This place came highly recommended via the Next Door app I use for recommendations in my area and its easy to see why. This place was fast, professional, straight forward, and successfully repaired the numerous issues I came in with. Unlike other shops, they didnt throw a bunch of other things in my face and try to pressure me into other fixes knowing they arent high priority. I will be back in the future no doubt.

Service advisor was very helpful and understanding about my plight. I needed a replacement rear bumper installed. Many repair shops typically refer this type of work to auto body shops. Service advisor provided a reasonable priced repair estimate and scheduled the work. Work was done timely, well executed and for the repair cost estimate.This is a a very well run auto repair facility. Staff does an exemplary job of delivering topnotch customer service. You will be well treated and experience excellent repair work.

I have been going here for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else. This is the only place I trust with my sons car. I brought it in because the check engine light came on and they went the extra mile to look over the whole car,( tires, fluid levels, light bulbs, everything)to make sure his car was safe. It’s a great piece of mind as a parent knowing his car is safe.

My boyfriend and I took our car to Phil at Urban Autocare for a second opinion on our car. Phil diagnosed our car the day he said it would and gave me a call to give me vivid detail about what was wrong and what it would cost to fix (the last shop barely gave us any info, just a high number to fix) we decided it was not worth the money to fix, and Phil was extremely helpful in figuring out what to do with the car. He gave us advice on how we could get the most money out of it and let us keep the car on the lot until we could get it towed. We were not present for the tow due to work and Phil even helped with this! Next time we have car trouble we will definitely be taking it here! Never had a better experience with a shop, and I never even met them in person!

They did a good job fixing my starter and are very professional. I am just amazed at the expense. It was around $124 to diagnose, which seems pretty costly to put a multimeter on a couple parts. I have a hard time imagining them taking an hour or more to figure this out. The starter was $60 more than a quote from an auto parts store a few blocks away that they had in stock, that ran $210. The bulk of the rest of the $140 labor was for attaching and reattaching the starter, which means changing three bolts, I believe. They were nice, professional, and thorough and got me on the road quickly, which I appreciate very much. I just expected to pay maybe $350 for putting in a new starter and was shocked that is cost over $500.

I cannot recommend Urban Autocare enough! They are always timely, professional etc but more importantly I trust them. As a single parent, i was so lucky to find them. Scott, the lead mechanic has always gone above and beyond to get the work done reasonably priced, has offered suggestions (always spot on and cost savings), and completed all work in one shot (never had sketchy additional costs or ongoing problems). Try them for a smaller personalized shop you can trust

Every time I go here I am always treated with the utmost care. These guys are fantastic, they send pictures of what they need to repair and tell you the price upfront and seek approval before beginning. I have been going here for a year and have had a good experience every time. Highly recommended

Charged me 140$ to check an engine light and do nothing, they didnt even reset the light. What a scam

I cannot recommend this place enough. Took my truck in for a brake inspection expecting them to quote me a price for replacing my front brakes ... which they did and at a totally reasonable price. However, they also found an issue with my wheel studs and lugs that a Discount Tire created when I had my tires changed a month prior, and Brad even sent pictures to prove it. After going back and forth with Discount Tire trying to get them to cover the cost of replacing, Urban Autocare (Sara is a rockstar!) offered to talk to them and handle that piece, allowing me to get back to work. Talk about fighting on behalf of your customers and treating them like people! They finished the repair quickly, emailed an invoice, allowed me to pick up my truck after they closed, and just -- goodness, I cannot say Ive ever had a positive experience at an auto shop until these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and this location. Will absolutely go back to take care of my truck :)

I had an absolute nightmare of a car situation this year. The engine on my 2011 Kia with 125,000 miles totally died. After taking my car to multiple shops with 0 answers or solutions to the issue, I ended up at Urban Autocare after it being recommended a tow truck operator. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID TOO. This shop is amazing, Sarah was an absolute ROCK STAR. She did everything in her power to help me figure out what the issue was but then to also help me find a solution. Ultimately, the car was totaled and not worth fixing. I truly appreciate all of Sarahs hard work to help and the shop for being so honest and upfront. I will recommend this place to anyone close to me. 100% satisfied with the service.

I brought my Fiat to this garage for some transmission work. I knew the condition of the car would add some obstacles when disassemble. Thankfully everything that did break was all in the same area. The final price wasn’t terribly more than the estimate. Despite waiting on parts I was informed of everything going on. I did a lot of research to find someone good to repair my car and I could not be happier with this place. I will continue to use Urban for my car maintenance needs. Thank you guys

I had been to the shop a couple of times before it changed to Urban Autocare and got really good service. This was my first time using Urban Autocare and I was extremely disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone. When I went to pick up my car there was a dirty old part from the window just laying on the back seat. They also did not remove the plastic covering the drivers side seat. Just a little thing but very unprofessional. They charged 404.00 to replace a window regulator!!! This was almost 100.00 more than their original estimate. The quote was also supposed to include a small weather stripping part on the side of the window that was broken. They said they could not find the part. I asked also for them to simply put in a couple of bolts that were missing to the stabilization bar. Just two bolts! And they said they could not find the bolts. Really? I also asked if they could simply reset the lights to have them automatically come on when it gets dark like it was before the battery got stolen. They ignored that also or could not even do that.However, the thing that upset me the most was when I picked up the car and started driving it pulled pretty hard to the right like the wheels were out of alignment. Before I brought the car in there was no problem whatsoever with the car pulling to the right. In fact, I had just gone to Discount Tires the day before I took it in to Urban Autocare and had the tire pressure checked and all filled to 36.THE CAR WAS NOT PULLING AT ALL BEFORE I TOOK IT IN!!!Their attitude was tough luck we did not do it.Of course they could not even offer a simple wheel alignment to make things right.I was supposed to have them do other work also and insurance was going to pay for it but there was no way I could ever trust them after their horrible service. I had read good reviews for them and maybe I am the one who fell in the cracks but they did not do what they said and they were very expensive for the job they did. No one deserves to have a major problem that was not there before.I was very very disappointed and I strongly suggest you get several estimates if you get a quote from them and then compare. I do not mind paying a shop more for great work and service but Urban Autocare failed miserably at both. When Iasked to see the manager or owner of course they were not available.They gave me the name Phil Carpenter. He was who they said was in charge but of course he has not called me either. This is how they treat a first time customer?

I made Urban Autocare my go to shop because I was really impressed with the professionalism and the way they take care of there customers. Good pricing also. If I was to change one thing to help out costumers in the future...it would be to make sure to ask every customer when having tires rotated, if they want there spare tire incorporated in the rotation. Not everyone knows that this service is not automatic unless it is specified by customer. I think it should be up to service desk to ask that question and maybe have a box to ✔. Peter, Art and the whole crew at this location really rock. I dropped my truck off from a flatbed trailer after breaking down over the weekend. They diagnosed the problem, put in a new fuel filter and had the truck ready to go in 24 hours.

They managed to get me in for a wheel repair very quickly. Very clear about what they were doing and how much. Web based notes and pictures was a pretty cool feature as well.

Very professional & courteous. They always keep me in-the-know and notify me of any changes in service at every turn. I also get detailed invoices emailed which is very helpful.

This company went above and beyond and saved our family vacation. Our family was visiting Denver, Estes Park & Co Springs area from Dallas, when I toasted the brakes on my 4Runner driving thru the mountains. They went from fine to grind, really quick. We were only a couple days into the trip with tons of stuff already planned (even paid for) so i had to have my car repaired quick. After a little research I took my car to Urban Autocare location in Denver at 8am to try and beat the crowd - only to learn they were booked several days out. They took my phone number and said he would call if anything opened up, but I was not counting on it! So from the car (that im hesitant to even drive at this stage) i started calling other places only to find out everyone around town was booked out for a week or more. Im becoming sick at this stage because this has crashed the trip! About that time the same guy comes out from the High St location and has an appt for me right then at their Little location due to a cancelation. Im sorry i dont rememember this guys name at the High St location, but while i was making calls, so was he and i didnt even know it. So I drove it to Littleton about 20 minutes away and met with Sarah, who was super professional, very knowledgeable and just really cool. She had my car taken back and an Uber ride ready to take me back to Denver. Called me 4 hrs later that i was ready to roll. This place truly saved our family vacation - I dont have many places to compare them to since im not from there, but in my mind they are the best in town

Fortunately I still find them competitively priced for the repairs I need, friendly, and professional. They have gotten my car in very quickly when I have needed a repair. Scheduled an appointment to evaluate the Check Engine light on in my 08 Civic. Was given a quote of the charges, which were more than reasonable.The only reason for 4 stars is their evaluation fee which doesnt apply to final parts or labor costs.

I went back to Urban Autocare for a second opinion as they have always been honest and trustworthy. They fixed my issue and saved me thousands of dollars. I needed my motor mounts replaced, so I went to Urban Autocare. They insisted my motor mounts were not the issue and charged me for more detailed diagnostic testing. They tried t convince me that my motor mounts are fine and other more expensive parts needed to be replaced, despite definitive tests saying that my motor mounts are bad.I did appreciate that they send you pictures of anything they touch and their customer service.

Incredible place. Brought in a used car for inspection and they had every opportunity to charge me for the inspection but they saw some major red flags before doing anything and showed me and after 30 minutes of checking out the car, they let me drive it away and gave me a ton of input on what to look for and cars to avoid. So thankful for them and will absolutely use their services anytime I have car issues in the future! Highly recommend.

Did a comprehensive inspection. Caught what Schomps Honda missed, my brakes desperately need to be changed. They provided me with pictures and talked me through everything in a way I could understand. They were nice about me asking questions and patient. There are a few restaurants in the same parking lot you can enjoy while waiting on your car or they provided me a free Lyft to and from my apartment. I like that they utilize text messages and the sanitized my key before handing it back. They seem very up to date with covid precautions. They have a table in front of reception to help remind people of distance and a huge thing of sanitizer on said table with alcohol wipes for you to take. They have clean vs used pens. Only complaint is that my door was unlocked when I went to pick it up. Thankfully I don’t keep anything in my car but still... safety first. And that’s pretty typical for what I’ve seen of mechanics.

I dont know much about cars, so when I need a service done, I need a shop I can trust to be honest and straightforward with me, and not take advantage of my naivety. The worst part about going to a mechanic for me was always being treated in a condescending manner and being oversold on services I dont really need. Ive been a client at Urban Autocare for a couple of years now and even though I moved across town, I still drive the 30 minutes out to Littleton because these guys are the BEST. They are quick, friendly, honest, and do wonderful work. I had a nail in my tire just the other day and they got me in super quick, and had me back on the road patched up in less than 20 minutes. There was a young man named Brad who went way above and beyond, it was a Friday afternoon and they were about to close, and I must’ve left my credit card when picking up my car. Brad actually brought it to my work, so that I wouldn’t be without my card all weekend, who does that these days? Brad and the team at urban auto care does. That’s who. Friendly, great service and they are in business to care about the community they serve. I have used Urban Autocare multiple times for maintenance and repair. They have always been extremely kind and professional. You can really tell these guys know their stuff. They also checked out my car for other issues when they changed my oil. They even found a safety recall for some of the airbags in my car and checked online to see if my car had been serviced through the dealership to fix it! This was my first time visiting Urban Autocare and my experience was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided me with a lot of helpful information about my vehicle and the suggested maintenance to be done. They have a wonderful online system to accept or decline services and even provide pictures from inspections. I will definitely return for future maintenance needs. Thank you!
