Scratch Master literally blew my mind today! My brand new 4Runner had a run in with my spouses lack of judgement (used a shovel to get 2 feet of snow off the hood) and as a shovel would do, left several deep scratches on the hood. Scratch Master is top-notch! The owner Brian was fantastic, he talked through all the details with me, he was completely transparent and honest, and thoroughly explained worst-case and best-case scenarios from the pictures I text him. Brian will come to you to inspect and quote the work, for a very fair surcharge that goes towards their work if you choose to use them, or you can go to him and he will inspect and quote for no charge. I have a very busy and unpredictable work schedule, so coming to me was more convenient. I was scheduled for Scratch Master to come next week, though received a call and text from their technician Zach asking if I wanted them to come this morning, as they had some free’ d up time. I agreed and Zach let me know he would be here in 25 minutes, he text me when he was 5 minutes away and he got right to business when he arrived. He let me know he needed to do some chemical tests on the scratches, and within 20 min Brian called my cell phone and ask that I go outside so he could call Zach’s cell and we can all convey the outcome and discuss options. Brian was super straight forward; he was not pressuring in any way and he was very honest with what they can offer. He explained that “factory perfection” is not a realistic thing for any company to do, unless it is the actual Toyota factory. Brian explained everything, gave me the cost of the work and what the expectations of what they could do, which was the tech Zach would be able to (at a minimum) get the scratches 90% better and barely noticeable, he never promised to make it perfect, but said Zach is very talented. The other option was, they could completely strip my hood and repaint, but that would entail a lot more time and paint blending other parts of the front end of the car. Brian even offered to help with getting my insurance deductible down, if I decided to go the route of taking my car into a body shop. I certainly did not want to be without a car for a week, and a body shop cannot promise “factory perfection” either. The quote was fair, so I decided to get the work done with Scratch Master. Zach started off by showing me what he would expect the outcome to look like at a minimum by spraying something on my scratches, which did make my scratches barely noticeable. Zach was very honest and said if he could get the results that the spray made the scratches look like, he would be happy. So, I let him get down to business. Zach worked on my car for about an hour and a half, and when he was finished, knocked on my door to show me. I KID YOU NOT, it is a work of art!!!! I am absolutely blown away! It is perfect, I honestly could not tell anything ever happened to my car! Scratch Master’s communication, honesty, transparency, quickness, and literally amazing skillsets were beyond any expectations. They are family owned, and certainly treat their customers like family. Brian, as an owner, takes the time to personally communicate with all his customers, which really does not happen anymore! Zach is an incredibly detailed and skilled technician, very very good at what he does!! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! I 1000% recommend this company and their services!

We had a few scratches on our 2019 vehicle that was bothersome. Two were pretty deep to the bare metal. Scratch Master showed up, inspected the damaged areas and provided a full quote on the spot in our driveway. Zak, who specializes in scratches, (with over 30 years of experience in this area), explained what he was going to do in each area.Note that the cost structure is per panel on the car, with the highest cost the first panel and subsequent panels at about 50% less. Also, a whole panel re-spray would be more expensive that a simple scratch removal (for obvious reasons such as time and paint). The pricing is comparable to a body shop (not cheap), but done onsite.Overall, we are very satisfied with the outcome. Zak was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. We can recommend this company for scratch removal on any vehicle.

Brian and Zach were very professional and competent, willing to listen to my concerns and limitations on what I wanted done, and took their time with the job. In the end the two areas with extensive scratches looked like new, and blended perfectly with the pre-existing surrounding areas.

Someone who shall remain unnamed (my daughter) decided it would be a smart idea to remove the snow from my car with the snow shovel. While she did manage to remove the snow, she also managed to leave behind a ton of scratches along every horizontal surface of the car!! After much hang wringing and wailing we finally set an appointment with Scratch Master to remediate the horror.Scratch Master came to the house, dead on time, assessed the damaged, quoted a price and got immediately to work right there in the driveway, buffing and polishing and generally performing magic. Half a day later when it was all said and done, there were only a few spots where I could tell there used to be scratches. Brain and his team are 100% the best. I did alot of research before deciding to bring them my Acura TLX. They explained their process, provided a quote and were prompt when showing up to my place of business to fix my car. The vehicle looked great upon first inspection however, over several weeks I noticed the paint (black) was more of a charcoal black and did not match my original paint as much as Id hoped. I contact Brian about 6 weeks later and explained the problem. The very next morning they were back at my place of business and agreed with my assessment. It was a simple fix that took less an hour. The fix was to buff the paint more! Simple, right? I was relieved and my car looks brand new again. I am forever grateful to have found them and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Scratch Master a family owned business did a five star job on my Toyota Rav 4. They worked directly with my insurance company and gave me a worry free experience. It was so much better working with this small business than the larger companies out there. These folks give you the personal touch and let you know they actually care. Michelle the receptionist was gracious and Brian the owner was professional and an expert in his field. Bobby the hail technician was a perfectionist. What more can I say other than give them your business. They do mobile scratch and dent repair as well as have a shop where they work on hail damage. You won’t be disappointed!

I planned on taking the car to a body shop to have a couple of nasty dents removed. However, the thought of dropping $1,500+ on it wasnt too appealing so I started looking around for other options. He was very timely and unbelievably polite/friendly. He drove to my office and spent almost an hour going over the planned repair in detail. He was very good about managing expectations and making sure I was comfortable with the repair/cost before starting. It took him about 3 hours and the end result was absolutely fantastic. The repair turned out even better than promised. The dents have vanished and the car looks excellent again. And the cost was MUCH less than a body shop. Hes a great guy that provides great results. Brian was very easy to work with about scheduling, location, and was very upfront about how pricing worked for different repairs (paint vs dents) and what the total cost was going to be. Brian did a great job - I had a pretty good-sized dent in my car door which would have cost me around $1000 to have taken care of by a body shop. They also would have kept my car for several days while working on it. Brian came to my office, gave me an honest assessment of what he thought would be able to do, and a very fair estimate. Within an hour and half, he had taken care of the dent and gone above and beyond what he originally thought he could accomplish, and the cost was well less than half of what the body shops were quoting me. Plus, it only took him a few hours and I wasnt inconvenienced at all with driving to a body shop, renting a car, etc.

I highly recommend Brian for hail damage repair. It’s a small mom & pop shop, but the guy is pro. My brand new BMW got stuck in a hailstorm and got pummeled with hail dents all over it. I had previously taken it to a body shop for an estimate and they said that they would have to cut off the roof and replace it. I didn’t want to go that extreme unless I absolutely had to, so I called Brian for a second opinion. He got me in right away, made the process very simple, and was pleasant and easy to work with. Brian is a real artist. I had hit a deer and my wife had hit a commercial trash container. The front bumper was crushed on the drivers side and the front fender was damaged on the passenger side. These were not minor dents. Brian was able to restore both areas so that no one would guess that there had been any damage. And no repainting was required, preserving the original factory finish.Remarkable really. The insurance adjuster didnt think it could be done but Brian did an excellent job.I would certainly recommended Scratchmaster to anyone.

I had a couple dents in my van that had rusted and I wanted to prevent the rust from spreading. As my van is thirteen years old I didnt care about the dents, but I didnt want the rust to spread. I knew if I took it to a body shop they would want to fix the dents or replace the panels for more money than the van is probably worth. In addition I would have to leave the van there for several days until they got around to fixing it, and I would have to find someone to chauffeur me back and forth to drop it off and pick it up again.Brian was able to grind off the rust, prime the bare spots and paint them at my location for about half of what a body shop would have charged, without all the problems involved in taking it to a body shop. For my particular situation, this was a great solution for me.

Disappointed. After reading the good reviews here I scheduled Brian to fix one small dent with a scratch. We met at the car for an estimate but he forgot to bring supplies needed to clean the area. While giving an estimate he took 3 phone calls and I waited 20 minutes. Finally he quoted $250 for the fix...I told him no thanks (I later had it fixed for $100). He was then going to charge a $35 trip fee but changed his mind. Makes you think where all these good reviews came from. Customer beware.

Brian promptly contacted me and scheduled an appointment to go over a long scratch on the left side of my 2017 Infinity Q60. He provided me a fair quote and was upfront with the fee and gave an itemized cost of labor and materials once he examined the scratch. Brian and his crew are awesome! They do a wonderful job

I have a 2016 Mercedes Benz ML350. We use this car heavily so it was showing signs of age with numerous scratches and a number of small dents. I met with Brian for an initial estimate and he explained what he could do very clearly. When he came out to do the scheduled work he went over each item that was to be repaired and explained very clearly what the outcome would be. The repairs turned out exactly what he explained and they completely met my expectations.I would highly recommend Brian as he is very reasonably priced and extremely honest about what his services can do and what they cannot. He dramatically increased the appearance of my car and saved me the cost of very expensive paint and body work.

To start off this review i have not had any repairs done by brian yet.. but i do plan on doing so once i get the extra cash to do so, but after contacting him yesterday 3/05/2018 i called and was directed to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my info and sure enough a few hours later i recieved a call back. After talking to brian for about 10 mintues or so going over his process and how we can work things out and discussed the damage my vheicle has once i have the funds to proceed with repairs . I felt like i was talking to one of my buddies very kind and friendly man .and now after reading some reviews i feel 100% confident on having him repair my 2018 chevy silverado .. thanks brian for taking the time to answer my questions i had regarding repairs and how we can work something out. What i really appreciate is that even though i letted you know i didnt have the money at the momment you still stayed respectful and kind not like others who try to just hang up.. i will for sure contact you when i get that extra cash .. hopefully in a week or so!!Once again thanksDonavin a Caballero

Brian does a great job and was extremely flexible. He was fast, efficient and takes cash, check or credit.

I took my car in for hail damage and Brian and his crew did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I left four phone messages over the course of several days and never received a call back. Eventually gave up in frustration, which is too bad because I had several projects I wanted them to do. Dont waste your time.

Got a shopping cart dent on sunday. called noon on monday and my dent was gone by 6pm. brians a nice guy and was straightforward about everything. fee was reasonable. i would definitely call him again if needed

Will quote you a reasonable price over the phone and then a ridiculous one once on the premisis. He did not do any work for me, but he did waste a couple hours of my time waiting around for him.

Cannot get a call back. Have left a voice mail, instant message, email.Would not recommend.
