I want to express my 100% customer satisfaction with working with Andre in recently purchasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. Andre was professional, courteous and very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to help me connect my phone to the system, helped familiarize me with all the newer features on the vehicle and made it possible for me to take an additional test drive to show my son the car that I was interested in - I really appreciated all of that. As he had just been on the job for 2 weeks, he consistently and quickly followed up with all of my questions at the dealership and online. I feel that I got a fair price for my trade in and also appreciated the additional loyalty discount that was given. It was a pleasure working with Andre in the purchase of my new vehicle- and his guidance led to the ease of my purchase. Outstanding job !

Really went the extra mile fixing our Altima. After being sent home from the Nissan dealership in Lakewood after being told they couldn’t fix the problem, these guys stepped up and got the problem fixed. Great job.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!!!!Ive purchased two trucks from them at first I was impressed with their service but that was short lived. On the 5/19/2019 they completely shattered my back window attaching my bed cover. After speaking with Dave the owner he gave me so much false hope that I could give you some. After 23 phone calls, of which 4 of them got answered, 7 visits, and making me wait till the 13 day after they broke my window they finally fixed the window on the 5/31/2019. Thats 13 days of being told tomorrow is the day they will fix your window. After being told that they have the window the day before it was broken by someone at the dealership. The next day they told us we would have to wait from 7:15 am till 11:20 PM till my truck was fixed. After talking to Dave and Jesse and being told that there was nothing they wanted to do I found dart. Dart is the only competent employee that they have. Dart checked out a car for a test drive to personally drive us around. He took us to every place we needed and defused a lot of our frustration. After all of this its taken them over 2 months to send the title paperwork to the dmv. Ive been there 3 times now, everytime that we go there they say that the dealership hasnt sent the paperwork yet when we confront the dealership about this they consistantly say they did. The customer service here is appalling.
