Ive bought (and sold!) a lot of cars from dealers ranging from sketchy to great. This is one of those great dealers. Their facility is large and clean, and the staff is friendly. The car I wanted to test wasnt in stock, so an associate let me test his personal vehicle (same model). It was a consistently positive experience.Major kudos to Adam and manager Troy for their work and great communication.

First and foremost, McDonald Mazda Souths website was easy to use and provided me with all of the pre-visit information I desired. When I arrived for my appointment with Santiago to look at the 2017 Chevy Sonic I wanted, I was greeted with a friendly, Hello and a welcoming attitude. Santiago is the reason I bought the car. Simply, I had other choices at other dealerships, but Santiago provided me with the information I needed. We shared a common interest in Bogota, Colombia, and it was a real treat to share stories. He went above and beyond and helped me drive my car back to my house and delivered my new car that afternoon. Id give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!! Wasted my time, poor service, no apology no explanation besides the sale associate saying I dont know why.... my name is not on the building. The sales manager on duty that evening wouldnt even speak to me because he was not the original manager that set up the deal. Definitely feel as though I was treated less than.
Very friendly and helpful, super clean and nice interior. Unfortunately they didnt have the navigation card that I wanted, but ordered it immediately and were very apologetic about not having it. Great experience, good people. Would recommend.
My wife and I went to this location twice - once to get her new CX-5 serviced and then again to buy a replacement when the first one was totaled two weeks later.Stacey, Ian and Val are very kind and professional and easy to work with but we spent most of our time with Santiago - if you go to this location definitely ask for Santiago. He is extremely patient, kind and respectful.We came with a very specific list of wants to replace the totaled car during a time with very limited inventory but Santiago made it happen. We went during a busy Saturday and he took us to Golden to look at vehicle we didn’t end up wanting - we appreciated this because we gained a lot of certainty when comparing it to the car we did buy. I can’t complain about going to the other location because Santiago was really fun to be around.Thanks again Santiago!
Went to McDonald Mazda and found the best car buying experience in my life! Greeted by friendly professional staff and introduced to Paul. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. I was looking for a used Mazda 3 and he quickly went through the inventory and apologized that they didn’t have the used car I was looking for but asked if I could let him check with his sales manager. The sales manager and Paul quickly returned and shared their dissatisfaction that they didn’t have the car I was looking for but would take my information and work to find me something. They said they would call me if they found something and once again said they didn’t want to waste my time and therefore would do the work and get back to me. My son and I got into our car to drive away but discussed how pleasant the experience was and I said lets go back in and inquire about a new car since they don’t have the model used. We spoke with Paul and then spoke with Steven the sales manager and later met Lillie the financial manager. To make a long story short we got just the car we really wanted at the price we were looking for. I had just had surgery 48 hours prior so rather than making me sit around they sent me and my son home and delivered the car to our home an hour and fifteen minutes away, fully detailed and full of gas. Paul spent time with my son getting him familiar with the car and setting up the features, mymazda app, and connecting his cell! Once again the best service we have ever experienced in 50 years of car buying! Strong work McDonald Mazda! Highly recommend this team!

One month in to owning my new Mazda CX-5 and my experience has been nothing but awesome from the minute I pulled my old car on to McDonald Mazda South’s lot.Santiago was great to work with and was very patient as I asked him countless questions and test drove even more cars. He was knowledgeable and never once made me feel pressured.Val made the financing process run very smoothly. He did a great job of explaining all the available warranties to me and helping me choose which ones were the best fit for me, given my main concerns and lifestyle.Troy, the manager, does a great job of running the floor and puts his best effort in to ensuring customers leave with a smile every time. Despite the crazy covid car market right now, he worked relentlessly to secure my dream Mazda even though there was only one in the state with the colors and trim level I wanted.The McDonald body shop hooked me up with my tint and interior shield 2 weeks after my purchase and they were also very fast and friendly.I have yet to have any regrets for my purchase or anything negative to say about McDonald Mazda and their team! I highly recommend McDonald dealerships for anyone looking for a new vehicle, especially their Mazda South location.
AVOID this place. There are SO many other dealerships in the area.I had a scheduled 10 am Saturday appointment (confirmed by them by email the same morning). When I get there, there is no one that greets me at the door. The place is so busy no one even looks up. After a few minutes just standing there, someone who didnt introduce themselves came to greet me. I told them I had an appointment with Donovan. The man walks away and comes back with Andrew who I had not spoken with before. Donovan and I have exchanged 10+ emails and talked on the phone, so he knows what I want. I didnt feel like telling my story to a brand new sales rep, so I walked away.The same day I get an email from Jason Sharp whoever that is (why dont these people introduce themselves?)Sorry we missed you today - nope, you didnt miss me. I was there at the scheduled time.Our clients love our appointment process because it saves them time - you just wasted an hour of my time by me going there and you couldnt keep my scheduled appointment.If you read this review, I hope you walk away too. There are so many Mazda dealerships around, dont waste your time at this one.
I had a really great experience buying a car here last month. The staff, and Andrew in particular, provided me with options to choose from that really met my needs, and this was done with a personal, friendly touch that I think is very rare. I’m very happy with my purchase and with this dealership.
I am filled with gratitude for this company. I bought my first car here and it was the best experience I could have asked for! I went to multiple places looking for the right car and left each one feeling defeated and confused. From the second I walked into Mazda, it was a full team effort. From everyone in sales, management, all the way to finance, made this such a special experience. Paul was an excellent salesman who helped with my demands, Troy runs an amazing team, Stephen made me laugh and the process so much easier, Ben has checked in on me weekly to see if I needed anything and teach me about the features of the car! Update:They told me I should go with them for financing because they could match my personal lenders rate and it would be the same because they had no hidden fees. Fast forward to now, when I get a piece of mail showing a $2800 finance fee that no one mentioned to me. I went back and looked at the paperwork from the dealer, and sure enough the fee was listed, but only tucked away on the documents that I waited 2 hours for them to prepare and wasn’t checking closely because I just wanted to be done, and figured would be the exact same as the initial documents I was shown breaking down the financing. I’m frustrated to say the least.I worked with Tate to trade in my old car and get a 2018 CX3 and it was a great experience. Even later he continued to follow up and answered any questions I had to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I love my car and I really enjoyed working with him to get it. Would highly recommend asking for him if you go in!

McDonald Mazda made my car buying experience simple and smooth. I called ahead requesting a test drive and by the time I arrived, the cars were all ready to go. Chris was very helpful in the process and if he didnt know the answers to my questions, he quickly found someone who did. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

Worst car buying experience ever! First Went to the lot memorial day as I was looking for a used vehicle to replace our vehicle that we were selling due to it being stolen three times. Found a car they had no info so said they would call me next day. No phone call ever came so I called and was told that car was being sent to auction. So I asked if they had any other used Mazda 3 hatchbacks. Yes, one just came in so I made an appointment to test drive. Came for my appointment and the sales person had left for the day. Someone else helped me and I ended up deciding to purchase the vehicle as it had a great car fax and one owner. Financing was great and worked hard to get me the rate I needed. The car had not been reconditioned so I had to wait. Again no phone calls, ever! I called three days later to get an update and was told that Recon missed the email so it was going to take longer than expected. Call two days later, because they do not believe in making phone calls apparently. Car will be ready just in time for us to drive out to Ft Collins so glad about that. However a week later we discover a problem when you hit the breaks the lights flash. I search online and learn that this is a well known issue for this model car involving a software update to the alternator. First off I know that dealer service centers have service bulletins for every year, make and model so why was this not done before my car left the lot?When communicating with the sales person Troy about the issue he behaves completely unprofessionally! Arguing with me, being defensive etc. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and own my own business so when a customer has a concern this serious I know the answer is very simple. “I understand your concerns, let me see what I can do to address them.” Again more phone tag, told I would get a loaner. Go to drop my car off when I told Troy specifically that I needed to be to work by 9:30 so needed my loaner ready to go. Service manager comes out and tells me he was not aware of my arrangement for the loaner. Service manager Zach was the only professional I dealt with and took good care of me and my car. They did do the software update at no charge which I would certainly hope since I’d only had the car for two weeks.Bottom line, this place is a complete Cluster*&@#. You are just a number to them and once those sales papers are signed they could give one care less.Maybe it’s different if you buy a $50,000 car. My advice stay far far away! Every employee there has nothing to offer but excuses and apologies for the poor customer service!I had to come back to add what my trusted mechanic found wrong with the car. Leaking tire valve which I asked them to look at and repair when I took it for the software update. Door lock actuator going out which is approximately an$350 repair. Worst of all two belts that needed replaced when I was literally told by the sales rep that the car would get a complete inspection and anything major like, brakes, belts, lights old be fixed or replaced. Come on now, that’s a visual inspection. My mechanic said they were very cracked. Just shelled out $250 to replace the belts by my trusted mechanic as I don’t trust these people to ever work on my car! I will be canceling the service warranty which I now believe to be worthless! Shame on these people zero integrity! I’ve purchased cars from individuals with less problems than I’ve had with this car in only a months time. Save yourself the time, money and heartache and go somewhere else to purchase a car.
I had a great experience buying a Mazda Miata at McDonald Mazda South. My sales person was Donovan Sanchez. I met with Donovan twice. First to get a test drive and the second time when I bought the car.I had a great experience dealing with Donovan. He was completely honest, easy to work with and a thorough professional. He understood that I needed some time to make this decision. I was able to do my homework and complete the transaction at a price which I thought was fair for everyone.Donovan also drove my car home on a Friday night so I could complete everything that day. Overall the dealership was great with many people that were friendly and professional. The owner was a fantastic guy as well. I would definitely buy another car from them and recommend them if you are looking for a Mazda.
Although I purchased my new MX-5 elsewhere due to a deal I couldn’t refuse, I felt the need to recognize this team for their outstanding customer service, brand knowledge and transparency. Having been a car salesman, it’s easy to recognize the cohesion within this sales team. My sales associate, Morgan, was extremely responsive to everything I needed. At no point was any pressure applied. They worked hard to get me the best deal they could and I’d recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. I will never buy a car from this Dealership. Their service administrative person, a slim man with brown hair about 30 year old was perhaps the rudest, most condesending person I have encountered in a long time. His behavior was so gross, that I wouldnt buy a car from this establishment for $5 bucks. I think their management has to take a hard look at the sad state of their employees. And fix it. There are a lot of places to purchase a car. Do not bother with this location.

I’ve had pretty good service the past couple of times I’ve had my car serviced here but last time they insisted that all of my tires were at 4/32” (printed out in the check up printout and everything) when I knew one was practically brand new after a recent accident I had. This was confirmed by my tire place as well. Can’t say I’m impressed by that little fabrication
Purchased a used Mazda CX-5 and got into a car accident due to ice 2 days later. Donovan (my sales rep) was nice to work with and willing to help, but other departments were unresponsive when I needed information on the vehicle for insurance purposes.Donovan was helpful and empathized with my situation, but the only time the dealership would contact me is when they needed something, but they were not helpful when I needed information.Its very unlikely youll get into a car accident within the first couple days of purchasing a vehicle (it was my first accident after 15 years of driving and it was very minor/no other parties involved), but just be aware that once the sale is made, it will be difficult to contact them.The car buying process was nice and smooth, but the reason for my 3 star review is because of the lack of commitment to help after the sale.

Amazing car buying experience at McDonald Mazda South! Ive worked with 20+ dealerships in my lifetime and this was the most enjoyable, easiest car buying experience Ive ever encountered. I highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle at McDonald Mazda South and make sure you ask for Donovan. Donovan was the single nicest salesperson you will ever meet and to top it off he drove the vehicle to our house so that we could test drive it during a time when we were working from home which was fantastic! In addition, when I had questions about the vehicle and sent him a text message on his day off he replied right away. I expected he would reply when he got back in the office but it was pretty incredible the high level of service he provided. If management is reading this, Donovan deserves a giant bonus for what a valuable asset he is to the organization! I bought my Mazda from this dealership. It came with two free oil changes. I redeemed the first one but it took 91 minutes for it to be done. It’s an oil change, not a lobotomy. I told them it took too long and they agreed. Now it’s time for the second one and after THREE phone calls they still have not committed to doing the 2nd change and some recall issue. I do not live in Littleton. I live in Thornton. Telling me I need to spend four hours there for both things seems egregious, and they are unsympathetic.Never again.Poor customer service. Poor service department. There are other, and better, Mazda dealerships.Dale

He made the car purchase painless and took the time to make sure the used vehicle was in the best condition possible before we took it home. The last time I bought a car it was a miserable affair but Im happy to say that my experience at McDonald Mazda South was the complete opposite.I worked with Tony and Arturo to buy a new 2020 CX-5. Arturo was a knowledgeable sales associate but I appreciated that if he didnt have an answer to a question, he wasnt afraid to take the time to get the right answer. He didnt try to BS an answer. Throughout the process I felt like Tony was very transparent about the price the dealer paid for the car, the availability of inventory, and with the way things were handled, I didnt feel like I needed to aggressively negotiate on price. At the end of the day I feel like I paid a very fair price for the car with almost no negotiating.I arrived late in the day and when I was ready to buy it was almost closing time. This didnt stop both Tony and Arturo from staying late to help me close the deal. Arturo even helped out with the detailing of the car so everyone could get home. Their finance person also stayed late. Unfortunately, I had a problem unlocking my credit score with one of the reporting agencies. It was so late in the day that I wasnt able to get a person on the phone to help me unlock it. Tony and their finance person worked out a deal so that I was able to take the car home that night and come in the next day to finalize things once I got everything straightened out with the credit agency.Overall, I love the car and I feel like I get even more joy out of driving it because of the positive buying experience I had with Tony and Arturo at McDonald Mazda South. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Good car servicing but lack basic services like cleaning a car. I got my CX5 serviced for 20K miles and paid handsome $900 dollars. When I received car it was dirtier than I gave. No car wash / vacuum done. When asked, they said their car wash system was not working. Well if I am paying 900 dollars, thats the minimum I expected from a dealership that if they cant wash the car at least get it washed and cleaned from other vendor. Disappointed in the basic services to keep customer satisfied.

The sales department is very nice and respectful but the service department is why this dealership gets one star. They only care about making a profit and they do not make their customers are priority whatsoever. If you need your Mazda serviced, save yourself the massive headache and go elsewhere.
Overall a positive experience. I brought my vehicle in for servicing and repairs. It was not returned with the car wash and vacuum that was advertised on the website, but the loaner car was very nice, and the staff held themselves to a high standard of professionalism and communication throughout the process. The technicians video showing the recommended repairs for my Mazda was a nice detailed touch as well. Initial cost of repairs was surprisingly high, but I spoke with the service manager and he was gracious enough to bring down the price to a somewhat more reasonable amount. I would see myself coming back here for future repairs as well as the purchase of my next car.
I stopped by here with some minor repairs during a road trip. They were very responsible and thorough and got me back on the road with as little trouble as could be imagined, plus a nice loaner car while I was waiting for mine to be fixed. Thanks again y’all!
Lots of bait and switch it seems. You spend the day negotiating for a car and then it’s gone when you get there. What is their solution? Buy a different one that you don’t want for even more money! Website full of cars that they don’t have!
I cannot begin to say enough about my experience at McDonald Mazda, but here are a few highlights:- I called to make an appointment and ensure the car I was looking at online was still available. I was connected to Donovan in sales, and he was extremely helpful over the phone, and was flexible with my work schedule.- When we arrived, everyone there was very friendly, and the building was spotless. I appreciate cleanliness above all, and was quite pleased.- Donovan quickly joined us after arriving, and showed us the car I was interested in. He gave a full tour of the outside and inside, and answered all of our questions. I had just one question he was fairly certain of the answer, but needed to double check, which I greatly appreciated. I hate getting “yes, yes, yes” just to find out that isn’t the case, and he gave all the answers without over promising.- I decided to purchase the car, and the process of getting the final numbers was quick and easy. There was a little bit of a line for the “checkout” so they offered for me to leave and come back. I had to return a leased car, so I ran home and completed that process before returning.- The checkout was a breeze. I worked with Lilly, and she was just wonderful. She made the process so easy, and significantly faster than I have experienced at other dealerships. She was also really fun to talk to, which made the whole experience that much better.- I was out the door and driving my new car home in two shakes, and absolutely LOVE my new Mazda. It met every single one of my requests (heated seats, remote start, sun roof) and is stunning.McDonald Mazda is my new go-to for a new car (although I’ll be keeping this one for a good while, I love it!) and I’ll be highly recommending them to anyone I know (and like). To whom it may concern at the dealership. I went by to look for a part today, go to the parts department and theres a red phone to communicate with the parts associate. I could barely hear the person on the other end and had to hold the phone up to my ear tight, I am not a germaphobe by any means but even this policy really creeped me out. Unfortunately in a world of covid when you dont know where Ive been and dont know who was on the phone prior to me? whoever developed that plan for the parts department their judgment should be questioned. I prefer to purchase local anytime Im able but policies such as these will take my business online or take the drive to another dealership. Thanks for your time..
Im on the fence about whether to rate a three or a four on my experience. I decided on a four because the gentleman, Paul, was very friendly and accomodating as was the manager. I also think they deserve a four because I have been car shopping a few times in the last couple years and the majority of dealers are extremely shady and used cars these days just arent up to the standard they were ten years ago. Ive also been surprised to find clean carfax reports only to show up and find the car damaged without even having to look for damage. Back to Hyundai and this adventure, the experience withthis dealership was waaaay better than most Ive had. No pressure, more how can we help you type service. I searched online for a couple of days and found a few cars in our price range that came from more reputable dealerships and scoured the carfax reports for anything that might seem sketchy. My family met up at hyundai mazda to test drive a used Nissan Sentra and were greeted by Paul. He was very friendly and accomodating and he showed us the inspection/repair report from their repair center. He got us in for a testdrive right away. My daughter loved the car and was ready to sign on the dotted line. I suggested we take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection first. Paul spoke with his manager and within only a couple minutes we were headed out the door to take the car to loveland. Unfortunately, my mechanic found a couple potential things wrong with the car. One being a very minimal fluid mark between the engine and the transmission that seemed darker than the engine oil in the vehicle at the time. Another being a small aircompressor leak. My daughter took the car back to the dealership and showed them a copy of the report. They were understanding and friendly and offered to show her some other vehicles. I appreciate their time and accommodations and dont believe they purposely hid anything from us but do believe it is in peoples best interest to find a great mechanic like mine to go over everything with a fine tooth comb no matter where they purchase a used vehicle.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I went into the service department for a few minor items to be corrected after buying the vehicle used (24k miles on it) under the factory warranty (front speaker not working and rear USB ports not working) and was told they would not honor the warranty due it being in a minor rear fender incident. Unbelievable the way I was treated, I’ve bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and have never been treated so rudely as I was at McDonald Mazda service department. Never will I go there again for anything and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I’m just getting started with this. I’m calling Tom Martino, your dealer manager and then Corporate.

The car buying experience at McDonald Mazda was hands down the best I’ve ever had. After doing my research, I stepped foot in this location in August and began the process with Paul McNally. Paul is truly the best! He was warm, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely patient. He helped me decide on a trim based on my budget and my wants. I never felt like I was being upsold on anything! My husband and I were even greeted by the manager at the end of our test drive, just simply to tell us why he loves Mazda and what brought him to work there. You can tell the employees here truly believe in the brand. I left the dealership that day with the confidence in knowing I was making the right choice by going with Mazda. Paul was always available via phone, email, and text. He checked in several times and was patient with my questions over several months. Finally, I decided to buy my dream car on Black Friday. Because of the amazing experience, there was no question I wasn’t going back to this dealership and to give Paul the sale! I couldn’t be happier with my brand new car! I purchased a vehicle for mu daughter that I found on line, which I thought was a great deal. It was a 2008 Ford escape hybrid with only 87k miles on it. We test drove it and seemed to be a great ride. They had just got it in over the weekend and said it needed to be inspected. I was waiting for funding and they had to have their mechanics look it over. It went through their rigorous checks and all checked out..BAH. NOT! had they actually checked it they would have found out that the hybrid brakes were NOT working correctly. We even called that evening we brought it home and told them the brake light and abs lights were on along with the oil change light on. We were told to bring it in and theyll reset the lights. We finally took it to Ford and they said there is NO WAY they didnt know that there was something wrong with the system if they had checked it out, and just sold it to us this way. In order to fix it it was going to cost 8K, I didnt know that there are still crooked car dealers out there. Maybe because it was my daughter and me(female) that they thought they could get away with this. Shame on me. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealer EVER again...If I could I would give it 0 stars.
Very happy with them. Was on time, pricing is fair, they confirmed everything that I knew already so I think theyre trustworthy. My only wish is that they had better relationships for windshield replacement & detailing but other than that, perfect.

Service advisors are all very professional and communication was great across the board. I especially liked the personalized video the technician made to show me what he saw while looking over my car. The facility is also top notch. Tons a space, it looks beautiful and I saw multiple people come around to clean common areas like the lounge. Though I haven’t bought here I would based my experience in service.

We purchased a 2021 Mazda CX 9 back in Oct. of 2020. I was excited to end the 2020 year a a good note. We have had no problems with the car. Everything was going well until middle of January we get a call from the finance manager stating to call him. Of course, like any financing they run all finance info, taxes, where you live, credit scores... when purchasing the car we had come to an understanding what payments would be tax/title/license walk out the door FINAL cost! Finance manager states that they ran county tax information wrong and that it would cost us 1800.00 MORE dollars! How do you make a 1800.00 mistake? There was not an apology, or a what can we do... but there was a “what card would you like to put this on?” So in order to get my plates for my brand new 2021 Mazda CX 9 we paid the 1800.00. Not the way I wanted to start 2021! Highly disappointed.
Brought my certified pre owned Mazda in for its first ever oil change, after being purchased and they miraculously found 1100 dollars worth of work that need to be done on my car... your classic slimey snake mechanics. You take your car to a certified dealership, because you have warnty and dont expect to get taken advantage of. ANYONE WHO WORKS HARD FOR AND VALUES THIER MONEY SHOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN DENVER.
I have been trying to speak to someone from this dealership about registering my car and no one returns a call. To date I have called 15 times in the last week and half and not one person returns my call. My tags are expiring and I will be left with a car I cant drive because its not registered.Jason I finally got a hold of DMV after many attempts and waiting on hold for over an hour on hold. I was told that they received it on Nov 1 and it had the incorrect sales tax and the check was incorrect. They sent it back to you on Nov 1st. I called and spoke to Kari and on Nov 18th she still has not received it. I just moved here 2months ago and lost a close family member 1 month ago. I dont have the time to keep tracking this down. I just want to be able to get my car registered. I was told that the mail takes a long time but this seems like an extra long time. I havent had any mail take more than a week to reach me. This company, and all that work here, just keeps “Doin’ it right!!!” I purchased this vehicle from them... BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER., and now getting my first oil change, complimentary, and the service department exceeded my expectations!!! I wish all dealerships ran their company like McDonald Mazda South does. I even told the Mazda company the same thing. And then they sent me another email to make sure I hadn’t been paid or coerced into saying all the great things that I said about this company to them. (Which i wasn’t coerced or compensated), they’re just this great!! Thanks you again Jacob, salesman, Stephen Lewis GM, and all the wonderful people in the service department!!! You have a customer for life!! Mazda needs to get these guys to train and show all their dealerships how it should done.

If you are looking for a sales consultant that doesnt f**k around, Ricardo is the man! We had issues with dealer ship its self and it did take time to fix. Ricardo did his 110% best he could to fix the situations regarding the circumstances. If it wasnt for him I would not have the car I love and call my Ruby. She runs amazing, is a beauty and havent had any issues! Rose did the best she could so I do want to thank her aswell.
I bought my first car from this place, and had a great experience. It lasted me FOREVER!I went in again looking for my new car this week. While I didn’t find what I was looking for (which happens anywhere shopping used), Christian was very accommodating and gave us great service. We weren’t exactly easy to deal with, but he went above and beyond for us during the few hours we spent there.Only downside is the dealership handling fee. I think it’s unfair to the salesmen as well. All in all, they have a great inventory and some beautiful cars!

Im writing this review 2 years after buying a car from McDonald Mazda, Littleton. The reason is that I just found that they have been either incompetent, or worse dishonest, with me while selling the car.While doing a pre-purchase inspection for the Mazda 3 I now own, I was informed that the passenger side rocker panel had been repainted over. The CARFAX report for the car looked clean and had no accidents. I was also informed that the car belonged to a previous employee of McDonald Mazda. Their sales rep, Jeff Sherman, assured me that it was nothing and was just a small paint job. I bought the car.For the last year I had been noticing that there were long patches in the clear coat peeling off my car only on the passenger side. When I took it to a body shop they informed me that the entire right side had been repainted over and the repainter had done a poor job which is why the clear coat was coming off. Stock paint coats arent supposed to come out like that, and this has happened on the passenger side where the pre-inspection found the repainted rocker panel.This can mean two things -- Either they knew about the accident and elected not to inform me, or they didnt do a good job inspecting the car before selling it to me. Regardless, Im stuck with a $2500 bill of repainting the car. Car purchases should be a process where both parties should come out happy. This has most certainly not been the case with me at McDonald Mazda Littleton.
$114 for an oil change and a tire rotation,Anytime I have needed any amount of work done to our Mazda they have had prices almost double what it should cost or would cost elsewhere,Very nice employees, very bad prices.Thank you though mazda.

They said theyd call me when a particular part I needed arrived at their shop. They never called me.I call to find out they never even ordered the part.The guy helping me looked like some douche straight out of burning man so Im not really sure why Im so surprised he couldnt pull off the entry level task of ordering a cupholder part.

Having read the reviews for this dealership, I was very disappointed. After browsing the showroom for 15 minutes I was never approached for assistance (Monday morning, empty showroom). When I approached the receptionist to ask if I need to make an appointment (due to COVID-19), she attempted to find me a salesman. One turned the other way and the one, in his giant glass office, pointed to someone else in another giant glass office. I was ready with my current title in hand, to pay cash for a fully loaded Touring model, but they couldnt be bothered. Dont waste your time here....they dont want the business.

My family can not say enough great things about our experience at McDonalds Automotive South-Mazda. Morgan Evans treated us with the highest of professionalism and was very understanding to our needs. After our car broke down south of Pueblo on our way home to Texas, he was able to assist us from the first phone call inquiry of their inventory, to the final purchase of our new CX9. The 2 hour drive from Pueblo made our purchase even more worth the trip due to the way we were treated by the entire staff. We look forward to driving our 2020 CX9 for many years to come!
Steven and his team are phenomenal. I havent been more satisfied with any other service dealership. I bought an 08 Mazda3 from another dealership with a warranty. So far Ive had to replace the transmission, door locks, window motor, O2 sensor, many other things, as well as some oil changes. He works diligently with the warranty company to make sure they cover what they are supposed to and more. Steven is always up front with me on whats going on and what the cost would be. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. I honestly wouldnt trust anyone else with my Mazda. Thank you Steven. I appreciate all your hard work and what youve done for me.
The service department is great! Steven in the service department was very personable and accurate on time estimations. I got updates the entire time letting me know how the service was going. They have a very nice facility and waiting area with free coffee and drinks. They fully washed and vacuumed out my car after too! Unlike most dealership, they didn’t try to push other unnecessary services on me. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back to this Mazda location for all my services
I bought a Mazda CX-5 3 years ago and the ac went out on it, 2 engine issues and last was the engine blew up and it cost me over $7000 to get a new engine . I would not have expected to pay over $13,000 for a car that is less than 4 years old . And I had an extended warranty and it didn’t cover anything . I will not buy another Mazda

Had experience with sales people being unprofessional and getting weird and political. They treated masking like an inconvenience. They werent interested in making safety around covid a priority.
I had been to several dealerships in the last few months and spoke with many sales people. Just didnt click with any of them. When I met Ian, I immediately felt at ease and was very comfortable talking about all the details. Ian is professional and knew the product well. He also has a great sense of humor. I wouldnt hesitate dealing with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda.

Kaleb also made a great video showing me exactly what they did to my car and the different tests that they performed, which was very nice to watch while I was waiting for it. Overall they have a great team here with quality costumer service.

My friend went in for general maintenance and service and a small repair for a part that fell off. Was quoted a price and with free labor...a good P R move...then when agreed to, they recanted and raised the price $500 more. This company cannot be trusted. I personally had problems with the Volvo division years ago when they overcharged for servicing my vehicle, admitted it, then made it too difficult to be reimbursed. You be the judge on whether you wish to deal with this type of company!
We went to test drive a vehicle as part of our research, and we were completely up front that we werent there to buy a vehicle today. These folks were totally focused on getting a sale today, which means they wont get one from us any day. They also focused too much on the down side of competing vehicles rather than the positives of theirs.Complete contrast to a competing dealer who understood and respected our process.They are friendly, but pushy with a smile is still pushy.
