As someone whos managed a shop in the past and regularly works on my own vehicles there are very few shops I would trust to work on my personal vehicles. I have a particularly difficult to align long-travel truck which wont fit on most alignment racks. Plus One was able to take on the challenge dialed in my alignment and worked with me on a follow-up when I had to adjust suspension height for settling shocks. They run a clean, organized operation all at extremely reasonable prices. I will continue to trust them with my vehicles in the future.

I have used this company 3 or 4 times, and have always been extremely happy with their expertise and quality of their work. I went to Plus One a couple of days after a heavy snow fall complaining of a loud noise I could hear under my vehicle, thinking my car was going to fall apart at any moment. The owner told me immediately what it was, as they had seen it often after a snowfall (I don’t remember what it was), but they secured it for free, telling me at some point I may need to replace it, but not a dire repair needed immediately. I took my dog for a walk while they attended my vehicle, when I came back they had filled air in my tires and rotated them as well. All without a charge. Little did they, or I know, my mother would have a stroke 2 days later and I would be driving from Colorado to Oregon to take care of her.An excellent company with a kind heart!

Ive been going here since 2011 when I got my first car. They have always treated me with nothing but respect and have given me good deals and not overcharged me for things I didnt need. They really make you feel at home are very attentive and have a good family atmosphere. They dont pressure you to purchase repairs but they are very informative on what is going on with your vehicle. Their lobby is always clean and inviting with comfy couches and a TV that is never too loud and a little coffee/tea/water area. Sometimes they even wipe down the outside of my car with a little wash when I bring it in dirty! It is my go to place for car needs. I love these guys!

Honest people with great quality repair. Jon and Brandon are very professional and helpful. I asked them to replace front brakes and they found that my rear brake pad are falling off from the car. Definitely is the mechanic shop you want to rely on.

Im so grateful to Braden! I was parked in the shared lot to go to my credit union and had to get straight back to my kids. He noticed that my tire was flat and left a note on my windshield that he could check it for me. I pulled around and he found the nail in it and aired me up so I could get home to my kids. Told me $170 to replace my tire... ended up paying $230... conveniently left out the cost of labor when giving me the quote over the phone.

They require you to wear a mask to enter, but don’t have the decency to care about you. No one there was wearing a mask today.My review stands since you don’t require anyone to wear a mask, per your own words below, during a state wide mask mandate...you can do better and should.

Top Notch!!It takes a lot to get me online to write a review, good or bad.I was referred to Plus One and I could not be happier. The customer service that they offer is second to none. They did not try to fear me into buying tire insurance like those big chains always do.
