Buying a new truck can be a hassle. I drive 100k miles every few years and trading up for a new truck is always fun 😒. The sales department worked hard in helping me find a specific truck. Alexander Myskiw, the salesman was helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They offered me a fair trade for my old truck and made the process easy. Peyton was awesome! I went to a dealership beforehand and the salesman did not even try to help. I left there discouraged but on a whim I decided to go to Brandon Dodge. When I pulled up Peyton greeted me and I told her what I just experienced and what I wanted. Peyton hustled to get me what I wanted and I must say her being the only female just made it even better. We have been looking for a truck for awhile and through the Costco Auto program were referred to Brandon Dodge. Julian was great he showed us the trucks we had seen on the website and took us for a test drive. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy. The financing and paperwork went quickly and we drove the truck home that day. I would recommend Julian to anyone interested in purchasing a RAM/Dodge. 5 stars for when I purchased my Promaster City, one star for installation of after-market roof rails. Got charged 2 hours labor for what should have taken 1 hr (my buddy installed his own in an hour). Guess they had to make up for me not buying the equipment from them!!
I went in to have a taillight replaced that was chipped when I purchased the car. I waited 2 hours to be informed that the replacement was also chipped. Frustrating as I live 50 minutes away and wasted half my day with travel time.
Had a tire issue and they repaired it quickly, when other dealerships would not fit us in. Cleaned the interior as well. Very happy with the service we received! They gained a customer today!

Always have my synthetic oil in my Promaster 3500 van changed here. The service folks are always friendly and helpful, and the check in process for an oil change is easy. I decided where my mask to wait in their waiting room for my service to be competed. Always clean and comfortable waiting. I’ve had all my service completed here as well and have always been very satisfied.
I traded my car in here last week to get a new Ram 1500. Frankie Wilcox was the salesperson who assisted me in getting everything done. Id been looking forward to getting a truck for a while, so I was a little picky as to what I was looking for. Even though there was an awesome selection of Rams on site, Julian and Frankie helped me design my own 1500 and it was ready to drive in less than 2 months. Says they are open till 7. Came to pickup my car from service but they were closed. Oh, service closes at 6. Didnt you know that? Now i get to waste another hour and a half of my day. Another reason i rarely use them.

Weather its an easy sale or a complicated one like the one I had he will go above and beyond to help you out, he will do everything within hes grasp to get you in the car you want. The Finance team did an amazing and outstanding job helping us out, it took a week of pushing and trying but they managed to get us into the truck we wanted. Great team.
Ill start by saying Im happy with the vehicle, but the experience was absolutely frustrating. It all seemed fine up until I left with the car.1. The salesperson told me the used vehicle I was buying had a feature set that it did not. I purchased the car and didnt realize I was misled until I got home. I returned back to the dealer with this issue and the sales manager wanted to sell me a more expensive car. When I declined, they tried to direct me to a third party to install a replacement part for $1900 out of my own pocket (for their mistake). The sales manager then had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault for not verifying the installed packages and functionality of every item in the vehicle before leaving. Rather than offer to cover the cost or give me some money back, they instead offered me 3 free tanks of gas for my trouble. Thats about $1750 short of fixing the problem according to their own numbers. I dont fault the salesperson for this as it seemed to be an honest mistake, but it definitely underlines where their priorities are. They already got paid and were freed of any legal obligation through the paperwork I signed - why bother to do anything else?2. I also got charged $300 for a safestop blinking brake light addon thats obviously intended to bump their bottom line further. The kicker? They didnt even install it in my car. I paid for it because it was already included, but it never existed.3. They also have you write a review for them while going through the sales process and while sitting across from the person youre reviewing. At the time of that review I wasnt even aware of the mistakes they had made.
Brandon Dodge on Broadway is an excellent service provider for Dodge vans. They are quick, fair and most importantly really know how fix/service vehicles. Work that would take weeks at other dealerships is completed in days. Alan Taylor in particular is a great service advisor. Highly organized check in and world class service. Loved my experience here at Brandon Dodge on Broadway. Connor Chackman was my car salesman and he was just amazing! We did most of our communication via text, which was convenient because my kids are too nosey to be on the phone. He made sure I was approved for a loan before I wasted my time, and his time at the shop. When I met him, I was blown away by this young man. He is super knowledgeable at his job, and helps keep you entertained during the paperwork and while you wait. Head on down and ask for Connor. He will not disappoint you.

Overall, horrible experience. Was lied to about the trucks performance capabilities. After paying 15k down I tried to go back to get the right truck that was 4K more but they wanted another 10k down. 3 months later my 2020 is the shop for repairs. Maybe I was sold a lemon? At this point I’m ready to drive the truck into Brandon dodge and accept my charges.

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 with about 10,000 miles on it. I bought it in July last year. On the 11th of May I come out from the grocery store and notice my truck is running pretty ruff, the check engine light came on and started blinking and beeping at me. I called Brandon Dodge to get it serviced come to find out they are a week and a half out before they can even look at my truck and diagnose it, I let the service writer know what all the truck was doing. He said it’s fine bring it in on the 20th. Come to find out by looking online when your check engine light it flashing and beeping at you it means get it to the dealership immediately! So I took my truck in on the 11th instead to only be greeted by Christian who was rude and wanted to argue with me because he said I didn’t tell him the engine light was doing what it was doing when I did tell him. I also requested a loaner car or rental car in which I didn’t receive as well. Makes it a little difficult without my truck for a week and a half as it is my only transportation. Once I left I was told they will call around to find a car for me, never once did they call me back to tell me or not if they had a loaner car or rental car I can use. They blamed everything on Covid, which I understand it’s effected everyone even myself and my business but when all of the mechanics are in the shop without masks on in and out of other peoples vehicles then going into my vehicle, there is no one else to blame but yourself. Once I received my vehicle back dirtier than I dropped it off, there was scratches all up and down the driver and passenger side, a new crack in my windshield and McDonald’s wrappers in the back seat. I chose to do business with Brandon Dodge for the professionalism they once served me with the other two past trucks I have bought from them. To me now it seems as if they only cared about the sale of the truck and the rest went out the window.

They have been very attentive and always make sure to answer your questions and solve any problems. All departments seem to be very professional and ready to help.
This was not incompetence, it was dishonesty. I left my car Friday night. On the overnight envelope I wrote that all I wanted was to replace the heater hose. And that I tied a blue latex glove around the hole to ID it. No contact Saturday. Monday morning, Brando Carrera, Service Advisor called. He said they would do a 200 point inspection or something. I said I only wanted the hose replaced and coolant system recharged and started asking questions. He seemed annoyed, said they would do it their way. He called later about brakes and other issues Ill fix myself. Said they did a pressure test and radiatior needed replacement. I said wrong. Convinced him to get mechanic and water and lets see. The latex glove was still where I left it, dry and not melted from heat. THEY LIED! No pressure test, impossible. They didnt diagnose this problem, I DID. I showed them the hose that was nearly cut in half. AND THEY CHARGED $180 FOR FRAUDULENT DIAGNOSIS. Wanted $1,000 for radiator and then added $1,200 for the hose! I told them to show me the radiator leak. They pointed to some dirt and said I couldnt see the leak because heat dissipates the leak. LOL! Now they refuse to refund misdiagnosis fee. These are THIEVES. Since I had brought the car in with little or no coolant, they thought they could get away with saying I needed a radiator. THEY DID NOT DO THE PRESSURE TEST THEY SAID THEY DID. IN WRITING. I Got hose replaced at B&A Automotive right up BWay for $380 the followibg day. B&As pressure test was not make believe. Runs like a dream now. Going to Yelp and BBB next, Nextdoor app, then whatever else.

Of all my car buying years and experience, this was by far the best experience I ever had. Mike kept this whole process real and honest, and he never played any games with me. I did my research on the vehicle, so I had a very good idea as to what type of a deal I was looking for... Mike kept our negotiations professional and real! Bought a Jeep back in February. Called them out on the brakes and they said everything was fine. Here I am 8 months later dropping $895 to get everything replaced. They also tried to slip in an extra fee with their 3rd brake lights, which the vehicle didnt have due to modifications.
Nice folks, super helpful when buying a used truck. Swapped some parts from old to new and offered a loaner while I waited. Clean, loads to choose from and decent car salesmen? Yes, please. Would definitely consider buying from these guys again.
I have a 2014 Ram that was repaired by Brandon Dodge in 2018 when the manifold hardware was replaced under mopar warranty. I’ve put a whopping 16k miles on the truck since then and the “repaired” hardware has failed again!!! I was informed that after 2 years the warranty work was no longer covered however the service manager stated that they would investigate the issue and correct it even though they have no obligation to do so. That is good business Brandon Dodge!!!!

Its a pleasure to work with Aaron! He makes this process fast, smooth, and awesome! I had initially submitted a form online looking for a Ram 1500 Big Horn. I of course submitted it to a couple of different dealerships. Aaron called me right away, gave me a quote and let me know I was preapproved and he had a truck ready for me. I also got a call from AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe letting me know that they could beat any deal. I told Aaron I would call him if this deal didnt work out. Since they were closer, I made the mistake of heading down to AutoNation to have my time wasted twice!!! I called Aaron and he delivered everything he told me over the phone initially. I was in and out so quickly I thought it was too good to be true on how smooth the process was. Please dont waste your time with any other dealership. If Aaron tells you he has what you requested waiting for you, believe it!!! He absolutely delivers and quickly!
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted but my advisor wasnt very friendly at all like he didnt want to be there. He did give me the info I needed rather quickly which was great. I think you all need to work on your estimates on the auto live. It showed the $$ for the service provided but when I called, it went up almost $200!! It was a little shocking as the estimate showed me one price but when I called to pay, it went up. But I understood the charges and I wont be bringing my vehicle back for service.

The service writer and tech provided completely conflicting stories yet the service manager wasnt willing to do a thing. Having just spent $60k on a new truck at this establishment, I expected better customer service. I was forced to purchase a new wheel & tire for $400. These guys are thieves!

Bought a vehicle from these folks. Communication after the sale was nonexistent until 14 days after the sale and that individual was uninformed of the current situation (he was just doing his job; not in the know). Calls and emails not returned. Promises made at the time of sale that couldnt have possibly been kept. Necessary items missing at the time of sale after I drove over an hour. There were some positives... but they were greatly overshadowed by the negatives.... go elsewhere.
Great experience! I called with a very generic question about financing and Chris Clifton asked more specific questions to insure he was addressing my question in the right way. I was so impressed with his phone presentation, that I drove down to dealership, even though I was only 50/50 about getting a new truck in the first place. He made the experience so pleasant, non-pressured, that I decided to buy a truck after all. I walked away with a brand new Ram 2500 because my experience went so well. Overall dealership was great!...but Chris Clifton was the reason I bought, even though I really had no intention on buying that specific day. I highly recommend this dealership! I brought my truck couple times for service to this place first people skills on the maintenance department is so poorFirst time I took it to Brandon dodge work fine for about 4 months and went bad again same electrical errorMy mistake to take it back to them I paid again pretty much same amount my truck never work fine since first day took to them next day they couldn’t fine anything wrong on it engine light came on again days laterPlus I had a little fender bender collision so my radiator was leaking they they replace itRadiator bolts were all loosen up and never got tight back up there was some kind of brackets from radiator that was left just hangingI feel so much disappointed from a Dodge Ram storeAnd there is a start just because that was the only was I could post this review
Of all the dealerships Ive bought a car from in the Denver metro area, Brandon Dodge made the process the easiest. When we told them we knew which truck we wanted, we didnt have to fill out a long form and answer random questions. They answered our questions directly and didnt drag anything out. They were also very polite.
Great Service, Small Shady DetailsWe bought a Used Toyota 4Runner a few weeks ago and had a great experience with the salesman and Jordan, the finance officer. Jordan even helped us with the loan and took it upon herself to find a lower interest rate! Only issue I have with this dealership is that they install a Safety Stop, basically a light on the back that blinks three times when you touch the brakes. They put this on ALL of their cars. While some may prefer this, I do not. Regardless, they install this light to seem safe or better and then turn around and overcharge the customer an extra $250 for it!! How cheap! They dont include it in the car price, they ADD it in almost like an extra dealer fee. Lets just say, if I was buying one of their new Dodge vehicles and not a used Toyota off their lot, they literally wouldve lost my business because not only is that dishonest, it is shady. Regardless of how safe they want to be or try to sell it to you like they added it for your safety, it would show they genuinely cared if they didnt turn around and overcharge the customer for it. $250 for a blinking light??Anyway, besides that we loved the people we worked with and the service we received. Jordan was patient while we got a new title for our trade in and she walked us through the whole process. I did not feel pressured at all. She was always transparent, even when it came to warranties she recommended.Thanks Jordan!EDIT: After I wrote this I started reading some older reviews that are on here and others have complained about this light, why keep getting poor reviews? Just remove the light and quit overcharging people!!

Brandon Dodge otherwise known as the Dealin Doug Crime Family!!!!I purchased a new 2020 truck 2 weeks ago from them and it only had 1 key. First the story was another salesman must have taken it home and they would drop it in the mail. Then it was that we can’t find the key, must have been damaged. Also during the Finance process they tried to slip in a $299 charge for a 3rd brake light by saying they put it on all their vehicles!! Well maybe they should ask if you want it before trying to charge you for it!! Ordered a new key fob and Christian the Service Manager said it would take an hour and a half to program. More lies!!! Made an appt to have the key programed to the truck Friday 12/11. They programmed the key fob to the truck in half an hour. As I was getting ready to leave the dealership I remembered a previous review on here about another person bringing their truck in for service and the dealership stealing the spare tire, and thought let me check. Well guess what!! Spare tire is gone!!! I knew I should have taken a picture of it before we went. I drove the truck 13 miles on wet and sloppy roads and there was no road splash in the area of where the tire was, clean as a whistle. Of course they denied any wrongdoing. We watched some video footage of our truck in the service area and when we asked about the 18 min of our truck sitting in an area not covered by cameras the excuse was we dont have any dishonest employees. Aric (I know he hates his mom for the spelling of his name) finally said that they would split the cost of a new tire and rim. And since I did not have photo or video evidence, I spent $138 to purchase my own spare back from them. Coincidence that this happened to me and someone else in the past month? I think not!!And now for the we dont really care canned response from the dealer below.

Went to test drive a 2012 wrx sti. The check engine light promptly came on 3 minutes into my test drive. As I took it back to see what is going on with it. They say its just a neutral switch after about a half hour of waiting. I decided not to resume purchasing the vehicle as my mom said it sounds shady. two days later I get hit with 5 more inquiries on my credit that I did not authorize at all! Not like those just fall off and it looks very bad on my credit that I am currently trying to build.Bad business Bad vehicles Shady salesmen**BEWARE**

I have purchased multiple vehicles for myself and my business from Brandon Dodge. The issue is the service department. Recently, a couple vehicles I have brought in for service resulted in issues not get fixed. It is so frustrating to take the time to bring in the vehicle, be without a vehicle for a while, pick up the vehicle, and then have the same exact issues and then have to bring it back. I wish they would pay attention to the details. On top of that, when I returned to review the missed repairs, there was no apology.

Took my 2020 Ram 1500 eco diesel in for an oil change. It took nearly 4 hours, staff wasnt friendly, car wasnt washed, no courtesy car offered. Total cost was $230 USD. Will not be going back, recommend that you look elsewhere.

Every time I call they waste my time by transferring me to the wrong departments and I have to re-explain why I am calling. Not to mention when I finally get transferred to the right department the phone hangs up. Love the truck, but this makes appointments and asking questions extremely frustrating.

My nephew had a deal set up for a car--final price was $10k, on the way back from the bank (with cash!) with the write-up THEY wrote up and sent them with (promisary contract), Brandon Dodge calls and raises the price by $1,984. Shady, shady, shady. Then they just hang up with my nephew says he cant do that. What a way to treat a 2020 high school graduate! Take your business elsewhere! Youll be treated with respect at any of the number of dealerships down Broadway, other than this place.

My boyfriend went shopping for a truck there and was very clear what the max price he was able to afford. They continuously pushed him to buy something that was twice the price he told them. They never offered to see the Carfax. For all these reasons I will never take my business there.
BEWARE!! Do not....I repeat do not use this dealer! They excessively pulled my and my spouses credit over and over and over with no authority. When I call the salesman he doesnt answer and every time I call the dealership passed around from voice mail box to voicemail box. Finally got someone to look into the issue after 77 days of calling and the resolution was him sending me an an email that explains credit reports. No accountability! Shady sales guys with shady finance people. It will take me months to fix their actions on my credit. They dont care just out to make a sale. Chris Clifton, Ted, and Terrance in finance. Absolute horrible service department that doesnt back up their work, I had a Jeep jk clock spring replaced under the recall, they left my Jeep dash apart they left the install components on the floor, it appears it was a rush job .. the clock spring repair failed I called the service department 2 weeks after they said they would not fix it until the light continued to stay on even though it chimes now the clock spring is interfering with some other calibration that works off it and I have called several times and still they refuse to even look at it now after the warranty of the repair has passed the now use that as the current excuses for there neglegence of their repair job .. they want the customer now to pay for a full diagnosis several hundred dollars, they belittle the customer they patronize the customer with insulting dialogue communication ..Allen Taylor supposedly a service manager pretending to be something of a unprofessional agent of responsibility completely dances around the customer with useless dialogue with manipulation .. the clock spring replacement usually fails in a rushed application because it requires detail attention to spring installation finding the installation tools on the floor and dash components not put back in place is a sure sign it was rushed and Brandon dodge doesnt want to accept responsibility they expect the customer to pay the cost . In this day and age of scandalous repair shops and dealerships this is but another scandalous repair by a dealership that lacks integrity anf accountability .. buyer beware Brandon Dodge ..Response to the owner : this vehicle has never had an accident since I have owned it as well Brandon dodge is the only service department that has ever worked on it and that is only once for this recall work, Beyond oil change or basic minimal maintenance or my personal professional repairs and upgrades the vehicle is meticulously taken care of to the point of perfections I always do my own work it prevents issues with shady dealerships and garages as Im going through with this dealership, I dont appreciate your subjective slandering and accusations that the vehicle was in any accident or repairs by another provider with out my consent of any such information nor any proof did you provide for such hersey its very unprofessional that you would go this route on your response in my opinion and it shows you dont care about the customers personal information for which you just randomly posted in public . Very very unprofessional in my opinion, I have spoken to your service department several times over the years including the first month after the repair I was told to wait until the light comes on and stays on .. another excuse, you collect the money for the repair from FCA then you bail on the incomplete work ..

Don’t buy a car here, Terrance the finance director is not an honest person. He put my brother into a car and didn’t have the finance worked out. Now he is called for the car back because they did such a bad job and wouldn’t work it out. If you were thinking of buying a car here I would head anywhere but here. The sales people are real excited to sell you a car but they don’t have the time to do it the right way. Buyer beware.

Horrible service I initially worked with Michael Kern who was very helpful in the beginning and said he could give me exactly what I was looking for . I was interested in one specific vehicle and provided him the information from the very beginning after he ran my credit and told me he was able to get me what I wanted and would call me to go over the number he never called and after several calls and messages never returned I later found out that he was out for the day so he started a deal with me and never followed through then I spoke to his manager Tim who was very nice but kept giving me the run around and trying to gear me toward a vehicle that I did not want . After I inquired why he could not complete the deal I initially started he advised that the vehicle I was interested in was sold because MICHAEL dropped the ball and didn’t finish the deal and then sold the vehicle to someone else . This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever had and I have dealt with many dealers and have bought many vehicles in the past and have never had such horrible service ! DO NOT SALE A VEHICLE THAT YOU PROMISED TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER RUNNING THERE CREDIT AND TELLING THEM THE DEAL WENT THROUGH

Second time returning to Brandon Dodge and the service here is beyond amazing. Great people and great cars. Rider was awesome to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped my get what I wanted when I wanted. No better dodge dealership in the state of Colorado, I highly praise them and recommend them to everyone out there!
