These people take care of their people! If you’re in the market for a New or Used vehicle, ask for Arie!! He’s your guy!!! He was able to process all my stuff over the phone quickly, and all I had to do was come in sign paperwork, show them my trade in & boom! The next day I was driving off the lot with a Beautiful Dream Truck! Thank you Arie for taking great care of me, I’ll definitely be sending more business you’re way!
The service department is on time for appointments! And more than just on time to do the intake, they begin the service right away, not hours later like some will do. Skip is really helpful, hes honest and he smiles a lot. In fact the whole staff has a great demeanor. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was in and out for the service quickly. Im very happy with the experience.
Came into trade my 2017 Escape James was who I worked with. I didnt have a good experience I just honestly felt he didnt care and didnt seem to want to help me. So I wont be going back and waste my time again after that experience.
Clearly my call isnt very important to them. Multiple times this week I have attempted to call them to make this better per their response. I have been on hold multiple times only to be ignored and the only message I have been able to get to the GM, Jeremiah Carey, went unanswered or ignored. No call back, no attempt to get back to me. They do not care about you or your concerns. Do not, I repeat, do not come here.Battery and then someOriginally I came in as my battery was giving me problems causing all of my indicators lights to go off and on. I was told that I needed a new battery, fine. I was given a new battery, fine. What I apparently was not given was someone actually driving the new battery around to see if that fixed the issue. No sooner had I left the dealership with the new battery then all of the indicator lights came back on. So I drove back to the dealership and informed them of this. Apparently no one thought to clear the codes after replacing the battery to see if that was the only problem. Now my car is back in the shop for who knows how long, Im out $223 for the battery and another possibly $1000 + for the car Im having to rent since there is no fix estimated time on when Im going to get my car back.Be advised, even simple things may end up costing you a fortune.
This place is a joke, do not trust them with you vehicles or any recalls! i took my jeep in for a pcm recall about a month ago and ever since then, it has been running badly and alot of bugs with the electronic system. i have been calling and calling for weeks with no help. then they deny that it could be related to their work and it would cost $200 just to check out the issue and are so understaffed that they cannot look at it for at least another week or two. no offer to have a rental or replacement vehicle while they look at it. the car was perfectly fine before bringing it to this place and now its a nightmare trying to get them to take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! this photo is what the car looks like after they touch it!!
James was excellent! He called me and emailed me and was very helpful in helping me with my 2008 Lexus ES 350. Add Aaron Dale into the mix who made sure the car was well-serviced and ready to go. Both men answered my questions. Only one down side: Many dealerships ADD the dealer prep fee into the cost of the vehicle but AutoNation adds that fee to the final price of the car. I was not expecting to pay an additional $599 but I did.
Had a stress free experience which I like. Very accommodating and no games.
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. First, even though their schedules were busy they got me in as soon as possible and on time according their estimated start of service date. After starting diagnostics they were very communicative during the entire service having both service advisors and techs sending me direct texts to follow up at every step. When I told them I was making an insurance claim due to damages causing the service at hand they helped me out by taking before and after photos of the damage and the fixes to help me with my claim! Best of all, even though the work took longer than I originally hoped for (electrical issues - not their fault) they fixed everything 100% the right way. Even more, they saved me by proactively offering a loaner car for several days while finishing up the fixes! Definitely recommend this dealer and service team. So good I’ll probably even go there first when I’m ready to buy my next vehicle.
Service department is outstanding!Larry, Ryan, an Skip are true professionals and have earned not only my business, but my respect.Highly recommend this group.
I honestly did not have a good experience. I went a few times to talk about a Jeep I was interested in and chatted with Jackie a bunch of times, and all that was fine. But when I went to actually make the purchase, she wasn’t there so I worked with some other people. I arrived around 6:45pm and somehow didn’t leave until 11:30pm!!!! They wouldn’t allow me to leave and return on a different day to complete the paperwork because of “AutoNation policy” and wouldn’t hold the car for me. The whole thing was a bit ridiculous. They apologized but did nothing to make up for my time being wasted on the hours I spent literally waiting there for someone to help me sign documents. Such a waste of my time. Then I noticed a few days ago that the windshield wiper fluid hadn’t even been filled up! So much for full service before buying.
Took my sons Jeep Wrangler into AutoNation Southwest just for n airbag recall. When we arrived, the appointment that I had scheduled was non-existent. But, the service rep said i could leave it and they could get to it the next day. But, in 4 hours they called and said that the installation was done! WOW! We werent close in order to pick it up right away, so I told them we would head over soon. When we got there, the service manager had parked the Jeep in the garage because it was about to rain and the top of the Jeep was off. I am pleased....very pleased with the service I received from the folks at AutoNation Southwest. The call center gets ZERO stars, as they need to clean some house and/or get their act together...but, the service managers at this location were fantastic.
I really wanted to give this dealership higher marks but as an overall experience I cant. On price I can give high marks. Even with transport cost from CO to NV I made a satisfactory deal. It is why I bought out of state. It took about 2 weeks to be able to pay for the vehicle. I started this process on or about April 22, 2021 and as I write this its May 17, 2021. I do not have a delivery date on the vehicle. Now Im at the mercy of a transport broker and have been since about 5/12/21. No-one from the dealership has kept in touch or had told me to expect a call from the transportation broker.I sold my vehicle 3 weeks ago and thats on me but I would not have done so had I been explained the lengthy process of taking delivery.Corny but true? - information is power. I wish the dealership had provided more information. Even a form letter about the process could have been helpful. Its always concerning to post a review prior to completing a transaction but maybe it will move things along. Hopefully, this will serve to let others know to make a good deal with this dealership but be patient if your buying out of state.
Terrible service! I took my car there 2 weeks ago I took in a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a system upgrade. The service provider keep on telling me that it was going to be really expensive and that he didn’t believe that, that was what was wrong with my car. After I told him seven times what type of service I wanted on my car he told me that my car was going to be ready the next day ….. I never got a call back so I decided to go in the next day. When I went in nobody could help me or give me an update because they were closing. So called the next day and I was told that my car was going to be ready in a week . A week passed and came to find that nobody knew were my car was or what was wrong with it … in the end I went like 3 times for an update since I never got a call back after that . I came to find that my car was never touched nor looked at by a mechanic… once I told them that I wanted to take my car the provider was supper rude telling me that I couldn’t take my car… I decided to tow it because they handled my car really poorly. I DO NOT RECOMEND.
Requested a power train warranty refund 3 months ago and have yet to receive reimbursement. I was told I would receive a check 2 months ago. I have called the finance department 12 times and emailed 4 times with no response. I will say, The service department through this dealer was stellar and I had a good buying experience but I am unable to get my money back on my power train warranty. If I’m reimbursed, I’ll change my review to be positive
Well first off kinda upset still since the passing of a family member. So I wont let that play a part at well does play a part cause visited this store before hand and lets just say never give up cause never no what can evolve into something you never thought good or bad . My wife and I thought the process would be easy but when its starts with hi Im sales guy 1 sorry but sales guy 2 you had appointment with is busy. And test drive what? We dont have that vehicle here. How about one of these. Ugh. Yes 2 stars for a reason. I mean why even make arrangements. Hope this helps have a most awesomeness day. Peace, love, like, life!
Do not ever buy a car from these people and don’t ever let them work on your car either. The blatant disrespect my family has experienced after buying a brand new Jeep (dream Jeep at that, custom done) and the AC going out after 3,000 miles. They claimed they fixed it but the issue has not been fixed. When they called to say the issue hasn’t been fixed the service department laughed in their face?! Who does that?! We come from a family of people who have worked in the automotive industry for many years and this is not how you treat someone! This place truly is a joke. Please spend your money somewhere else, these people do not know how to run a business.
Contacted AutoNation the night before online and was given a return email first thing the next morning. Drove in and met with Sean who walked me through the vehicle and we took a test drive. It was exactly what I needed for my employer so I had the owner come down and paid for the vehicle in full with a wire transfer that afternoon. Easy peasy and we were done. Good doing business with AutoNation and will again on future purchases.
Wanna hear a joke? Wife calls up dealership to check on recalls they tell her the two recalls she has on her jeep they cannot perform they don’t have parts or software yet. Thinking she needs an oil change she makes an appointment for that for Tuesday at 2 o’clock. Wife’s always on time or early shows up tell her it’ll be an hour, after waiting 2 1/2 hours she walks back to see about the car and he’s told oh gosh we just need another 30 minutes she asks have they started on it yet reply no upset she says I need to leave I need my car there’s no apology or reason why it didn’t get changed just would you like to make another appointment so we can get the oil changed.Bothers me all night so next day I stop by and talk to Eric who says oh she didn’t want to make an appointment to come back and I said I will he says OK I’ll change your oil and will do a complementary I bite say I’ll bring the car back at 2:30 does that work he says yes we bring the car back 45 minutes later he calls his car is ready to go. I had a funny feeling about the situation so I marked the oil filter with an blue magic marker I put an X on it, the next morning thinking oh I’m sure they changed it I open the hood and look and say oh my gosh this is not over they didn’t change the filter pull the dipstick I’m not sure they even change the oil didn’t feel window washer or check levels of fluids just send a note saying small oil leak and shock of absorbers in the rear need to be changed jokes on us they don’t care have called twice left a message for Erick Kaldor. Haven’t had a response yet have left 2 messages
I just bought my new SUV from AutoNation and I am completely satisfied with the whole purchase. Nate Lake was my salesman and he made me feel comfortable and not pressured when I was shopping around. I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple a months and wasnt finding what I was looking for. When I got to AutoNation Southwest, I was greeted with hospitality and kindness. I had the best test drive because Nate made me feel at ease and he personally showed me all the features of my new vehicle. He was very patient and transparent when answering any of my many questions. The finance team was awesome and really explained all my options and didnt bully me into buying anything I didnt want. Nate was already off work but waited for my daughter and I to get done (even when he could have left) to make sure we got to our car ok. That was beyond my expectations. The overall experience was pleasant with no pressure and I will make sure to give AutoNation my business in the future. Thanks for my beautiful new ride. Im in love.
Two days in the shop and zero calls from the service department. I had requested a call for charges before work on the electronic and paper ticket.Ive had my car in twice and ultimately 4 days to get an oil change and repair an auto stop start feature.Highly disappointed and a call would have solved it. By the way I did get a call 15minutes after I called for status. The call was to tell me my car was ready when I told the same person that I couldnt pick it up till the following day. Finally this was the second time attempting service neither with status calls and the service manager could not be reached with daily calls even after I registered a complaint.
Spending over 50k on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the service department is horrible! Wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment! Wait 2-10 days to get your suv fixed! No loaner cars which makes us get a loaner car from enterprise rental car! It’s not like Jeeps and Service cost are any less than any other high end manufacturers. Cost are averaging the same! Love our Jeep but will never buy another one due to the service department. It’s sad! It seems like nobody cares over there! I also know the world is going through a hiring crisis! I took that into account but it’s been going on for years!I don’t want to see a response from jeep stating to call the general manager to assist/help with our situation. It’s more like “ how can the general public assist your dealership with help.” The service department has never been the buyers problem, it’s been the sellers problem! Once you see that as a service department, you might just have 5-star service.
This place is absolutely horrible. My wife bought her Jeep from here new in 2018 and whenever she takes it in for oil change and general inspection they never tell her anything or give her the paper work saying they did an inspection. The service department is very bad, they don’t communicate with you about anything, or at least charge for an inspection and just do a walk around visual. My wife’s Jeep has a warp in her rotors that they said its fine and her brakes are fine. No actually that’s not fine and is now costing more then it could have when we took it in. The sales rep who sold us the vehicle doesn’t even work for them anymore cause of how bad they treat the employees. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!
I was happy with the truck I got, but I had some issues with the sales process. When I went on the test drive the salesman didnt provide the carfax for the vehicle, and struggled to answer most of my questions about the vehicle. The negotiating that followed was slowed and it seemed like the salesman keep trying to push me away. After agreeing to a price I was waiting with no word for about two hours before I went into the finance department. While there the finance guy kept trying to sell me on different protection plans until I almost had to walk out. After it was all said and done I waited another 90 minutes to get the keys, and the salesman didnt explain a single feature or even remove the plastic that says must be removed by the dealer. He handed me the keys and literally that was it. Once I took it to me home mechanic it was revealed that the front brake pads were well past the safe wear mark and the rear pads only had 10 percent left in them. I did the pad replacement myself, but the front rotors were scored from the over worn pads and by the time I replaced the 4 sets of pads and 4 rotors the parts cost alone was over 600 dollars. Like I said I am happy with my truck, but I will never use auto nation of any kind again, and I would strongly discourage anybody from using them.
Horrible service... Satellite is not working for radio or gps. Drove 45 minutes for the service tech to spend 1 minute to write down numbers from the radio and then told they will order the new radio. Spoke with manager about why didnt they have me give the information over the phone. Then no call about new radio coming in and 1 month later called to find out it was never ordered. Another month to wait for part and schedule time for repair to be done. I was told it would be 1 hour to install part and it was over 2 hours. Part didnt fix problem. Called service tech and left message and waited for no return call. Called again and had to schedule another appointment for techs to have my vehicle of 2 to 3 days to figure out if it is the antenna or a cable. Then will have to wait again for the new antenna or cable. Schedule another appointment to have the new antenna or cable installed. 2 months since 1st visit and told by tech it will be another month or 2. What a horrible way to do service. I will never buy another Dodge vehicle again.
The best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. Very friendly and accommodating staff from top to bottom. They helped me transition some stuff from the old truck to the new one without hesitation and took the time to show me the ins and outs of all the updated electronics on the 2021 model. Highly Recommend!
Just bought our 1st 2021 bighorn 1500 5.7 hemi pick up. Best experience personally, Arie was awesome!! Great team great customer service please see Arie in sales he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help.
Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere. We were sold tons of warranties that were nothing more then a scam... we havent been taken care of and everytime we bring the car in for service we are looked at like we are crazy and told everythings fine. We have also never actually received a oil change from then despite the fact we took the car in 3 times for a oil change. Last time we took it in we were actually told by mgmt that they simply forgot to change the oil.And unfortunately Auto Nation corporate is a even bigger joke.
Skip is a good guy, however I had to call and check on my vehicle everytime. Not once did I get a call from him. The day of completion was set back 3 times. Overall it took a week to be given a broken truck. I took a 200 dollar flight back to denver, that could have been avoided, after being told it was going to be done just to arrive and get it back in the same condition I left it in, didnt get a phone call to tell me it wasnt fixed. It stunk on the inside and was dirtier than when I brought it in. The tech didnt back track the problem, did incredibly costly guess work. Overall costing me roughly $5,000 in lost revenue alone. It took 3 days to get ahold of anyone after the repairs to get a timeline on the next part to put into it. On top of all of that, they had it for 7 days, they didnt complete everything I asked them to do. Asked for an alignment to be done and it didnt happen. Asked for and oil change, I think I got it, but they didnt reset the oil life, so who knows. Honestly if it werent for the warrenty I would never come back and would not recommend. I understand that they are busy, but its no excuse for shoddy guess work.
Everybody in the facility was very personable and very nice! It was fairly an easy process and they were very helpful and knowledgeable on which vehicle would be best for me they didnt just try to sell me any car. The only thing was the process took a very long time if they can figure that out they would be perfect! Either way best dealership I have been to and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future :)
This is one of the best dealerships in town! Every time we have purchased a vehicle we always get incredible service! I know dealerships are dealing with a lot, (what with the shortage of inventory and such) but Bobby Bert was fantastic! He spent a lot of time with us and never tried to rush the process. He was a straight shooter who we trusted because we knew he was working hard to get us into the Jeep we truly wanted. Jeremy in finance was also very helpful! He customized our service package so that it stayed in our budget. If youre looking for a quality, no hassle, no b.s. car dealership, look no further! We have been coming here for years, and will continue as long as the service stays the same!
If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 XXXXXs thats what it would be. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Certified Pre-Owned 4/17/2021. I just recently traded that truck in because Im tired of the run around Its been nothing but problems. I dont get nearly the gas mileage they said it was capable of, Parts still claims there is a part on back order for the rear interior leak( I only know this because Ive had to keep calling) and the whole month of August this truck spent in the shop getting diagnostics ran trying to figure out what was drawing power from the battery causing to not start....Final diagnosis unknown but suddenly works........And now that Ive finally traded the truck in I cant get anyone to get this wrapped up and out of my life. Jeremiah Carey is never available -> who did the sale and runs this place, Aydin is trying to help but gives me nothing but excuses on why someone isnt there or cant talk, and the receptionist has answered 1 time mid august and she was very helpful in sending me more temp tags( after I hung up and called back in). All I want is my money back for this useless extended warranty for a vehicle that wasnt worth buying to begin with and that I no longer have.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not buy the warranty it is a scam and waste of money that they do not honor. My next phone call is to the Better Business Bureau.
These guys are great to work with great customer service and know how to take care of customer. Im very pleased with my new 2500 Laramie. On a scale of 1-10 they deserve a 10 and I didnt have to spend all day there. Thank you Automation Team!!
Everyone was great, especially Arie. He helped us through the whole process and was very patient.
I purchased a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth from this dealer Colorado, and I live in California. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer. It took me more than a month to make a deal with this dealer. The sales manager communicated well, but the finance manager was lazy, rarely contacted me and I had to work through the sales manager. I asked him to not call me because I am a teacher at a college and we are tutoring our students over the phone due to COVID. I asked he email or text me. He ignored me and continued to call and not leave a message. Thats when he bothered to call me. They replaced the window due to a crack, and they did it wrong and didnt follow Mopars service bulletins or Mazdas similar bulletins. So they cracked the window moldings and they were hanging off the car when it arrived. They denied it and tried to blame the driver. They refused to assist getting it repaired even though Fiat says its their fault. So I had to buy $400 in moldings, and I will have to pay more than $300 to get them installed. $700 out of my pocket for their mistake! The care had a dent, and several bad scratches which they never disclosed to me until after the sale. Then they came up with the video walk around the never showed me. You can even see the dent in their sales picture. What a bad dealer. I worked for Chrysler but I would never buy another car from this dealer and recommend no one else but there either.
Arie was absolutely awesome! He was a busy bee today pulled off in many directions while helping us and others, but he was still very patient with me while I choose the vehicle I wanted. I was not sure what I wanted before getting there but Im glad to say we got into a 4x4 family suv and I couldnt be happier! We will be back once the hubby finds the car he wants! Thanks so much Arie!
What good is a warranty when its over 3 weeks to get an appointment just for diagnostic...let alone then wait for a second appointment for repair....
Service tech was friendly and offered good advise. However, after leaving, I noticed that all my electronic dash board gauges were not set back to the way they were when I dropped off my truck for service. They in my opinion should always be set back at the factory suggestion that was on when I purchased the new truck. Otherwise I would have given them 5, not 4 stars.
Service was horrifying!!! Extremely slow customer service tried to call them over and over again for vehicle checkups and no answer. You have to go in there and talk with them if you cant do that forget about it!. I dropped my truck Ram 1500 for a fuel pump issue on a Friday and now its going to be a whole week with no rental to use - they didnt even offer me one and when I asked for one they said they no longer have them. I will never take my truck back to this place ever again!!!! I Will drive / tow my truck to a way better dealership that knows how to treat customers. Please do yourself a favor and skip this place everyone seems like I am bothering them when I talk to them about my Truck - at this point I just want it back this is ridiculous!!
I had the best experience with my sales rep RON! he was amazing. I have bought a few new cars in my lifetime and I have to say that this experience was by far the best yet! RON you are amazing, thank you for getting me into my new JEEP and it was a pleasure working with you! I would recommend anyone to speak with RON! he is great. Thanks again for a great experience.
The sales person was responsive and knowledgeable - and that was the best part of the experience. After the test drive, the paperwork and getting the car required another 3 hours of time, part of which is the ‘queue’ for the upselling effort on extended warrantees or closing process. The certified inventory comes with a 3-month and 4,000 mile Warrantee. Unfortunately, getting help with a service issue (if you have one) is rather difficult and getting a call back or response to email doesn’t happen timely.
Ryan is the best service advisor on the planet! I always get great care, excellent communication, explanations and even some discounts. Thank you Ryan and SW AutoNation for great service and check ups on my jeep Cherokee!
Dropped my truck off the last week of May to have the transmission looked at and they said it needed to be replaced. They then gave me a date of July 16 for it be arriving and then be replaced that week. I called last week to check to see when it would be done and then they tell me it won’t be arriving till august and now they’re saying September when it’s supposed to arrive. Said they can only give me a rental for 7-10 days and my trucks going to be here a minimum of 4 months IF it’s fixed by September. This is my work vehicle and don’t just have a spare vehicle to use for 4 months. Got the premium warranty which covers the repairs which is nice but the communication is terrible. Skip is who I’ve been dealing with and I’ve called and left voicemail and never returns my calls or calls me to give me any sort of update. Talked with 2 other reps and they said they’ll look into and try to help me out to give me my truck back till the transmissions in but never heard back. Very frustrated with the overall experience. I’m not blaming skip or any of the reps on the transmission as the delays have been from manufacturing problems from covid etc but communication is absolutely terrible.
Staff was 100% professional and personal. No hype or pressure. Was in and out unless than 1 hr - just how the car buying experience should be
Wanted to buy my son a widebody charger. Found a beautiful one at the Dodge dealership but I wanted to keep a secret from my son to make this a surprise. Sales rep made it extremely easy for me to do everything online including trade-in. We went through whole process at dealership without my son even knowing that we purchased him a brand new car the reveal was fantastic.
I scheduled my service while my service contract was still active however it expired by the time they could get me in. They wouldn’t honor it. Fair enough it is what it is. I was then told it would be $1750 to drill out some bolts that corroded because Dodge decides to use steel bolts that are a different type of metal than what they are screwing into (shame on you Dodge for cutting corners, different metals=no bueno). When I went to pick up my truck I was told my bill was almost $1900 dollars. When I called them out on it all the representative could say was “look here, we almost saved you $140”. Math isn’t my strong suit, but I am pretty sure my bill should have been $1610 if they were really concerned about saving me money. These guys are the reason mechanics get a bad rap. Now that my service contract is up I will never deal with auto nation again. P.S. my truck is still making the noise I paid $1750…..correction $1890 for them to fix.
I received two recalls from Chrysler. Called the recall phone no. provided and was sent to Autonation for repair. It took all day. I was told that now there is a check engine light on and the car is not running properly. But they would be happy to keep the car to check it out for a cost of course.I told them to get stuffed and I will correct what they screwed up.I thought this kind of stuff was illegal.
Seems like once you already signed at the bottom line they didnt really care the salesman had a we owe you list and when I asked him for it he did not have it complained about a couple little things and they did not get addressed I appreciate the window that they gave me for the back of the truck but . When I brought the truck in to get these issues addressed the salesman was not there so we could review the list and make sure that everything was addressed on this visit I feel that you didnt really care. Im just going to take care of these little issues on my own thank you
I would say try not to cancel any of your warranties because it takes him forever to give you your money and then they write the check out to the bank that should not even be getting the money should be going to you so now I have lost $664.73 because these people are useless
The whole experience was phenomenal! They were very kind and helpful the entire way through and were willing to work with the various hurdles that had to be jumped! Sean and Zach were the two that I had worked with, and they got me in and out in no time! Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back for future purchases!
Awesome Customer Service! Ask for Jacqueline Foley sales when you go- she is the best!
Polite answered all the questions I had when I purchased a new vehicle. No problem taking my money. My new Ram breaks down. I call Autonation Southwest where I purchased the vehicle. I was transferred to Derek. Without helping in any way, is rude and very unprofessional. I asked how he was, he ignored me and said well, what can I help you with. Im stranded and asked Derek D for guidance on getting my new vehicle running. I told him it was revving high and I pulled over. Turned it off and it would not start. He rudely says let me tell you I cant do anything for you until maybe November 2nd, I only have 1 transmission guy. I ask about road side. He stated we dont deal with it now contact FCA. Basically saying I got your money now dont bother me. All I wanted was some compassion and guidance while Im stalled in the middle of the road. This is whats written on their website for commitment. WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR PATRONAGE AND WE STRIVE TO REDUCE STRESS AND HASSLE EVERYWHERE WE CAN. What a crock! Rude, rude unprofessional fella. Where do they get these characters who do not have a clue about customer service. I asked for his name he rudely said Derek. I asked for his last name he said with an irritated, raised voice D E R E K. I said yes, I know how to spell Derek, what is you last name. He then gave it to me Duerr. I told him thanks for nothing and ended our call. I quickly called Brandon Dodge and told Christian in service my situation. He said well they are pretty busy but call road side to get it down here and he would look at it ASAP. Christian gave me a number to road side and a FCA and to call them ASAP. Before he hung up with me he set me up with a rental to ease my disappointment with my RAM 1500. Never will I give Southwest my money again for a new vehicle as long as rude Derek is there.****update.Got my truck back on the 2nd day even though I was anticipating at least 4-5 days. I guess it was only a battery that was faulty. Derek Duerrs diagnoses was way off. Flat out did not want to help me in any way! I reached out to the GM and he did not reach out to me. Very unprofessional business. Could care less about their customers. Wont be back!
Bought a used 2020 Nissan Maxima. I requested a very simple item to be done (Written in the deal) that due to a cigarette odor, to detail the interior with an ozonator and replace the cabin filter. They certainly use some sort of chemical in the car to hide the odor With there 200 mile 5 day return policy of course they deliver a car on a Saturday (my thought is that they figure you will show off to everyone and run up the 200 miles on the weekend). I put the car in the garage then took it to my mechanic on Monday.Well after being promised that they did replace the cabin filter. My mechanic showed me that it had indeed not been done. At this point I wonder if the dealership actually cares if they violate the trust of the customer over a $40 Nissan part.In addition being a business person, as I told the sales manager that your integrity as a business is only as strong as your weakest link. Did the mechanic decide not to do it? Did the salesmen decide it wasnt important? Is it the dealerships intension not to do what they promise, knowing that most people wont have it checked out nor do most people even know what to look for when buying a car? With this being said, I had my mechanic replace the cabin filter, (Which I took back to the dealership) did an oil change, because who know what oil they put into the car, replaced the off brand oil filter with original Nissan part, replaced the engine air filter that was filthy and checked everything else out.Yes i still purchased the car. But is a $40.00 Nissan part really worth getting this review?Funny I got a call letting me know that I can schedule my Nissan to be serviced at that Dealership... NOT A FRIGGEN CHANCE!!!Would a buy car from them again. Nope, I will use my broker for all future purchases. At least I know that when he says he is going to get something done, its done exactly as agreed upon.So from a scale of 1 to 10. The car is a 9.1 the Dealership experience 4.9 to 5.1. Thats my review.
I have called over 40 times in the past 5 months trying to get an extended warranty canceled on a vehicle that I no longer own. I have never received a call back. Not once. I have left countless messages and every employee I have spoken to has assured me that my message will be passed on. I was incredibly lucky one day to be able to get ahold of a Sales Manager who had a Finance Manager sitting across the desk from him. That’s the only time I have ever been able to actually speak to a Finance Manager. This individual assured me that he would email me the form to cancel the warranty. That was a week and a half ago and I still have not received the form. Big surprise that I can’t get ahold of anyone again no matter how many times I call back. This is a large chunk of money and I am incredibly upset with this business and their operation. I would never recommend someone to work with them. To the employee who keeps telling me that I just need to come in to the store to cancel it - I am in the military and literally live halfway across the country. As I have told you several times.
This was by far one of the most pleasurable new car buying experiences I have ever had. Bought a brand new Ram 2500 6.7L at a fair price and got a great offer on my trade-in.Nothing felt forced and I didnt get passed around from manager to manager like at some other dealerships when dealing with a trade in and financing on a new vehicle.Aaron Dale was my sales person and was able to get me the deal I wanted on the vehicle with my trade and was very patient and professional when working with me. I was being very indecisive on color choice and trying to narrow now what spec I wanted for the truck. For reference, at a certain point after looking at these trucks for a few months I more or less knew every truck in their inventory and all the common spec packages they are ordered in.Grant Armijo, the finance officer, is a great guy and a pleasure to work with from the moment you meet him just watch out because he is probably the best sales person there (sorry Aaron you were great too!)All in all this was a great experience compared to some of the other dealerships I had visited in search of a new Ram 2500. Pricing was below market average and they worked with me on my trade to get me a good deal along with helping me figure out the best rate I could get for financing.
Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with every Jeep dealer service in Denver Metro location. I have found that the Tuffs location has the best people. Each time we have had problems the Service Manager Erick steps up to make things right for me. Without him I would be a much more aggrivated customer!
Justin (Sales) and Zach (Finance) were incredibly helpful during the car buying process. They made it simple, efficient, and were respectful throughout. No pushy sale - but found a solution that worked for my fiancé and I. Thank you!
I purchased a New Jeep Rubicon from them on June 10th. Initially had a great experience, but since it has become a nightmare. I traded in an 2019 Audi leased from Audi Finance. They have yet to pay it off and it is now August 13th. I have now had to late payments hit my credit report. I drove up there a four weeks ago and was assured it would be taken care of. Then it hit my credit. I wrote an email to the finance person, he said he is on it. That was over a week and a half ago, got another hit on my credit report. I was hoping to buy a new Jeep 392 but my credit has been knocked down by almost 60 points. So have been blown out of the water. Argh! I would add that once the car is sold they tend to move on. Pray for me!
If there were an option for negative stars, you can rest assured this dealership would get a negative ten. We have never experienced such unprofessional complete ineptitude in all our lives! The best way to describe it is by saying it was a TWO MONTH NIGHMARE. For two months we were exposed to mistake after mistake, lie after lie, false promise after false promise and excuse after excuse from every department including Sales, Finance, and Service! After all already disgusting experience Matt the supposed finance manager got involved, made promise after promise to both me and my wife and didnt follow through with one and actually made matters much worse! The entire experience was horrific for us!
I had a very good experience with this dealership, Salesman (Aydin) was very helpful. I would recommend this dealership.
Great customer service. I have been taking my dodge durango more than a month to another dealer and they couldnt figure out a weird noise that it was making. It took them 3 day to know what was wrong. Thank you so much.
No pressure purchases. Salespeople are relaxed, cordial, helpful, insightful, honest, courteous, sincere and funny. Today, I Bought the 2020 Jeep GLADIATOR Overland edition pickup truck...in solid wet black with lift kit and big fat terrain grabbing tires. (The Flagship Display truck). I highly recommend buying from that dealership in PARTICULAR .
Worked with David (Salesman) to buy a new 2021 Dodge 1500 and was very pleased with the outcome.
The vehicle was as advertised! The Sales & Finance were helpful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is they following through on what was needed after the final sale. We agreed to a full auto detail and an all wheel alignment. The Sales team said they would contact me and schedule them. Weeks later no call and when I call they promise the Service department will call me. Funny part is the loan company needed some additional information and the Finance was furiously calling me to get the additional information... Interesting on customer focus...
Scheduled appointment for 8:00 am that was quoted as a half-day service appointment and dropped vehicle off. Called at 1:00 pm and they hadn’t even looked at it. Called back at 3:00 pm and they were just starting to look at it. Called at 5:00 pm and they we’re going to need another day. Next day called in morning and they we’re getting ready to work on it. Called around noon and they were still figuring out the issue. Called again later in the afternoon and told it would be ready at 5:00. It took two full days for a simple emissions issue. Same type of experience happened to me 7 years earlier when I purchased my vehicle from them and was told I got the first two oil changes free - made 8:00 am Saturday appointment for oil change and they kept vehicle until 5:00 pm that day and I had to call to check status instead of them informing me of delays. Ultimately they did a good job each time, but not very good at estimating work or following up when schedules overrun. Unless you have another way to get around for a day or two, even for the simplest service needs, you’re probably better off getting service somewhere else.
I went in to get my oil changed, I felt like I wasn’t welcome. The first person I talked to said I needed to talk to another rep. Then I waited and waited to hear I needed to talk to another representative. Finally one rep said he could help me. He told me I needed all these things completed on my Jeep. I said I just need my oil changed, he wrote all these other things I needed done and asked me to sign, it would have cost over $1,000.00. I told him no and all I wanted completed was the oil change and the tire rotation. He seemed upset with me then took my keys.
This place is a scam!! Please continue to read.I went to go buy a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee color red last month in July. I asked for the carfax and it looked completely fine so I was convinced I made a great buy, no problems with the Jeep, nothing at all. The day I got home with my Jeep from the dealership I turned it off and when I tried to turn it on the engine did not want to turn on. I thought to myself, “ it’s just a Jeep thing.” Later that day I took it for a test drive up at the mountains. They always say to drive it up there and you’ll see for yourself if the vehicle actually works. I decided to take it for a test drive the day I got it because I had only 5 days to return it if I didn’t like it to get my money back. ( I paid it in cash) anyways, not even 5 minutes had gone by and the jeep didn’t wanna accelerate anymore. The transmission wasn’t working and it was heating up. I was so disappointed. The reason I went to autonation was because I thought they would never sell a bad vehicle because it’s a higher end dealership correct? But I was wrong! So I took it to autonation the next day to return it and get my money back. I was looking through Craigslist today and I saw that they are selling the same jeep I bought !!! It has the same VIN number so yes they are selling again the jeep I returned. What a horrible place. How do they dare do that? They only care about money. Not only that but their customer service is absolutely horrible. You walk in and no one comes up to greet you. Yes I have all documents and I am not lying. They are selling the same Jeep I returned. Just as an FYI the jeep is red color and has 142k miles 2013 grand Cherokee Laredo and has a backup camera that was placed.
Thank you for quick accurate information and sale. James Martinez was efficient and very thorough. Cheers!
Ayden is best guy seller to help you to negotiate you trade vehicle
The front desk receptionist hung up on me twice over the phone after refusing to redirect me to someone else. I drove into the dealership to talk to the manager and after talking was able to get my issue resolved. Sales is great - customer service not so great.
Great service and attention. David was great answering my questions and very upfront. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
I will never again use autonation. If my salesman is any indication of the moral value of this dealership I would suggest you look elsewhere. Due to the situation I was in I had to buy a truck and buy one fast unfortunately I had to buy one site unseen. I found the truck I wanted online contacted the dealership and spoke to the sales person (Chris I think) I specifically asks for and imperfections or damages as this was a use Vehical. My sales person said the Vehical had belonged to there Detailer ( this was a lie the previous owner did not work for autonation) and the he personally knew that the previous owner keep immaculate care of his Vehical and that there was NOTHING WRONG. Also a lie. The paint was so bad it ended up needing a compleat repaint the drivers side mirror was broke the pinch welds on both sides were beat in with a hammer so that the previous owner could run either a lift or at least bigger tires. The inner fender liners had also been cut up so larger tires could be installed. The windshield was broke the rear bumper had a bad dent in it and last but not lease the transmission was leaking like crazy and the rotors were warped so bad I had to put new brakes on it with in the first couple of days. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with Autonation. I call and left sever messages for the sales manager Noah to discuss the issues but never received a call back. Steer Clear Go somewhere else.
Bobby was the best car sales man I have ever worked with. Straight forward and no BS. 10/10 would work with him again. LOVE my new Jeep.
Ryan Shaw did an amazing job of getting me in and taking care of my needs quickly! I would definitely recommend seeing him for your maintenance or repair needs!
Great and seamless car buying experience. We worked with Nick Riggins and he was extremely helpful and accommodative to our situation. Highly recommend working with Nick!
Jason was very helpful, AutoNation made the buying process very quick and easy. They were also able to give me the best deal that I could find. Will definitely look to them first when buying my next vehicle.
I had an amazingly good experience purchasing a car here. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Bobby did an amazing job helping me get the exact vehicle I wanted. Highly reccomend coming here if you want a sales experience that is nothing but honest and only wants the best for its clients. No upselling, no pushy sales tactics. Just very helpful and overall great people.
Skip always takes great care of me.
Skip Harmon knows how to take care of his customers. Great job!
We purchased a pick up through your dealership and I wanted to let you know that Jackie went way above everything she could do she was not our original seller the agent that was supposed to be up there to sell to us was not there she took over and got everything done today as fast as she could cause she knew we had to get on the road I can’t brag enough about her thank you thank you you
We got exactly what we were looking for. It was easy, no hassle. No run around. It was a great experience all around. Highly recommend !
Had an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out in a half hour ! Ryan (service writer) was great to work with.
This is the second truck that I have purchased at AutoNation, my sales person David K. is a true professional. I was able to complete the majority of the purchase online, pricing, trade valuation etc... My time at the dealer was minimal. Thank You AutoNation
I have leased/purchased 3 cars from James Martinez at this location and he is very easy to work with. This is not your regular car buying experience, James makes it smooth and like youre just hanging out with a friend.
Very Very helpful and friendly service. Thanks to Justin and his team for getting my wife the vehicle she wanted
I was really satisfied with the service I received for my Chrysler Town and Country in late March 2021. I took my vehicle in during a period of constant snow storms and the staff wasnt slowed by the weather. A problem with warning notices and some clicking by the engine was diagnosed right away by Ryan and the service technicians. The warning notices are gone a camshaft problem corrected, and my van is running better than ever. They even gave my vans interior a much-needed cleaning and sanitizing. Thanks so much. Ill use Auto Nation for service from now on.
Service center here was great. I had a terrible experience at the Autonation Jeep on Broadway. Ryan here took care of everything for me. I got updates on my car and was in the loop on what was going on the whole time. Everyone in the service center was friendly and helpful. I will be going here from now on.
Had what we wanted. Clean facility. Professional. No pressure just helpful.
Working on fixing my daughters vehicle after someone took the catyletic converters.
I got all my servicing done here. I had them do an inspection that way everything that needed to be done, would be done ALL AT ONCE. Well come to find out they didn’t change my spark plugs or engine coil which is a TUNE UP basically. (Which they gave me) so I went In to get that fixed. Hoping they wouldn’t charge me for it since this was there second mix up, first one being them putting my rear wheel tires on my front axels causing damage to my fenders. Well today is the day after I got my car back after getting “new engine coils and spark plugs” my car is shaking again. And my engine light is once again, ON! I’m going back tomorrow and hopefully they can fix it and I refuse to pay again because I got faulty spark plugs
First of all I came from the business and Jason. Heermance and Zach shipman are two of the best In the business. Considerate, and consultative. Not pushy at all. Bought and sold from here twice within 12 months, and would do it again here in a heartbeat. I worked on the corporate FCA fixed operations side for a numbers, and saw a lot of “bad” habits or treatment of guests In that time. Again these two have the secret sauce, and do it right!
Just spent over $144 on an oil change and tire rotation for a car that doesn’t even take premium oil. That is nuts.
I have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Any time I take my Renegade in for service there quick to get it done. I definitely recommend this dealership....
Went to trade in my f150 extended cab for a 4 door crew and Jason H was very helpful in the process got a ram but had some problems with it and I went in to return it and got a titan instead Jason was very responsible and helpful in the process. He looks out for his customers and that’s his priority. Very happy with my purchase would recommend buying a car from Jason H.
They are great we have least 2 jeeps from them we will keep going back
Not impressed with this dealership. I called before making the hour plus drive to buy our daughter a vehicle. The terms changed once we got there but decided to go forward. We explained we didn’t want any “extra” stuff when going through finance. They tacked on some charge for a security system. I called the salesperson (Jordon) to get answers who pushed me off to the dealership. I called and left a message for the finance manager (Romin) several days ago - no response. I called again and asked to speak to a manager and got their voicemail. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that will treat you better.
My fiancé and I went here to sell his car and James Martinez really took care of us the whole experience, highly recommend!
I made an appointment to look at a used truck. I put down a large down payment to buy the truck and was told it would be ready in a few days for pickup. I then received a call two days later from Sean(the salesman that told me it would be a few days) stating that it would be a week and a half before I could pick it up. I think this is unacceptable. I would rather have been told that the truck needs to be inspected before given an estimated time of pick up. This is causing a large inconvenience to me and my business and I am unsatisfied with the way this has been handled.Update:Finally got a hold of the GM. I was told that the truck wouldnt be ready for another 7-10 days. I am extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Communication is horrible, horrible expectations were set and nothing was done to make it right which was the phrase used by their salesman to me.
