I have been a loyal Keller Brothers customer for 20+ years and every experience with them has been great. I trust them to be honest and have never felt that I am being pushed or manipulated into repairs that are not necessary. When Keller tells me I need a specific part or service, I believe that to be true. I drive my cars for many years and Keller is an important part of my plan to get as much life out of my car as I can.

Im somewhat new to the area and have been searching for an honest, professional, and reliable mechanic for my familys vehicles. Ive been to Keller Bros. about 3 times for various issues over the past year and theyve been great. Actually saved me over $1000 on my first trip vs. what another local shop quoted me. Unlike others they always let me know if something is urgent, should be looked at again in a few months, or doesnt need attention. They are willing to be creative with solutions to keep costs reasonable and stand behind the work they do. Today Chase helped me. They again saved me money by letting me know the part I thought was broken didnt need attention. They went above and beyond by replacing an interior panel clip I lost with one from the company van since they didnt have it in stock. I also have an upper glove box with a broken spring, unfortunately the fix requires buying an entire glove box assembly for $700. He gave me the part number, said if I found one on eBay they could install it. Theyve even given me advice on things Im interested in trying to do myself. Like I said they are creative with finding solutions. If you want a place you can trust where youll always be treated with respect, never talked down to, and have someone take the time to carefully explain each situation and your options are THIS IS YOUR PLACE! These guys are amazing! I had a dead battery and could not get it jumped. Since I’m right across the street, two of the guys pushed it over so I wouldn’t have to get it towed. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will use them for any of my car issues. Highly recommend!

On my first visit to Keller Brothers they fixed a parasitic battery drain that two other shops couldnt correct. Most recently went for alignment and spark plugs on my 2005 F-150, which is known for breaking spark plugs on extraction. But Keller Bros. extracted all 8 without breaking any, so I am very happy with the results. Thanks again to everyone for your great work and honesty. I highly recommend Keller Brothers Auto Repair because there are other good shops out there, but the service, the smiles, the positive attitudes when you need something a little extra is noticeable here. I cant remember when I last had such a purely pleasing experience with an auto mechanic. Unfortunately so many places these days are dishonest or just dont care, but these guys deserve every gold star and more. In just one visit, they have made another lifetime customer.I went in for brake maintenance and the mechanic did a fair and thorough inspection. Not only that, but one of the BEST things they do is genuinely help educate you about everything they look for, what they do to repair an issue, and how to prevent future problems! This is invaluable for those who arent car experts. And the entire experience was just wholesome and free of worry - what a relief it is to not worry about getting scammed or taken advantage of.They will make recommendations, but arent pushy about it, and theyll be straight with you if something is not needed right away, or if it is going to make your car explode if you drive it another mile. Prices are also very reasonable and the friendliness of everyone there is top-tier. Classy, honest, great people.

Keller Bros is a fraud, forces mechanics to find unnecessary repairs. If they dont they get fired! This is how Keller Bros makes profits!They have a tool called Shop4D, which tracks mechanic time to repair. This tool forces mechanics to write more repairs and get them done in less time.Essentially, you will pay for 5 repairs and only get 2 repairs done.They will also damage your car, to bring you back to the shop for even more repairs! They partially cut my gas line on my car and Im a former employee. They were not satisfied doing repairs on my employee discount. Wanted to bring me back for even more repairs.This auto shop should be avoided at all costs!

As always Keller Bros did a great job on our Subaru! They are fast, friendly and honest! I’ve trusted them for years with my vehicles and will continue to do so! We’ve been happy with them and their service since at least 2012. They’ve never done me wrong!

I brought a “new to me” car to this shop to get an estimate on a suspension concern and they had me in and out an hour or so. While I did not end up having them do the repair for reasons out of their control, I found the experience to be extremely fair and will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future.

Good. They did not finish all of the requested services. I had ordered a replacement of the driver side rear tail light unit but this was not done. I cannot get my vehicle inspected without a working tail light

As always, they are still the best in Littleton. I have been to numerous auto repair shops over the years and I can confidently say that I have found my last one at Keller Bros. They are always welcoming when I walk-in and leave me feeling confident that my family’s cars are in the best condition possible when I leave. Every repair has always been honestly explained to me from the outset and done faster than I expected.They have even helped me save money! I recently brought in our Honda before trading it in so we could get the most value for it. The dealership only offered $5,250 because of a check engine light and estimated the repair at $2,200. I got this same repair done at Keller Bros for $450. When I brought it back to the dealership for appraisal, I was offered $7,500. These guys saved me roughly $2,000!Thank you, guys, for keeping us safely on the road and money in our pockets!

I’ve tried several mechanics in the greater Denver area and none have performed quite at the level of Keller Bros, though there were several good shops.I am moving in a week and I’m sorta sad I’ll have to find a new mechanic.

Keller Bros are a great company. They were able to fix work done previously to my car and hardly charged me which was wonderful. They are polite and fast and even had an office dog to boot. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car to them for any services you may need.

UPDATE: Chris called after seeing my original review (see below) same day apologizing about what had happened. His empathy was very much appreciated and noticed. Turns out criminals were trespassing in the back using a tool to get in through the window and unlocking the car door from the outside.I didnt ask for anything on the first call when we had initially spoke. About 25 minutes later Chris calls back, stating he spoke with the owners and they felt it was right to replace the amplifier that had been ransacked from my vehicle.30 minutes later Chris was at my front door hand delivering me a check worth the amount of the amplifier! I couldnt believe it! Ive never had service like this from any other business, small or large.I couldnt be more appreciative of Chris and Keller Bros for going above and beyond to keep a new customer happy. I will absolutely be taking my cars back here. Hopefully Littleton PD can help patrol the area more frequently to help keep both their business and customers safe. But at the end of the day it seems like an extreme one-off where my car was at the wrong place at the wrong time.Thanks again Keller Bros!I took a none running car to get looked at and diagnosed. I initially spoke with Chris on the phone who was very friendly and upbeat from the get go. The car sat for a day before they looked at it. They looked it over, gave me an update and asked how I wanted to proceed. Given the cost of repair and condition of the car, I decided to have it towed back to my house. This next piece is a bit on me, but I wasn’t able to retrieve the vehicle until after the weekend. I had let them know this and they were completely fine with it.Fast forward to Monday 6/14 to pickup the car. They store most of their customers vehicles in a parking lot behind the shop close to a random hidden car wash. When I arrived the vehicles front door was unlocked and stuff was everywhere. Everything in the glove box and center console was thrown around. I didn’t think much of it thinking maybe the shop tech needed to find my lug key for my wheels and was just messy while trying to locate it.Well I looked over the vehicle and it’s missing an amplifier that was under the seat. Based on the already good reviews of Keller Bros, I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not one of their employees and most likely a criminal checking for unlocked doors behind their shop.The only reason for the 3 star review is because this happened. And because of my experience and what seems to be a lack of security, I will not be taking my other vehicles here. I really wanted to like them but I do not trust their quiet hidden parking lot in the back.

Only needed diagnostics. They called on Tuesday saying that they hadnt heard back after leaving a message the friday before, which they hadnt, therefore they had my car through a long weekend. Its seems like they dont know what each other is doing, or not doing. Major communication troubles . They completely misunderstood my request to diagnose esc troubles, and quoted emergency brake tightening. Their quote for work was exorbitant.

I no longer live in the Denver area, but when I need work done on my car, I make the trip to Keller Bros. I trust them! And that is huge! They are professional, courteous, helpful & stand behind their work. Its worth the 6 hour round trip!

Dropped off our family car today for a routine oil change, and I was surprised that upon entering the lobby multiple employees were behind the counter and not wearing any kind of mask. Then upon picking up my vehicle later this evening I return and again their are multiple employees not wearing masks but what really irked me is that a service technician then brought my car around to the front and was driving my vehicle without any kind of mask in MY CAR. I dont think is it unreasonable to expect employees to use proper face covering precautions in the middle of a pandemic and I am absolutely blown away by their disregard for customers courtesy and safety. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere from now on, somewhere that has a little more regard for their customers and community. I recommend you do too.

I received an estimate from another shop that seemed way out of line. I brought my vehicle here at the recommendation of my Mother in Law who has been using them for years. First off the other shop misdiagnosed the engine problem and instead of looking for the steering issue root cause just wanted to replace everything.The guys gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and laid out a game plan. They fixed all of the issues that were present and more than 5k under the other estimate. Not to mention actually fixing the issues!!!!Chris was great to deal with and took my experience personally. I would recommend and will be bringing other vehicles here for repair in the future.

Had my vehicle towed to Keller Brothers by AAA. Their office staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their excellent mechanics diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly and serviced it with good quality parts. One of the great added bonuses to their shop gives the best warranty in town on parts, three years on most parts. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are the absolute best mechanic shop out there. They took care of a starting problem I had with my car and explained exactly what was wrong. They’re honest and genuinely care about their customers. I came to them after a bad experience with the Nissan dealership and they blew my expectations out of the water. I will never return to the dealership for any service and ALWAYS come to Keller Bros for any of my auto repair needs.

This was my first time taking my car in. I was able to drop it off and get a ride to work in the morning. Chris called and explained what needed to happen. They were very professional and helpful. I will be bringing the rest of my families cars in.

Originally I called to try to get an estimation on replacing a fly wheel for my transmission. Naturally no quote given because they want to see the vehicle which I understand. However I called back to ask how much their labor cost was per hour. It turned out to be $134.50 per hour. Which I’m OK with. Do the right job you get the right price. Unfortunately in the long run after he answered the question about the labor cost he immediately hung up on me. His name is Kirk!I do understand that it’s a Friday night and he probably wants to go home for the weekend. But If I can’t ask him at 4 PM in the afternoon. When he should still be doing his job until it’s time to go home not just hanging up on people?What Review do you/I give on somebody??

My battery died but was still under warranty. I found these guys on the Interstate website as a distributor. I called them about the swap and they got me in as soon as I arrived. Everyone we interacted with was nice and professional, facilities were clean. They had me back on the road in 40 minutes and fixed a mirror that I had been meaning to fix for months. Sometimes shops have an attitude about warranty work that wasnt initially purchased from them... not Keller Bros. I will be back for future maintenance for sure!

These guys were the best Ive ever used as far as Auto repair is concerned. They were very friendly, they really took care of me and stayed in contact throughout the whole process of dealing with insurance, they were Fair and got the job done extremely fast. I have taken multiple vehicles here for everything from basic oil changes to more complicated repairs. They are always very responsive, listen to me, and communicate well. They are up front about costs and when the repairs will be done. Ive referred other family members to bring their cars here as well. They have a great team, solid warranty, and will look for discounts and coupons to save you money.

Very friendly. Fair pricing on always try to apply a coupon to you your Bill even before show up. And they do great work. they dont push extra services on you but if they notice something wrong during their inspection theyll let you know about it and give you a quote for it.

Ive been super hesitant to trust mechanics bc Im always left feeling disrespected, talked down to as a woman and generally ripped off, especially at Elway Chevrolet dealership. A few months ago i decided to take my car to Keller Bros for oil change and a 45 point inspection had because they offered a great Val Pack coupon. Turns out I had a about$3800 worth of issues that needed attention. Tim handled me with the necessary kid gloves I needed, never making once me feel like I normally do when dealing with car issues. He worked diligently with my extended warranty company getting all but nearly$800 covered. They gave me a loaner car for the week and Tim kept in touch with me the entire time with updates, which is a consideration I NEVER got with Elway Chevy.Tim, Kirk (also in the office) and their team of knowledgeable mechanics have earned my trust, confidence and future business.

So I’ve decided to come back and have my car serviced here because it’s an old 150k mike Toyota and I can’t afford anyone screwing up my maintenance lol. The prices are unbeatable. And even though it’s at least 30 miles from my house, they are awesome and the drive is worth it! Check them out!

Its so nice to go into an auto shop that takes the time to educate me about the repairs they are doing on my car. Its refreshing and makes me feel very comfortable. They have gone in depth detail and beyond the average mechanic to explain what they find, necessary repairs and work with me when I bring my Jeep into their shop. They respect that I like to do some work myself, allowing me to personally see whats going on, and thus offer their best advice forward. The team has become like friends because of how they treat me with care and kindness at every visit. Chris, Chase, Mike and Kurt have earned my trust, and I have no doubts they will earn yours.

The Customer Service was fantastic. My batery was completely drained. I was told the batery needed several hours to charge.So, I was given a ride home. The next morning Kirk called me to tell me that the batery was charged, and that they were going to deliver my car to my house... and there was NO charge. I was flabbergasted, and very thankful.
