My father-in-law, who is 88, hit a curb and broke the fasteners on the wheel well cover of his car. He made an appointment here with Ben, who agreed to see them late in the afternoon to accommodate my in-law’s schedule. We arrived just before closing but Ben was incredibly attentive and efficient. He quickly assessed the issue and replaced the clips there on the spot! He didn’t even charge for his time! An amazing experience with a shop that obviously cares about its clients. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Titan Auto Body because our driver side door got smashed in and needed to be replaced and repainted. When I first called I was very concerned about the paint matching and Alex told me he could match it up to 98%. I was a little skeptical at first but wow they made it look perfect. Alex did an amazing job matching the paint and you cannot tell at all that it was ever hit!!! Everyone was incredible! I called on a weekend and obtained an over the phone quotation. One day prior to my appointment, my door handle came off in my hand! I called and they were super accommodating! One picture of the VIN and the broken door handle and the part was ordered. Everything was installed and the car looked incredible when I picked it up. Would highly recommend Titan Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair or detailing services. They were able to get me in right away for some body damage on my Chevy Silverado. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle so I wasn’t without transportation, kept me updated on the process as this was an insurance claim, dealt with the insurance adjuster throughout the process, and they got my vehicle looking brand new again! One of the parts was on back order so it took a couple days longer than initially planned but they stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on and then detailed my vehicle for the delay. Alex was great to work with and Sergio did an amazing job detailing my pickup. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone!

Very nice and very helpful. They made everything really easy and understanding. I got rear ended and couldnt open my trunk and my rear bumper was cracked. It took them 1 week to get it all fixed. They where really fast.

If six stars were an option, that is what I would give. After getting into an accident in my Impreza, it was recommended to me to take it to Titan. Alex made the entire process effortless on my part. Some things came up that delayed their original plan so they detailed the car while it was there longer than expected. We had repair work that needed to be done to our front fender, light, and bumper after a small accident. Titan came to our rescue on Black Friday (when most places were closed!) with an initial estimate based on photos and then a more firm estimate. They were willing and able to work within a specific budget for the repair, were super responsive along the way, and allowed us to use a loaner vehicle for 10 days! The work, including paint match to our 2006 vehicle, looks perfect and they were even able to touch up another small dent we had while still honoring the quoted price. Highly recommend!

I knew nothing about Titan Auto Body until a co-worker recommended I use them for some work I was needing. My vehicle was the victim of painting over spray and the entire vehicle was covered with paint. Titan Auto Body knew exactly how to proceed as they had dealt with this before. My vehicle was there for about a day and a half, and upon picking it up, the entire car was smooth, clear coat restored, and all the remaining over spray was off the windows, molding, etc.Alex (owner) and Orlando were nothing but professional and courteous to work with. Both treated me with the utmost professionalism which made the process easy.I would recommend Titan Auto Body for anything vehicle related. You will not be disappointed. Great local company!

Let me start by saying I am probobly one of the pickiest people out there when it comes to my car . I drive a 2017 Honda Civic type r And when my whole front end got damaged I didn’t know what shop I could take it to, when I did my research online I came across a couple shops online but none that had a great reviews like titan auto body . I decided to give them a try and man I’m so thankful I did . I left for a week on vacation and as soon as I got back Jason had my car looking brand new ! I mean I couldn’t even tell a difference from when I first got the car . The paint match was perfect ! I am incredibly thankful and amazed with the work they do . Kendra was also amazing she made sure to take care of everything for me when it came to my insurance and all my questions . I was hit by a flying piece of road debris or something on the highway. This punched a hole through my front bumper. I brought my car to Titan for an estimate, it was a quick and easy process. I decided to have them complete the repair. They ordered the bumper and painted it. This process only took a couple days. Then they called me to have me bring my Forester in and put the bumper on for me while I left to run a few errands. When I returned the work was complete. My car looked great, paint matches perfectly and my car had been freshly detailed. I had been stressed out when this happened but everyone at Titan made the repair process so easy. I highly recommend Titan Auto Body!

I took my tesla to this shop because 1) they do the paint work for teslas littleton service center, 2) they were close to my house, and 3) they included a rental car without charge. It took longer than I hoped to get my car back even though the repair was minor, but I later learned that was the fault of Tesla, not this shop. Like most body shops, theyve been slammed with repair work after the summer hail storms. After our new (8,000 miles) Mazda CX-5 (soul red paint) was rear-ended in a slow-motion fender-bender, we luckily found Titan Auto Body while researching southwest metro auto body shops online. Titans numerous 5-star reviews, including one about a perfect paint job on a red Jeep, convinced us that Titan must be the real deal. Sure enough, Titan did a truly miraculous job on the lift gate and rear bumper of the CX-5. Their paint job on the new bumper and lift gate matched the original factory paint on nearby body areas better than the factory paint on the old lift gate and bumper. Now thats our kind of perfect work done right the first time because the CX-5 looks brand new again!! And, Titans customer service from Alex the owner and Kat at the front desk was WAY beyond superior. They handled all the car insurance company details (including a rental car from Enterprise), kept us updated on progress, answered all of our questions in detail, and did all this for a truly reasonable price.
