These guys were the best! They were able to get our car in right away and diagnose what it needed. Kevin, the shop manager, is the most competent service manager weve ever dealt with. He went above and beyond finding the right parts needed, and at a cost that beat our previous estimates. We were very satisfied with the whole process and the work that they did. The car is working great!

Even though the issue has not been fixed I feel like maximum certified service center did everything they could before handing it off to John Elway Chevrolet

My experience with DAN and his crew at Maximum Certified Service Center was as always wonderful from the friendly greeting as i entered to the way DAN and his crew were so helpful with information about my car and what it takes to have it running at top preformance. The mechanics know what they are talking about and even walk you through the work they preformed. Great staff. Went to meinike got told 800+ for a job that was only half of the price here and Brandon was very efficient with helping out get our cars needs met. Plus was able to get approved for credit to help pay for the repairs. Highly recommend this shop dont waste your time with other shops.

Although I didnt buy my vehicle through Maximum Auto Center, I have had a ton of work done on my 2008 Denali XL through the Maximum Service Center . Have had shocks and struts replaced there and also many other smaller mechanical things. Have felt like I got great care for a respectable price. Kevin the Service manager was very easy to work with and helpful.

I travel a few miles to come to this place. The service is great and the staff is friendly. They always have my car in and out when I need anything. They also have a nice and quiet area to wait for your vehicle to be ready. If you want to take care of your car take it to these guys.

I love getting my car worked on here kevin is so easy going he gets my car in and sometime i get i back the same day . I have a lot a work done on my car thank God for him cause that is the only i have to get around .

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I receive from Maximum Certified Service Center! It’s worth the hour drive just to get my vehicle serviced there. They have replaced my brakes and tires, and continue to do routine maintenance checks on my SUV. The manager Kevin P. and his staff are always honest, friendly, thorough and efficient whenever I bring my car in.

I went in to get an alignment and tire rotation done. I also asked them to fill up my tires to 40psi. I was told that everything was done. This was all done for free due to having some issues when buying a car from them (maximum auto search). When I drove off I noticed the car was still pulling to the left and the built in TPMS sensors were all still showing the exact same psi as I had shown up with. They did absolutely nothing with the car from what I can tell. I will never recommend this place and even at the price of free this was a huge waste of time on my end. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable company/shop.

I brought my car into this shop in April 2018 to have my ball joints repaired. It cost me $1000 for all 4. Four months later in Aug 2018 I brought my vehicle to another shop when I heard noise in my steering column. They said it was the same ball joints. I brought it back to maximum certified but it wasnt warrantied since their warranty covers 1 year or 12,000 miles. I put in 20,000 cause I drive Uber so I had to pay to have them fix all 4 ball joints again. They also did my front brakes, power steering flush, and a new serpentine belt. I was out of a car for 7 days. 3 days after getting my car back my power steering went out and my engine started over heating. It could have been as simple as the serpentine belt falling off but they said a metal bracket had broken and needed to be replaced. They kept my car for 5 days and charged me another $500. I got it back on 9/9. On 10/3 I got an oil change at Midas and they said I had a leak in my power Steering fluid tank. My power steering fluid drained out completely and I repaired it myself with duct tape. The front brakes they worked on are now squealing and making noise even though my rear brakes are fine and they were last done in feb. 2018 by a different shop. Stay smart stay away from Maximum Certified Criminals.

I have taken my car here a 3-4 times and each time it gets worse. Had an all-day appt scheduled for today and took my car and the guy at the desk said I dont see anything scheduled for you. I can TRY and you get you in. I modified my schedule for the day and I drove 20 mins to hear that! The last two times they have shown they could care less about the customer. Took them 4 hours last time I was in to charge my AC. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Jeff at the service desk was very helpful with my Silverado. They replaced a liter under warranty and took great care of me. They also lined me up with some new tires.

They damaged my car attempting repairs eventually taking it to the dealer to have a competent mechanic complete the work. I was without my car for five days longer then they had quoted. I actually watched the mechanics use the lift to rip an office door from its hinges. The worst experience Ive had it any business. Do not let these people work on your car.

The transmission in my Subaru went out. Luckily, or so I thought, I bought a warranty. The warranty company did everything in their power to not pay for the work. Dan in the service center literally fought my warranty company and won! If you are looking for a guy in the automotive service realm, Dan is it. Talk about salt of the earth. Thank you so much Dan.

Great service - these guys diagnosed an issue with my Toyota that Toyota wanted to charge me $4000.00 for - it ended up being $157! Come here for a second (or if youre smart, FIRST) opinion before spending your money!

Had no appointment but needed an oil change. Drove on Hampden with no success. Drove on Broadway through Englewood, no success. Drove south and lucked into this place. $41 full synthetic oil change. They care about their cars and thorough checks on cars they sell as well.

Phenomenal service center. I took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a full rundown and check up and I have to say I am very happy with my experience, I was definitely taken care of. They went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle, within a short amount of time from my vehicle arriving I was quickly called and givin a full in-depth explaintion on what was going on. Very fast and reliable people, I would not hesitate to rely on Maximum Service Center for any auto repairs and mantienance in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality service and wonderful people who will give you an honest answer on your vehicle!

Every time I take my truck in. It comes back in worse condition then I left it in. Oily hand marks all over the inside and outside of my truck. Which leads to believe that this place doesnt give a crap about my vehicle that I paid a lot of money for. The only reason I take it here is because my warranty company says this is the only place I can take it. They lost my key fab last time. This time there were greasy oily hand prints all over my truck inside and outside. Do not take your vehicle here unless you dont care how its treated.
