No haggle no BS dealership. the cost of vehicles is so high these days if i felt pressured at all i would’ve walked. Nicole was helpful, attentive, and most of all didn’t SELL me anything she facilitated a purchase between myself and the bank. I’m not sure if the get a commission but they didn’t act like their checks depended on the sale. i’m very thankful for ClearShift and Nicole. I would definitely shop there again.

Absolute pleasurable experience. GO HERE FIRST!! After a long day of visiting several other dealers, enduring the typical stressful experience, I found myself in their wonderfully designed modern showroom perfectly located in a low volume/traffic area of highlands ranch. Location is perfect as a test drive can include all aspects of driving conditions within a short loop around the dealer. Easy exit onto county line road from showroom, traffic lights/stop and go to the North, C470 highway just to the South. This location is a welcomed far cry from the chaos traffic surrounding the other dealers I was at. Zach, the representative who helped me was as easygoing as they come. He pulled the truck around for me, told me to to get him if I needed anything and left me alone to crawl all over it. He even sat across the table in a very extended moment of silence with me as I stared at the truck for my final thoughts. Truck was detailed to perfection, Simply couldn’t get any better. There were a couple aspects of the truck I could have justified haggling, but I just didn’t feel the need. Truck was priced fair and the easy going experience I stumbled upon held great value to me. Was pleased to give profits to the Colorado based company. Zach along with the director ( NOT SALES MAN OR FINACE DEPARTMENT!!) went to work for financing through their few trusted avenues. When I mentioned the time and that is was after their closing, their simple response was, we’ve stayed far later than this! I drove the truck home at 8:45pm. The truck was parked up front when I arrived. I drove it but had questions on the other available engines on the F-150. Rob and chris made my car buying experience so much better. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. Record time for buying a vehicle. They where completely transparent on the price and being a no Commission based sales team, it felt as if they had my best interest in mind the whole time.

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from clearshift the first two times were awesome great experience that’s why we returned. This time was different, Nichole was very nice and great some of the other guys there were not so much. When we asked about a second key that was supposed to be there for the truck some guy came over said it was lost and just kept saying “ we don’t promise anything” like we were just asking to look for it that’s all. We were also looking for some kind of appreciation seeing as it was our third purchase here and was met with stone wall “nothing we can do” I also asked about floor mats missing from the front, there was one for the back, and was just shut down “sorry nothing we can do”. My wife was looking to upgrade her vehicle next year and I think we will be going els where as the environment seems different now.

We had a good experience with Ben, no pressure. First experience dealing with a car broker vs. a car dealer, much better experience. The a/c should have been serviced before I had to ask for it, which required us to make a second trip to Denver. The biggest issue we had was the cleaning/detailing of the vehicle was superficial. The interior and exterior looked very presentable, however, upon more detailed inspection after we purchased the vehicle we found an unusual amount of mud, gravel and debris in every crack and crevice under the vehicle in areas that where not easily seen.

Nicole and the staff at clear shift made buying my first car an easy going experience where they were able to be flexible with me throughout the buying process. I would buy a car from here again! I am very happy with my purchase!

ClearShift was Amazing!!! From the time I contacted them on the phone to schedule an appointment with Brittany to driving off the lot with our new truck, everyone was very friendly and professional. This was hands down our best car buying experience. We had our 2 small children with us and they enjoyed the toy areas to play in and when signing papers Ben sat with us in the kids area so our kiddo could keep playing and be entertained, making it very stress free for us. Everything was extremely clear and transparent with no surprises and no pressure to buy at any point. We drove over 2 hours to the dealership and would gladly purchase from them again!!

Best dealership experience I’ve had thus far being 30 years old. Our sells rep Rob was very polite and informative. We did not negotiate at all they gave us exactly what we wanted. I’ve been at other dealerships that I won’t name negotiating for 8 hours I was out of their in less than a hour. It was very pleasant to say the least. Highly recommended.

My wife and I over two weeks went to six different dealerships before we decided ClearShift was right for us. I have bought many vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime and by far ClearShift has been the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. I first noticed ClearShift when I was driving west on C-470. It was hard to miss all of the great-looking trucks and SUVs as I drove by from the highway. I immediately decided to exit off of Broadway and circled back down County Line Rd to ClearShift. As soon as I walked in I experienced a very relaxed, no-pressure environment. I was greeted at the door and I was offered to walk the lot alone or with a rep. The vibe I got was the sales reps want their potential customers to feel comfortable and relaxed. I chose to walk the lot with the rep and he took me directly to the trucks I wanted to look at. I then asked what the process was to make a purchase and he handed me over to Nichole. Nichole was very easy to work with and she provided me with an answer to all of my questions and showed me their website. Again, no pressure. I went home and told my wife about my experience and we began shopping trucks on the website. The website is very well put together with a lot of high-resolution photos of each vehicle to give you the feel of seeing the vehicle in real-time. Each vehicle had the Carfax report and Car Guru’s rating for full transparency. We decided we wanted to look at five truck options. That’s right, five trucks…we did our homework. We scheduled an appointment with Nichole on a Saturday morning and the vehicles were staged as we were ready to test drive them. After two and a half hours of looking and test-driving, we decided on our vehicle. Nichole worked very hard to get us a great rate for financing and guided us through the entire process. She did not try to upsell us on anything and simply made us aware that they offer an extended warranty if we were interested.
