I am on a cross country trip. My SUV had not one but two alert lights that came on. I looked up this shop and the reviews were great. They were professional and friendly when I called. They gave me a ride to my apartment and kept me up to date on everything. They even passed on savings They were able to get on good replacement parts. I would definitely use them again. Its nice to know well run small businesses are alive and well.

My car broke down when traveling from Wisconsin to California. Littleton Auto was the only place without a multiple day or week wait time to get a diagnosis. My turbocharger was shot along with multiple connecting components. They worked extra fast and hard to source those parts and get me back on my trip. I could tell they worked very hard to get me going, as they were insanely busy when I was there. It has been a month since then and the car is running great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My truck wasnt starting properly. On a Saturday afternoon shortly before closing and with no prior appointment, they diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Someone was nice enough to drive me to my apartment, too. Had I gone elsewhere, I would have been waiting for at least a couple days. Littleton Auto Repair did it in just a couple hours. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Drove my car in, had to get it towed away. Dave was very nice on the phone and assured my they would be able to diagnose and repair my car in 2 business days. That was a lie. Saturday and Monday came and went with with no communication from anyone. Tuesday morning I called to learn that they hadnt had time to look over anything but would get a call within an hour. That never happened. Thursday morning after no call, I reached out and was quoted $1,200 to get 2 new keys and a cable replacement and they were unsure this was even the problem. I declined any further evaluation and went to pick up my car. It wouldnt start. Was still charged $144 for the diagnosis without a real answer about what was going on. Ended up towing my car to a Ford Specialist shop (easy to google it) and they get everything fixed within 24 hours for half the cost and no BS. SUPER disappointing experience.

I took my car in because the brake light alert came on.The team was extremely helpful. They were able to fix/replace my brakes within a few hours, during a winter storm alert nonetheless. They ran some other diagnostics for me, no extra charge, and were able to find some other issues.Instead of pressuring me to fix everything, which would’ve cost thousands, they recommended other options.Overall extremely happy with their service and will absolutely be bringing my car back to them whenever I need something checked out!

The good: Their technicians were nice, indoor waiting area is clean, and they have their own tow service, which promptly took in my vehicle for diagnostics on a broken transmission within an hour of placing the call.The bad: MASSIVELY overquoted me on the price of parts for a new transmission. Initially I was told that a new transmission with parts and install would be around $5k, and that a transmission rebuild would be over $7k. I dont know a huge amount about cars, but I do understand the amount of labor that goes into a transmission rebuild, and how much it costs for the specific transmission I have/the cost of a rebuild kit. I decided to tow my car to a transmission specialty shop instead, where I received a quote of around $3k for a rebuild, which was closer to what I was expecting and what a couple transmission shops had quoted me.A couple days after my car was no longer there, I finally received a written estimate for the work via e-mail, and the price was even higher. Quoted for a new transmission as opposed to a rebuild (originally the cheaper option), parts were now over $6,400, and with labor and taxes the new quote was over $8,200!I cant speak to their service ability, but speaking from a value perspective, the quote I received was exponentially higher than what other shops I called had quoted me. Even performance transmission upgrades for my car dont run more than $3,000, so $6,400 on parts alone, I have trouble understanding where they came up with that...the mechanic who ended up working on my transmission, when I told him this quote, agreed that he didnt think it was possible to reasonably charge that much for a transmission unless the rebuild work was being outsourced to a different company and upcharged to the customer.

I tried taking my Wrangler in to get a simple squeak fixed. One person I spoke to on the phone said we’ll need to replace a bushing. Then going in to pick up my Jeep, I was told that it is always going to squeak which is unbelievable. It didn’t always squeak, so it was obviously fixable. I was going to schedule more services when picking up my Jeep, but instead didn’t bother once I heard that. If you can’t fix it you can’t fix it, but don’t come up with a cheap excuse. I’ll be going elsewhere.EDIT: Gave this a one star because I fixed the squeak myself the next day by tightening the shock. So much for “this is gonna squeak forever...”

Ive been going to them on and off for years with my eccentric lavender 98 jeep grand cherokee loredo(which had lots off problems). They were awesome and I always know they actually took care of my vehicle as well as gave quality work! They always keep me involved in the process and I always feel safer driving away knowing they took care of my jeep. Unfortunately I rolled this one in March. I am rebuilding her exactly as she was before. I plan on having them help me rebuild her as well as take care of my new jeep!! Love you guys! Cant wait to see you soon!

When you pick a shop to work on your car you want the work to be done right for a fair price. There are many shops that can do that, what makes a shop great is when things dont go well.Will they stand behind their work and make it right? LAR has shown me that they will, they fixed a problem at no cost to me that technically was out of (warranty)date but should not have happened. Very happy customer.

Was told over the phone the technician would look at my car for FREE.. 2 hours after dropping of the car they said the tech had to tighten things down and now I owe them 115.00.. I didnt approve of the securing just wanted the tech to look at it. Be careful these guys will hook you over the phone but are just like other places and wont call for approval just flag time and charge you for it.. GUESS WHAT.. noise is still there and nothing was fixed. I believe I was charged for an hour of nothing. The right thing to do would be to contact me and reimburse my of the charges as the car wasnt fixed but I was charged for it.

Please do not waste your money at this shop. They DO have predatory pricing. They DO intentionally over quote women, and keep that info in their database. My wife has given this shop thousands and thousands of dollars before were engaged, and only today am I definitively telling her that she is getting charged at least double the amount of average repair pricing. This is confirmed by both local shop estimates, and several online service cost estimators.Youre a fool if youre giving this business 5-stars. You dont know what a good shop is like, and its sad so many people get fooled by places like these.

Oil change was done quickly, call back was prompt, check in and out was efficient. They alerted me to a recall for my vehicle and walked me through the process to get it taken care of.

From the first phone call, they were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Sean explained everything to me and answered every question I had with enthusiasm and clarity. Unfortunately, my car had some bad news coming but Sean was extremely personable and straightforward with the diagnosis. I will be visiting them again!

I’ve been taking my car to these guys for many years & this visit I knew was going to be $$ due to almost hitting 100k miles on my car. They were so incredibly friendly & after a few phone calls back and forth, we figured out what needed to be done & they even delivered it to my house when done!! I’m so grateful for them keeping my car safe to drive my family in!! ☺️☺️

My last experience with them was 5 star, they towed the car, fixed it and brought it back all within 3 days. This time I knew the problem (alternator) I called them and they picked it up. (They were always nice and courteous during our transaction but their follow up was way below satisfactory) They picked it up the day after I called and said it would be a few days before they could do the work because it was backed up. Thats fine, but a few days turned into a few more days and a few more days turned into 6. Each time I had to call them to get an update. The first call was the part hadnt come in and it would be in later that day or early the next day, ok fine. The second call was to tell me that my car was next in line...I was happy to hear that. No call to tell me my car was being worked on or where they were with the repair or if the battery (which they sold me a year or 2 ago) needed replacement. So I called them AGAIN. The guy said that Im still next in line that the starter on the other car got broken and they were still fixing it and my car was still next in line. Ugh fine. My patience and bank account is running quite thin at this point as I have to uber to and from work. My friend takes me down on Saturday (5 days after I sent it to be fixed) and we see my car sitting outside one of the bays. I go in and pay for it, and they tell me its not done and itll be ready either later or the following day. Thankfully I was off the following day so I patiently paid for my service and went back home to wait. He did call that evening and said that the battery wasnt holding a charge..which is fine, I expected something like that anyway. He put it on the charger for Sunday and said hed call back Monday (he did and I returned his call). I let him know it was ok to put in the battery. He said that hed get it done and give me a call. After this I heard nothing. I called a total of 8 times with no answer, I got on their website and did a live chat with the girl on there and had her pass them a message to give me a call which they did NOT. Finally I call a 9th time around 5:15p and they let me know my car was ready and I could pick it up...Well great, come get me and Ill do that. If they had answered the phone on the other 8 times I called I probably would not have felt it necessary to share my tale of woe. People need their cars. People also need to feel theyre not being taken advantage of.

I went in for an oil change, in which I had an appointment for 10am. I asked how long it would be when I got there they said about an hour. Perfect. Well, we are now about to hit 2 hours when someone finally walks out and says they didn’t have oil, ordered it a while ago and that the auto shop will be there to deliver soon. You knew I was coming for how long, knowing what kind of vehicle and a simple oil change is taking this long? I walked out of there 2.5 HOURS later, again, for JUST an oil change. No apologizes, no $2 off. Nothing.One week later: my car won’t start and the dipstick is dry. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The manager Dave went Above and Beyond! he found a. Replacement engine for my sons car and after all was said and done the repair was LESS than the estimate!! He communicated every step of the way and was so kind and professional! Littleton Auto is my new choice for all our cars!

My son’s Audi had a leak in the fuel line. Dave (their GM) came to my house to tow the vehicle to their shop within 24 hours of making the call. I was not only pleased with the response time, but the tow was free! Quick turn around with the repair and their prices are competitive after some research on my end. Just speaking to them and seeing some of their techs cars let you know your in good hands! I will return with my business, as well as refer friends to include my company’s fleet. Not sure why the bad reviews as I’ve dealt with shady shops. My experience was friendly, honest, competitive pricing, and a timely service on a not so simple repair. My 2013 Hyundai Veloster was making a racket and I decided to give Littleton Auto Repair a try. I am very glad I did. I got an estimate quickly and was given in great detail a breakdown and pictures and videos of all the issues. I chose to do the minimum repair and was not pressured into doing a bunch of extra stuff. I definitely will recommend these guys and get the other items I need repaired in the future with them. I had a great experience and usually dont like going to shops. I asked them to replace my Alternator and they did so and it fixed my issues. They did not try to overcharge me or add anything else to the mix. They were professional and the part I like the most is that they guarantee their work and they are close to my home. Will be going back and recommending to others.

Moved out here to CO a couple years ago and tried numerous different mechanics. Had a good one but decided to give Littleton Auto Repair a shot and it was the best decision Ive made. To start, everyone there treats you like a long time customer even if its your first visit. You cant beat the pricing and they stick to their estimates even if its below what the actual cost was, which is something you wont find anywhere else. My repair came with a lifetime parts and labor warranty which again, very few others, if any, offer. I started going to Littleton Auto repair after it changed hands from Aspen Automotive.I have had several services done over the past 4 years... a couple of those services had to be re-done and was glad that Littleton warranties their work.My problem with this automotive garage was that after having the same problem supposedly fixed for the 3 time.... and paying for the 3 rd fix because it was out of the warranty time,I found out from another automotive shop that Littleton Automotive overcharged me in service time and some parts that actually comes as a set and I was charged for individual parts.I only found this out because the automotive place where I took my car had looked over all my service documents that I had from everywhere I have ever had work done and found the extra charges .Overall it was over 900.00!Littleton claimed to be on the up and up when it comes to their services.When speaking to one of their people on the phone to have them send over their receipts on all the work they had done to my vehicle,I found that they had changed some prices of parts and amounts I had paid compared to my originals that I had kept when they had done the services.Also the person spoke incredibly fast like a used car salesman and I couldn’t get a word in edgewise.I also have a comment that LittletonAutomotive had put on one of my receipts that said “Ignorance is Bliss”I find this automotive repair shop very condescending towards women and would never recommend anyone use this shop.Only when my husband came with me were problems explained in detail or why something had to be done, in a respectful manner... especially when I kept having to go back and get repairs done again, because the repair from the first time wasn’t done right!We asked the shop if they would refund the overcharges they claim that their were none and they would do the work to make it right... but I don’t want them to touch my vehicle again.. they have already had 3 chances to correct the problem.. and still it wasn’t done correctly.I hope they can get their work integrity figured out, so they don’t scam others for more $$.

I made an appointment for next week but had to drop off my car earlier since it was not drivable. On Thursday, I received a phone call from Dave saying that they are working on my car, I was surprised. Then on Friday, I received a phone call from Jeff saying that my car was done and to come pick it up. I am very impressed and satisfied with Littleton Auto Repair! I brought in our Jeep with some starting issues that 3 other mechanics could not diagnose what the problem was leaving little hope that it would ever be repairable without dropping tons of money into. These guys were amazing! Found the issue and were able to repair it at a very good price. They also replaced the rear end which was extremely bad. Their customer service was phenomenal! Excellent communication and let me know the various options we had without any pressure to complete the most expensive service as I have found at most other mechanics around me do, trying to sap every dollar, whereas these guys understand that excellent customer service and honesty create return customers! I will definitely be going back here for all my car repair needs and would recommend anyone to do the same!

I found Littleton Auto Repair online and was intrigued by the number of positive reviews so I called to make an appointment. Spoke with Dave over the phone and explained what repairs I needed to have done. He gave me a quote ($200 less than Eagle Auto) and arranged for me to bring it in the next morning. Drop off was easy and their front desk and waiting area was clean and nicely setup if you want to wait for your vehicle, which I didnt. I received a call post inspection and an email linking me to a video showing where there are issues. I was given options of what work was recommended immediately and what should be considered for future service. Work was wrapped up by the end of the day and the car ran great. Checkout process was quick and they gave me a coupon to redeem at Bears for a free car wash (nice touch).The only issue I had was after I got home. I popped the hood to take a look at the replaced radiator and noticed that the plastic engine cover was just laying on top of the engine block. Also, theres a couple of plastic clips missing on top of the grille where they had to remove the covers over the radiator housing. And a 1 diameter hose connecting to the radiator was never re-connected to a plastic mount where there was a broken ziptie and it was hanging way too close to the serpentine belt. I grabbed a ziptie and put it back in place but never followed up to find out where the remaining plastic stability clips ended up. They dont affect the engine at all and shouldnt move around.Im chalking this up to someone who was hurrying to wrap up the service work and got sloppy with the quality check when they were finished. It was disappointing but not enough for me to say that I wouldnt recommend Littleton Auto.

Finally - A local repair shop you can trust and count on! Brought my car in because it was running very poorly, was told the timing belt had slipped and killed the motor. The car wasnt worth a new motor and I was in the middle of moving so they were very kind to hold the car for me until I could figure some things out - several months.All the staff, and I do mean everyone, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Fees were UNDER par for what needed to be done. Pricing is very reasonable and turnaround time was very quick.I will be bringing my vehicles here for all service and repair needs.

They do a great job of changing my oil, checking if I need any repairs and I feel they have integrity. Mechanics are not trusted by me because of multiple occasions in the past. However these guys are genuine.

This review is a bit late, but two months later and my experience is still fresh in my mind.First, I have never seen an auto shop as CLEAN as this one. Most dentist offices arent even this clean. The care they take in appearances is a direct reflection of the care they take in your vehicle.Second, they are in touch with the needs of the everyday person who suddenly has car trouble. At every turn they were going the extra mile to figure out how get the cost down. They are definitely more concerned with helping people than making an extra buck off them.Lastly, I have never seen a better waiting area, anywhere. Great complimentary services and also GREAT with kids. Toys are clean, relevant, and engaging for all ages. One of the mechanics even came out and handed out balloons.I am honestly looking forward to one of my vehicles having trouble just so I can take it back here.

I had smoke coming out of my steering column driving home one day. I called a couple places but Littleton auto repair is the only one who would get me in right away. We had just moved to Littleton so this was my first time at a new mechanic near our new house and the experience was great they were really professional the shop was nice I give them five stars and I think they’ll be my new mechanic from now on.

Then look at the Details below...Details:I found this place after Groove Toyota had quoted $4,000.00 to fix my Tacoma 2011 air conditioning. They wanted to rebuild the whole system. At Littleton Auto Repair they charged me $256.00 to diagnose the problem. I accepted their charge and they said they just had to reset the Aircon program and would give a warranty of miles on top of their fix; at first I thought that this was almost unbelievable, but it was worth a try, facing the alternative $4K estimate and the fact that Littleton Auto Repair would charge very little to reset the program...The Glory: Littleton Auto Repair aircon fix has been working for years!I absolutely recommend Littleton Auto Repair! I became a returning customer for this car shop.

Great service and knowledgeable staff help us discover a safety concern with some aftermarket tire and rims. Dave took the time to show us the issue and the the solution to fix the problem! I highly recommend giving them a shot, you wont be disappointed!

These guys are super cool. As a female its not very often that shop guys talk to you like you have a brain and this place was a refreshing change. I was searching for a nearby honest/reliable/local auto mechanic I could become a regular at, so checking on reviews and liking the way they seemed to manage things, I felt confident enough to give them a try and my business. I was not at all impressed, even as a first-time customer. Granted, I do no feel they cheated me or ripped me off on the agreed upon work performed on my 2011 Ford F-150, however this shop was actually nothing special in the least. The customer service they claimed in promotion was kind and promising at first, but seriously problematic otherwise. I never felt they gave me adequate follow up or updates, as I was constantly the one calling to get updates after they said they would get back to me after a specified time. The loaner I received to drive was beneficial at best, but the vehicle itself was disgusting to drive. It had not been cleaned in sometime, had a weed/smoke odor, and a huge stain that looked like either blood or food. Even worse, it was certifiably unsafe with it lacking a side view mirror on the driver side and displaying the check engine light (giving me lots of confidence in those fixing my vehicle). The work was said to be extensive at the beginning, and needing to wait for parts, they told me the job would be done in two weeks, two and a half at the most. After the long time estimate passed, of course me being the one to call and check in, it sounded like they had hardly even begun working on it, and told me the end of that week it would be ready. Three weeks later, again myself the one to check in, this time more urgently as I needed the vehicle to pull a boat trailer to the mountains for a long planned family vacation the following week. Wednesday they said. I call that day and they assured me it would be Friday, and they would work on it Saturday if needed. In the end, I didn’t get my vehicle back in time, and when it came time to pay, after they promised to help the final bill, the discount was pitiful and ultimately less than any of the promotions I have seen them advertise. I got about $200 off an almost $5K repair. I’ve learned that just for referrals they can discount up to $300, and not to mention the coupons I get in the mail every week, which I gave them at the beginning and no body remembered to honor them. Again, nothing special. They will take your money to the bank without much consideration to you as a person, even though they’ll do it in such a friendly way and smiling all the way there.

Seemed like nice guys, and they diagnosed my problem fairly quickly. But they temporarily lost my keys and the price was nearly twice that of the shop down the street

Took my old Ford in they changed out a coil on one cylinder which was only thing I needed and didnt sell me anything I didnt need I waited in there waiting room which was really nice and it didnt take any longer than they had promised me or cost me any more than they had noted good experience it was my third trip back there and worth leaving a good review.

Littleton Auto repair is a great place to take your car to get repair good people got my truck in an out the shop as fast as they could they let me kw what was rong with it an how much it would cost me before makeing any repairs 👍🏾.

I have a 96 Toyota the engine blew up. They picked it up from my house for free.Orderd a motor then told me they checked the new motor before installing found out there was water in it. So glad they checked before installing it and it not working. Sent it back got another one and still had it ready for me by the time they said they would.I was out of town when they finished so they dropped it back off at my place.Very friendly very thorough and they did a great job for us!

I am so happy I found this place! The customer service is great and really gives me that small hometown kind of feeling.I called about a blinker. They got me in right away and I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes with no charge!The time before they did a thorough job, resolving all of my car’s issues at the time and even picked up my car because I was at home with a small child.I’ll be going back, no question!

I really wanted to find a local repair shop for my 20 year old daughter used vehicle. We just moved her from Castle Rock to Lakewood for college. Since the Yelp and Google reviews were fantastic. This was her first opportunity to work with a repair shop on her own. She took her car in because a diagnostic light went on and the fault code listed P0708. She signed the paperwork that authorized a $130 diagnostic charge. The technician cleaned off a connector and indicated the diagnostic light went off. However, 30 minutes after she picked it up the vehicle, the light went back on. I got involved and called the repair shop. I was told that they would have to charge another $130 to further troubleshoot. Additionally, they quoted a spark plug replacement and valve cover gasket replacement approximately twice with what our local mechanic quoted. We will keep looking for another reputable repair shop in the Lakewood and Littleton area. That being said, they are really nice people of the phone 8:)

I brought my vehicle here to have it get looked at, and fixed. They called me before to make sure that I wanted them to continue to work on my vehicle which is really professional. Most shops just do the repairs and want you to pay them all up front, but Littleton Auto Repair does there work very professionally. Satisfied Customer!

These folks are fantastic! My raptor was well taken care of. Their communication was also pretty great. Prices were fair and on par, if not a little less expensive while using quality parts with great experienced mechanics. I highly recommend these guys! They finished same-day and provided me with shuttle service which was about 7 miles each way.

Upon walking into the business I was greeted by Daniel, who was just as enthusiastic as he was helpful. Since I had to drop my car off, Mikey was the service tech to drive me back to my place, again very professional and respectful. Later that day I asked for a ride back, from my home to pick up my car. Lenny was prompt and courteous upon picking me up; mind you this was at 5:40pm and the business closed at 5:30pm.At no time was I left in the dark regarding what was wrong, what I had to pay, as well as what could wait till later. Typically a business receives 4 stars for doing the job; promptly, correctly the first time, and without a hassle. This company truly deserves five stars. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience AND they went above and beyond by picking me up after being closed for business hours. At no time did I detect a hint of hesitation to deal with a customer, nor did I get the feeling that they didnt want to be there.It seems that at Littleton Auto, they take pride in doing quality work the first time and offer services such as free pick up and drop off as well as a lifetime warranty on the work they perform. This experience was better than the dealership and better than a few other auto mechanic shops that I will not name.If youre looking for a job done right, courteous professionals, and piece-of-mind I suggest you check out their location and at least try them out. It may be the best decision that you make regarding the life of your car.
