My car was stolen back in May and the the thiefs did a number on my poor Kia. When it was recovered I googled autobody shops looking for good reviews and Chatfield did not disappoint. They were awesome. They gave my car special attention and got it back to me as close to the way it was as they possibly could. I called nearly weekly cause it was at the shop for 4 months wanting updates, (Parts came in very slowly because of covid and national back orders.) And Steve was always very nice and courteous and gave me all the info he could. They even had a lender car for me that I got to use this whole time my car was being fixed. It was huge and helped me alot to have a lender car during this time. My Kia looks and drives amazing. I was worried I wouldnt love it anymore after it was stolen but Chatfield did such a good job that I still love my car. A big shout out and thank you for all the work Chatfield. Hopefully I wouldnt need to but if so I would recommend your business to anyone.

The whole group at Chatfield are absolutely amazing. Car originally went in for front end damage and the Chatfield team helped me transform my Hellcat into this...On top of fixing the damage and bringing the car to back to perfection. They transformed it with changing the hood to matte black and added the diffuser, wicker bill, and splitter. Came out amazing!

CAB did an outstanding repair on my Nissan Titans rear fender, bumper and tailgate. I cannot believe the quality of work on the fender that was dented, creased and scratched. They did not replace the fender, but repaired it, and you cannot tell where the factory paint ends, and where the repair and the repaint begins. It is a perfect match (see attached photos for a before and after). They are extremely competitively priced, and very prompt on their timelines. I had a car back into my 4Runner front bumper, so I brought it into Chatfield Auto Body for a new bumper cover and some paint. A few years later the paint started peeling off. I brought it back and Steve replaced the bumper cover and painted it for NO CHARGE!! Best body shop I have ever been to!!

Repairs look good from the outside. I was told that the radiator support was straight, it just needed some molded plastic parts glued back together to hold the headlight. They did glue the parts back together, however, there are 4 attachment points that hold the headlight in - a ball and socket type, a square flanged post with a plastic slide lock, and two actual bolts- the only thing holding the headlight now are the bolts. They know how the headlight attaches. They knew that the radiator support was bent when they installed the headlight -its obvious the headlight wasnt mounting properly- they just left it anyway. The main reason I figured it out myself is because about 2 weeks after I picked up the truck the headlight went out. During installing new bulbs I discovered they didnt hook up the electrical connector properly and the connector just fell off the back of the bulb. Very poor practice to send a project out as repaired knowing that it isnt right. NOT HAPPY

These guys did an incredible job on my dads car that got smashed in the rear quarter panel and trunk. I met with the owner before the insurance was finalized, and he gave me excellent information to help navigate through that process, then helped fight for me and my car to ensure they got the right parts. In the end the car is beautiful and they did a perfect job!

These guys gave me an absolutely great experience. I came in with a driver-door that didnt open, and they spent an hour messing with it. They got to the issue, fixed it up, and sent me home WITHOUT CHARGE. These guys are legitimately awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my car here for an insurance claim. Steve and his guys are top notch! They had to do extensive metal, body and paint work. They did it all in a timely fashion especially considering the scope of the damage. My car now looks brand new and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.

Steve and the guys at Chatfield came recommended from Dave at Eagle Automotive. Jobs rarely go perfect and this one was no exception. I turned in my Xterra after a front end collision. Steve found me a great used part that saved me about $700. He was very communicative and respectful throughout the 3-4 week process. We had some additional issues and Steve is currently helping us with those as well. Nice guy. 5/5 stars for seeing it thru like a pro.

I recently needed to get my trucks driver side door unjammed, and gave Chatfield Auto Body a call. They were very polite and offered to take a look at it. Once there they said to give them an hour or so and they would do their best to see if they could get it unjammed. The mechanic updated me several times during my wait, and when it turned out more complicated (doesnt it always?) they gave me a lot of options and their estimated costs, and were very willing to work with me to keep the costs down. They were able to get my door open, fix the outer door handle,and pulled out a dent in order to allow the window to roll down as well. It took less than 2 hours and they were more than fair with the price. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism, honesty, and the work they did. I highly recommend trying them out. Many thank yous for a job well done!!

Steve and his employees at Chatfield Auto Body provided the most excellent service! I dropped off my Tacoma truck after a friend crashed it and the front end sustained several thousand dollars worth of damage. Not only did Chatfield Auto Body fix the truck to look as good as new, but Steve served as my advocate (both to the parts provider and the insurance company) so that I could have proper Toyota parts rather than the Chinese knock-offs I was set to receive. On top of that timely and high-quality repair, they provided me with a free loaner car throughout the entire time. Since my insurance wouldn’t cover a rental and my young age prohibited me from using most car rental shops, that alone could have been more expensive than my deductible was. Amazing customer service! Steve wouldn’t even accept the money I offered to reimburse him for the near-empty tank of gas or the hail damage I left the loaner car with! 6/5 stars!

We took my wifes Mazda Miata to Chatfield Auto Body after some considerate individual slammed their car door into it and left a sizable dent just above the driver side rear wheel arch. Heath & Chris are the paintless dent repair experts at Chatfield Auto Body and they did an amazing job of removing the dent. You wouldnt even know there had been a dent. The team here are friendly as they are professional and explained to my wife the process they planned to use to remove the dent. The car was ready in around an hour so very fast service too. I highly recommend this team for body repairs, hail and dent damage, they do excellent work.

I would NOT go back here! They dont like Subarus and it took 2 months to fix my car when it was a 2-3 week project max! There was no communication (I had to call for all updates only to find out they were pushing the repair date back further), they mis-diagnosed my car and even ordered the wrong parts delaying the repairs. They told me my car was fixed (claimed they test drove it) and gave it back to me (finally) 6 weeks in. Within 24 hours I was having it towed back to them. The final report from them was a recommendation to trade my Subaru in for a DIFFERENT kind of car (not subaru) due to the difficulty of it and its high mileage (100k). They also partner with Eagle Automotive for their mechanical work who did not impress me. I would recommend you go anywhere else but here...especially if you have a Subaru. They made it very clear at the end that they dont like Subarus. I wish he would have told me that initially instead of putting me through this the past 2 months. Honesty goes a long way.
