Id highly recommend avoiding autonation completely, or at least until the pandemic is over. I went to the Autonation in Golden a few weeks ago for a service and had to leave after 5 minutes seeing multiple employees not wearing masks and being told they should be. I wrote a review and was reached out to by customer service asking for more detail (still havent heard back). I decided to try again at this autonation, since unfortunately I bought a service package with my car (expecting that autonation actually cared about the safety of their customers). I called ahead and told them about my experience at the other autonation and was assured everyone would be wearing masks correctly. I showed up and pulled into the service bay, and immediately had to wait inside my car until an employee standing right outside my driver door put his mask on. Hoping that was the worst of it I eventually handed off my keys and went into the wait area. For some reason they have a sign that says the autonation team needs to wear masks, but then every time I looked into the service area I saw people without them. Needless to say it made me uncomfortable to walk back into the service area where I had to pay since most of the employees wearing breathing around there not wearing masks. I had to even yell at one employee to put his mask up around me. When I complained someone in charge gave me some mumbling incoherent bs about social distancing and masks and employees can take them down when they arent within 6 ft of each other. Weird how every single other business in Colorado operating indoors doesnt have that exception. My parents are higher risk and its really upsetting to go through this experience twice, oh and dont worry they still insisted on changing me for the extra thing I added to the service. It appears that a combination of autonations general lack of care for the customer, too many employees more worried about stopping the steal than science, and a lack of real enforcement of the rules by management has fostered a culture of disrespect for the customer and carelessness towards their well being. Going to wait till the pandemic is over to use my remaining services and will be actively discouraging others from going to any autonation dealership

Bought a Milibu for my teenage daughter. She and I visited other lots first that I felt preyed on us being female. AutoNation felt warm and inviting. I feel comfortable knowing that Jason H took all circumstances into account and found Hanna the perfect car. Not even once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Amazing dealership. When I am finished paying off this car, I will buy another from Jason. Thanks AN for a lovely vehicle.

Best service for Dodge! Its really hot in the shop, and the mechanics were responsible in maintaining social distance, wore their masks appropriately when needed. Friendly and reliable service!

Dropped my vehicle off (with an appointment with Ryan Shaw) Wednesday evening (April 28th) for a Thursday morning appointment to repair the air bag recall (air bag light was on). Was quoted Tuesday May 4th for pickup, never received a phone call, called the service department around 4pm and was told we dont know, its probably just waiting on parts, Ryan will call in the morning. Ryan calls the next late morning (5May) and doesnt leave a voicemail, I call back and was told nothing except that it was all done and ready for pickup. I arrive around 6 pm on 5May to pickup, was told vaguely that everything was good and walked out to find my jeep. Upon arrival I notice half of the jeep is flooded with water, the garbage from the staff was still in the jeep, and the air bag light was still on. I walk back inside to find out that nothing was repaired and the serviceman had no idea what happened and told me that Ryan would call in the morning tomorrow (6May).I always took my vehicle to Autonation Arapahoe with OUTSTANDING service EVERY time and was disheartened to find on my first visit to another Autonation service department that outstanding service isnt everywhere.I will be following up with you tomorrow morning to find out what happened and from now on will continue to have all of my service done at Arapahoe despite having to drive 35 minutes out of the way.

Thank you Paul and Larry for making things right. My experience wasn’t one without issue, but how my service writer Paul and the service manager Larry handled me and my issues was wonderful. I brought my wrangler in for the airbag recall back in Jan/Feb 2019. It took about a day to complete. Totally ok, I was able to work from home and I only live 2 blocks away from them. I picked up my Jeep and went home to finish my work. The next day I started driving to work and noticed that my dash wasn’t put back together properly. It looked wavy and had ¼ - ½ gaps when looking thru the front windshield. So, I called Paul back let him know what happened and he told me he could get me in the following Monday. Perfect I thought as I was taking that day off of work for my birthday. I took it in and again took about ¾ of a day to complete. This time when I got it back the dash was just about perfect, though I could actually see the double sided tape they used to secure my center console, everything appeared in order. But, again when I started to drive to work in the morning I noticed another issue. There was a 3-4” gash 1/8” deep in my dash that looked kinda like a upside down check mark. Now, I started getting a little upset. What started with a recall has netted me 2 trips, a waisted day off and damage to my vehicle. Again, I call Paul to let him know what I found and he tells me to bring my Jeep back in so they can take a look. I finally find time to get down there and Paul gets the service manager Larry to take a look. He spends a couple minutes looking at the scratch and tells Paul to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I’ll be candid, I was really bracing for uphill losing battle (in reality I didn’t have any proof except for my word and small claims court would probably be a loss and more expensive than fixing it myself), but the integrity they shown in remedying the situation was impressive enough for me to leave this review. I took it in about a week later and after about a half day later I get my Jeep back again. Ready to be “just content” in the repair I take a look and I was surprised once again, it was perfect. It may have taken several trips, but ultimately they completed my recall and ended up with a completely satisfied customer.

Extremely negative experience so far. Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie on January 1, 2019. In April 2019 I noticed water coming in the back headliner and promptly scheduled service to have it fixed. The water left a stain of course and was told we are not sure detailing the stain out is covered by the ‘manufacturer ‘ so I made an issue of it. Later that day I was called and told the leak is fixed and the stains were removed. Fair enough I’m satisfied. One week later it rained and the leak was still there and the water stains were worse. Again made an appointment for repairs which took two days. When the leak was repaired again I went to pick up the vehicle and saw the stains were not cleaned. I walked back in and asked why the stains hadn’t been detailed out I was told that team was off but someone from the service department would call me to schedule another visit. Two days went by and no call. I called and left a message for one of the service representatives...no call back. The following day I called again and got a representative on the phone. That person tells me my case is being handled by another representative and they would find them. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes before I had to hang up for a work commitment. As of now I haven’t heard from anyone. This dealer treats customers (who spend a lot of money) as an inconvenience. I absolutely don’t recommend Autonation Southwest.

Bait and switch. they told me that I would only be charged if they completed the repair. When I arrive to drop off the Jeep they told me it would be $160 just to look at it. I dont mind paying people for their time, but they should be honest up front.

Got an oil change here. Came away with a new crack in the windshield and a busted off plastic piece on my one of my interior accessories. How they even managed to do such things in performing an oil change is beyond me. Will be going elsewhere in the future. Two stars and not one because at least they were friendly.
