I looked online for the new Genesis GV70. My first dealership choice was McDonald Hyundai because I heard they have a great reputation. I left my contact information with their web site and was contacted by Micah Levy. After a brief conversation we set up a time for me to test drive the car. I felt no pressure from Micah to buy.I came back the next week with my wife. We then decide to place an order for the GV70. We picked up the new car today. Micah wasn’t available to go over the car with us so Brandon helped out. They both were great. I’m having the Colorado Package installed in a couple weeks. Suzanne is absolutely incredible! I recently purchased a GV80 and this was by far, the best vehicle purchase experience Ive ever had. While the entire staff here is wonderful, Suzanne really set the bar high for customer service. She was attentive, answered all my questions, and we were able to navigate the entire process with absolutely no pressure and with extreme ease. Service Manager, Keith, was incredibly helpful and went WAY above and beyond helping me deal with a problem that he didnt even create or have anything to do with!! I bought a Genesis from a different dealer (Genesis of Shreveport) and the car had multiple problems - Keith gladly took on the lemon and helped me handle everything when he didnt have to (because the selling dealer (Shreveport) was a nightmare to say the least). Everyone at Littleton service was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I 100% recommend them!!!

Great experience working with Lucas getting a new 2022 G70! Scheduled a test drive for a 2021 model and shortly after submitted a reservation for a 2022 refresh model. The rough estimate is that it would take 4-5 months to be delivered, but less than a month and one arrived! After a couple hours of paperwork, the G70 was mine and we were out on the road. The dealership itself is pretty nice considering Genesis is still a newer brand, given more time Im sure itll improve. Lucas was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all questions. As for the car, I encourage everyone to check out Genesis as a cheaper (and arguably better) alternative to other luxury brands! Thanks Lucas!

I had submitted a general inquiry about the vehicle through AutoTrader, within 10 mins I had heard from 3 different members of the McDonald team offering to help as well as answer any questions I had. Adam had first reached out and was very helpful and understanding that I may not be coming to his dealership if I end up purchasing the exact car I wanted(which i later did).
