The location is well maintained and I have definitely had worse experiences buying a vehicle. Great sales woman, liked the manager, I payed a lot for the vehicle, which is to be expected at this time.But they WILL NOT stop contacting you for a review after you buy the vehicle. They would call at all times of the day and night, including working hours. I get probably 3-5 emails/day from them. Lastly, I have not stopped receiving spam phone calls, texts, and emails since buying my vehicle from the dealership.If you value your privacy at all this place is a nightmare. If the constant contact is something you like this place is great. I cant stand it.Again, sales staff was really easy to work with.

My wife and I were looking to buy an Armada, we found the right one at the right price at Schomp. Put in a couple of text messages, Daisy sent a video of the car showing that it was in stock and in the condition the website said it was. The dealership is about an hour away from us, we told her what time we would be able to come in, she greeted us at the door, had the keys ready to the car, and was truly a joy to work with. I’ve had horrible experiences with other dealers, and this was the first time after buying at least 10 cars from several dealers that I would have ever written a review. THANK YOU!!

So my previous auto buying experience was pretty excellent. I didnt think it could get any better. Then I went to Schomp. And let me just say wow! They somehow exceeded that service. My sales rep, Jared was very knowledgeable- even thought the vehicle he was selling was new to him (as the model was just updated for this new year) he didnt try to fake his way through. He didnt pressure us. He was very accommodating and helpful. In addition, the rest of the staff was also very friendly. They seemed genuinely excited for me as if they were friends rather than employees. The process was easy, no pressure, and insanely quick. I was first turned onto Schomp after taking my previous car in for service several times. They are the nicest, most helpful group Ive ever encountered. We drove 20 extra miles just so we can deal with them and they didnt disappoint. Highly recommended Schomp. And if you go with Schomp Nissan, ask for Jared. Hes fantastic! Thank you Schomp

I have purchased from this location many times in the past, but never with Schomp, which was a first. They did not have many vehicles to look at due to the chip shortage and have adopted this one policy of no haggling, which I dont care for. We test drove a 2018 Nissan Frontier, which use to be a lease and only had 22k miles on it. I could not get them to budge on the price of the vehicle, but they did go up on our trade in past the Kelley Blue Book Value. Of course I know they will make a few thousand on it, because of the vehicle shortage. When signing the paperwork, the sales person, as always, tried to up sale the warranties, but we decided against it, because we have never had to use them and would waste thousands. He even told us that having the bumper to bumper warranty ensured we got a loaner vehicle if something happened. We had about a month left on the bumper to bumper warranty at that time. We went home to get a check for the purchase and he stated he would top off the tank and get the car detailed. After the purchase, we noticed the take was not topped off and the car was not cleaned.A week later, my wife started up the vehicle, which had a problem idling properly and smelled rich, so we made an appoint with them to look at it. It was at that time they informed us they do not do loaner vehicles, but did get my wife a Lyft to and from work. When she returned to get the vehicle, the could not get the same result that she. They did find corroded battery cables and a leak in the air box, which could have caused the problem. I guess my questions if since this was a Certified Pre-Owned and they showed me the inspection they did, why did they not catch this before putting it up for sale? Another week goes by and Carfax reminds us we are due for an oil change, which is odd because they also showed us paperwork they they did an oil change on the vehicle during the inspection.It just goes to show that you cannot trust any dealership anymore.

Our experience with Schomp did not begin as well as it ended. We started our journey with another Schomp dealer (not Nissan) and were not given the individual attention you expect when your making a large purchase. The salesperson was not eager to find a deal that would work for us, so to Schomp Nissan we went. In less than 30 minutes, Kristen G had located the vehicle that not only fit our needs and budget but was loaded with several premium features. Avery, her fellow employee assisted us with getting the paperwork signed quickly while at the same time explaining the features of the suv. Avery also did a walk around to ensure we understood what he explained. This was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences weve ever had. If you want personal service from people who really desire and care to get you in a vehicle you want and need, go to Schomp Nissan.

I had been looking for a specific car for two years and J finally found it at Schomp Nissan. I came fully prepared to buy, but the Finance department did a better job than what I found, thankfully. I am unable to register my vehicle yet because the dealership has not properly resolved a power of attorney title issue with the previous owner.The vehicle only came with one set of keys. I had to pay an additional $300 to get another set of keys. The battery also died within a week of taking the car.

Just bought a used Nissan Murano at Empire Littleton Nissan this week. My sales consultant, Eloy, was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed on towing capacity, which was critical to know for my purchase. He was also patient in working with me and he and his manager were able to help me get to the right price point for my trade-in and arranged to fix the cracked windshield for me and tire issue without any additional cost to me. They also service their cars (oil change and what-not) before they leave the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Eloy - I felt comfortable with both the car I was buying and the purchase process itself. It took some time to get everything done, but I feel like everyone was paying attention to the details for me. Thanks guys!!

My husband and I got into a very stressful situation having run over a deer and being 10 hours away from home. Big O Tire in Frisco (would not recommend) told us we had a broken engine mount and instructed us not to drive and to get the car fixed somewhere else. Jake was able to look at our car quickly enough and let us know that there was actually nothing wrong with our car - saved us hundreds of dollars and an extra 18 hour travel day. Prior to entering Schomp Nissan, I called ahead and asked for vehicle availability as I already had a model and trim in mind. I spoke with Eloy Preciado before arriving and conducted business with him throughout purchasing my vehicle. The level of customer service was more than I could have asked for.For my first time in a dealership buying a vehicle, I was relieved that I didnt have a nightmare experience so many others talk about. Eloy was helpful, respectful, and understanding. While I had a pre-approved loan that I was satisfied with, Eloy took the time to see what he could do and got me a lower rate.Eloy went over additional dealer packages and throughly explained each one. Even though I told him I probably wouldnt purchase one of them, he took the time to talk it out with me and look at the pros and cons. I never once felt pressured or hounded, but rather he was there to help me make a good decision.I am thankful that I had Eloy to work with for my first time purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. When other dealerships immediately asked about credit, how vehicles were going above MSRP, or how quickly they were going off the lot, Eloy took the time to listen and made it an even enjoyable experience. This dealership is amazing!! The staff is incredible, both in the Sales Department as well as the Service Department. Eloy was the Sales Professional that assisted me with finding the perfect vehicle for me a year ago. As exciting as it is to buy a car, it can also be very nerve wracking and stressful, but I trusted Eloy’s knowledge and expertise, and he made this a stress-free experience for me. Jesse, the Sales Manager, also took time out of his busy day to meet me and make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I received excellent customer service, when I took my Rogue in for some repairs. Jake was very communicative throughout the process & was very helpful in terms of trying to find me a loaner car, just in case the repairs took more than a day. It turned out it would only take a few hours, so they sent me hone in a Lyft, on their dime and had another pick me up when my car was ready! I felt the total cost if the repairs was very fair as well. All in all, a great experience!

I have to say this was seriously the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was incredibly skeptical that they would be able to make anything work but the team was able to make everything work out for us in the end. I got the new 2021 Nissan Rouge SV and I absolutely love it! Best car in the world. I trade my 2016 Rouge in for a Jeep that was the worst decision I have ever made. We did a trade in with this dealership and they worked with us and gave us more than what we were expecting to get on the trade in. I highly recommend this dealership every employee is there to hell and they do not shove cars down your throat like other dealerships. They actually car if you can afford the car and will fro their best to get as close as possible to the desired monthly payment. I worked with Josh, Joe and Ray each one was amazing. This dealership also has steps to show you around and introduce you to the service department which has never been done before. Through the whole process it did not seem like we were just another number or commission they seemed to actually care about what we wanted and needed. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.

WOW!! The battery in my car was dead and would not charge. The battery was still under warranty. We took it out of my Nissan on a Thursday and took it up to Empire Nissan in Littleton. They said that they couldnt test it to see if it was bad unless it was in the car. This did not make any since to me since any auto part store could test it out of the car, but okay. We took the one year old battery home and put it on a charger and left it on overnight. The next day, Friday, it still would not start my car. I had to have it towed (around noon ON FRIDAY) to the dealer to get the battery tested while it was in the car before they could determine if it was bad and to replace it. I got a call from the service department to let me know that they could not get to my car to test the dead battery until next week. WOW!! I will never buy a battery from Nissan again. In fact, I will probably never buy a Nissan again if it is this much trouble just to replace a battery that is still under warranty.

The service advisor, Jake Daniels and his service manager John, and both of the master technicians who worked on my car, were amazing beyond words.Communication was phenomenal!The level of Integrity and honesty were outstanding and a rare thing to experience these days.The service department at this dealership, ( Empire Littleton Nissan) went above and beyond what anybody else would do for me and I was even turned away from a different Nissan dealership who not only could not figure out the issue and recommended I try a different dealership, sending me away with my car problems unsolved after keeping my car for a day and a half, they had the nerve to charge me for my oil change.My warranty company is a real pain for myself and any garage, to deal with, as they refuse to begin to pay for labor or car rental coverage, until the shop determines the point of failure .The warranty company, Ally, will not allow me or the shop, to file a claim until the shop has spent however many labor hours necessary, unpaid, to determine this point of failure.Being well aware that they might take a big loss on labor, the good people at Empire Littleton Nissan did not turn me away. They realized I was in a bad situation and decided to help me regardless.They spent a couple days on diagnostics alone, spending far more time than they should have (it turned out to be a very uncommon problem) but they knew I was in a really bad situation and they decided to put me before their own pocketbooks and I would be royally screwed if it wasnt for their compassion, Integrity and determination to fix my car, when no one else could figure it out or was willing to spend the time necessary to do so.As long as I live in Colorado, I will not take my car to any other shop.A very warm thank you to Jake, John, and my master technicians, from a very grateful Nissan car owner. ❤️

Then along with finance, they set us up with a higher then average for our trade in, and even got the monthy payments much lower then we anticipated.I went in optimistic, my friend was nervous to be sure as she had tried many other places and was left in the cold.Needless to say when she heard our expectations were not only met but surpassed she could not help but cry a little.The Empire sales group and finance well. They gave us the best deal after I had been researching cars for over a month, and the salesman, Eloy, was so great, both in sales and as a person, taking time to share stories and family photos when I asked, that not only did we make the deal and I have a terrific new used car (2019), that I gave him and his family a standing invitation to visit us in the mountains for a drink and a barbeque--never done THAT before! Just such a fun, honest and enjoyable salesman and the whole experience!

Not only did I make an effort to make sure that Nissan had my parts and had my vin number in advance and they didn’t have the parts or get the job done. But also they did an entire vehicle inspection without telling me that they were going to do so, and then they wanted to charge me almost $4000 to get things fixed and everything was labeled-needs immediate attention. There were a couple of things that I asked the dealership about, for example, it said that I needed to pay $55 to get a new air filter installed and I told them that when I purchased the car it had just gotten an oil change. They then admitted that they didn’t even check the air filters, they just ‘presumed’ that they needed a change, and then labeled it ‘needs immediate attention.’ What an awful experience.

Absolutely wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. I messaged after hours to express interest in one specific vehicle to see if it was still in inventory. Brianna texted me the next morning (technically before opening time, very nice!) that it was in stock and available and invited to come by and test drive it, etc. I arrived and Patrick handled my needs perfectly and while it turned out that vehicle I first expressed interest in didnt quite fit me (Im just a bit too tall for that specific vehicle for comfort) one of the other vehicles on the lot (that I had listed as possible alternatives) did fit me well and was the right deal.It just happens that I financed the vehicle and they happened to use the same institution I bank with normally for checking/savings and while Ive had different experiences with banks getting the information to me on various loans in the past this time I logged into my banking account online a couple days later and found my loan already properly set up and connected. Maybe a coincidence but thats a very welcome plus to my peace of mind.I will definitely shop there in the future when possible.I havent gone through the service side of their dealership yet but given the experience from the sales side I wouldnt be surprised to find its great too.

I purchased a used car last Friday. The sales rep was nice and pleasant to work with that day and I really enjoyed working with the finance manager as well. The vehicle was a great price and in great condition.There was an issue with the promised vehicle delivery, which I needed due to medical reasons, but it was resolved today thankfully. The sales rep was noticeably unhappy and curt about having to bring the vehicle to me today because they were short-staffed but they made a promise and I had already agreed to two reschedules. It would’ve been nice if he was more accountable for the issue because it definitely was not my fault but everyone has areas of opportunity for growth. It was an unfortunate hiccup in an otherwise pleasant experience. I’m just happy I have the car now!

I couldnt get my Armada out of 4 Low after clearing snow from a major snow storm and I would have had to tow it to the dealership.
