Dom was super helpful and honest! I had a screw in my back left tire and told him if I needed to that I would buy a new set. He told me they might be able to fix but still gave me a price quote on what it would cost to have them replaced just incase. They ended up fixing it free of charge, knowing I would be willing to purchase a new set. When I replace them I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here!

This is the second time that I have problems buying tires here, first time leave my vehicle the whole day and they told me that will be ready at 6:00pm when arrive at 6:30 my truck was in the same place where I put it, I wait for two hours and when it was ready, I checked and it wasn’t the tires that I pay for and I told the salesman and he told me those tires were sold out and decided to choose whatever tire they had, after a lot of talking they found the tires that I paid forThis time yesterday 08/16/2021 I ordered a set of tires for my truck and the lady (salesperson) said That tomorrow before 11:00 will be there and we agree on make an appointment for 1:00 when get there the salesperson didn’t find my order and he was to check to the shop and he found nothing and told me if I want to come back later or if he can call me when the tires arrive.First of all I had to get half day off at work just for these unprofessional people, I am starting to think this is a racial issue.

Came 10 minutes before they opened at 8 am and was 3rd in line. We all got checked in the order we arrived. Everyone was helped that came after me first. My 4th time here at this discount tire and this has happened to me every single time. They either skip me or forget. I understand they could be busy at times but after this happens a few times it gets old and disappointing in regards to customer service.

They always take care of me. They set me up with a free flat repair and had it done in less than an hour. I was a walk in and they made it happen for me.

These guys went out of their way to squeeze me in during a somewhat busy day for 4 hard to find tires. Never a disappointment at Discount Tire.

I came in with my Nissan for what I thought was a small leak, but it turned out I had to have two tires completely replaced. I was not an easy customer today but the two sales associates (Shawn and Josiah I believe, sorry if I got the names wrong) were incredibly helpful and more than professional throughout the entire process. Shawn was even able to find me some savings which was entirely appreciated. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Awful customer service from Andrew both times I went there. The 1st time he refused to do anything unless if I bought new tires and was rude and less than friendly, sending me away without doing the service I had an appointment for.The 2nd time I went was because it was the closest place and I had to drive on a flat. The original price he quoted me for 2 tires was ridiculously high. At any other place I could get all 4 for almost $200 on my little car!! It was like pulling teeth to get him to honor the price match of other companies ($65+ bucks cheaper) He threw the pen at me to sign my receipt when he had to refund a few dollars for services I didnt ask for. He had a bad attitude the entire time. I would NOT recommend this location due to this employee. Other locations hopefully have nicer and helpful staff.My car also feels like it needs an alignment now. Terrible service.

Super friendly guy who was the only one that had a smile on his face out of all the workers, chatted about gear knobs, and best tire for my monies. I went there to have a tire changed due to a flat over the weekend. i called in the morning and told them my tire size. they told me they would have the tire i wanted in that afternoon and i made an appt for 5pm. when i got there, they checked my car and told me 2 of my tires were still in pretty good condition but the other one wasnt. the gentleman (shawn) recommended i change that one too. they didnt have a second tire in stock for that day, so i made an appt to go back this weekend. im sure i couldve went tomorrow but i didnt want to. anyways, shawn let me pay for both tires and both days of labor and make an appt for saturday. so saturday i will just come right in and will be all good to get another new tire! the appt today was finished very quickly. i was in and out in under an hour. and they even rotated my tires around so that way i have 2 good tires in the front. shawn was very pleasant and explained everything to me in a matter that i understood, with no pressure at all. the gentleman that dropped my car off back to me was nice as well and explained to me that my tire pressure light would go away in a couple of miles, which it did! i had a wonderful experience at this shop and will always come here for all of my tire needs!

Made appointment for tires and alignment. They told me everything would be done on site. They lied. I got there they didnt do alignments instead they referred you to another shop and tried to force sale the tires without an alignment. Very dishonest

Started with a leak in my 650i.I Was told I had a cracked wheel.Manager Eric advised wheel should be replaced so he searched and found one for $350.00It will take 4 to 5 day to get in from CA.Returned next day Dom to order. Dom, now assisting me.Now I am told that there is no such a wheel for the price of $350.00 but now there is one for $469.02. I asked him to place the order.Next day I was told the wheel is no longer in stock and now They can get one from the dealership for a cost of about $730.00.By now I am frustratedI explained my disappointment to andrew another manager and he had nothing to say about my being played like a yo-yo.Been doing business with same now store for 5 years plus,Great way to loss a customer.Very disappointed in the service.

Years back, customer service was great at Discount Tires. I have purchased many many tires from Discount Tires. Lately, the customer service has not been good at all with attitudes like I cant help you with those type of tires ( I wanted to go with a slightly wider tire on one of my cars but the weight rating was off by 1 point which was actually higher than the rating on the tires I wanted to replace that were currently on the car?), to now, I will need an appointment IN 3 DAYS? for a simple rotation. Maybe management needs to step back to basics and review the service to customers walking in the door. I can go elsewhere

When I purchased my news tires (days ago)I was specifically told if I had an emergency, low tire, flat tire, nail in tire, I could walk in and get it taken care of, after all who plans for an emergency right? Comforting.... Only now guess what... Three days out to get a tire looked at! No clue whats wrong but it wont hold air. Managers here have no concept of pulling someone off the line (selling a new set) for a repair. Is it my fault no one planned ahead? Nope but in the game of making money they already got mine so on to the next set of tires ..... I wont be sending anyone I care about to discount tires.Just to be fair, I thought I would update the post..... I stopped by 2 other discount tire stores in the metro area and it was the same story. Too busy, must leave the vehicle to have the tire looked at. I originally would have purchased my tires at Costco but I travel to places where their isnt one for miles, so for warranty purposes it wasnt practical. However knowing what I do now, Costco and Big O is where Ill send you.

Needed tires for my Corvette. Obviously a specialty tire. I worked with Ken at the Discount Tires on Belleview in Littleton who was wonderful about getting me the best pricing available. Hes also very knowledgeable about Corvettes and the advantages of each of the tire options available. Ken got the tires ordered and delivered the next day. Brian and Dominic were great about being very very careful taking the old tires off the rims without scratching them and then balancing and installing the new ones back on my car. Even got great advice on an impact wrenches and socket wall width from them. Its obvious that these guys really care about cars and the best tires for performance driven rides. Ive bought my tires from Discount Tires for my regular cars as well over the years and have always found them to be professional and best price. Appointments work best, especially around snow tire on/off season. Thanks again Ken, Brian and Dominic for taking care of me.

Overall this is a good tire shop however there needs to be more training about respecting customers wheels and not leaving scratches in the mounting and balancing process.

I had someone put two tires on my car that were not new or very good. One had a slow leak and after putting air in it every other day. I thought maybe it was a nail and discount would plug it. When the agent and i went out to check the tires i told him the problem and that a rear tire was going flat and required air every two days. He went to the back tires and the tire in question was flat. I thought that i had broken the law by the way the agent then started to treat me. He said lets go in and talk about your options. Well i knew this guy was thinking this lady has no clue. But i have been in the car business off and on for 15 years and had been taking my car - cars to discount for a long long time. We went in and he took me to a chart and showed me how all 4 tires were so bad that he could not even check the air. Or try to air the flat one. I get that and than the word finance came up and i said im not financing and then everything went down hill. I have to end this post as i just got a call to go to my dad who is 88 years old and is ill. There is more to this story.

Be prepared to ask a simple question, told to wait outside by your vehicle (understandable these days), and then be told that service is appointment only after 20 minutes. All I asked for was the balancing of a loose spare tire. Then was told after waiting they didnt have the staff. This location is a huge joke.

Last spring I went to this Discount Tire location for the seasonal winter-to-summer tire exchange. At the time, I was told that I had one more winter on my current tires before I was going to have to replace them, which is the only reason I kept the tires.Today I went in for my scheduled appointment to put the winter tires back on and was told that the tread on them was not sufficient. If I had known this would be an issue, I would have been prepared and ordered new ones (I need 19-inch run-flats for a Mini Cooper Countryman) before making my appointment, but I was working with the knowledge given me by the knowledgeable staff last spring. It was a cold, busy day (there were 25 cars after me at 4:00 in the afternoon, I was there, I had the previous seasons tires, and I hadnt done any research on new ones, so I asked them to put them on until I could special order something else.I was expecting an apology and understanding, a simple, Were sorry for the confusion, or With the new laws, expectations have changed. Instead I was openly criticized in front of others with, You are not legal, you should just park the car and I hope my family doesnt have to be next to you, followed by ongoing commentary in the shop with others around.I was feeling bad about the lost time and the additional cost I was going to incur ordering (and waiting for) new tires. However, all I felt was angry about being openly disparaged by multiple members of the staff in front of other customers.I know it is a stressful time with the shifting weather and new laws, and it is stressful for the customers, too. That, however, is no excuse for treating customers trying to do the best with what they have as ignoramuses or worse, threats to others. I now know that I need to order new winter tires, and I am now researching my best options, including where else I can take my business.

Worse tire experience I have ever had!! I called and spoke to Andrew who set me up with an appt. During the call I told Andrew I was going to bring him 4 rims and tires that I needed the tires to be dismounted and a new set put on. Andrew asked me tire size and where I had bought the new ones from. He said not a problem at all see you at 4pm. So my son and husband took the tires off the vehicle, loaded up the old and new ones and drove 30 minutes to get to Discount in which they were just going to drop the tires off so Discount could do them when they had the time. When they got there Andrew said they wouldnt mount the tires because of the rim size. Andrew should have done his job in the first place when i called to make the appt and ask me what size rims they were going on. The worst customer service my husband and I have ever dealt with. What happened to people doing their jobs correctly and not just trying to get $$$$. This was a total waste of time. If your looking for great customer service this is not the place for you. If you do decide to go here dont deal with Andrew!!

Came in to get a tire patched. The guy that checked me in and looked at the car for me laughed at me when I told him I didnt have any money for the new tires he reccomended. I watched 6 cars show up after me and all get serviced before mine. I told Dillon that half a dozen cars jumped me in line and he rudely told me there were 3 more ahead of me. There were more crew standing around chit chatting with customers than customers and cars combined. There were 2 empty bays for the entire time I was waiting. I left after an hour and a half of waiting and being pushed back in line.

Great customer service as always, had a leaky tire and with in 30 minutes they found the problem and had me back on the road.

As always they sold me a couple of tires at a reasonable price. They were able to pull in the old crown Vic in and had new rear tires on in thirty minutes. I went home and the wife couldnt believe I was able to put two new rear tires on in less than a hour! True, true.

Upon my arrival at Discount Tire on Belleview and Santa Fe to get new tires, I was greeted by Andrew G. who was ready to assist me. He looked at the tires on my vehicle and thoroughly explained what I was going to need for new tires. He identified the tires for replacement and physically verified that the tires were in stock. He was completely professional and knew his job completely. I was in and out in less than a hour. We will definitely go back when we have a need for any service. Kudos to Andrew G. for his help.

I love this location so I went here to just get my tire pressure sensors reset from having my winter tires put on. I gave 4 stars only because when I pulled up to the free air check area (because normally they can also reset the sensors here) the guy said he didnt know how to use that device and told me to go inside to get someone. So I did, no big deal, but it was just a bit frustrating and on top of that there was a bit of a line too. But overall no issues, the guy inside was able to come out and reset my sensors and I was on my way! Great location and the staff is good too!

The Discount Tire off of Belleview and Santa Fe remains tops for customer service and quality.. Ive been to other locations out of necessity, in the past, but I definitely prefer everything about this store. Joe, Jeremiah, Cesar all super helpful. No matter how busy they get they manage to give you their full attention and are always polite, and fully explain your options, charges, etc. Very nice change from some of the so called ”customer service ” reps I have come across lately. Best location in the Denver area! The staff here is friendly and explains details well!!! Other locations are OK but this one goes above and beyond. The staff showed me how to reset my tire sensor and gave me some tips. I wish I remembered the gentleman that helped me. He made my day so much better.

We are so glad this location is within a 1/2 mile of our home and business. With 7 vehicles you really hope to have something like this close by in convenient. The truck tires we purchased were amazing looking and also an extraordinary value when though $160 rebate was added. They were done sooner than the estimated time which was very refreshing when its a 100ﾟ outside. Why make an appointment here when they don’t honor them - 45 minutes later they see me?- then tell you it will be another 45 minutes to repair a hole in a tire they already attempted to repair but neglected to do it correctly. Tire guy was rude to me as I said I did not have another 45 minutes to wait. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Worst customer service EVER. I had less then 500 miles on my tires and ran over a screw in the mountains. I ATTEMPTED to install a plug strip to at least get me home. I DID NOT use a reamer on the tire and I only got in the strip about 1/8 inch in the tire. It barely held air, but at least I got home. I took my truck down to discount for a tire patch. I told them I attempted to install a plug strip and they instantly told me I need to buy a new tire. I tried telling them I didnt use a reamer. I was 1 hour away from anybody and just tried to put the plug in. They would not even look at my tire to see if it could be repaired and told me I need to buy a new $450.00 dollar tire. I went to Les Schwab tire center and they took care of it. Plugged the tire with no issues and said it was not a problem. I will never spend another penny at discount.

Best Tire and Wheel shop I have been to in a long time! Reasonably quick turaround and someone always some greets you with in a minute of being in the shop. I was a drop in when they first opened in the morning and I was in and out within an hour with a whole new set of tires and wheels. Will be back!

She brought the car in Friday morning and went to breakfast. They called her right when she was leaving the restaurant to tell her the car was ready.
