I had just bought my new car recently and someone hit it in a parking lot. In a panic I called Highlands Auto Body and they were able to get me in right away. They were SO friendly, professional and they did an excellent job. You could not even tell there was damage done to the car previously. I would recommend this business to anyone and I will certainly be coming here for any auto body issues I ever have in the future. For anyone shopping around for auto body shops, I 10000% recommend these guys!!!

Took my car here to have my bumper repainted.When I got my car home, I noticed one of my door pillars is gouged, scratched, and dented. There is also some paint chipped at the top of the door. Looks like they locked the keys in the car and slim jimmed the door open and damaged my car in the process.I dont understand why the shop would not simply call me and ask if I had a 2nd key, instead of damaging my doors to get in the car?? Not only this, but the owner failed to mention the damage when I picked the car up

A strong gust of wind caught my door and blew it open so hard that it bent the door frame out of place causing it to jam. I called Highland Auto Body and they told me to come in same day. They were able to fix the problem on the spot for me! They were very friendly, fast, and professional. If I ever need any services in the future, I will definitely be coming to them!

Update on my review below...I was contacted by the shop to right the wrongs. As it turns out, there was a valid reason why I had a poor experience previously, and wanted to make sure this was fixed. They agreed to repair the issues and add even went beyond that to repair some things not included in the original agreement. Also, I feel the message I received this time was much more clear and appropriate expectations were set, which is more valuable than the actual work completed. This was a dramatic improvement from the previous experience and am grateful the shop took the time to follow up. It was very well handled the second time around!I had some paint repair done on the rocker panels of my truck. They were supposed to remove the rust (grind or media blast), then repaint. They were also supposed to grind down and patch a couple areas around the wheel wells that were starting to be a concern. When I finally got the truck back (took two weeks longer than quoted and every couple days was told it would be a couple more days, for two weeks!), all looked great, and the price was quite reasonable for the necessary work, though I did not think it was an extraordinarily low price (right around/just over $1000). Less than a year later, the rust spots around the wheel wells had broken through the paint and rust spots started forming on the rocker panels. They did NOTHING to grind off the rust, just painted over it. It has now been several months and I have tried to contact the shop and my tech (had his cell phone which was great service and one reason this is not a 0 star rating) with 0 success. Since I cannot be sure if my tech still works there I will not disclose his name, no response from the shop?? I have not left messages every time, but even 1 message not returned after my experience is too much.

The team at Highlands fixed a sprung door hinge on my Land Cruiser while I waited. Amazing service! I was afraid my mistake would cost me a lot but they put my mind at ease quickly. Im very impressed and glad to have a body shop on my list of preferred vendors again.

If I could give them six stars I would. Brought my SUV in for an estimate on a hole in the tailgate caused by my license plate to where I couldnt secure my plate anymore. The two gentleman working there assessed it quickly, and twenty minutes later it was completely fixed and secure! Cant say enough about Highlands. Family owned & been around for years, its so much nicer than dealing with the chain outfits. Youll get personal attention and much better quality work. Seriously I wouldnt go anywhere else for autobody work if I could help it.

Gian and the team really helped us out! I slid off the road in the mountains and hit a rock on the passenger side. We got an initial quote for over $7k, and 22 days of work, for repairs (which would have totaled out the car at cost) and were searching for another option. The car still drove great, we just couldnt open the passenger side door. Gian took a look and Quoted us $700 for labor, plus the cost of the door. Well, we purchased the wrong door for our car, but Gian found one in town that worked perfectly. In a matter of two days, they replaced the door, straightened the frame, added a rust coating, offered to replace our battery, and even gave the car and floor mats a wash! I will go back to Highlands Auto Body in a heartbeat if I have any more fender-benders that need a quick and honest fix.

So I havent had actual work done yet but ordering a radiator and spoke one of the guys who works there And he is one of the nicest patient and knowledgeable people Ive come across in a long time in the car and/or auto body industry in general. Will update if needed but I have a pretty good feeling this will stay five stars.

Amazing little place, it isnt much to look at. BUT, they take care of your car. Amazing service! They can be a bit hard ti get a hold of but, leave a message they will get back to you. They took care of our bumper and when finished they cleaned the car itself. They took 3 days not long at all. Great price too! We will come back again! Love local stores and this place is as local as you can get with a body shop and family owned. They are very kind.

There are not enough stars to put in a review that would be able to do Highland Auto Body justice. This is the best small business that I have come across. The craftsmanship and customer service is superb. When my 2003 Honda Civic was totaled right before moving out of state in September of 2017, Mario and Gian did an excellent job of repairing it for a fair price in a thorough and timely manner. Fast forward 8 months and I realize that my air conditioning isnt working and after going to another mechanic in the new state that I live in, who said I may have to get a new air compressor, etc... I asked Mario take a look at my car and he was able to fix my air conditioner in less than an hour and he did it for free! It was the expansion valve that wasnt working. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Highland Auto Body. Mario saved me hundreds of dollars on costly and unnecessary air conditioning repairs. He is a GREAT mechanic in addition to being amazing at auto body repair. I will not take my car anywhere else and you shouldnt either.

I’m so happy I chose highlands auto body. They were kind and honest. I had a huge scratch on the entire left side of my new Audi (from my garage). It was fixed in 4 days! The price was more than fair and I noticed they touched up a few rock chips I had on the hood from before the mishap. I hope I won’t have any other mishaps with the car but if I do, I’ll drive staight to highlands!

This could be a page long, but who would read it?! I’m giving two stars, and not one, because they did repair my car. However, my car damage was a 3-4 day job - max five days. It took them two weeks after I was given story after story as to why it wasn’t finished. Once I finally got my car, there were gaps between my front bumper and the side panels. My hood release lever was broken. My headlights were not set correctly...I had asked them before starting the repairs if they would request a supplement for my hood because it was not aligned, but they said that they didn’t need to because it would be aligned after the bumper would be put on. It was not, and they never requested a supplement.Throughout all of this, I tried being patient; however, I was told over and over by Mario, the owner, that basically my expectations were unreasonable. Sorry - I expect my car to be repaired to my satisfaction and certainly not be returned to me with damage that wasn’t there beforehand.The lesson learned for me is to make sure that I do my due diligence (thought I did), get references, and get everything in writing instead of taking someone for their word.

Gian couldnt have been more helpful or accommodating. And very fair, reasonable pricing. I dont live close but I would go back here in a heartbeat if I ever need work again.

I wish there were more stars to give because Highlands Auto Body sure does deserve it. I was involved in a hit and run and the whole front of my car was VERY badly damaged, every single part needed to be replaced: hood, fender, bumper, radiator support, both head lights and the grill. Needless to say I thought my car was totaled but Highlands Auto Body was able to restore it to brand new condition. No one can believe that my car had that much damage because of the high quality work that was done. My car was ready in less than a week and the customer service was incredible!I would recommend their services to anyone and am over joyed with how my car looks!

I knocked the bumper of my car loose and came here for an estimate of how much it would be to repair it. The owner came out, took a look, then took off running to the shop. He came back with a bolt and a drill. He put fixed the bumper in seconds and had me on my way. Great attention to customers and no attempts to overcharge or suggest anything unnecessary. A fantastic shop. Just a little hard to find tucked away behind the other stores there.

I cant believe what a great experience I had with Gian at Highlands Auto Body today. I recently had eye surgery and my depth perception has been affected. I hit a sign with my 2012 Buick Enclave and it left a gaping opening in between the bumper and driver side panel. Based on the other yelp reviews, I emailed Gian last night to see if there was any way he could see my car tomorrow (and possibly fix it). He replied within 15 minutes (after I had emailed him at 9pm at night!) and told me to bring in my car any time. I got there this morning as soon as I dropped off my sons at school and he remembered me from my email and walked right over to check it out. Well, bad news. The damage would require possibly replacing my bumper, side panel and touching up the paint, which is labor intensive because it is two different colors. He said it would cost about $1,000 but told me that if I just wanted him to reattach the bumper to the side panel, he would just fix it for me, right then and there. I said, ok, how much will that cost? He said . . . wait for it . . . he would just do it for free. What?! This is crazy. I have never had anyone offer to do something so nice before, especially not in my experience with various auto repair shops. He got out his tools, started unscrewing stuff, after about 20 minutes, he had reshaped my panel, reattached the bumper and I was on my way. He refused any type of payment. I just cannot believe his kindness and I really wish I had taken a before and after picture to show what an amazing job he did. There are a few scratches on the paint where he had to use tools to reshape the panel, big deal! It looks almost as good as new. He saved me so much money and saved me from a very awkward conversation with my husband as well. What a nice guy. I would recommend this business to anyone; there are simply no words for how impressed and grateful I am to Gian.

I had 2 reasons to go to Highlands Auto Body: my mechanic recommended them AND they’re one of the least expensive around. I had the pleasure of working with them on multiple occasions: When my friend’s car was hit by someone in a parking lot, and when my car needed a new bumper fastener part (from shoddy workmanship before I owned the car). Every time I’ve interacted with Gian or whoever else is working, they’ve always exceeded my expectations.When I took my car in (without an appointment), they immediately gave me attention. The guy essentially told me that they could order the part I need, but it would be quicker and possibly cheaper if I ordered it myself. I ordered the part myself off ebay, come back in a week, and Gian throws it on within 15 minutes.It’s refreshing to find a body shop that really cares about their customers and their reputation.

I took my Jeep Wrangler into the shop after hail damage to my hood, windshield, and various other areas. Highlands Auto Body took care of everything.After finding one more hail hit hidden behind the antenna, they made sure to correct the mistake right away. Im very happy with their customer service.

Back in 2004 I bought my 2005 KIA optima lx (only 1000 miles) at the insurance auction. It had been hit from behind. These guys repaired it and gave it to me like new. So I got a new car for half of what people would pay at the dealership. So in 2008 I went to the auction again & I got a 2008 Mazda Cx7 with only 300 (not 3000. Just 300). It was so new it still had the $35 thousand sticker on the window. After highlands repaired it I owned a $35 thousand car with all the extras like rear camera, GPS, 6 CD changer, power windows, power seat, power moon roof and all the luxuries of this grand touring edition car for only $13 Thousand even after paying for the car and parts and highlands labor. Wow, what a great break meeting these guys. Even though my 2008 has very low miles and still looks new, I am ready get a new current year car at the auction. Since I paid so low, even after all these years I can still come ahead if I sell it. So I may swell get a new car without taking a Pennie from my wallet. When I was looking online for a Auto Body shop on the BBB=Better Business Bureau. I came across Highlands Auto Body. They have a AAA rating with no complaints EVER filed against them. So I was sold. As there are Body Shops, Good Body Shops. Will Highlands is none of these!!!. THEY ARE A EXCELLENT BODY SHOP. If I could rate a 10* I would.I took my 1998.5 Dodge Cummins down to see Gian to repair the drivers rear quarter panel that had a bad hit from a Jeep with a heavy duty bumper. the quarter had bad dent, and a long crease. I dropped it off on Wednesday and Gian worked a miracle on the repair. When I pick it on Saturday. it was better then new. you could not even tell the prior damage. Gian did a EXCELLENT job matching the paint also..After going to Highlands I would never go any where else. Highlands is a family owned, and operated business. both Gian, and Mario were both very up front, and professional, and make you feel comfortable with what they will be doing on your car, or truck repair. no unexpected extra cost. I highly recommend going to Highlands Auto Body for your body work.

I had my new Vespa Scooter repainted a custom color by Highlands Auto body shop. They did good work and were very caring about making sure I was happy.

My sons Prius had a crushed bumper and crumpled hood. Progressive totalled the car based on a repair estimate at Mcdonald Collision Center in Littleton. I bought the so-called totalled car back from Progressive and had it towed to Highlands Auto Body where I was sure I could get the car fixed at a better price. I was right and one week later, I drove the nicely repaired car off the premises at Highlands Auto Body. Thank you Gian and Mario!

Had a grill I thought I could put on by myself. Turned out trickier than I thought. Used their easy online form to request estimate and they told me to just swing by with it. Ripped the old grill off slapped the new one on. Didn’t charge me told me to pay it forward and the car looks great!
