I knew it was time for some routine maintenance on my 2014 vehicle with 74,000 miles. It was in good running condition and I wasnt having any major issues.I took my car to My Mechanic after receiving a $3,400 estimate from another neighborhood shop (I think the only thing they didnt think needed to be done was the blinker fluid.... in other words, it was very excessive with every system needing some sort of care). My Mechanic checked out the car and recommended about $640 of necessary repairs. I reviewed the list of additional items the other shop recommended, and confirmed that the additional repairs they recommended were not necessary or required.

Friendly, helpful, and honest. Told me what they know is wrong with my vehicle and what they think may also need repair. They told me repair would be upwards of $6000 to make it safe to drive again, and that I would be better off buying another car. Only $50 to have it looked at, and they gave me contact info to sell it from my house so I dont have to part it out myself and end up with a hunk of metal stuck in my driveway. I was also given a car fax and a value estimate, but warned that the car would likely be worth only its scrap value due to the mechanical issues. Ill definitely be back.

I had them draw down the refrigerant so I could do some repairs to the system at home. Then brought it back to recharge it. Very accommodating and no upsell to get me to spend more money with them. Well done. I will gladly use them for future work.

Christian Brothers was gonna charge me at $781, got everything I needed done at My Mechanic for $230. You just cant beat the pricing and customer service!!! Was also able to get some recommendations on jeep stuff! 10/10

Ill never go anywhere else. These guys really do care about your car and your budget, and will never add hidden costs. The lady who runs the front desk is extremely passionate about what she does, and always offers me coffee while Im waiting in their lobby. Ive never seen anything close to these guys and Ill never go anywhere else.

Had a cooling problem with a van and another shop wanted $2500 just for a radiator and a pump. My mechanic said there was damage to the engine and recommend not to fix it. Low diagnosis fee too.

I was having issues with the car alarm going off randomly. I had taken it in to my old mechanic twice, paid a small fortune, and the problem was not fixed. I then brought it in to My Mechanics and they fixed it in a hour for $50! Honest, kind, and realiable!

I have been going to these guys for years and they have always taken care of us and treated us fairly. I can trust what they say and they will always do the best thing for us. They are not perfect but no mechanic is. But they will always strive to go above and beyond. Years ago things were a little hectic around our home and I wasnt able to pick up my wifes vehicle and Kim had it delivered to our home. That is outstanding service in my book.

My Mechanic is an EXCELLENT mechanic. They are very honest and helpful. When they work on your car they always inspect it well so they know the condition that its in. This allows them to give you warnings about work that might need to be done in the future. Its wonderful to have a heads up about a repair that could be expensive in advance so you can plan for it. The staff is very friendly and always do their best to find the least expensive, quality fix for your car. The experience of going to My Mechanic is unlike any other that Ive had at other mechanics. This outstanding service leads them to be very busy though, so make sure you make an appointment.

When I got to Colorado, my SUV need servicing. The first 2 mechanics tried to tell me I needed things that I KNOW I didnt, due to servicing before I left CA. I went on line and found My Mechanic and this shop is beyond amazing! I just took my car in today saying i need tires, brakes and oil change. I just received a a call from Kimberly and she said I cant have everything. I currently dont need brakes or an oil change yet! What shop does that?!?! Honestly AND integrity!! My forever car mechanic shop.I HIGHLY recommend.

This is the most honest shop I have ever been to. They will always give you the fairest price and never suggest work that isnt needed. Their mechanics are professionals and do a great job. If there is anything they cant do they will put immediately in touch with shops of the same caliber. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone.

I have never met a friendlier mechanic. They had a full garage and since the work I needed was going to take several hours they lent me a loaner car, which was very convenient. Prior to going here I shopped around for quotes from 4-5 different places and they were the cheapest by far. My car is running great, and they let me know what other work could be done and when they recommended it should be done, without pressuring me. Trust and friendliness go a long way for me when it comes to a mechanic and these guys are the best in both categories. I will definitely be returning for all my automobile needs and I recommend that you give them a try too.

We recently had an excellent experience with My Mechanic. We had a repair that we knew would be expensive and they worked with us to find solutions. We felt that they were honest and they got done quickly, sticking with the timeline they gave us.

I thought I needed new breaks on my Tahoe, My Mechanic and Kimberly told me my breaks are perfect. Am newly divorced and a single mom who knows nothing about cars. They could have told me I needed new breaks and rotors and i would have happily handed them all if my money. I am ridiculously pleased and surprised by their fair and honest treatment of me. Customer service in conjunction with honesty has earned My Mechanic my business for the future.

Love this place. The owner, Kim was so helpful and honest. Ive never felt this comfortable with a mechanic before. I didnt get taken for a ride and they walked me through what my car needs to stay running as its 16 years old. I highly recommend this place.

I had my clutch in a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX replaced here. After around 17,000 miles it is now slipping to the point it is undrivable. My 2nd to last car went 200,000 miles with no need for a clutch replacement and I bought it with 8 miles on it, so I know it isnt user error as this one only has 75,000 miles on it. I can only speculate what went wrong with the replacement.Im not happy and now live across country, so there is no chance at reconciliation or warranty.Update: Not even an acknowledgement from anyone at the company. Repair it and cut them loose. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Do NOT have your radiator replaced here. We had to have the first one they did for us warrantied twice. Now less than a year later we need another one because it’s leaking again. They mentioned they needed to see where they are getting them from because that’s not normal. They refused to warranty this one because the original was more than a year old. We don’t know why if this radiator is less than a year old, how the warranty goes back to the original, but we will never use this mechanic again.

Took my car in leaking oil was told could cost up to $3000.00 I told them I didnt want mess with the car no longer. I asked to make me an offer and I would leave it, was told they knew someone who would buy cars that were to expensive to repair. Offered me $2500.00 I declined had the car towed to Bozarth repaired for $600.00

Ive had work done to numerous vehicles by numerous mechanics over the last 20 years in 4 different states. This is by far the most professional, and honest place Ive been. Every time I come here it ends up being way cheaper than I anticipated, and they even do extra stuff. Like changing my license plate light bulbs, and brake lights, at no extra charge... Sometimes people say, if it sounds like its too good to be true, it probably is. Thats not the case here. This place is awesome, and I would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone. We took our 1999 Ford Expedition to another shop for an oil change. The oil change was performed and a inspection was performed on the vehicle. The inspection reveled that the brakes were down 3mm and needed to be replaced for $600. We took the vehicle to My Mechanic for a second opinion. Kimberly and Todds evaluation determined the brakes were at 8mm and did not needed to be replaced.A savings of $600. Been going to these folks from their inception. Bottom line, they are an excellent establishment, pleasant, honest and true professionals in their industry. These people are care guys!!!!!!

This place is incredible. It is very very very hard to find a mechanic and shop you can trust, and after years of going to different mechanics and getting my cars worked on I found these guys. The most important quality a shop can have is integrity, and these folks integrity is unparalleled. Every time I go in they know me and my entire family, they tell me whats wrong and they dont BS, if something needs to be fixed right away they will tell me, but they will also tell me that if something is starting to go wrong just to watch it and its something that can be dealt with later. I love these folks and I recommend them to everyone I run across looking for a good auto shop. I could write another several paragraphs about the awesome experience I have had with My Mechanic, but I think I get my point across.

Excellent and friendly service. I had never been to this shop before, it is near to where I am visiting family. Brought in my 1986 Toyota Landcruiser to repair a blown head gasket. Luis did a great job and the motor runs strong and steady. I highly recommend this shop!

They replaced a failing intake manifold gasket on an older GM truck. Work was great, price was fair, and they went the extra mile in diagnosing and fixing a noise that developed after the work was completed. The noise was indeed due to a part of the repair, but a lot of shops would have simply dismissed it and moved on. They kept the truck several days and tried several things to get it fixed - that takes time and money.

I purchased a small trailer from an owner in the area and discovered the trailer hitch on my vehicle had to be adjusted. I had no tools.I went to myMechanic on S Platte Canyon Drive and they helped me for free!It wasnt a fast job because it required special tools, but they knew what to do and it.The shop was really clean and the owner and mechanics were super friendly.I dont want their help to go unappreciated. Fabulous attention to detail! They dont push anything you dont need, but give a heads up if something needs done in the future.

1. They took all day, when I had an appointment and dropped off the car first thing in the morning2. They ran typical diagnostics that could have been done first thing in the morning, but it appears they waited until the end of the day to run it.3. They didnt find the problem but still charged me for the tests they ran.4. And when I came to pick up the car I had to wait 20 minutes while the owner talked on the phone instead of processing my bill.In conclusion, they charge me a fee to tell me that they were unable to find the issue, they threw up their hands and walked away, and then wasted an entire day of my life as I waited for them to reveal that they didnt know what they were doing. They obviously have no pride in their workmanship, or else they would not have charged me. I simply paid the bill, and vowed never to return, and to tell anyone that would listen to stay away from this shop.

Horrible. Super slow service, they claimed they were backed up for a week so I made an appointment a week out and they said they couldnt get me in anymore because they put someone else in that slot.
