Thank you to Littleton Chevrolet Service! We were returning from Maine to Pennsylvania with our 5th wheel camper when our diesel truck went haywire. I called 1st thing in the morning and the service guy, Andrew Pifari, told me to bring it in. Long story short they got me in right away, even with 4 techs down. They fixed my problem and even took care of an airbag recall they found. They also looked up and found a special bulletin from chevy that covered the entire 6 hour repair job. Littleton Service was the angel looking over us on our trip. We are now back in PA and had no further problems with our truck.

Really terrible dealership! Right from sales to service. The service manager is more concerned that his entire staff, including himself get lunch before assisting a customer. If Tyler was still there we wouldnt have any trouble. Service techs bring your car back worse than when u brought it in. Mud all over new sport car mats, they dont use mats or seat protectors. They have no respect for your costly vehicle. Sales, terrible. Only work with you if you fit there profile. Do ur research. There are other better dealerships.

We have not had our car for one year yet and they are saying it needs new rotors. The manual transmission has been having a problem shifting and it cost us $200 for them to say they can not find a problem. The Auto Saver group does not honor their warranties.

Was there 2x both times no one wanted to sell us a car.We test drive a car on second trip. Blinker wasnt working, the sales guy didnt care.Told us he would give a call back beginning of the week. Nothing... after leaving a review they responded with call and talk with general manager. I called and he is on vacation.Sales manager called me back. In the reply plus the manager told me in the phone their was no record of me ever being there.They said they pride themselves on customer service I mentioned they dropped the ball 2x (actually 3x)They feel their customer service is good. I beg to differSo I bought a Subaru from a place that gave me the time of day and also has called and messaged me after the sale.So given the new info I have to stick with my original 1 star review

Drove 3 hrs from Maine with an 11am appointment with Derek, a salesman for the dealership. We arrived at 10:45am. Derek greeted us but then disappeared. Then Frank Murphy, the sales manager, introduced himself and entertained us for the entirety of our appointment. He showed us the vehicle we were going to purchase, let us test drive it. Offered food and beverages. We only saw Derek a total of maybe 15 minutes of the total 4 1/2 hrs, we were there. And that was only to try and haggle us out of the value of my GMC Yukon and to purchase an extended warranty. Once he was done and finally agreed on everything, the finance lady came out and signing papers took maybe 10 minutes. This whole process shouldve been at most 2 hours.After that, it was Frank who helped us with removing items from my Yukon to take with us and talked us through the bells and whistles of the new vehicle. Helped sinc my cell phone to the bluetooth app with the vehicle and showed us how to use Navigation with my cell to the vehicle. Frank is a stand up guy, very professional and tons of character. When it was time for us to leave I went back into the building with Frank leading to tell Derek we were leaving, he was sitting in his office jaw jacking with another salesman. I felt that he was very unprofessional and didnt care about us. As a Professional in the US Army with 27 years on active duty and with 3 combat tours, I would never treat anyone the way Derek treated us. This sale of our vehicle, any commissions off from it should go to Frank. A true professional. I gave low ratings because of the treatment from the Salesman with whom we had the appointment with. The amount of time we were kept there. High ratings to Frank Murphy.

My truck broke down on the highway and when I called Littleton dealership the service department was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I arrived via a tow truck they were ready for me. Before long they had me back on the road. My only concern is the high cost for Diagnostics and fuel replacement labor.

This was such an easy process, and I felt like Frank really took the time to discover who I was as a buyer. There was so much done behind the scenes, they even contacted my insurance company to make sure my policy was squared away.

Purchased a pre owned vehicle yesterday and I wanted to share my amazing experience.Off of a referral, I connected with Rob Grove and for weeks he was keeping a very close eye out for what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was super attentive, responded quickly and even better, no pressure whatsoever.Thankfully a perfect car came into the dealership and Rob immediately put this car aside for me and voila, I have exactly what I’ve been searching for!But the biggest reason I’m writing this review is bc my salesperson really went above and beyond. On my way home from the dealership, one of my new tires must have gotten punctured in a construction zone and I ended up with a flat on my new car. I called Rob. It was evening by then. He actually drove 45 mins to my home, to put my spare on my new car, left me his car to get to work the next day, and is bringing mine to be fixed back at dealership, and then delivering it to me at work later on.Never in all my car purchasing experiences have I encountered such kindness, care and true professionalism. I will never buy another vehicle here again. I have only had my vehicle for 2 years and I have had nothing but problems. It is constantly getting fixed and now I have a repair that costs more the car is even worth. I havw spoken to the general manager Duane Coute before regarding a previous major repair and he was very unprofessional about it telling that since I bought a used vehicle he does not have a magical crystal ball that can see everything. I have owned used vehicles before this and have never had this many problems and these major of a problem before.

From the time I was greeted by Frank on the lot. To the signing of the paperwork. It was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience. Seriously give Frank a raise. Beat salesman I have ever encountered. Also a big shout out to the crew from Just Drive Events. They are serious about helping folks get a better vehicle. No service during weekend hours. I have a 2017 Chevy Equinox that the wipers stopped working, GM customer service told me to take to nearest dealership and they would get me a loaner vehicle. So while they figured out what parts where needed to fix and such, I could be driving safely.But only people working during the weekend hours are sales staff that cant or wont take care of customers once you have bought a vehicle. But they will sell me another vehicle. Why would I want to buy anything from Autosaver after this experience of June 6th?Hopefully the service department does what GM customer service said they will do. Will see, might upgrade rating after Monday.Earl Kelleher
