Always hesitant going places like this as a single female who has little knowledge of cars. But went for an alignment and they have a very nice waiting area. Made it very easy to keep my 5 year old entertained while we were there and were in and out in a very timely manner and paid the exact price I was told over the phone. Everyone was very polite aswell

I bought my BF Goodrich All Season tires at Littleton VIP back in July 2018 and Ive been going back ever since. They offer free rotation for the life of the tires, which is a great value. I get my oil changed there somewhat regularly, and have had brake and exhaust work done too (some of the brake parts had to be replaced under warranty at another VIP location less than a year later, but glad it was covered). Always very friendly and courteous service. They take the time to explain issues with you and sometimes even take you to the car itself to point things out while its on the lift. I just made another appointment for next week!

I am writing this post to make people aware of the unprofessional way this place conduct business. For the last 2 years I was a customer at VIP in LIttleton. On March 2021 I brought my car for an oil change, 3 weeks after the oil was gone. I brought my car back to VIP for another oil change thinking that maybe the first time they did not put enough oil. 4 weeks after I was running out of oil again. This time I brought my car to a different auto service, only to find out that when I changed the oil at VIP they had broken the oil pan bolt, and instead of fixing it, they just put some glue, hence the reason my oil kept leaking. Now I have to pay $220 to replace the cap. I understand accidents happen, when they broke the bolt they could tell me, and just fix it, BUT they choose To Play Smart. That could have screw my car engine. How irresponsible and careless these people are?? Needless to say I would never be back to this place, and for your own sake neither should you.

Excellent no nonsense customer service with competitive pricing

I had an issue with a leaking oil drain plug washer after having my oil changed here. I called and David got me in 15 minutes later and took his time selecting the perfect washer for my application. It hasnt leaked a drop in the 400 miles since, a job well done.

The guys here at VIP knocked it out of the park for me on a Sunday. Called Saturday morning wondering when I could get in for a much needed alignment after lowering (yea I said lowered) my GMC Sierra. “How’s tomorrow morning work?” To my amazement I replied “sounds great!” They got it on the lift right before noon and I received a phone call saying my upper control arms needed replacing, much over due so I gave them the go ahead and accepted the new upped bill. They had my truck off the lift by 4:30 pm (they close at 4) on a Sunday! Huge shout out to these guys for knocking it out on a Sunday and working late to boot. I’ll recommend anyone to these guys! Coming from a dude who does most of his stuff himself, you could call me a YouTube mechanic at best. Thanks boys! Happy holidays! Truck rides amazing and just like new!

My husband and I were vacationing and had a flat tire today, on a Saturday afternoon when many auto repair options are closed. We were able to put the spare donut on but couldnt drive home on it tomorrow as planned. I called VIP and found that they were open, and though they were scheduled heavily they assured me that they would take care of us. We were treated very well by Chris and everyone there. In this time of COVID, when so many things are closed down. they provided an air conditioned waiting room, warmth and friendliness. It was a pleasant resolution to our situation. We highly recommend this shop!

Went in for a replacement rear wiper blade for my 2017 GMC Acadia All Terrain and it took a team of guys from VIP and OReillys to find the right size and get it installed. No charge for the labor! Very polite and efficient workforce. I would go there again and recommend them.

Took my truck in for inspection. I was told both front lower ball joints and passenger side rear upper ball joint needed to be replaced to the tune of just over one thousand dollars. I took my truck to another inspection station and it passed with flying colors. I also heard of someone else that this happened to, their vehicle passed at another station. I will never go there again.

Brought my car there yesterday for an oil change and to have my tires looked at. I was greeted by David and Cody, who got me in right away. They made sure my oil light was changed and reset for me. Have always been able to call for an appointment and get right in with great service. Have never had to go back after an appointment and have never and concerns. Being open on sundays is also a huge savior. Will continue to use this company for my service.

Crazy busy, guy at the counter was running like crazy so busy yet he was very friendly and polite. I was in and out super fast (oil change and snow tires mounted). I will use this one again rather than the one close to me.

They have a very good service, went there for my annual inspection and they did a good job, answered all my questions and even go thru the inspection with me. They have a lot of stuff for your vehicle, from cleaning products to parts. The prices seem good and the people working there are very helpful. I would go there again.

I have had only wonderful experiences with this place. I had a battery problems for over a year and had already taken it to two shops, but VIP was the place that solved it, wish I had gone here first. David was the one who I worked with on my battery and he was wonderful and gave me options and actually explained the problem to me, unlike others I have dealt with at different places. I was first appointment of the day and they took my car in immediately. They let me know that I needed a new oil pan screw which was only a little over 7.00 just so Id know. The lobby area has been redone and its very relaxing and comfortable, great improvement! Service is excellent!

We arrived at the shop mid-morning on July 4 in a crisis: our friend, who had hurt her back on vacation and couldnt drive, was being driven home to CT by my husband with me following in our car. At the intersection of 302 and highway 93, we were stopped at the light when suddenly her car spewed forth white smoke! Panicked, we went to the closest gas station and were directed to the Littleton VIP shop. For the next two hours everyone was kind and helpful as your personnel diagnosed the problem and offered advice to my friend, who is in her 80s, about how to get the work needed covered by her warranty. They helped us find the nearest dealer, who was closed for the holiday. The manufacturers customer service line wasnt working either because of the holiday. But we were all set and well taken care of. They kept her car in their parking lot overnight until it could be towed to the dealer the next day. Probably blew a gasket, they said. When everything was taken care of, they brushed off our offers to pay. 2 hours of supreme comfort, great advice, and kindness. No charge. We are all so grateful.

I came in to get tires put on so I’m waiting in the waiting room and I hear one of the gentleman working saying he’s running to the store on his lunch so I quickly ran to him and asked him if he could grab me a drink at the store since I have no way of getting there my car was being worked on and he said he would do I have him the money to get me a drink. My son Peter took his 12 year old Jeep Liberty with over 200K miles to Vermont to work at Jay Peak over winter break. Heading back to college today (University of Richmond), he heard a terrible noise and wisely decided to find a nearby service center to have someone take a look. As his dad, I was worried that being far from home he would be at the mercy of whatever a mechanic decided to charge him. I was also concerned that he would need to wait for a day or two for repairs to be made and would miss the first day of the spring semester. This is the second time in a row I have dropped off my 4 wheels to have new tires put on them with the plans of picking them up at the end of the week..Big surprise when I got there the wheels still hand not been touched. I told the sales clerk that I dropped the wheels off 4 days in advance just so I didnt have to wait and this time the tires that I wanted and was supposed to be in stock wasnt so I had to settle for something else. Just got some fancy snow tires put on. Feeling like a boss tearing down the North country roads, safe and secure doing donuts and yelling freedom out the window. On a serious note the service was fast and friendly with the lowest prices around.
