Have been bringing my Corvette to RPM for over 3 years now. Glenn and his crew absolutely know their stuff, hands down. The work is top notch and usually super quick. I will agree with some of the other reviews that communication is an issue, which his why Ive docked 1 star. The last 3 visits I havent receive a call until the car is finished, despite asking for a call with an estimate before work is started. Overall, super great work usually super fast.

All the work they do is top notch, no doubt about that. But their communication could be better. For example one of my parts didnt fit and they didnt let me know it wasnt able to get installed. The only way I found out about it was I checked the box of parts in the back of my car and found it back there. Plus I always had to be the one to call them to find out what was going on with my car. All the work done on my car was extremely professional tho. If they fixed the communication problems the shop would be perfect

Found these guys on the web looking for a shop to install a weapon-r intake on my dads Lexus rx350. These guys were phenomenal and prompt!! Ill definitely bring my truck down for some work done!!

Bad service! The person upfront is very rude and won’t answer phone calls if he knows your number, they give deadlines for a few days and take weeks for something simple. My Jeep started to developed a knock after Glen flashed the ecu while He made me wait and told me it was all fine. “datalogs” are common sense and ignition timing was set so high after I checked the map with hp tuners with a friend named Clint from dyno pros. $2000 for something that’s taking performance away is not worth wasting time on..... we want power not to get robbed....

Glenn and his team have been great to work since I first had them install a Pro Charger super charger to my 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona. From before constellation before work began to post delivery they’ve stood behind their work.

I have a 2018 Trackhawk that I wanted to boost the power on. I researched a lot of performance shops in town before I decided to go with Glenn and his team at Rains Precision Motorsports. I am happy I did! The power increase is incredible, while still keeping its daily driver dependability. Glenn even met me at the track to dial it in! What a phenomenal shop. Always clean and organized. Glenn is such an amazing person. My car has been seen by Glenn and his wonderful staff several times. Sometimes for upgrades and sometimes for repairs. I was there for a repair today and got the privilege to sit and see exactly everything that Glenn does for his customers. I have a Nissan Titan with 244,000 miles. blew a set of headers again and took it to Rains. They replaced my headers and found a chunk of the old headers went through one of the cats. they were able to get Cats at a REALLY good price and fabricate them onto my existing setup. the work done was perfect and it is better than its ever been stock! I did have a problem with the idle not adjusting to the right RPM again but was able to drop it off and get it dialed back in while i waited, on a Friday even! one thing i dont think people understand when taking your rig to a high performance shop like this is when you have Mods on your vehicle or previous owners have put mods on you didnt know about that things might come up and take them a bit more time. these guys wont let a job not done properly leave their shop! they even took it upon themselves to put new boots on my intake setup due to them being so old and corroded.thanks again guys, truck sounds and runs amazing again!

Bought my Ford Explorer Sport from Carmax and had the MaxCare full coverage policy. Never used it in 2+ yrs, but when my A/C went out I found out that they recommend independant shops and reimburse them. I was a little skeptical, but the repair and service from Rains was great! They took care of the warranty paperwork, and I simply paid the deductable!

Glenn and his team do it right. I took my truck in for an MDS delete, and come to find out the truck had a host of issues. Glenn stayed in touch, stayed extra hours, and Jim and his team did whatever they could to get my truck back into working shape. They are open Monday-Friday, but after having my truck for a couple weeks, Glenn messaged me on a Saturday with my SRT started and sounding like it should. The workmanship is bar none and their shop deserves more credit than 5 stars gives. If you’re considering an upgrade on your truck or just some basic repair, give them a call. Have been working with Glenn for about two years now. He is always kind, professional, explains everything in detail, addresses other concerns when necessary but will also go over what is important to fix and which issues can wait. Ive stopped by the shop with minor concerns that hes fixed for free because it only took a minute to address. Other mechanics will charge for whatever they can. Ive been stranded after an accident that totaled my car... guess who came to the rescue not shortly after with a tow truck to help me? Glenns team. Hes always went above and beyond with both customer service and mechanical skills. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle. As a single woman that doesnt know a lot about cars its scary, RPM diminishes that fear 100%. Oh and I even had a detailed car waiting for me after my last repair. Not too long ago my car wouldn’t start, so I was put in touch with RPM. Just minutes after communicating with Glenn, a tow truck came to my place in about 30 minutes, picked up my car and in no time at all I got my car back running like nothing ever happened. These guys are awesome and true professionals to say the least and I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to-spot for whenever the unfortunate car problem arises.

Extremely great customer service. Im not local but order from them. Ran into a pinch with pushrods I had gotten and were too short. Brought my twin turbo 300zx here a year ago to be checked out since I had just purchased it. It was there for two days, when I had returned it was obvious nobody ran a boost leak test or no tests of any sort. When I asked for a receipt of the work he said “I’ll email it to you”. Never received that email. I payed $100 for nothing. Thankfully I found a better mechanic that spotted problems immediately and fixed them. don’t bring your car here.

Glenn is hands down one of the best automotive professionals Ive ever worked with! I provide training and tuning support for many companies, and Ive never had a greater privilege than to work with Glenn and his crew!

I decided to have rains precision motorsports install headers and exhaust on my truck, because of all the good reviews I saw. However to my disappointment I was highly dissatisfied with this shop. I gave them 3000 cash down to order the parts thinking they would be in about two weeks, they took a full month to get in. If I would have known that I would have paid for faster shipping. I was lied to on several occasions. Glen told me my total cost with install and dyno tune would be 4301.55 including tax. But I ended up paying 4513.38 and they double​ charged me for an oil change I did not ask for. Also Glen told me I would be be getting a dyno tune. Which is what I payed for . But they did not Give me a DYNO TUNE!! I GOT A STUPID STREET TUNE . COME ON MAN. I took my Truck to CARZ PREFERENCE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY DO DYNO TUNES AND HAD THEM DO IT RIGHT. I was upset it cost me 600.00 and it should have been done the first time around, but was so worth it. Plus this place keeps you in the dark on the progress of your vehicle. Ill never use them again and I took off the decal they put on my window as well and replaced it with a Carz Performance decal.

I brought my boring 2014 Dodge Charger RT AWD to RPM a few months ago. I was ready to buy a new car because the car just didn’t have the excitement I wanted.I told Glenn that I wanted scat pack power in my AWD car. Glenn and the RPM team exceeded my request with a procharger and custom tune. My car is now in the realm of hellcat power going 0-60 in just 3.9 seconds!!!All of my cars go to RPM now from basic service to performance modifications and custom fabrication.This shop is the real deal. Trust your car here. They are up front and honest. They fix what you want fixed and won’t sneak in any “extra repairs”
