Super friendly, great customer service. They didnt try to sell me on something I didnt need done. They let me leave my car overnight and let me store it there until after I got off work to pick it up. Awesome shop.

Just moved to the area and found south park tire and auto based on reviews. They were spot on. Greg and John are super friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing a gasket issue we were having back in July, and when the issue persisted, they guaranteed their work and addressed the problem at no charge. Love the honesty and that they stand by their work!

They did an awesome job getting me in at the last second after a blowout on the highway. I was able to get in first thing, and had the car back 5 hours later. Additionally the pricing was less than what I thought I would pay for a high quality tire. Absolutely thrilled with my experience and would definitely use them again for any car needs.

If youre looking for a hometown vehicle shop that treats you fairly and honestly, then this is it. I have been a customer at Southpark Tire for the last 30 years because these guys are the best. They are knowledgeable and professional and have always kept my vehicles and my familys vehicles in excellent shape. When I bought my new Toyota SUV, however, I decided to take advantage of the free maintenance services provided by Toyota for the first 3 years/25k miles. Turns out, that was not such a great choice. Going to the Toyota dealerships for service was a hassle (none of them are close to my home or office), I never worked with the same people so I was treated like a number (and often ignored when I walked into the service area), and they took a long time to perform basic preventative maintenance. Needless to say, Im so happy to be back with Southpark Tire, where Im always greeted by friendly staff members when I walk through the door, and where my vehicle maintenance is completed efficiently, at a fair cost, and by mechanics who know what theyre doing. These guys *are* the best!

Everyone in our entire family has used Southpark Tire and Auto for all of our automobile related services, My daughter who lives in Nebraska will schedule services with Southpark when she comes to visit. This is a top quality shop! Honest and dependable. I recently bought a set of tires for our Highlander that our 17 year old daughter drives, so I wanted to make sure they would be good for the snow. I also take this vehicle whenever I go skiing...during the past few snowstorms weve had, the tires have been fantastic! I went with the ones that they recommended, which were not the most expensive, and I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend this shop for tires and any service you might need!

A few years ago I needed new tires, which were oversized, for my Eurovan and John took the time to search and search and finally located them. Prices are reasonable to other shops. Cant say enough about these guys. Honest, reasonable rates, fast service.We brought our 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited in to Centennial Chrysler Jeep for a checkup before selling it. The dealership tells us the rack and pinion was leaking out both ends, and the power steering fluid was completely drained. $1800 to replace the rack and pinion. That sounded suspicious to me for a 2013 vehicle with only 62,000 miles on it. They said they topped up the fluid for us, free of charge.So I brought the Jeep in to the great guys at SouthPark Tire and Auto for a second opinion. The guys at SouthPark tell me: one end of the r&p is completely clean; the other end of the r&p has some grease grime on it, but is definitely not leaking; there is a support strut under the r&p which is completely clean, so there is no way the r&p could have been leaking. Also the power steering fluid was very dirty and needed to be flushed - likely it was NOT refilled recently. Cost to me - $150 for a power steering fluid flush.Going to bring all my vehicles to them for service from now on.

They had prompt service. I am not sure about the pricing though. $33 for a tire repair when most places charge $10 or do it for free seemed a little too much.

Scam artists... Typical bait and switch and overpriced mechanic shop. I received a coupon for $49.99 synthetic oil and tire rotation. Halfway through the job, Will behind the desk tells me its going to be $20 more because of the type of synthetic oil used in my Toyota 4Runner? Your coupon says synthetic oil, does not say what weight! Then he comes out a few minutes later and tells me a need a new cabin filter that costs $70! I get on Amazon and find one for $8... I think $60 to open the glove box is a little much? My advice.. go down the street to Midas or Firestone for your oil changes and Toy Doc next door for real repairs.

Im never going to the dealership again. These guys gave my 2012 Versa the once-over, got me new tires and a new rim in a day, and solved a long-standing grinding noise that the dealership said they could never hear. There was a rebate offer for new tires going on, and they filled out the paperwork for me! Status was clearly communicated and all work was approved by me before they did it, with upfront pricing. Im looking forward to my next service appointment, because I know everything will be taken care of.

My car was making a funny noise, so we brought it in. Turns out the noise was caused by a loose wire. They also checked two other things that could have possibly been the problem and found it was ok. They were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Good company, Price seems to be slightly higher than other shops, however they fix your vehicle the right way with the right equipment, and I have never had to come back after they have fixed my vehicles. If you want it done right this is the place to go. Also they are pretty good at remembering who you are.

After sliding half way down Broadway on a snowy morning I took a minute to pull over to give myself a chance to calm down. I saw Southpark Auto in the strip mall beside me and took that as a sign to go get a quote for new tires. I was warmly greeted by John, the owner, and within a couple minutes, had a quote I was comfortable with and was scheduled to get service same day. John also took me to work since it was a last minute decision. Within a few hours I received a call and was given a thorough description on what was done, was offered a couple things that would help my car and was told my car was ready for pick up. Ive had great experiences with these guys in the past and they are great at communicating with customers. I recently took my wifes car in for an alternator and a new battery and they wanted to charge me over $800 plus a $60 charge for testing my battery and alternator. I replaced the battery myself for $100 and had the alternator replaced by someone else for $440. If you can afford the mark ups then you should have a great experience.

I hit debris on the freeway and damaged the driveshaft and punctured the gas tank. With my car rattling itself to bits and gas literally pouring out on the street I had to find a garage that could get me back on the road.THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME.Fair prices, great lobby and waiting area, and the shop techs dealt with a truly horrible mess--gas was sheeting across the floor of their shop while they worked to catch it all in buckets as my car died... An electrical issues in a car can be a time consuming and difficult issue to diagnose. John and his team (Greg and the mechanics) were determined and extremely fair $ wise finding the cause of the issue in our Jeep Grand Cherokee and fixing it. My wife was very upset when we discovered the malfunction in that she was in an accident two days prior, that totaled her primary car (Lexus). The Jeep, which was used primarily in the winter, became of critical importance for her to get to work until we get a replacement vehicle. Anyway, the South Park team were very understanding, professional and diligently fixed the car quickly. They cared and did a great job. Thanks John!
