Thanks Alejandro and Steven for looking at my 997! Great spot with incredible attention to detail and knowledge. A must if you are a Porsche owner in Denver.
They do very good work and back it up.
Ive been bringing my Audis to Mark for service since the early 2000s, and have had nothing but great service at reasonable prices. Before that, I had taken my car to the dealership, and felt ripped off every step of the way with them. Mark offered much lower labor rates and much more optimistic and sensible solutions. Mark kept my 1997 A4 in top running condition through 267k miles - in a way that was affordable, and the car was always reliable. I now have a 2013 A4, and Mark & his staff at Autoworks keep it updated with regular service appointments that are always far less costly than any services Ive ever had done by a dealership. Once, when my 1997 A4 had an issue, I took it to a repair shop closer to my home out of expediency. Big mistake. I ended up back with Mark and never looked back. With Autoworks, I know Ill never be subjected to the high pressure up-sell spiel that the dealerships just love to do. Great service, reasonable prices, always reliable and friendly.
They fixed the problem so that made me happy. My engine light has been on so I was surprised they didnt offer to check that out. Other than that, will likely return.
I was recommended to go here by a friend, and will definitely come back in the future! They were very personable over the phone and in-office, they were fast, and reasonably priced. I am very impressed!
I was ready for my first Porsche...a high miles 2014 Cayenne GTS. Took here for a PPI and got all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I bought the car and they have earned a new client. And with a high miles Porsche I am sure we will get to know each other very well ;)
Great service
I have taken my 2004 Audi A4 to Autoworks several times and have always been impressed by the friendly, courteous, and professional service I receive each time I come in. Last week my car needed a Crank Position Sensor which was repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price and now my car runs great!! Courtney Harris the Front Office Manager was extremely helpful. She kept me informed on the status of my repair and went above and beyond to give me a quote on additional repairs that I was most likely not even going to have done. I will continue to have my Audi serviced at Autoworks and would recommend them to anyone needing repair on their German Import.
Dropped the car off on a Friday at noon not expecting it until Monday but at 4p received a call that it was ready! Talk about under promise over deliver! Great job guys!
Autoworks Colorado always helps us with our BMW. They are available and flexible with their schedule and the pricing is good. The work is quality.
The shop is excellent for diagnostics and repairs. Very straightforward and friendly and affordable.
Ive been going there since they opened, almost 30 years ago. Great shop for BMW Audi Porsche Mercedes-Benz VW.
Ive been taking my Audi here for years. Its always a great thing to be able to trust your mechanic. Great work, fair prices, and they wont push anything you dont need.
Quick, reliable, professional, trustworthy - have been going to Autoworks for many years now. Will not go anywhere else.
Very fast professional. Little pricey . Other than that very happy. But what you expect from owning BMW, right!
Mark is great. Brought my Audi to them for an oil change, done in a few hours. very accommodating to my schedule. I will definitely be back for any repairs I need
Just picked my car up. Mark has my business from now on! He and his team are incredibly knowledgable and professional. I feel very confident about the work hes done for me today. Quick, professional business. Thanks so much!
Total bait and switch. Estimate was $700. And they overcharged on labor by 2 times. Ended up costing twice as much and definitely did not take the hours they charged. Invoiced amount did not match. This WAS a good shop, now Mark milks every customer for all he can. SAD.
Mark and team are the most knowledgeable European car experts in the Rockies. Ive had my M3, S4, TT, Porsche all serviced by Autoworks CO. I once brought my M3 and it was carbon deposit on the pressure sensor. The dealer quoted me another car whilst Mark just cleaned the sensor and charged me for the exact labor. He won a lifelong customer there. From performance upgrades to periodic maintenance and any critical work, Id recommend Autoworks CO.
Half the price of the dealership with no wait. Definitely bringing my car here from now on.
Mark and company have been trusted mechanics to my A6 for years now. Just finished the complete (and always necessary with Audi) replacement of timing belt, water pump, etc. at a cost MUCH below dealer shop...so not sure where Eric N is getting his $1000 info. The parts alone would easily surpass this number. Anyhow, love these guys and would not trust anyone else to work on my car.
Autoworks has worked on our Audi A4 a few times and do a great job.Mark, Kevin and the crew are great to work with. They just replaced the timing belt and the A4 runs smooth as bees knees. Thanks
Went here to have the timing belt changed on my A3, as it cost several hundred less than the dealerships. The whole experience was very easy, I dropped the car off before a weekend trip, and received a ride to and from my house on the far north end of the metro area so I didnt need to find alternate transportation while the car was in the shop.
I came in for an oil change and new brake pads and rotors for my Mercedes. I was told the wait would be 60 to 90 min. About 60 minutes in, I realized that there would be problems. They couldnt figure out the type of rotors I needed and went back and forth trying a variety of rotors, calling suppliers, and Mercedes. After nearly three hours of waiting, they put my old rotors back on with new brake pads. What a waste of time and money. The owner offered me a free oil change next time-- not realizing I was already paying for an oil change in addition to the time and labor for brake pads and discs. The worst part was when I drove off, the car was making a terrible squeaking sound-- not the brakes, but the car itself every time I accelerated. Went back immediately to find the owner having a beer with his buddies (during work hours). They fixed, the squeaking sound, but no explanation.I called back a week later and said I was very unhappy with my experience and the fact that I would need to go to a different place for rotors (and most likely new pads at this point, too). Got no where with the manager and asked that the owner please call me. More than a week later- still no call. This place has no accountability or pride in ownership. They are messy, irresponsible, and incompetent from my experience.*Update: Still no word from this company and no attempt to contact me. My car is still making an awful squeaking sound (its not the brakes because it happens when Im accelerating).
Wonderful knowledge and service. Highly recommend them. Have received services from Autoworks for over 6 years.
Good
They fixed what I have been troubleshooting for the last month! Outstanding experience and the owner Mark is straight forward and honest! I will be using them for anything I cant do myself!
Don’t take your car here!! I’ve had nothing but problems with them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on my 08 Mercedes here and had to take it back in multiple times. Cars still not fixed and won’t start. Car was fine when I brought it in. I Just needed a new ac compressor. Now I have electrical issues!! A new belt drive kit they convinced me I should replace yet it sounds worse now then it did before!
After purchasing an older BMW, I found this shop to help with repairs and maintenance and have been very happy with their professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I do plan to take additional action. You can contact me directly if you have been a victim of the mechanics shop. Im open to a class action lawsuit against this shop.My father took his 95 BMW in to replace spark plugs, oil change and a valve cover replacement. He paid hundreds of dollars. When he got home the spark plugs were not changed, so he completed it himself. I borrowed his car later that month and noticed oil was leaking. I took it to SAMs Automotive in Lafayette and they said the value was destroyed by someone trying to replace it. I paid SAMS Auto to redo the valve work of Autoworks CO. When I asked Autoworks to refund my father for the work not done, they told me I should have brought it back in instead of taking it elsewhere. Autoworks CO owes my father a full refund for charging him and not doing ANY of the work.
Auto Works did a great job on my Porsche Cayenne Turbo that developed the dreaded water pipe fracture beneath the intake manifold. Auto Works fixed this really quickly and did a great job. Recommended.!!
In preparation for a first-time track day with my car, I requested a safety check. Mark waived the fee with a brake fluid change and bearing repack. They plugged a leak in my tire for free also. Beautiful Shop!
We here at Father and Son Towing to take them customer cars from all over their customers are always pleased and we are pleased to be of service to them and their customers they are very professional and honest sincerely Ryan urstadt senior
The best (and most honest) German Auto repair shop in the metro area - Great customer service, accommodating staff and very reasonable prices. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years -
Very happy with there customer they love their work.and they are honest
I bought a used VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, for which I had a 4 day try-out period. I bought this car on extremely short notice because I had been in an accident and needed another car. As such, I wasnt really able to do the appropriate due diligence. The day after buying it, I was wondering if I had made too hasty of a decision (Im pretty particular and thorough with big money decisions, and I felt a bit rushed with this car purchase). I decided I needed a mechanic to inspect the car immediately, since I still had the ability to return it. I explained my situation to Mark, and even though his shop was busy, he made sure to get me in that day. And he had the inspection done before noon! I felt the amount he charged for the inspection was completely reasonable for the peace of mind. Luckily, he gave the car clean bill of health.Mark and Autoworks Colorado has my business going forward. Their shop is also very clean, which I appreciate. Highly recommended.
Fantastic customer service, extremely friendly and unparalleled knowledge!
Great service, great people
Worst customer service trying to schedule an appointment for service, if you cant handle the basics then thats a bad sign.
I have taken multiple BMWs to them over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations and not my budget. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Very knowledgeable on Audi.
