Branch Automotive is the Best place in town they fixed my suspension and all the components properly. This is the only shop I will bring my Duramax to. If its diesel it needs to go to Branch.

We were in a tight spot when our transmission failed and we were supposed to take that vehicle on a family vacation. They rushed the part and although other things went wrong on installation, they pushed through and got it to us ahead of schedule. Vehicle runs great! Would highly recommend.

The dealership gave an absurd quote and wanted to fix more than was needed (as I learned from Branch techs after diagnosis). Very reasonably priced. Just got an alignment as well as emissions test for my out of state purchased Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel and standard emissions places don’t do emissions on diesels. Did the alignment after I put new tires on. Very easy to schedule and the pricing was very fair 👍🏼

The crew at Branch found a substantial problem and instead of charging me $15,000 for the repair they arranged with the dealerships warranty program and had everything set up to transfer my truck to the dealer the same day. HONEST and RELIABLE!! Highly recommend this company.

In the process of moving in from out of state, I noticed that the clutch on my Ram started to make some concerning noises (so I thought at the time), and the guys at Branch listened to my concerns and respected what I had to say. I was convinced my clutch was on its way out, but after a few investigative test drives they confidently let me know that the noises weren’t indicative of any impending trouble, just normal wear and tear. They could have taken the opportunity to do all sorts of work that didn’t need to be done, but they did the honest thing and won my business going forward. I’d highly recommend this shop - honesty and courtesy go a long way in this world!!

Wow were do I start let me just say that these guys have real great master tech mechanics and there experience is amazing these guys are very knowledgeable. Unlike most shops they did not try to overcharge for diags here were most shops would try to get you for atleast 4 hours of diag I paid 159 for diag and it went a long way. Im very satisfied with Daniel the front counter guy these guys run a great shop and thats coming from a previous mechanic myself

Honesty and Integrity is what matters to me most. Auto repair businesses are notorious for lacking both. I went out of my way to go to Branch Automotive. I went on the advice of a friend. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Tom Powers. Tom took down my information and ask if I needed a loaner car. I ask the price, and was told there was no charge. Several hours later I received a call from Tom. He said my car was ready for pickup. The price was very reasonable, and below my expectations. Tom was exceedingly nice and helpful. Walking me through the repairs. He even showed me photos explaining all that was done. Cars, much like people; need to be maintained and in good health.Texaco became famous for their jingle, you can trust your car, to the men that wear the star.Tom Powers and the entire staff at Brach Automotive are first rate, and have earned my 5 star rating. Branch Automotive is where I trust my car.

Needed my biennial diesel emissions check. Being able to schedule it sure beats waiting in line at the Aircare Colorado place.

Misdiagnosed a rear main seal and turbo malfunction, quote well over 8k to repair leak . It turned out to be a turbo pedestal O-ring. Wont return.*Ford Excursion with 265,000 miles on the engine.Edit: I was told the leak was coming from the rear main seal, not that it needed repair, BUT that was not where the leak was coming from. If I had followed the diagnosis then the repair would have been pointless. Also I was told nothing about rebuilding the pedestal, I was told I would need to replace the whole turbo to fix the leak.To be fair customer service was excellent, so Ill revise my rating.

I took my 2014 Ram 3500 to Branch Automotive several months ago for service and replacement of injectors. I have been driving the truck in a variety of conditions and it has run flawlessly. The truck hauls well and runs well in mountains and highways. My fuel mileage has improved along with good performance. Thanks Tom!

Cant thank these guys enough, recently moved to the area and usually have my brother do all my mechanical work but now that he is too far i knew i would have to find a new reliable mechanic and branch automotive has them. Tom was very considerate of my transportation situation and i assured him i was not in a rush i have another vehicle and he still got my truck back to me in a timely manner. I Noticed an increase in performance on my truck right when i got it back and they did not even do anything major. Just minor important things that can make a difference. I completed an online request for an appointment, and since it was after hours on a weekend they called back with a detailed message and appointment time first thing Monday morning.I arrived early for an emissions test, and they were able to work me in. They informed me of their services and kindly asked me to consider them for my future diesel needs--which I certainly will!

Excellent service. They kept me informed of what repairs were needed with my 2006 Ram 2500 Cummins and explained all options for what should be priority. They also sent a link to the full report of their diagnostic test that was able to read from my phone before we decided on making any repairs. They are definitely not the cheapest shop in town, but you absolutely get what you pay for with these guys.

I came to Branch Automotive based on a referral from a friend. I was looking for a place that was honest, had integrity, and wasnt trying to up sale me on every little item that didnt need fixed. To many times Ive taken my truck back to the dealer and seem to have more problems after I pick it up. Branch gave me an honest assessment of my truck and I didnt need to fix anything. They made a few recommendations on periodic maintenance that I will perform in the near future. They have earned my business from this point forward.

Branch auto did a pre purchase inspection on a truck I ended up purchasing. They did a great job. Very thorough. I had them do some repairs on items found. Since I have had my 6.0 diesel truck this is the only shop that I have taken my truck too. They do great work and they have a fast turn around time. As many 6.0 diesel owners know its hard to find an experienced shop to work on the 6.0s. They have been able to diagnose and fix every issue that has come up. They dont take short cuts on repairs and all of there mechanics are certified and very experienced.

Well I bought a truck from the owner of this company (Parker). After waiting for a couple months for the motor and transmission to be rebuilt. after he got done building it he called and said i could come and buy it . So we went to the bank and gave him $20,000.00 for the truck.Parker told us we should not have any problems with it since he rebuilt the motor and transmission. Parker said the truck should last a long time. well with in 2 weeks the transmission went out had to be towed to his shop. To be fixed. This happen twice with in a month. so more things starting going wrong with the truck. The antifreeze was coming out of the reservoir and over heating. I called Parker many times to see what is wrong with the truck he said it is not his responsibility to fix it. He told me to look for a shop to look at it. So I found a great shop down here in Colorado Springs (Dirty Road Diesel) They told me it was the head gasket. So i called Branch Auto again he said not going to fix it. So i hired the shop down here and they called me the next day saying that the head that was put on by Parker was not to Specs so I had to buy a another head. So I have tried and tried to work out something with Parker since he built this motor. He will no do anything but say that i bought it as -is. So this man Parker is not a very good person he is not good for his word or what he builds. So beware of this Company and the owner he is not good for his word. The only reason why we bought the truck from Parker is because he said he rebuilt it and it should not have any problems for a longtime. Well since we have bought it from Parker we have spent over $7500.00 on a truck that he built. So if i were you i would not do business with this company. Parker is not a stand up man nor is his word any good.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough.I’ve had bad experiences with other shops in the area so I was hesitant to take in my 07 WK for a CEL diagnosis but Danial, my service advisor, immediately put my concerns to rest and made it clear that there wouldn’t be any extra charges or work performed without clearing it with me first.The whole team here is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Went in for a simple emission test for my 2012 F350. Offered lots of good advise. I talked to the service help and we exchanges thoughts on diesel trucks. Was also sensitive about my truck under warranty (dealer work) versus what I could have them work on. Will keep them in mind for future work.
