This is a wonderful shop. The people are kind, professional and competent. I felt cared for and was confident that they would do good work on my car. Today when I picked it up, my feeling was confirmed. They did a great job. I also want to point out that this shop has several women on staff in the shop. Their presence made me feel safe and confident that I would be treated well. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have taken my car to Fixed Auto for repair work on my 2007 Toyota 4 runner. I have worked with Joe Linder each time and he has been great! These guys did a fantastic job with some body work on our Subaru Outback. They were very friendly and professional and got the work done in a timely manner with great communication. They even detailed the car when they were done and returned it looking sparkling new, which I have not seen other body shops do. You can tell they take pride in their work. We had several people refer us to Fix Auto after a freak accident with our van. They were absolutely amazing! They kept in contact with us about everything through the whole process of working through the insurance claim, and they were super sweet. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will happily use them again in the future.

My husband was satisfied with the body work and painting the folks at Fix Auto did, but where they feel down was in the time estimate. Originally we were told 3 weeks, then when we dropped off the car, 2 weeks. We got nearly daily updates until the day before the work was to have been completed and the text messages updating us on the status of the delivery of the car stopped. My husband called and apologies were made and we were given a new delivery date which came and went. An email, another phone call and 2 weeks (for a total of 4 weeks) later we finally had our car back. Fix just needs to do a better job estimating how long a job will take and do better follow up when there is a delay.

Someone hit my front fender! Fix auto was able to repair the work needed on my car in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond cleaning the inside and outside of my car when they were finished. I could hardly recognize my car because they did such an outstanding job cleaning it! It looks like it is a brand new car! This is the second time I have used them. I would strongly recommend them if you have any repairs that need to be made to your car. Best of luck to you!

Fix Auto did an amazing job of repairing my bumper after I was rear-ended! Tracy and Valerie in the shop were so helpful and easy to work with. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and I appreciated the updates I received. They even did a thorough wash of the exterior and windows after the work was complete. My car looks even better than it did before the collision!

Dan and his team at Fix Auto just got done completing some very technical and demanding dent repair on my Jaguar. I got my car back in wonderful shape, and the detailing and cleaning part left my car looking better than the day we bought it, 6 years ago. Would absolutely recommend this place and would go back for any future needs. Bob was great making sure we knew about possible future issues with my car (We replaced those rear brakes!). I was going to wait a week but the drive home from picking up my 2013 Grand Cherokee was perfect. They got me in faster than expected and finished the Jeep through the busy Xmas/New Years holiday. Fit and finish was exceptional and it drove smooth. Being T-boned and expecting something to not be quite right was my thought process, but instead i got perfection. 5+++++ stars!

Not impressed with this place. They come off good at first. People are nice, they make good promises, but they dont hold those up. I had my car fixed here after a wreck. Less than ONE WEEK after I had my car back I found TWO new issues that I did not have before. It took a month and a half for them to fix my car, I expected it to be perfect. When I went back to have them fix it, they told me I would be responsive for the costs, even though they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs. Very disappointed as they were the blatant cause of these issues and they will not take responsibility. Especially if after they spent so much time supposedly working on my car. Do not recommend. 2 stars because they were friendly.

My experience with Fix Auto was not great.After handing over my keys, I was told the date of completion to fix my collision damage. I continued to receive email updates from Fix Auto that everything was proceeding according to schedule.When I went to pick my car up on March 11th the staff and crew were dumbfounded. they hadnt communicated to my insurance, or myself, that my car was no where close to being fixed. This is After, receiving several reassuring emails that it would be complete on time.I was not happy with my experience with Fix Auto Highlands. I had to head back to Denver, back on public transportation, When I thought I was going to be driving my car back. Which was deemed totaled... after I drove with the damages for two weeks. I Havent heard from Fix Auto since I walked out their door to speak to my insurance about the matter. No apology or courtesy from the team.

My expectations were exceeded. They did a GREAT job and my truck looks like it was just driven off the showroom floor. The team there was so nice and dealt directly with the insurance company for me. The receptionist and some of the people I spoke to were very courteous and professional. The guy who have me the estimate wasnt. He basically told me not to even try to fix my car and didnt offer any alternate suggestions.The office was very clean and professional, and I cant speak for the actual work that they do. But it seemed to me like they just didnt want to take the time to solve my problem.

My apologies to the wonderful folks at Fix. I thought I submitted a review after having my car repaired last winter, but its not showing up. I could not have been happier with the work done by Fix. My car went in pretty mangled after being rear ended on I70. It came out looking brand new. I was blown away. Thanks guys. Ted

I rear ended a car with my wifes Jeep Liberty.....it was the doghouse for awhile. Dan and crew fixed it back to original condition with original parts and it turned out amazing! Great job to everyone there!

Hit a deer. After they got done with it. I couldn’t tell anything had happened. They also went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car after a long year of snowboarding abuse. I did not expect them to do that, but they did and for that I could not be happier with this company and how everything was handled. Outstanding company!!

I wish I could give more stars! Dan the manager is amazing at customer service. I had my Subaru fixed at another location in the Fix Auto network with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Unfortunately I had a part fail (the radiator) and the location I had the work performed was acquired by another repair shop that would not stand by the warranty work for my car was not in their system. I called up Fix Auto Highlands Ranch and was connected up with Dan and I have never seen such a willingness to help a non paying customer. Dan has made phone calls and sent emails to Fix Auto Corporate on my behalf to give me a voice in the process to getting my car back on the road.Since my car was un-drivable, I had to get the radiator replaced at my Subaru mechanic asap. After informing Dan of this, he said send me the invoice Ill see what your insurance company and corporate can do to make this right! Wow, there is Dan, still fighting on my behalf! Who does that in todays world? Im not sure if I will see any warranty reimbursement, but still feel obligated to give Dan and Fix Auto Highlands Ranch a glowing report for their desire to help out a fellow motorist.Highly Recommend!

The time to get in and how long they take are not worth it. This might be because they are very good though too...either way it took me 6 months to get my car in but I didnt mind since it was cosmetic.
