Jeff and the crew did a great job on the front brakes. They didnt try to sell up by suggesting work on the rear brakes... Those were found to be in very good condition, still. Jeff called me with findings before doing any additional work. Great communication, competent work, and very fair price. I will gladly send more work their way.

They were helpful to answer my question, finished the repair in a timely manner and charged me less than the original quote after they found a deal on parts for me. I was wary finding a new auto repair shop after moving, but the price & info they gave me matched up exactly with the quote given to me by my trusted mechanic back home. Javier & Jeff are the best! Weve been using them for years now. Been wanting to give them a special shout out for recent work. We had a problem with our Dodge Durango dying when we stopped. The dealer said it was a recalled fuel pump relay and they told us they fixed it. Car died the very next day. The dealer didnt return our calls. We took it to Ken Caryl Coloradoland. They kept the vehicle for a few days going through and test driving to make sure it worked before telling us it was ready. Its been 2 months and not a single problem. Our 2011 Durango drives like new. They always take good care of us. Theyre honest, trustworthy and have fair pricing.

This was my first visit and I was highly impressed. I witnessed Jeff manage the work flow with his customers interests first. His report of my cars condition was reasonable and consistent with my own prior knowledge. There was no pressure about what decisions I should make and he easily participated in discussion about options. The prices were reasonable, and the service I had done was less than what Id paid for the same elsewhere. I left feeling that I had found an honest shop and plan to return to get work done.

They just really dont seem to give a good you know what about your car when you bring it in. Brought mine in fine for a regular oil change, drove off with a busted trunk light. Never going back there again, I never should have made the mistake of going there in the first place. Ever since Shawn Smith left work there two years ago, the place has has gone way down hill

Always super friendly and nice! Never overcharge have had to bring in tires that have been losing air and never had an issue! Always do it for free because we bought them there. Had to get a tire monitor censor fixed and it was very reasonable. Got me out within an hour and half!

I got a flat tire and called first thing the next morning. They got me in right away and patched it in about 45 minutes. All 3 technicians I talked to were friendly and polite. Ill definitely be back. Thanks guys, you made my day!I returned last month to get tires replaced on both of my cars. I ordered the tires off the Goodyear website (I had a really great family discount) and I got one of the sizes wrong and didnt realize until they had already taken off my tires. They were perfectly professional and nice about my mistake even though I was definitely a thorn in their side. They told me the easiest way to solve was to call back Goodyear to have them issue a return. The return was SUPER easy and when the right tires arrived to Coloradoland tire, the installation was super quick. They honor their appointments and for both of my cars, had the tire installations done and out the door in under 2 hours. The team here is top notch and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and great customer service!(I would recommended ordering tires directly through Coloradoland. I did extensive research for price comparison prior to my purchase and they had great pricing. For this purchase, I ended up ordering off of the Goodyear website and shipping to Coloradoland because my mom had a fantastic 35% off coupon as she was a former Goodyear employee and Goodyear was offering a massive rebate at the time.)

Always a pleasure taking my cars here. Javier and the team deliver every time. Most recently I went to drive my Cadillac and was informed by the car that my left rear tire was flat. I didnt have time to deal with it, so i jumped in another car and called Coloradoland late that afternoon and asked if I could bring it in tomorrow, and that was no problem. When I got home that evening, I saw two screws in the tread of the left rear tire. I filled the tire, and it held pressure as I dropped it off that evening. Javier called the next day and advised they were able to fix the tire. I was so thankful he didnt try to sell me on having to replace the tire, not to mention all four as these are relatively new Continentals. And as it turned out, they had time to change my oil and rotate and balance my tires. Top notch team!

I have only experienced great customer service and work on my car here. I have been here 2 or 3 times to put new tires on, get alignments, and recharge my AC. The guys here are super accommodating, when Ive had no one to pick me up while work was being done on my car, they offered me their company truck. They always ask if they can drive my car after maintenance to do checks. They have never damaged my car and have done great reliable work on it. I will definitely be coming back here for any work I cant get done on the driveway!

Only had 1 visit here, but was very impressed with the customer service and determination to make me happy. I had a slow leak on one of my tires, brought it in late in the day. They squeezed me in allowing me to get out for a camping trip the next day....and it cost me nothing. $0.Would highly recommend. Will be buying my next set of tires here.

Fantastic service! I got my Goodyear tires delivered to this location, scheduled an appointment in advance and they took care of me. I waited in their lobby, had myself a cup of coffee and used their free WiFi to do some work while they installed my tires. Absolutely happy with the service and my wife will be getting her tires installed there as well.

They used scare tactics to try and get me to buy tires that I did not even need. I ended up going to Discount Tires where they were HONEST...I only needed one tire and their prices were much lower for an equal quality product. The response below from the owner is FALSE...just another example of the dishonesty at this shop,Additionally, in response to the owner below my friend did NOT have a tire, my friend said he too got horrible service from this place and recommended I go to Discount Tires. The Discount Tire variance reading was not the same as what I was given at Coloradoland. You make all the excuses you want, but you will NEVER win me back as a customer!

Been here 3+ times for fairly major work that Firestone couldnt handle - timing belt, etc. Price was lower than other places I checked, very friendly, willing to explain everything, seemed very honest about what was necessary and what could wait. Jeff does a great job managing this shop!

For a week I priced tires at 12 different stores my truck has LT275/65R18. Most estimates were between $1,100 and $1,300. I asked for my size in LT (light truck) which normally has a load rating of E (6 ply) or higher, along with road hazard and an alignment.Jeff at Colorado Land gave me a quote ( including tax) of $1,008. When I picked my truck up Jeff told me the alignment was perfect, so he took the alignment off saving a little more money. Some salespeople would not have been that honest or have that amount of integrity, but would have charged for the alignment anyway since I did request one.This leads me to one insurmountable conclusion if I need anything for any of my vehicles Colorado Land is the only garage/tire store to patronize.To say that Colorado Land impressed me and earned my trust would be an understatement.Bjorn

Not Going Back! - Stay Away!Only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Just had a horrible experience with a fleet vehicle yesterday. Dropped the vehicle off before 8 am for a fleet oil change/inspection. Asst. Mgr. Jeff took it upon himself to call my fleet company and talk them into new tires and alignment process without contacting me. Didn’t find out until I called at 3:30 (when I get off work) since I had not heard from them (even though I made sure they had my cell # and asked when it would be done).Jeff informed me that, without even thinking to contact me, he got this additional work authorized and I would have to wait until 5 pm for my vehicle to be picked up. Lost my ride and had to scramble for a last minute pick up/baby sitting for my son and walk to the shop (since my ride left). Sat another 50 minutes while they finished my vehicle (remember they promised me on the phone it would be ready by 5). No refreshements available in the wait room except a nasty water fountain and 10 hour old coffee. When I expressed the extra problems this caused, unauthorized work caused, Jeff simply stated “my bad.” Once my vehicle was finally ready close to 6pm, they simply handed me my key with no paperwork documenting the new tires, alignment, or other service. When I asked Jeff for the needed documentation, he explained that “it would take another 10 to 15 minutes to print it out,” or offered to have me come back to pick it up! Ya, like I want to come back!Also of mention, when I asked Jeff why they worked to put new tires on my vehicle (without my authorization), he stated that they were “showing steel cords,” which was a lie ( I spent 8 years working at a tire shop). When I stated that this was not true, Jeff stated that they were “showing secondary rubber” (the layer between tread and steel). - ALSO a lie. The tires were about 2/32” above the wear bar indicators, and this was just a chance for this shop to sell more. Granted, I would have wanted tires before winter, but given the chance to have input as to what happens with my daily driver vehicle I would have A) scheduled this work so it could fit my schedule; and B) not picked a private brand GoodYear tire that they sell because they make more money on it. Folks, these guys can’t even balance tires well. I have over 3oz of wheel weights just on the outside of the wheel (and more on the inside) on both rear tires (old tire guy trick is to put the worse rolling wheels/tires on the back because the driver has a harder time feeling the vibrations). Horrible shake from the rear wheels at speeds 65 mph and above. Obviously these guys don’t care enough to not leave a customer with an out of round tire or are too lazy rotate the tire on the wheel to make it roll better.Bottom line - Stay away folks. These guys don’t care about you, and are happy to lie to make more $$ off of you and do a less than stellar job.

I meant every word in my original review and have been equally pleased since then. Javier and his awesome crew have helped me transform a pretty pedestrian car into a sweet handling good looking ride.I bought a 2014 Challenger R/T to replace the total loss of my perfect 09 about a year ago. My old car was all tweaked and tricked out but the new one was pretty stock. It had the OEM 20 chrome wheel and original tire package and also sat at the factory ride height waaaay up above the tires. They were skinny all seasons and needed much upgrading too.Javier and the guys did a great job of helping me dial in a tight suspension drop and tire/wheel set up that rocks!For starters, we went with Eibach shocks and springs and dropped the car over 2 inches and stiffened up the ride considerably. After dialing in the front end alignment with adjustable control arms things were perfect and it was time for some new shoes. Javier was able to sell me the black polished Foose 20 wheels I wanted even cheaper than I found them online and got me hooked up with some fat BFG tires that do the trick nicely. Tried to go 305 series tires in the back on the 10 rear wheels and the rubber just wouldnt clear properly so Javier replaced them with 285s that fit perfectly! The man literally stood behind his work and replaced tires that didnt fit with ones that did! Who does that, seriously!?If you want honest, professional affordable service you should go here. They provide many other services beside tires and wheels so check em out. Like I said a year ago, Im a customer for life.

Wife, I and the dogs pulled into McDonalds for breakfast, then discovered our battery died w/o warning..... Since we were traveling I had removed tools, jumper cables etc from our 4runner.....called Coloradoland tire and their tech Greg arrived in 5 minutes with tools and a jumper box.....He was going to just get us running again and bid us good day..... but I knew the battery was going to fail us again, so we followed him to their location where they had a battery installed in 10 minutes...They gave my dogs treats while we waited ..Bravo to their crew and customer service!...
