My experience with the dealership has been excellent!!! I was deployed and they made the purchase possible. I want to give special recognition to the Finance Manager Scott Shevlin. Scott has worked with me through the challenging process of getting all the paperwork processed from start to finish with my vehicle the whole time I was deployed. He responded quickly to all my texts and emails. Most finance managers will not go through great lengths to assist with the basics or anything outside of the normal range of service. Scott went over and beyond to provide excellent service!!! I would definitely work with him again on a new vehicle purchase!

Very disappointed is the overall feeling with the Service Department. We brought our car into the Service Department to have several recall items addressed. We brought the car to the Dealership on a Friday morning and were informed that the car would be available later that day. The Service Advisor called me later to say that one of the recall items was going to require that the dash will need to be removed and put back in place. Therefore, the car would require much more time (another 24-48 hours). We were totally fine with that since we had a loaner vehicle. We picked up the car late Saturday afternoon and all seemed well.However, after driving the car we noticed a rattle in the dash. I contacted the Service Advisor regarding this situation and scheduled a follow-up appointment to have the rattle addressed. We drove to the Service Department at our appointed time. The Service Advisor informed us that the recall item did not require the dash to be removed and put back in place. I challenged him on the fact that he communicated to us that the dash needed to be removed and put back in place and that would require an additional 24 - 48 hours. He said that he was wrong and the Service Department Manager said that the dash was not touched. So we were turned away - after taking off work in the morning to come to the dealer - and driving in rush hour traffic for 1 hour.Why was I not told this prior to my trip?Why was I told the dash was removed and the car was needed another 24-48 hours?This is unacceptable and unprofessional.No follow-up from the dealership was made so I am writing this review.All we know is that that dash now rattles. I consider an Audi to be a superior vehicle and high quality. Even more shockingly, I was informed by the Service Advisor that I should see about using tape or felt to mitigate the rattle issue.I am somewhat stunned at this situation and do not recommend taking your car for Service at this dealership. Also, it makes me wonder how they value a customer when purchasing a vehicle....

Came in last Saturday for an appointment with the intention to buy our leased Q5. Lake, the gentleman we were scheduled to meet, was tied up with something else, so we worked with Bill instead (great etiquette from Lake though; he still came to meet us at the main desk before he passed us off to Bill).Bill was a pleasure to work with, and he got us taken care of more quickly than anticipated. He was genuine and honest, answered all our questions, and shared his expert knowledge with us. The finance department was also a breeze. Great service all around.

Let me start by saying that I flew from Central Oregon to Denver to buy my brand car from them.The salesman, Ryan Western, the main reason next to the car itself, for my drive down. Allow me to explain. Ryan called me immediately and the communication and assistance from there was amazing.Ryan came in on his day off to make sure I could get my car sale completed as there was a winter front coming and I could beat it home safely, if I left right after signing the paperwork. Luckily Ryan made that all happen. Its unfortunate for everyone reading this as it sounds like he has moved on in his career for some strange reason. Must have been a good reason, I know he just bought a house.He helped me with transportation ideas, hotel recommendations. Even showed up to the hotel instead of allowing me getting transportation, dressed to the nines for a salesman, on his days off. He had to drive across Denver to get there. Even took me to his favorite breakfast place, Toast. Guy was amazing, made the whole experience one I will never forget!!And after all that, Steve, the General Manager, has called to make sure I was happy with everything.I highly recommend Audi Denver. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership. I love my Audi but know nothing about cars so the videos they provide explaining your car service while its in with them are so helpful to me. James was so patient with me even though some of my questions were probably dumb. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and goes so above and beyond for you while you are there or when you are talking to them on the phone. I do not think a better dealership or service experience exists.

Such a fantastic experience working with Audi of Denver but especially working with Jose. He was personable, professional, worked hard to get us the perfect vehicle and even had chocolate covered animal crackers on hand to keep our 2 year old happy while we signed paperwork. At no point did he apply pressure on us and has continued to exhibit top notch communication even after I took delivery of my new Q5. If you’re thinking of an Audi, do it… and go to Audi of Denver & ask for Jose - you won’t regret it.

Absolute worst servicing experience from start to finish. I scheduled my Q3 for an oil change and inspection this past Saturday at 1:30pm – from the minute Joshua greeted me, he was condescending, rude and impatient regarding my vehicle’s oil changing schedule, past servicing, and the fees associated with that day’s “recommending” servicing. He advised me that my oil change would take approx. 1.5 hours, so I confirmed I would wait on site until my vehicle was ready. Almost 2.5 hours later, at 4:00pm, I asked the dealership’s front desk for assistance regarding a status update. Upon asking, Joshua seemed annoyed and confused, as if he forgot about my vehicle and that we had earlier in the day – he further inferred that I was lying and was not there at 1:30 because his paperwork showed him checking in my vehicle at 3:05.Joshua then gave me my keys and told me my car was parked out front. I left with no explanation of the service and inspection (other than the text message link to the technician’s mid-inspection review) – I had to ask for a service report and copy of the same, which appeared to be an inconvenience to Joshua. Moreover, I left without being asked for payment for the service that day – Joshua had to call me after I left to ask for payment. He then attempted to shift blame for my service delay and lack of information to the technicians, which is not only absurd but not accurate as the video link provided by the technician was thorough and complete (it was actually the only information I left with).I want to note that this is not a review of the sales department or the technicians who serviced my vehicle. That said, I was better off taking the extra drive to Audi Flatirons, who have previously serviced my vehicle with excellent customer care.

Finally decided it was time to trade in my 2014 Q5 for a newer version. Worked w/Lake through the process who was honestly a pleasure to work with. Down to earth, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I left extremely satisfied with my new vehicle. This is NOT where you want to buy an Audi. Everyone knows there are a lot of shady characters in the automotive industry and this is no exception. (this is posted from my daughters account) From the get go I have been having issues but this last experience takes the cake. I realized that my transmission dropped. I own a 2017 Audi G7 with 88,000 miles on it. This certainly should not be happening. So I called and informed them of the issue. The following day my wife brings it in and they inform her she needs a $6,800 part. She agrees, trusting that this company has an adequate service department. When we receive the car back, nothing has changed. There is still a serious problem with the transmission as my vehicle breaks down twice after we picked it up from the service center. I personally bring it back in after I learn that the piece they sold my wife is essentially the brains of the vehicle. This has absolutely nothing to do with the transmission and should certainly not need replacement in a vehicle with only 88,000 miles on it. They inform me that I now need a new transmission for $15,000. I said I needed an immediate refund for the piece that my vehicle clearly did not need. They responded with you would need it eventually. So if they had replaced my heater, that is working completely fine, they can simply respond with you would need it eventually?They REFUSED a refund for the unnecessary part.So not only do I now need a $15,000 transmission on a vehicle that only has 88,000 miles, I also threw away $6,800 on a part that was completely unnecessary but that I may have needed in the future.Please take your money elsewhere.

She took the time out to show me features that I was unaware of, she gave me a gift bag and also checked up on me after my purchase to make sure everything was to my liking. I wanted to give the folks at Denver Audi Service a shout out for a job well done. My husband and I are both Audi car owners and we have been very pleased with the level of service we always receive. Denver Audi Service personnel are honest, knowledgeable and always work very hard to give the very best service from the beginning, through the end, of the visit. I have been to the shop 3 times in the last 2 months; once for warranty work/oil change, once to purchase a replacement key fob and today, to purchase new tires. The service personnel always try to be accommodating by providing a loaner car and/or quick service, offer an informative video on the services provided and perform a thorough check to make sure the car is maintained properly. Elijah was my service representative today and I’ve also been pleased with the service from Matthew and Stanley as well. Also a big thank you to James in parts for helping to find the perfect set of tires for my car today. Thanks, Audi Denver, for being a consistently, reliable service shop for our Audis.

They filed a wrong insurance claim on a loaner car for me. This has affected my insurance. Someone before me was responsible for the damage and they eventually found out. But apparently they have claimed my insurance anyway. This is insurance fraud!

Customer be aware! I own a 2018 Audi Q7 and I had the car serviced for its 40k miles maintenance check. The most comprehensive maintenance, performed every 20k miles. I received a Service report completely blank (!) except tire wear and Brake pad measurements. Even these measurements are under question as all values were identical (!). Explanation: printer didnt print on left side of page, just on right side(!) Two days later, car computer asks for oil change in 1,200 miles(!) Explanation: technician was tired and forgot to reset the computer!?

Easiest car purchasing experience Ive had. Tanner was my salesman and very knowledgeable about Audis. No pressure sales, which was appreciated since I was car shopping without my husband. He was able to price match a quote I received for a similar A3, and when I picked the car up he had a huge red bow on the hood. Just like the Christmas commercials! Just wish the follow up was better. Never got my cars floor mats and never got a response back from my sales guy after the purchase. Would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for that.

The tech had identified some performance issues I had simply gotten used to, and the service writer, Analisa did all the legwork with warranty. Audi Denver has been fantastic for every need I’ve had for my Q5 (purchased from them July ‘18). From routine service (oil changes, 30k mile, etc) to pulling a French fry out of an A/C vent (sons and car trips are made for each other), the staff at Audi take care of everything. I love the clean loaner cars that the dealership provides on service days as well (or Lyft rides to/from if a loaner isn’t needed). Overall, I can’t recommend them enough.Update - While its sooner than planned, they were fantastic for my second purchase in two years. I can definitely vouch for the safety in the 2018 Q5 and the 2020 drives like a dream. Reid was great to work with, and Stephan, Gary, and Jason made the purchase process easy. They found the exact model I wanted, and answered all of our questions. My family will definitely come here for future cars (though I’m hoping it’s a few years down the road!).

I’m giving them 2 starts because the manager acted nice a professional and try to help...but customers beware I made an appointment to see a truck and the day of the appointment they sell it to one of there buddies.I wasted a whole day of work and even when I tried setting down a deposit they didn’t want to take it almost as if they new someone in the sales or service department wanted it.but beware don’t make appointments with these guys it’s just a waste of time...o and one more thing if u see a car you like don’t go there first they seem to post cars that aren’t even ready to be sold so yea I’m done good life folks...

Be careful! These guys at Audi Denver service dept always want to steal money from you.I have my Audi Q7 with coolant leaking issue, I paid about $400 to fix it. It was still leaking. They said that I have to replace the water pump for about $2500. I did not replace it. In the next service, they said it was not the water pump issue, and want me to pay about $2000 to fix that. My money is not paper :(((And a lot of other bad experiences like I returned the battery back but did not get the money. I called and they said that they will not return the money but still have my battery, no call, no explanation.Trying to get rid of the Audi Q7 and never come back.Andy

We have 2 Audis, and every time we have brought either vehicle in for regular maintenance or repairs, a larger issue occurs as we drive off the lot. This has happened over 5+ times on each vehicle. If you dont want to pay thousands of dollars in repairs on a monthly basis, do not go to this Service Center.Update for everyone out there - September 29th, 2021 - we recently took our Q7 in to have a serpentine belt replaced as it broke when we were driving in the mountains and the steering went out. They told us our water pump was also out so we paid $1,700. Found out later the water pump was $200 not $900. Our fault for not doing our research. When I drove off the lot our A/C was not working. We went in and sat with the manager, and thought everything was good. They told us our AC compressor “failed” and needs replacement. Quoted me 3,600 for the repair, and I just purchased a new one on their website for $275. During this time, my S5 was there, and they told me I had a rear main seal oil leak. Estimated $7,500 as they would have to remove the transmission and it’s a pain. I went to another Audi dealer in denver, and they confirmed that was not true. There is no leak. Also i learned they broke my belly pan off, and want $500 to replace.For your own sanity, if you care about your Audi, do not take it here. I promise you.

Changing my previous review because they resolved the issue for free. Not giving 5 stars because we still had to chase them and it came down to leaving an unfavorable review to remedy the situation.My wife and I bought an Audi Q5 at the store. The buying process went very smoothly with minor effort. At the very end of the transaction we realized that the car has only one key fob. At this point we asked the salesperson to reach back to us after the sale to see if there is another key available, or if we would be able to purchase one hopefully at a discount price. It has now been a month, and after numerous attempts to reach the salesperson, nobody has contacted us. This is not what I call great customer service.

So I did not buy from the Audi dealer but they appraised my car from there Hyundai dealer. I had just purchased a Genesis from Hyundai and wanted another car an EV. My salesman Lucas and Derek the manager wre great. But when it came time to buy a Kona just for the lease alone . And was turned out cold.My car had a recall on it and of course chevy is working on getting it fixed. In fact the genesis had a recall and could catch on fire. Anyway Audi who appraises used vehicles turned my whole deal down. Recall I got it but it was handled poorly. Of course they took my money for the genesis andwhen I can rid myself of mcdonald and there car. I did reach out and sent an email to there chain of command but no response its just a Hyundai Im small potatoes. What a joke in my opinion and I know they sell cars with great success. But a small little thing as communication goes a long way. Last and only car purchase from mcdonald. Just my experience and I am not a fan. Oh by the way went to another dealer and deal done in less than an hour. Lazy group

Very happy with the service team here. Had to have repairs done on my vehicle due to a mechanical issue and Tim Velasquez, my service rep, kept me updated throughout the entire process. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Audi Denver, and more specifically the sales person I worked with, Errol Wade.The process was as smooth as can be. Errol brought me around the lot of CPOs and helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs, while simoltaneously having my trade in value assessed - no time was wasted. From start to finish the transaction took under three hours, which was delightful.Errols knowledge of all things Audi really struck me. He had precise answers to all of my questions, and let me tell you, he was peppered with them. Probably the best experience me and my wife have had at a dealership. Period.I contacted them at first to let them know we wanted to talk to a sales person since we were in a little bit of a time crunch and only had 2 days in the Denver area before leaving again, so we were hoping to leave with a car the same day.From the moment we stepped in to the dealership we were taken good care of. There was a nice lady that greeted us, she offered water and coffee and showed us to a table while she went to get the sales person we had been in touch with, Luke. He was the most accommodating and professional salesman Ive ever come across. We explained our needs to him and what we were looking for over e-mail before we got there. He had prepared a few cars for us to test drive that was within our budget and needs. He was extremely patient with us since we had a 6 month old baby with us so we had to move the car seat over for test drives. We ended up with the perfect car for us, an Audi Q7 that we LOVE so far.I never felt pressured to spend more then I would have liked and my only regret is that I didnt get the tint package then and there. The finance manager Monica made sure the paperwork and payment went fast and smooth. We picked the car the next morning. We could have driven it out there the same day but our insurance didnt activate until the next day. We are moving to Denver soon and when we are getting a second car I will get it at Audi Denver and ask for Luke again.

They tried to make me pay $1400 to replace thermostat and water pump after I brought my car in for a coolant leak. They said they did a diagnostic test but I took my car to another place and they found a crack in the plastic thing holding the coolant. If I had paid the $1400 they wouldnt have even fixed the problem.

I haven’t had pleasant experiences here and it’s dreadful when I have to return for maintenance and recall work. When I was going to pick up the new vehicle they had forgot to schedule my ride from my house. When I had to meet with a man to go over additional insurance options, he was rude and demeaning towards me. When I wanted to end the meeting because of his attitude, I said was a tired and didn’t want to do this now. He told the sales man that I was fried! They were later able to arrange for me to meet with someone else that was respectful. When I went in to have the recall work done, it took twice as look as expected. After purchasing the vehicle I was also surprised that it didn’t have blind spot detection which I would consider to be a basic safety feature on newer vehicles. I’m going in for my first oil change and intend to have someone go over vehicle tech with me, since tech was on vacation when I first purchased the vehicle. Overall I like my vehicle but I have not been impressed with service here.I was lied to when I was sold “wheels and tire” protection on my new vehicle. The sales guy said it would cover scrapes on rims from parallel parking but after buying the coverage I found out that was a lie. When I had my tire replaced through the Fidelity contract Audi sold me, they had keep my vehicle over night so an agent could look at it and refused to let me have a loaner vehicle because those need to reserved 2 weeks in advance. I couldn’t predict that I’d get a popped my tire! Now I’ve been having a difficult time getting them to fill out the necessary paperwork for me to cancel this coverage.

So after a long and exhausting search I accidentally bought a Lexus elsewhere. After 3 weeks I hated the vehicle, no, loathed it. That’s where Audi Denver comes in and saves the day. As they were following up/closing out leads I got a phone call asking if I was still searching. I said YES! After meeting with Luke Egolf I ended up driving out with an A4. I’ve owned several vehicles and this is hands down my favorite one so far. Luke was great to work with and I’m sure I’ll be back when it’s time for the next Audi.

Mechanics are similar to high school drop outs, just lazy and don’t wanna do the work correcltly. Alignment for a cruise control sensor is 330$, (just for the sensor) when now every toyota or other car on the road also have a cruise control sensor and are aligned for 20 bucks. The mechanics screwed my alignment, which shredded my tire, and didn’t want to take fault, but instead charged me 600 for total alignment. Of course this is only my experience, some people have a better experience, but just a fyi that the service center is complete garbage.

A huge shout out and a huge thank you to Elijah for all of his help today! I am new to having a foreign/luxury car serviced so when I took it in expecting an oil change & tire rotation, the incredibly thorough technicians found something that I wasnt expecting. He took several phone calls between myself and my other half to explain the issue, my phone wouldnt load the video so he took the time to show me the video at pick up and explain any questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done as quick as possible to accommodate us because we are from out of state. Wive and I had an absolutely horrid experience with sales rep Errol Wade at this location. I’m retired from the auto industry with 18 years experience - never have I encountered a more unprofessional person at any dealership.First of all, the location of the shop is very convenient and the facility was top notch. Show floor was clean and lots of cars to look at. We’ve heard good things from friends about Audi so we decided to stop in while in town. We were assigned to Errol and this is where everything crumbled.Errol said he’d meet us outside to look at some cars. First he came out with NO MASK then had to run back in once we pointed it out. Then the entire time we were looking at cars he gave very quick responses and didn’t seem as though he cared - almost as if he didn’t think we were serious about purchasing. He kept pulling his mask down to speak to us so we would step back. At the beginning I told him that my wife and I are diabetic so we just can’t take a risk. But he didn’t seem to care.Just a sloppy sales rep. You’re better off getting assigned to anyone else.

I saw my car on there website and had to get it! It was only posted about a day before I contacted their sales department, Martin was very friendly and helpful. We negotiated purchase over the phone and email because I live in California. I flew out to Denver to test drive and sign, and had car delivered through a company whose name I wont mention cause they didnt deliver as promised, but I have my car and currently very happy with it. The dealership is very nice and clean. Review is for sales and finance, I didnt visit service/parts dept.

Today was the last time I will do business here. The last 2 times I’ve come in for a scheduled basic oil change appointment I’ve been told it would take around an hour to an hour and a half. Last time I was there waiting for over 3 hours and today was 2.5hrs. I spent this time trying to work from the waiting room but had a hard time concentrating because there was a very loud, vulgar and inappropriate conversation happening in the finance department. I truly feel bad for the family with young children that were also waiting that had to have heard the same inappropriate banter. I was given a price to repair a broken visor clip and when I checked out without saying anything to me they doubled the price. When I asked about it I was told that they had quoted the wrong part. No apology, just attitude that I had the audacity to expect the price they quoted to show up on my bill. They also tried to give me someone else’s car when I finally did get checked out. When I finally did get my car back they hadn’t even run it through the wash. When I asked why they said they weren’t washing any cars that day even though I saw several that had just come back from being washed in the service bay. There were other small issues but bottom line this place doesn’t appreciate their customers and I will not spend another minute or dime with them. As a side note I did call to relate my concerns to the service manager and was told he would call me before he left for the day but he never did.

Brody worked sooooo hard with me to find the perfect match through many late nights, sifting through the many different car options they have available (which is almost TOO many), and of course, through my indecisiveness. They gave me a fantastic deal though, never pushed me, and made sure everything went smoothly and I was happy. Because of that, I am so ecstatic about my new car and how pleasant this experience was. As I am writing this review I want to start out by saying I have purchased over the years 6 cars from McDonald. 4 VW and now I win 2 Audi’s. So my experience has overall be good.With that said I want to make sure everyone k ones of a anti competitive practice they now have involving their leases. If you lease a car from them using VW Finance you will be held captive by them. I have a lease now, no where in my contract does it say that I cannot buy the car out. Right now with interest rates at 2.5% I could save $400 or more by doing this.When I call VW finance, they cannot give me the documents for the bank nor will they give a bank the documents. They say you have to go to the dealer. I went to the dealer and they say they will only help me if I did with them and their preferred partners. Of course, we all know that that means there is a financial incentive in place for them to make money. I simply cannot use a different bank, one that has better rates. I have to go through them. That is a captive market, it is anti competition, and monopolist.I am stuck int this spot as we speak. Being held captive.Here is my advice, I would not tell you to not by your car from them, but I would walk in the door with your own financing. Or at least be aware they they are willing to use such practices.

Such a great experience today getting my car serviced. I went in for a maintenance check and Timothy was very helpful and polite with the whole process. He greeted me right when I walked in, told me a time frame in which my car would be ready( he was pretty spot on with the time), and offered my husband and I a beverage. He kept me updated on the vehicle the whole time and was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. I highly highly recommend audi of denver. Jose sold his first car to me and i could never realize that. He made me love my car. I was impressed and amazed by the new features that comes with it. Ofcourse i made a good research about this car before i bought, but Jose killed it. I chose Audi q5 for my needs and purchase, and ofcourse Audi is by far my most favorite luxury car. This dealership is very honest. We only took 5 minutes on the deal and i wasnt easy at all. The delivery was excellent and Jose followed up with me after i bought too. The finance manager got me the best deal with the best interest rate that comes with 4 years audi care. I have been to other Audi dealerships in Colorado before i came here, and yes you will save so much time here because their price is super fair.

Jay is an outstanding sales manager. When my wife first walked in asking questions, instead of just explaining, he brought her over to the vehicles and showed her exactly what she was asking about. He took a lot of time to go over options and helped her order my dream car for me. He also helped her through setting up services for her vehicle, and stayed in contact throughout the entire production process of the vehicle. We had a fantastic experience with James the Service Writer, and Jessi who picked up and returned our vehicles to our home. The Valet service was $20 per vehicle, and well worth it! The communication was excellent! Both James and Jessi stayed in communication with updates, videos by the Techs reviewing what was done, and how the cars were doing, and heads ups on when we would receive our vehicles back. It was a wonderful experience, and the kind of service you would expect from a luxury dealership.

My 2011 Audi A8 L started making this high pitched whining noise at low RPM. Pretty loud. Took it first to my local, after market shop (that will remain nameless here). They totally misdiagnosed it. Very frustrated, I went to Audi Denver (first time customer). I was crabby on the intake (having already paid for a diagnosis previously) but they really treated me like a King. They sat me down with my own concierge person. This young man got me a coffee. Concierge then asked me detailed questions about the problem. Then they called Lyft and paid my cab-fare home. Within 24 hours, the problem was fixed. As I picked up the car, they were cleaning it. Then they gave me a future discount coupon just because my car is older than 10 years. Ive never had a customer experience as good. Kudos to them.

I hate to combine reviews since something will always be lost but I had service and bought a car two days apart. After having lived in 12 countries and having bought/leased cars in each one I can say unequivocally that dealing with Patrick Flaherty was the best experience I have ever had. Anybody that enjoys the car buying experience should have their head examined (or be drug tested) but Patrick made it as painless and win-win as it can be. Very professional, very knowledgeable and customer oriented in the extreme. I bought a lot more car than I came in for and still left a VERY satisfied customer who will be back. Ask for Patrick by name. Also special mention to Monica in finance who was totally on the ball, easy to understand and has a great sense of humor!Secondly, we have had our Q5 serviced at Audi Denver several times over the years and have had a great experience each and every time. I never felt I was being sold anything I didnt need and on all occasions the work was done in a timely and professional manner and with any issues solved. James in Service was terrific and was responsive and kept us up to date on where they were with the car and expected delivery. A great guy. My only beef was with the commitment that the rest of the guys in the Service Department had for wearing masks. Maybe I missed one but the only guys I saw wearing a mask the entire time indoors were James and the gent sitting next to him (Kendell I believe). Could up their game there but otherwise a great department at Audi Denver.

My 22 year old daughter recently bought a used car from Audi Denver and it was the shadiest deal Ive ever seen. They treated her so poorly during the entire experience, and are refusing to stand by their word. Heres what happened:My college daughter had been looking for a used car for a while to purchase for cash as she was moving out of state and needed something to transport her to Florida. She found a gently used 2009 Chrysler Sebring at Audi Denver that only had 42,000 miles on it. She and her boyfriend went to the dealership to check it out. She told them it would be a cash purchase. Multiple times during the encounter she was told they would like to speak with her father to make the deal. She told them each time that it was her purchase and they were dealing with her. They told her she was too young to make these decisions. She test drove the car and asked many questions. They told her that it had working bluetooth and that their mechanics checked it out bumper to bumper and it was in amazing shape. She purchased the car in cash for $10k.The next day she realized she could not connect to the bluetooth and the emergency brake did not work. She called the dealership and they told her to deal with it. She pressed them hard over several days and finally they relented and agreed to put bluetooth in the car and fix the e-brake. They did the work. A couple days later she filled it with gas for the first time and saw there was no gas cap. She was frustrated but did not want to call them again and she went and bought a gas cap. A couple more weeks go by and she hasnt gotten the title still. She starts calling them to find out where it is as she is moving out of state. Every time she calls they tell her they dont know and cant help.My daughter then moved out of her apartment on 4/29. She moved in with me for a few days until she was due to leave for Florida. This past Friday 4/30 she was driving home from her apartment after having a final cleaning there. She was talking to me on the phone and was blocks from home. She told me mom, my oil light just came on. I told her to come home and wed check the oil and take it for a change before she left for Florida. She pulled in front of the house and the car died. We looked at the engine and there was an oil leak and the car was completely out of oil. Engine was done. Now, mind you, shes had this car for not even 6 weeks and still doesnt have the title in hand despite frequent calls to the dealership. She called the dealership yesterday and again theyve told her too bad and they cant help with the car or title. She told them they explicitly told her there was no oil leak and they said oh well.I just cant believe that a dealership like Audi Denver would treat a customer so poorly and I know if they are treating my daughter this way they are probably treating other young women this way. Now she has a car she paid $10k (all her savings) for and no title and no functioning car. I am hoping that bringing some awareness to this dealership will cause them to do the right thing and take the car back. It is nothing for them but life changing for my daughter.

I purchased a vehicle from Errol and was over 1000 miles away so he had to communicate constantly and show me pictures and videos to get the sale done. Flew up from Scottsdale to buy a car from them. Made the deal over the phone. No bologna at all!!! I buy lots of cars and they were EXCELLENT. Picked me up from the airport and 2-3 hours later I was heading back home. Even called me a few times to make sure I hadn’t crashed. Awesome group of guys. In another review someone toile pictures of the salesman not wearing their mask all the way ( I’m guilty as charged). They had their mask on the whole time so that issue was fixed. I flew 1.45 hours and drove 13 hours to avoid my dealer so that’s saying something. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
