While visiting the great state of CO and friends who live there, the bearings went out in my truck. My friend recommended Eagle for my repairs, saying they were honest, reputable, and did good work. He was very right. Eagle got my rig in quickly and fixed the issue. They also found another issue that would impact road worthiness driving across several states and took care of that too. In the end, my rig was road worthy, and the peace of mind was priceless. Additionally, they charged me less than the original estimate and followed up with me to make sure everything was fine. I love Eagle and have been coming here for years. They have always taken good care of me at a reasonable price. My only complaint this time was that I brought the car in for them to look at and give me an estimate. They had to order a part so I was prepared to make an appointment to bring it back for the repair. They assured me they could get the part and complete it that day. Unfortunately, they couldn’t and had to keep it into the next morning. That caused some problems with me getting to work as planned. They need to take people’s personal schedules and obligations into account when they make promises. However, they have always done such a great job for me, I will continue to return.

Best auto shop I’ve been to hands down. My car started acting up and making unusual noises in the middle of my across the country road trip so I decided to stop here to make sure everything was okay. They were extremely respectful, fast, let you know exactly what needs to be done, and keep you updated with the whole fixing process. I also had my dog with me and didn’t mind him sitting with me in the waiting room. Wish this place was closer to my home because I definitely wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else but here.

They also left me an outline of other things that needed to be done with the car with a future maintenance but never pushed me for the work to be done right away. I recently had a check engine light pop up during a long roadtrip back east on my 2011 Ford Escape. Eventhough the light went off, I wanted a full inspection. Eagle was able to access the historical engine warning codes and their inspection report was very thorough, it included photos with arrows showing concerns and recommended action. It also included photos and status of everything they inspected even if all was in good order. They are professional, clean and timely. I chose to hold off on repairs for now but I would trust them to do the work when I need it.

As a first-time customer, I really got the family business vibe. Going in there and talking to them about my car issues was like talking to my own family. I was able to trust them and they were honest with me from the very beginning. Ms. Erin at the front was so helpful over the phone and while being there. She said it would take 1-2 hours and they were done in 45 min. I got an oil change. Honestly the best shop Ive ever been to, will not be going to any others. My car was on its last legs and they really went above and beyond for me. The repairs were expensive, and when it died, they let me sit my car on the lot while I waited to get the title, and were able to connect me with someone who would purchase and tow my car away. This is the closest Ive found to a hometown car service experience since I was just learning to drive. They share everything through photos so its almost like youre in with the mechanics while theyre doing the work. They treat me like a neighbor and explain things to me in a way that is not condescending which I really appreciate. They also addressed all of my small concerns and helped talk me through my options.

I stopped by the Eagle Automotive location in Littleton on Platte Canyon Road. I needed air in my tires and a top off on my oil. It was late in the afternoon (on a Friday). I asked if they could help and offered to pay whatever they needed to charge me. They said sure thing, put air in my tires, added 3 quarts of synthetic oil, and said no charge. Its rare that you find a business that has the good will like this to just help folks out with small things. When I went in I also got a really good, family type feel that exuded a level of trust which is difficult to find sometimes in the automotive repair field. Great service! I was told by a dealership that my vehicle needed new brakes soon. I took it to Eagle to get a second opinion and they were awesome. Turned out my brakes were just fine, just needed to be cleaned. Brakes are expensive, so I appreciated their honesty!

I needed my entire taillight replaced. Erin was very sweet as well as her coworker. I especially appreciate the ride when I was unable to get back to pick up my car. Extremely nice people and very accommodating with letting me leave my car there due me being unavailable. Were very informative about repairs and talked me through their reasoning with the prognosis and after looking into it more they were very detailed. Did not pressure anything on me, simply informed me what they thought I needed and let me take time to make a decision about what to do with my car next. Jeff was always super friendly and understanding and seemed excited to have the opportunity to meet and work with new people.

Overall they did good work and were quick. A little expensive. Only complaint is that they did not use the oil I provided them for my oil change.

I have used this shop for multiple repairs on my 2012 Mazda 6. Every time I get a quote, it’s an exceptionally lower price than any other automotive shop that I’ve tried. They honor their warranty perfectly! The power steering pump they replaced last September failed, and they replaced it just fine without any trouble. Its working fine now.

It’s Eagle to the rescue again! During our heat wave my car died while driving it. I thought it was the A/C as it ran as long as the A/C was off. Turns out I had developed a crack in a hose that supplied air to the engine. They quickly diagnosed it and replaced the hose. I had them do my oil change and put in new spark plugs as it was time for both. They always include pictures of the parts of my car they check, fluid levels etc. Eagle has kept my 18 year old car in top shape and I’m ready for the next 100k miles!

These guys at the Platte Canyon location are awesome. Ive been several times and never have they tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Recently they special ordered a rim for me, got it much quicker than anticipated and got me taken care of. I thought for sure I did more damage to my car than what it was, they easily could have told me I did and charged me accordingly. Jeff even replaced the battery in my key fob for me. Oh, and last but not least the few days they had my vehicle they let me borrow their loaner car. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. They certainly have my business going forward.

My first time using Eagle, and they are honest mechanics. The vehicle is a new used car to us and went in for a coolant flush because it was on the scheduled maintenance. They checked out the fluid, tested it, and let me know it didn’t need to be changed. They also checked out the rest of the fluids and made recommendations based on what they found. Experience was great, but I don’t give 5 stars until I’ve worked with someone for an extended period of time.

The staff did a great job on my Tacoma. I came in knowing my CV boot/axle needed to be replaced. We also identified the brakes needed replacing during the consultation. They got me in the next day and did a full inspection, sent me a report with pics and descriptions of the condition of various systems, and made recommendations. They were possessional and friendly every step of the way. Ill definitely be going back!

Friendly, reliant and HONEST! Grease Monkey had installed the wrong oil filter causing my vehicle to leak oil profusely. Eagle saw that was the issue and corrected it for me instead of inventing a need for service (which is what GM did). They were very thorough and informative.

Took my wife’s car in for a transmission fluid swap as I didn’t have the time to do it myself. The car had been janky on a few shifting points and figured this might help out. Upon mentioning this issue the techs investigated further after replacing the fluid to see if it improved. After noticing it didn’t they dig deeper and found that one of the signal wires to the transmission computer under the hood had been chewed on by some sort of rodent. A simple repair of the cable and the car drives like brand new. The fact they went the extra mile to find this issue speaks volumes. They even allowed me to set my own cost for that wire repair after expressing concerns on the additional cost. Eagle auto has earned out repeat business for life as long as they continue to show this level of customer service!

Got towed here after a tire blowout on the freeway, they threw my spare on quickly and FREE of charge and referred me to a tire shop that replaced all 4 within an hour or two, day could have been a lot longer if I went somewhere else.

Eagle Automotive provided a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle. Despite being promised an $80 inspection that would go over the car with a fine-tooth comb, what I actually received was a $100 dollar inspection that failed to test any internal systems (air conditioning, heat, etc.) and somehow missed that one of the taillights on the car was burned out. I would recommend looking for another mechanic that does not overpromise, overcharge, and underdeliver.

I told them what was going on, my safety system was freaking out, they figured it out same day. They got me a ride back home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop, called me within a couple of hrs with a quote, and gave me a fair price within my budget. They inspected my car for other potential upcoming problems. They got me a ride back to the shop when my suv was ready. She runs like new. I used to exclusively go to a big name mechanic shop but I am more than happy I found Eagle. I recommend this shop 💯 %.

I recently moved to Littleton and didnt have a mechanic picked out. My car broke down and I had to have it towed and pick out a shop in a hurry. Wow! It was like getting a new van. I thought our Honda Odyssey had been declining for years because of its age, and it turns out that the dealership just didnt know how to fix things properly. After one trip to Eagle (on Platte Canyon), the van drives like new with no squeaks or squawks. I feel comfortable taking it on long trips again. While no one likes paying for car repairs, I thought the process that Eagle uses was great. We got an itemized estimate with photos of each item. I have an older car, with more than 120,000 miles on it, so some repairs are to be expected. I’ve never been to Eagle before, but I was instantly impressed with how they run their shop. I loved getting the report of their evaluation, which had both pictures and videos of the problem areas, as well as just showed every item they looked at. I found the partnership with Lyft to be cool, for when people need a ride back home. Even though Eagle ran into some problems with parts, they quickly got me into a loaner car and kept me updated as much as possible. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience and I’d drive from far away just to use them again, as I felt like a friend at the end, instead of just some random customer

Great staff and quality work for a reasonable price (cars arent cheap). As for all the people saying they didnt get back to you on a quote, you probably mentioned it once and they forgot. They have way more things to worry about then give you a quote on something they dont even have in their shop. And as for repair times, keep in mind this is a small shop and you arent the only person living in the area that needs your car serviced. Anyway, great shop.

I’d like to be educated on the issue. I brought the car to two automotive repair businesses and have two different results of the “check engine light diagnostic”. I’m in a position of needing a 3rd. It gets pricey when I’m charged for each diagnosis. Who do I trust is the question? You all seem professional but so did the other automotive business.
