Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. Our salesperson, Spencer Woodhull, was wonderful! It was HOT in Denver and he ran back and forth grabbing keys because I kept changing my mind on what I wanted to see and he never seemed annoyed. I am in love with my BMW X5 35d. He answered all of our questions and went over all the bells and whistles of this sweet ride. Financing was super easy and quick! Highly recommend this dealership!

Cindy was great and helpful on getting the issues resolved that I was having with the truck so I will give 5 stars. If Cindy hadnt been so great my review would be 2 stars because the truck reeked of cigarettes when I picked up. I know its hard to get good clean people to work nowadays so i will lay off. But if I was management I would want to know.

I brought my older 2000 Silverado dually in for a few service items. I came to Alpine after experiencing issues with another local dealership. Cindy my service advisor was extremely thorough, she took time to explain the service that was being completed on my truck and communicated promptly during the whole process. My truck was completed on the date they promised. I will definitely bring my truck back to Alpine when it needs more service. The service department is up to date and very clean. I needed the rear AC repaired in my 2019 Envision blowing heat only. I had a 10 day wait for a service appointment. The service folk expected me that morning and treated me professionally. The Service Underwriter Cynthia was great at communicating their process of diagnosis and expected repair timing. Unfortunately with supply chain issues, I had the car in the shop for a week before the part arrived after they had torn my car apart to diagnose the problem part. She texted pictures of progress, explained the repairs required, and scheduled a time for repair completion. It took longer than I expected but when I picked up the car, it was clean and detailed and almost felt brand new. She was apologetic for the labor delay due to staffing schedules, but the car is better than the day I purchased it. Service folk like Cynthia are gold. She and her service technician should be recommended for their professional treatment, humor in a difficult service part chain supply dilemma for treating me well and communicating updates. Their pictures were worth a thousand words and kept me calm through their trying repair. I would recommend Alpine Buick, just understand that these are tough times for parts and staffing- but they got it right with their delivered outcome and professional service.

Well it is been nearly 2months I have been waiting on a return call. I purchased a 1500 Sierra from them used with a clear Carfax report but within the first month of having the vehicle, I noticed that some paint repairs have been done to the truck. I went back to the dealership and they said they will return to me. Even their paint guy whom are painting at the back of the premises said he see the defect. The sales personnel whom helped me was very good. But from above him the sales manager wasnt very helpful. Pls double check your purchase from them.

Little history first I was a sales manager for a major dealer for 5 years and a tech before that and I offered to alpine my trade in that was already professionally appraised before even offering my car appraised for 3500 by KBB and also a appraiser company. They tried to offer me 250 bucks at alpine for my trade in and was wanting me to pay twice the down payment. I would recommend before buying do your research and also make sure they stick right

Yes, nice new dealership but inventory is currently low - like any other dealership in the area, but I dont see that as being a reason to blatantly ask for $5000 above the posted MSRP sticker price when everyone else is selling at MSRP. Taking my business somewhere else.

Spencer was great! He found a vehicle that had everything I needed and a few things I didnt know I needed! The whole process went as well as buying a new car can and i am thrilled with my Acadia. Even though I kept him there well past closing, he had a great amount of patience with my 1000 technology questions and showed me everything I needed to know. DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I posted about a month ago regarding my “purchase” experience, in which I shared that The sales man, Jorge is the worst “sales man” I have ever dealt with. Now I come to write regarding the vehicle I thought I had “financed” and all the issues that have come about. I purchased a 2021 GMC Sirra less than 3 months ago. Right out of their show room. Now with less than 5000 miles on it I’m having issues. I purchased this vehicle for my son and I. As a single mom all I wanted was a safe and spacious vehicle, especially for winter times. Alpine Buick decided to screw me over with not only leasing the truck and not telling me, but now having check engine light on the brand new 2021 gmc. My truck started to shake right on the highway about to give out and the engine is making a popping noise. In the image you see the check engine light and other lights as shown. I’m afraid to drive the truck now thinking at any point it can leave me and my son stranded anywhere. DON’T purchase or lease any vehicle from this dealership. Worst service and new vehicles break.

I purchased a brand new 2021 Sierra Denali from this dealership on 8/28. They ensured me that the vehicle would be in within 2 weeks. The sales agent told me the last he heard the vehicle was in Indiana forgetting that he had help me download the app to track the vehicle and it never left Michigan. After going in today to check on the status, they are now saying 9/29 at best which is over a month since purchase and not the maximum of 2 weeks I was told. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to close and will do nothing to make it right. I would advise taking your business elsewhere as I have choosen to do. Your word is everything, these folks dont stand behind it.

Terrible service from uneducated and/or lazy mechanics. Had to return multiple times as dash lights came on after service when there was none before. Terrible customer service. When you request to speak with management you are ignored. Quoted wrong on multiple items. Not offered any kind of compensation. Still have to go back as I just realized I was charged for an alignment twice.

I had an appointment to have me cars oilschange. This was my first time at this new location. There are two signs pointing for the service area. Not knowing if I should pull forward into the garage or not because I was early I stopped just short of the garage to walk inside and ask for directions. I was aggressively waved up into the garage by a staff member through the windows inside the building. As she rolled her eyes and pointed before I could even reach the door. Upon leaving I was also not given any instructions. The garage door was closed in front of me. And apparently I was supposed to know that it would automatically open as I drove towards it. Once again zero signs or instructions provided. So as I tried to figure out how I was supposed to leave the garage the same employee aggressively waved at me through the building again and mouth at me just pull forward. The two men who services my car were great. All in all I didn’t appreciate the unfriendly approach. It would have been nice to be greeted or helped in a way that didn’t leave me feeling completely stupid.

These guys are scam artists. Charging way over MSRP. I get supplier pricing through work. I found multiple dealerships that will honor my discount and said they have to because its the price set for my discount by GM. These guys wont honor it. I will never be back. Scam artists. Was waiting to write a review but can’t justify holding off any longer. I really cannot understand the 5 star reviews of this place.1.) I bought a vehicle here and was told that it needed to go through a quick inspection before I could take it home. The windshield glass needed replacement and they do a standard inspection for all cars.I paid for my car and then didn’t get it for OVER TWO WEEKS. In addition to that, no one ever called to update me or let me know what was going on. I had to call the dealership several times before getting an answer. The salesperson was extremely misleading. I was under the impression everything was fine and I would have the car the same day or in a day or two at the most.Had I know that the car I wanted to buy had been in an accident, needed serious repairs like an axel replacement and wasn’t going to be ready for a few weeks I wouldn’t have even considered buying it.2.) I finally get the car and as I’m driving home I notice a part hanging off of the driver’s side chair where you adjust the seat. I was so fed up with Alpine at this point (I didn’t list all of my frustrations above), that it wasn’t even worth it to me to go back.3.) Later the same day I finally have my car I start noticing crackling sounds coming from the car speaker. They never went away and I called Alpine to make an appointment to take the car BACK and get it repaired. They couldn’t schedule me for one month! And when I finally took my car back in they told me they needed to keep it overnight (ended up being two nights) and again, no communication on their part. I was told they were going to return my call and they never did (this happened several times throughout my experience here w different people).Honestly, these are just a few of many, repeatedly disappointing and dissatisfying experiences I’ve had here. I would NOT recommend coming here and I certainly regret my decision in choosing this dealership.

I have always bought all of my vehicles from Alpine Buick GMC, except 1 vehicle it is my GMC Yukon XL Denali, when I wanted this car there were none in stock for a while at Alpine. I still take my Yukon to Alpine to get serviced and they still take great care of my Yukon even though I didnt buy it there. Its great when you are a returning customer to Alpine you get treated with excellent customer service and you become part of the Alpine family.Everyone that I deal with are great. I will continue to buy vehicles from Alpine Buick GMC and recommend them to other people. I see a lot of vehicles on the road bought from Alpine with Alpine stickers on them and I say to myself thats cool.

I had mechanical problems with my 2021 Yukon. I called Cindy in the service dept and she was empathetic to my problem (unlike the dealer I called first) and suggested that since it is undriveable I should tow it in and even though she had no open appointments soon she said there are cancelations occasionally and they might be able to work it in. She pointed out that my buyer protection plan would cover the tow. It was towed in on Friday and on Wednesday she texted and told me the parts were in and the technician would begin the work. According to Cindy the technician, Joshua, stayed late Wednesday and came in early Thursday and made the full repair. Very impressive. Because of Cindys and Joshuas commitment to customer service my Yukon was repaired and available for our road trip - over a week before the first dealer could even schedule me for a repair. Amazing effort on Cindys and Joshuas part.

I wish I could understand the intent of this dealership. They just built a brand new facility and its readily apparent where they are getting the money to do so. I understand the need to make profit but, the ethics of the business model leave a lot to be desired. First, advertising a vehicle with discounts that only apply to a very select few buyers is just as bad as bait and switch. $4.5k difference between advertised and available price on a $24k vehicle is astronomical. Also, selling them for $4k over book is unreasonable. Waiting an hour before delivery of said number is unreasonable. Just state your price and work with that. Beware of any dealership who does not price vehicles. The below advertised vehicle could not leave the lot less than 26k without any discounts applied.

I scheduled a balance, oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Cindy she had a different coupon for that(over phone) never saw coupon. Paid and picked up my car after hours. I get there and I can’t get out because you guys blocked the driveway with other big trucks with my car left inside the parking lot! I am very disappointed. I never did get my rotation done like I told 3 people there. I feel like I should not have to pay for it to get done when I initially wrote it down on the paper with Keys (in Dropbox) and told 3 or 4 people prior to dropping off my car. I called today and Cindy disconnected the call on me. She did not want to hear what I said. Please can I have a manager call me ASAP other than CINDY

A friend of mine got a truck from here got an extended warranty came in before the warranty was up told him there is nothing wrong with the truck. After we told them there is something wrong with the transmission they told us there was nothing wrong he drives everyday for work bring it in 2 months later and they tell us that is needs a transmission and the warranty is now expired after we have told them the last time something is wrong now they want to charge 10k to fix it worst place to go to do not recommend!!!!!

The parking situation is questionable on a busy Saturday, but I cant fault them for that. Free coffee and water was available. The building was new and well kept. Recommend going during the week when it is not so busy, but even on a Saturday I felt like I got 5 star service.

I brought our 2018 GMC Acadia in for an oil change and normal maintenance inspection. It was a very pleasant experience. I love the new showroom, and the music playing was Sirus XM 70s station - it brought back so many great memories. It wasnt Tim that brought the vehicle in, but his wife, Pam (FYI). Tim is younger than me, so he probably wouldnt have appreciated the music as much as I did, but I LOVED it! Andrew was the technician, and he was very thorough at not only checking everything on the vehicle, but he also reviewed the results sheet with me to be sure I understood everything that was done. Alpine Buick GMC has done it again! We were notified to come in for some new deals and we still had 2 years left on our lease, they worked with us to trade that in for no cost and switch over to finance a new 2021 Buick. Well I have been taking my enclave for a year now and the staff is pretty inconsistent. This time I walk kk Ed up was asked by to different staff if I had an appointment the 2nd one decided to check me in which was nice,was a 3:30appt for a oil change and tire rotation I arrived at 3:20 has to go find someone to ask if my car was done 4:45 and it was so that was annoying he didnt review anything with me just said he needed to print my receipt, in I paid and noticed my car was washed and Thanked him as I left.I dont expect the red carpet but I feel like the staff are not the type that go above and beyond or make me feel confident that my car is getting what it needs to keep it in top notch shape.Sorry for the long review just not impressed with the staff I have encountered in the past year!Thank you for asking

Not the greatest experience ever. When I entered the store, the sales person who greeted me forced a smile and I didn’t feel comfortable in the store. I felt discriminated against because when I asked to see the car model I had seen online, sales person was a little hesitant to let me test drive. It felt like he wanted to see if I would qualify for any car there before talking about trades, prices, and deals. After agreeing to talk about financing and seeing if I could trade in my vehicle (a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee) he kept asking if I had paid off the vehicle. I did not feel comfortable at all there and unless you are looking like a billion bucks I would not recommend this place.

I went in on May 1st and test drove the Terrain and the Envision with Juan Rocha. Juanwas awesome and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. When I gotin the Envision I just knew that was my car. I did a lot of research on the cars even the Rogue I test drove at another dealership. Juan said he could tell I did my homework. I saw the car I wanted at Alpine with what I wanted in it and the price. We could not find it right away but Juan found it and I bought it. I felt very at home at Alpine everyone was so friendly. Made appt for oil change and tire rotation. Also, fix malfunctioning park assist. So dropped off at 7:30 am. Cindy seemed unaware of what the appointment was for. No communication after from Cindy. I text and called multiple times. Finally, she said car will be ready at end of day. Toward end of day I text and said I’ll be in by 5:00. Arrived at around 5:00. Car not ready. Oil change and tire rotation done properly. Cindy said to call and set up another appointment for the park assist as wire tracing would need to be done. I would have appreciated knowing that by noon. Seems oil change and tires were completed at end of day. Better communication would have gone a long way.

Alpine and their service team is great as always! I mistakenly arrived 20 minutes late for my service appointment, thinking it was at 1030am when it was actually scheduled for 10am. They were flexible, and even though I had to wait a bit longer I was in and out of there with my free oil change!

Every interaction with my service rep was rude and condescending. I dropped off the car in the morning for my 7 am service and I had to call at the end of the day to hear the status. The car still wasnt finished and I asked her to call me when it was. She called my spouse instead of me so I showed up to the dealer with no information on the status. I had to take the car with me without the repair since I had not planned to leave it overnight. The description of the repair was vague and inconsistent. Charge $300 which they wont apply to the repair because I couldnt leave the car. Worst service experience.

I was extremely impressed with Britany, who was great to work with. She is a very responsive sales rep and Communication skills are great with text and others. But when it came time to purchasing the vehicle, I waited over 2 hours for paper work on a truck they they clearly had just bought on auction or from the neighboring dealership. The truck clearly was just traded in and not cleaned up and then turned around for a quick sale with no inspection. Picked up the truck same day in the afternoon for delivery and there was a screw in the rear tire and also a gash on the front tire. Two of the service techs said not too safe to drive long on the tires. The manager tried to remedy the situation and said it was cosmetic damage only. It is tough to buy a $58,000 truck and have it not be ready and inspected. There was absolutely no pre-sale checklist or inspection for this vehicle.Update 6-23-2020Just moved it down to one star. I just put another $800 into the vehicle because they did not bother to do a steering alignment, the diesel fuel additive was near empty, and many other service related items. Two different repair shops that I need to replace all four tires. So that will be another $1200

This is one place I will not be back to and one I would recommend people NOT waste their time with. Invested 2 hours buying a car only to have them tell us while we were completing the paperwork that they sold the car to another person who came in after us. It was to be my daughter’s first car and she was very excited and literally after signing half the paperwork and after the salesman told us twice that someone else wanted to buy the car but she was there first and his manager had told the other salesman it was sold he went to get additional paperwork and came back and said “oops, your car has actually been sold to someone else”. Very poor way of doing business.

Had an appointment at 10 am. Our salesmen showed up at 10:55 and didnt start to attend us till 11:05. Tried to talk to Logan the sales manager, he didnt seem to care. I had an appointment at 11 am and now Im missing my appointment. Very unprofessional place. I dont want to say everyone is careless here just some more then others. Definitely dont recommend Nevin as a salesman. In my opinion try another dealership that actually values the customer or has some sort of compassion towards there customers.

Customer service is lacking greatly in this place. I guess maybe $45000 isn’t quite important enough for them to treat you with dignity. Won’t buy a vehicle here again and would not suggest anyone else do so either.
