch tactic in the book. That is if he actually arrives at work before noon. Each time ive brought in my car ive had to wait hours for minor issues such as a car wash or oil change. Customer service non-existant. Dont waste your time or $$$$ .

If you need service done, go see Geoff Shilling. He’s very knowledgeable and provides great customer service! I won’t see anyone else!

Fast and quality. Needed an alignment on the 911, they were backed up for over a month, but that was understandable based on the situation. Still, made the appointment, had to reschedule twice, they still squeezed me in and got it done overnight.

There’s simply no customer service. The dealership office has a poor presentation of drinks/snacks. It makes Lexus nearby a five star hotel....We eventually got our car from Porsche dealer in Palm Springs. The dealer in Littleton just sucks. Dont wast your time or money here.

A 1967 Porsche 912 Targa was my first Porsche. It was the beginning of a lifelong romance with the brand. I am now driving a 2017 Porsche Macan S that I believe may be the best of the 28 I have owned. Porsche Littleton is among the finest dealers I have dealt with in the last 51 years. Geoff Schilling and Burke Backman are tops. When you bring your car in for service you receive detailed information about what services will be performed and why. When I brought my Macan in for service earlier this month I received a Porshe Cayenne as a loaner and Goeff called me two times just to give me an update on the service being performed.Because of the excellence of the brand and the expert service I know I will receive I plan to drive my Porsche until my kids rip the keys out of my hands.

Ellswith (not sure if spelling is correct) in the service department is phenomenal! She is very personable and is clearly knowledgeable about Porsches. As a new owner, I have called a couple of times with questions that she kindly answered. I had an issue with my TPMS and she told me it would be a quick fix, and told me to come right in and someone could reset it for me. When I arrived, a young man name Leland came right out to greet and assist me...he was extremely professional and courteous. Please recognize both of these team members for their excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
