I got in a car accident a few weeks ago and Euro Collision was incredible throughout the process they got me in right away, coordinated with my insurance company, and fixed my car perfectly! It was such a painless process. Not to mention the quality of the work! Incredible job with painting and then they even detailed the car on the inside and out! It looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot! Excellent work! I definitely recommend!

Hail damage and car looked brand new. Car was brand new and wife drove first time and caught in a hail storm. Bad luck

I had a door replaced on a 4Runner. Received a quick estimate and timing of work performed was on point. Paint job was an exact match and looked very nice. However, paint was a bit granular near the bottom of the door. Also, door does not close as nicely as the original. This may be due to having to source the door on the secondary market since it could not be obtained new.

The service at Euro Collision Center was professional, friendly and efficient. Rudy was excellent, he communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Our vehicle was ready sooner than expected and the work was done to the highest standards. I’ve recommend Euro Collision to my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!

These guys did such a great job on my Toyota Tacoma. After my truck didnt handle an off-road experience real well, Euro Collision was recommended to repair some scrapes and dents and upgrading wheels and tires. They did such a great job, it was better than new. I was really happy with the work done. They communicate well, answer questions well, and always take the time to be helpful.

They did a great job fixing my Mercedes after a crash! Got it done quickly and professionally. Have used them many times now, and will use again.

I am still very frustrated, but it’s my fault I did not do research on this collision center. Customer survice is bad. You will never get a call back from them even after you leave 4 voicemails. They painted my rear bumper on the car and the paint match was not even close. Had to take it back they repainted it and again not even close, however after picking it up the 2nd time I come to find curb rash on my rims. This is very frustrating. I have called to speak to managers, they transfer me but no one ever picks up and never return-phone calls . I hope Euro collision sees this and makes it right but as of now no one has contacted me. Absolutely Amazing experience because of SALOME!!! This started off terribly. My vehicle was originally sent to Calibur Collision with front right side damage. Calibur freakin totaled my vehicle...the estimate they provided was for $5800!!! They wrote up services that was not needed and almost got my vehicle taken away from me. I just paid it off 3 months ago for $10,500. Anyway, I knew they were scamming me so I immediately had it towed to Euro collision as my family has had their vehicles repaired there. Salome was so amazing and walked us through the entire process. Salome kept me updated on every single movement from her staff and the insurance company. Salome and her team immediately identified all the fraudulent services they were trying to get done. Salome and her team contacted my insurance company and provided their estimate, photos and first hand knowledge about the vehicle. He gave me a timetable but to my surprise my car was done with a couple of days to spare. They arranged my rental with enterprise and have them come pick me up. Overall, my experience/interaction was super satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Euro Collision to my family, friends and anyone I know.

I had my 2018 4Runner repaired by EURO Collision after colliding with a deer. The front end required major replacement and repair. My vehicle is as good as new. The staff is professional. I was never guessing to the status of repair and every detail was addressed.

04/18 - *Finally got the Jeep to another shop and despite Bob claiming the lined the frame up to OEM specs, the Jeep dealer saw the misalignment and bad paint as soon as I rolled up. The comments from Bob below are pretty hollow in meaning. Hes a fast talking guy who hopes he can just keep talking until you agree with him and he can get you out of his shop.*Last update 12/14. Despite the claim below, the Jeep was NOT aligned to factory specs and caused additional damage to my hard top when I left the facility. After the insurance company convinced me to go back for repairs TO THE repairs and they had it for two weeks, its still wrong. Paint is off. Door and tub are still not aligned properly and only some of my secondary concerns were addressed. I wont be going back here.***2nd Update***Fender is coming off again and the work they did damaged my hard top because the body is badly misaligned. The paint also seems to be washing out in the sun. Going back to my insurance agent.Update - Im currently looking into apparent shortcuts and some small problems that have arisen since I gave them my vehicle and got it back. Until those problems are resolved, I have to drop my rating.The shop underestimated my repair time, but knew better anyway and was prepared for the extra week it took. I understood the damage better than the estimator.Other than that, I have ZERO complaints about Euro Collision. Theyre team worked with me the whole way through, contacted me when they needed a special part that is hard for auto shops to find (Wrangler parts can be VERY specific) and I was able to drop ship what they needed to their shop.This damage was severe in that it caused creases in the skin of the Jeep that arent even shown in the before and after pictures. The door had been pushed back and caused the tub to buckle.Im impressed the team was able to get the bend/bump out. Im impressed they were able to apparently perfectly match a BRIGHT yellow.I have nothing but good things to say about Bob. The person that I had the quote done by quit and I was skeptical, but Bob assured me when I dropped it off that I was in good hands and he took care of it throughout.Danette is also a rockstar. My understanding is she took over the repairs on my Jeep and made sure the parts were in and didnt get annoyed with my calls there in the last couple of days.I will come back here and I will refer people here for collision damage.

Plus the turn time was amazing.I had the same car in another shop almost a year ago for the same exact issue (front ripped off on parking block). They cost more than 2x what I paid at Euro. I compared invoices and the other shop didnt fix/replace near as much as Euro did. Plus, the workmanship was very poor and there were missing parts!! Also, instead of the 10 days Euro took, the other shop had the car for almost a month!!Needless to say, you have definitely got a customer for life!!Thanks again Euro Collision!!!

In fact they were up front and honest in letting me know that there was less damage than they originally thought. It was a piece that I never would have seen but they were honest in telling me that they were not going to need to repair it. Would definitley use them again but hopefully will not need to.

We had nothing but a top notch experience from beginning to end. Eurocollision helped to make a difficult situation with my car being damaged to a positive experience after my car got repaired. I got timely updates and everything was done well. They even changed our headlight on the opposite side of the repair because it needed to be changed out and we brought in the new headlight for them to change. We have no complaints and would be happy to recommend Eurocollision to friends and family.

I was in a serious bad mood after i wrecked my car (without insurance) then, I Took my Subaru forester in, met with salone, she walked me through everything i needed to do. This was so helpful. He shop started out on the wrong foot by first telling me it was not ok to purchase my own headlight.I get good discounts because I used to own my own body-shop for 16 years.The price the insurance company paid you for the headlight was $1,790.10 plus tax.Next Euro Collision people called and said No, you cant buy your own headlight because that is insurance fraud. Which it is NOT.When I dropped the car off, I was then told that I could order my own headlight, so I did.I went ahead and ordered the headlight. This is a non-returnable item because it is an electrical item.Next their manager called me about an hour after I dropped the car off to tell me that all the tabs for the headlight were broken but I had JUST looked at the headlight to see how hard it was to change myself and they were fine.I went to your shop and demanded to see the headlight. It hadnt even been removed from the car and was fine except for the small crack in the lens. The explanation was that I must have misunderstood.When I picked the car up the check from Acuity was for $2,862.69 and we signed it over to Euro Collision with the understanding that the credit amount of approximately $1,300.00 would be sent to me after the check cleared. At this time the supplement had already been paid.It has been several weeks since I called Acuity and was told that the check has cleared.I have called several times since to request a status of the credit and each time I was told to expect a call back within the hour.It has now been two weeks since my last call and still no contact.I have called Acuity and asked them what the process is, and they told me to contact you first.I am out the money for the headlight now.So now I have to file a lawsuit and a insurance fraud claim with the insurance company to just get what I am owed. It seems Euro Collision will do anything, including fraud, to get extra money from their clients.

I go to Euro Collision from downtown Denver because its well worth the trip. I drove in with my Subaru WRX literally duct taped together & am very happy to say it looks amazing after this crew was finished with it. They were even able to get all traces of 1 year old duct tape off the car!The work done at Euro Collision is quality and the service is exceptional. I have taken two different cars to this location for repairs. They are courteous and thorough. I have had no problems after the repairs were completed.I contrast this with my experience at a different body shop, who did NOT repair all the damage to our Mercedes and we had a year of further repairs we had to get done.

We brought in a Jeep Cherokee that had the door panel damaged. The Jeep was repaired in less than two days. They gave us exceptional service going above and beyond what we expected. Brought in my 2011 BMW 335i with major sand/gravel damage due to a bad winter storm. My experience with Euro Collision was very good. A call sometime during the 4 week period would have been nice to update me, but overall an excellent experience. The car looks wonderful, like it just rolled off the showroom floor! While the external repairs turned out well, there were some internal mechanical damages done to my vehicle. After leaving an email about these damages the owner contacted me right away and worked with myself, my insurance company and the service center at the dealership to take responsibility of paying for the mechanical repairs for the damage Euro Collision body shop caused. If you take your vehicle here for repairs and your check engine light is on when you pick up your car, PLEASE address the issue immediately.

I have had terrible experiences with body shops in the past. When my current vehicle needed body work my car guy told me to use Jonathon Provost at Eurocollision. I was nervous because of my past experiences. Jonathon was fantastic! He did everything he said he would. He called me and kept me updated he answered any questions I had and made the overall experience great. I drove here all the way from southeast Denver and wouldnt hesitate to do so again. I couldnt be happier with the service provided by the whole team at EURO Collision; especially Don. My Audi Q7 repair was challenging due to requirements imposed by the insurance company of the person that hit me (100% liability the other person). The repair took longer than I hoped because of delays with the at-fault partys insurance but EURO Collision stayed on it and Don kept me in the loop at all times. The insurance company didnt seem to care about the inconvenience being without my vehicle was causing in snowy holiday weather. However, EURO Collision clearly worked as fast as they could while staying committed to getting the job done right. I appreciate their attention to detail and their unwillingness to cut corners - even ones I wouldnt notice. I will continue to be a loyal Euro Collision customer and will refer others whenever given the chance to do so!

Their customer service was great. They gave me an estimate of my car being in there shop for 2 weeks and it was ready in a week and 2 days. the work was very well done. My last car I took to Sams automotive and they had to be pain it 3 time before I was satisfied and now 2 years later the paint is chipping. I dont think Ill have to worry about that from Euro collision they did a great job on the paint job no worries here. Highly recommend them

I called to get an estimate on a car for body work and by far had the rudest customer care. I would prefer calling the call centers in India over the lady who answered the phone. Thanks for the help after a care accident.. You services came well recommended by my mechanic and you lost businesses due to you receptionist in the office.

After contacting the office admin. I really couldnt recommend this place. I am sure that they can do good auto repair work, but after her angry tone and here ability to hang up the phone on me I will be taking my business else where.

Great work but the communication from the advisor to the insurance company was lacking. So when I asked for an extension on the rental car, Enterprise wouldn’t allow one since the advisor never updated the insurance company on time. I’d recommend updating the insurance company first and foremost before updating the customer since they are the ones with the power to extend rental cars.

Truck looks very good. All evidence of the body damage is gone.My only complaint is having to pay for plastic parts that werent damaged but had to be removed (to paint?) and were broken in the removal process. Maybe thats a failing in the quality of the parts but if these are parts that are always going to break when removed then it should have been part of the original estimate. This added a bit over $100 to my bill.Yes, I would use your shop again. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Despite coming highly recommended, it was the single worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Kathy is difficult to reach, and rarely makes calls as promised. Never responded to voicemails and denied even receiving them. Do not expect to speak to anyone during lunch hours. Extremely rude when speaking to customers. Failed continuously to update Enterprise rental cars and our insurance provider with a timeline for the repair (which constantly shifted to the right, from a 4 week to 7 week repair) resulting in us being incorrectly charged hundreds of dollars. They also put the car back together with broken parts, causing them to have to reassemble the vehicle yet again. Will not return for future repairs, would not recommend to my worst enemy.EDIT: despite promise, owner never did get back to me.FURTHER EDIT: I dont know who Euro collision called, but it wasnt me or anyone in my family. I will be calling to follow up and determine what wasnt placed in my car and why.

Front desk was very snobby!! When I got my car after the whole right side of my car needed to be replaced it wasn’t even centered right. The door was popping out and the front hood of my car was higher then the other side of my car. My car was missing pieces on the mirror like a blind spot mirror that it came with and when I asked about it they told me it was an extra part that I needed to buy. Unbelievable I should get the same parts on my car back as it came in with. My mirrors didn’t work and had to go back and get my car pushed back so other parts weren’t uneven. They didn’t walk me through my car or the prices of anything and kept calling me trying to upgrade and get money. It was a terrible experience only thing great was the time frame I had my car back in less than 2 weeks yet I would’ve rather had it take longer to have it done right. Never going back!!!!

Brought my 2014 Soul in for hail damage. Required new roof skin, hood, paint and PDR. They are on my Allstate insurance preferred body shop which makes it easier to deal with. I did have to wait a month since they were back logged with hail damaged cars. Total time to finish mine was 3 weeks. Im a car guy so Im usually very picky about body work and paint jobs. The paint was good and smooth as the factory paint. When I went to pick it up, they had accidentally scratched the front bumper when they installed it which I pointed out. They did fix their mistake with no hassle and it only took another day. If it wasnt for the scratch, and waiting another day, I would give them 5 stars. They do have a lifetime warranty on their work. Id go back to them.

I was hesitant to bring our car here in the beginning. I scheduled the repairs for Thursday, March 16th. When we dropped the car off, we had no idea what to do. My husband had to get to work and they didnt open until 7:30am. At 7:20 he saw a man walking outside and went to ask him if he knew what we should do. Lucky us, it was the head mechanic. He walked my husband inside while I watched them smiling and laughing. My husband came out a few minutes later and he was able to get to work on time. Later that day we received an email letting us know it would be closer to the end of the month when we got our car back as once they got the bumper off, they noticed more damage. I was bummed!! My husband and I were sharing our other car and that was allot on us. The next week I called to check the progress and the lady informed me it would be done that week. I was so excited! Then the next day, 3/23, my husband got the call it was done... just 1 week later! We went the next morning to get it. So, our floor mats might have been a little dirty... THEY CLEANED THEM! So well that my husband thought they were different ones. The whole inside of the car was like a new car again. Plus, no sign that the car was wrecked. We were so excited to have it back! Not one complaint! From the drop off to the pick up, a great experience! Thank you for making our car beautiful again!

I called to set up an appointment for a repair quote. My car was hit and being repaired by their insurance. I explained which insurance company was going to be covering the repair and what the insurance rep told me to do. The receptionist or whomever it was that answered my call started to argue with me about the insurances policy for quotes. I informed them that I had an email that described what I needed to do for them but they continued to talk over me and said I was incorrect. I can’t speak for their work but to be spoken to and talked over isn’t what I would call good customer service. I have since opted to use a different company that has been much more pleasant amd helpful.

Very terrible experience over there, never go there again.I had hail damage in Oct. 2014 and I went there to ask for an appointment to repair my car. The first available time was in Mar. 2015, but I accepted it finally.Two day before the scheduled date, I got a call to reschedule the repair service without any guilty. They say my parts are not ready till now. OMG, its already been almost half a year since the schedule made. They force me to delay our schedule about two weeks.Cause I do not have rental policy, so I have to borrow my friends car. If it delayed, I can not borrow a car any more and have to pay much more money to rent a car.The attitude of the staff is also bad, they do not know how much trouble they bring me. I promise Im gonna keep far away from there and Id like to share my experience to every prospective as a reference.Do not expect too much over there if you choose it. It will become a nightmare.

Great job on the car But communication was slow and reactive (between the insurance company and the car rental place). And it took quite a few days longer to fix than originally estimate.
