The customer service at this dealership is as good as it gets. I had a truck that I took there to get serviced and was blown away. Even though its not the most convenient location for me, I continued to take it there because of the experience. When that truck got wrecked, I made it a point to purchase new at this dealership, with the expectation that the experience with the sales team would be as good as with the service team. It was, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Im a loyal fan.
We werent sure what to expect after having some bad experiences recently with another CJDR dealership and attempting to trade in our lease. I cant say enough good things about the folks at Sahara. They were extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done for our lease. We got a great deal on our lease trade-in and walked (drove) away very happy customers. Hands down the best car buying experience weve had. The team at Sahara is awesome, especially Ray who made sure all our needs and questions were met. Well definitely be going back here for our next car lease / purchase.
Employees werent very attentive to us while servicing my truck today. The person who was supposed to help us wasnt even there to check us out when it was done so we waited longer because of that. And they didnt even explain anything to us unless we asked. He just handed us our keys and said ok your done. So they need to make sure and take time with customers to ask questions if needed and tell them what all was done to their car or truck. I went to this location because I didnt care for the service at the one in Henderson where we purchased our new truck. But looks like we will try another location next time.
I went in for an appraisal and ended up trading in my Jeep for a 2020 car. The finance team was amazing in getting me approved and get all the paperwork together. Joshua M went and above and beyond and provided excellent CX service. He helped me moved my belongings from one car to another and he was very professional. He made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. Overall great experience for me and I love my car. Definitely recommend this location.!!!!
Raymond, Andrew, Ruben, and Jose were all very nice and helped me get into the car of my dreams. They stayed as late as possible to help and made sure everything possible that could be done was done. Never made me feel uncomfortable with such a big purchase like typical dealerships would. If you ever go to the dealership ask for Raymond or Andrew!
The sales rep Joshua was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of my questions promptly and encouraged me to reach out to him for any additional questions or needs. A friendly staff all the way around. While shopping around before my purchase I asked a different dealer for an out the door price including all fees and costs and I had to provide them with my license, a credit card and ran a credit check before giving me a price sheet. Then they took the price sheet away and when I asked if I could have a copy of it they said sure but while driving home a realized they never gave it to me. Then when i asked them to email me a copy of it they had an added $1400 charge added on to it that was not disclosed to me while I was there. At Sahara I asked for an out the door price and Walter came out to make sure what car i was looking at and within a couple of minutes had a printed up sheet with the itemized pricing in a folder to keep. When I bought the car it was actually about $50 less than the quoted price. Will bring my business back the next time I am in need.
I just took out a loan to purchase a pre certified inspected vehicle in Jun/2021 and here we are in Oct/2021 and the vehicle have stop running. The dealership is not trying to help me in in way after I was told everything is covered up until 100,000 miles. Instead they are trying to charge me a diagnostic fee of $169 unbeknownst to me and $800 to replace the main battery and auxiliary battery which requires the removal of 4 screws to replace both. This dealership is a joke and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. They tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Then I hosted a taco lunch party for this company and was shorted some of my payment by Casey. They are scammers and I hope the person reading this review thinks twice about buying a vehicle here. Had I known the company only had 3 stars I would of never purchased a vehicle here. SO BUYER BEWARE. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I had financing done before I walked in and I had a vehicle in mind. Fritz my salesman or teammate as I would call it, helped me with getting the vehicle to the dealership, then cleaned it and had it there for me so I could test drive it. I told him this was a surprise for my fiance and jokingly said I wish I had a bow. He said he thought he could accommodate and a few mins later he came back with a red bow. I was astounded that was even possible. Im so happy to have had Fritz as my partner with this deal. Probably wouldnt have purchased if it wasnt for him. There are lots of cars to buy out there but the experience is what sold me. Kevin was my final person that I got to meet and he was transparent with me about everything, although I wish I wouldve had more research about the security system when I signed my final papers. The system is okay but I planned on getting an aftermarket one in the future and thought this was an extra cost I didnt need to pay. And I understand that they install these on every car in the lot. But overall the experience was great and everyone was very willing to help. I didnt feel pressured or pushed around by Fritz or Kevin. I will definitely return to purchase my truck, hopefully without a security system 😆!

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 Limited dually. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had by far. Joshua and Ray helped me in the weeks leading up to my trucks arrival and it was very much appreciated. The day my truck arrived I showed up when the dealership opened at 8am and Joshua had me in and out in an hour and a half. It was a pleasure to deal with these guys and at no point did I ever get the pushy strange aggressive feeling you get at other dealerships, these guys did everything right and I appreciate it. It will not be the last truck that I purchase from these two guys and this dealership. Thanks again guys.
The salesperson, Tyrone, is exceedingly well acquainted with vehicles with their options and features. He listens and guided me in my decision, even though I ended up making a custom order, he remained in contact throughout the process and was there for delivery. Truly a joy to work with, (He even referred me to Dipped Auto Works to get my dream car wrapped in the color I wanted.) Curtis in the Sales Office treated me fairly and made a great deal that Im happy with. Kevin in Finance explained clearly about all the paper work.
Horrible horrible service. I bought my car from them and they were very good at selling the car but when it comes to service they were the worst I have ever seen. They changed the oil and cracked the oil coolant because they over tightened the oil filter cap. Under the engine and transmission covered with oil. They replaced the oil cooler and they said they cleaned the oil underneath the car. Few days later I checked underneath the car and saw oil at the end of transmission and over the front transfer shaft. I took it back and they said its the oil that was leaked because of oil cooler and they cleaned again. Around this time my car was still under factory warranty. About 7 or 8 months later oil cooler they changed leaked again and this time again they said it was their mistake because they forgot to change a seal or o ring or whatever. They replaced the oil cooler again. About 5 months later I saw few drops oil on my garage floor. I checked underneath the car to find where the leak is (its hard to tell where the leak is exactly because still there is still oil underneath the car caused by their mistakes. I took it to the service again and told them there seems to be oil leak somewhere underneath the transmission but not sure if its fresh oil or its still from their mess. They said they will call me within 48 hours. They didnt call back. Third day Messaged them through their service messaging. No reply. Fourth day called the service and she said my service agent is not there but she will make sure he will call me. No call so far and 8th day still havent heard from them. I gave them a final call and nobody answered I left a message and told them I will not call them anymore and I will call Jeep Corporate if they dont call me back. Finally around evening Doug called me and told me nobody looked at the car yet but somebody will look at it next morning and he will call me back. Next day they called me and told me transfer case input seal, transmission output seal and front drive shaft need to be changed and told me it will cost around 2500.00. He said the warranty was over and it will not cover anything. Asked him why the front drive shaft needs to be changed, he said the grease booth came apart and threw grease around it. Told them not to do anything to the car and wanted my car back. He brought my car back and charged me 150.00 for diagnosis. I brought the car and checked the front drive shaft. The grease they are talking about was there more than a year ago when I told them there is oil but they told me all the oil was from the oil cooler they cracked nothing else. Now the warranty is over and they are telling me its the front drive shaft. I have the car now and will get it inspected by another company soon and then contact jeep corporate

Also, had a paint chip on my truck when I bought it in May. Tried multiple times to get in touch with my salesman Shawn after my purchase. He promised to get it handled. After my purchase, he would not return phone calls, text messages or emails. Do not waste your time and money at this dealershipEdit...you only care because of my review. Sad.

Buyer beware.Have you vehicle checked by your local mechanic and have all repairs corrected before buying. Their claim that you can take it to any dealership and wahlah you can have your repairs. Not true.They were suppose to repair an item in our truck but it sat in their shop for 4 days with out repairing. We were leaving town for a long trip so we could not wait for this simple repair. Repair the lever on the steering wheel.Our air conditioner went out in the first 100 miles we drove our truck, unfortunately we were on the road for a lifetime camping adventure. Took our truck to a couple doge dealers, no one wanted to look at our insurance coverage they sold us.Now not even 6 months after we bought our truck, we find the rear suspension needs to be repaired, oh and guess what, not covered by their great insurance.Again, buyer beware.
I returned to the dealership after visiting about two years ago, Tuesday Feb 23 is my LUCKY day..the staff this time around was and are awesome.!! I had been chatting with a sales person via text and finally got the nerve up to go and check out a few vehicles in person and to meet who I had been chatting with for a week via text. Her name is Emily (awesome personality, awesome customer service, knowledgeable about the vehicles on the site/lot that I was interested in), I have to say--she did her homework about what I liked and what I wanted! No pressure--between the both We keep it REAL....I think I made it quite easy to have brought with me the most current information needed to possibly make a purchase go as smoothly as it could. Once again....its been 30 yrs to look at finally getting something for me instead of just for the family, not meaning the vehicle I was interested in wasnt still accessible for my boys, its just more for me this time... 😆Jose (Finance Mgr), and Walter (I think General Mgr) did a GREAT job with assisting with my finances and to the both of them my blessings for the Angels working together and staying positive on the transaction at hand. I recommend going and checking Emily out--she is on her way to becoming a great Psychologist (oops typo) and awesome Sale Rep. No Hassle--No Hounding you around--No brushing you off to another Sale Rep. Im still settling into my purchase...just excited for its the weekend and time to HIT the ROAD for a real TEST DRIVE!! I had a great buying experience with DeShune and Michael. DeShune was able to work with me on pricing and my trade in to find me a great car and work with me to secure a deal i was comfortable with. Very great and stand up salesman. At the end, Michael was very kind and easy to deal with paperwork wise and even went the extra mile to get my payment down a bit more even after the sale was all said and done. My dad plans on buying a truck in the near future from them due to my great experience. Give them a call and see what they can do for you! Sahara was not my first stop. Other dealers had posted better lease deals on their website. But each time I went to another location, they didn’t have the vehicle or tacked on numerous dealer add ons typically doubling the price. Then I went to Sahara. Tylor and Curtis were very straightforward with what they could and could not do, and what the price would be. The price did not increase, like it did elsewhere when I met with the manager or with finance. Their honesty and non high pressure sales tactics are what led me to go with them. Everyone else played games…Sahara did not.
Loren and Duwane were both awesome, friendly and and very informative and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was super rad as well! So was the finance manager Casey helped me out and he was just as helpful and great as everyone else! Overall great experience :)
Purchasing the car was an okay process. However, when we needed service, we were told ourwarranty was in place (after a LOT of back and forth). So we took car in to be serviced. Once they had car, they told us the warranty was expired. Then to get the car back, we had to pay a $200 diagnostic fee. I will never do business with them again, and do not recommend them at all. What a waste to pay $200 to get our car back AFTER we were told it was under warranty. We already knew what the problem was so the $200 felt like a ransom. Im just disappointed in their overall lack of customer service.
When I took my truck into Dodge Chrysler the engine light was on and the tidal light was on The stop engine light is still on this morning when I start my truck up and it wont go off $735 its not fixed. I bought my truck brand new from Dodge 2008. I had a problem then 3 days later with the title light and the guy told me after taking it back toure back 2 or 3 times go ahead and just put air in it when the light comes on instead of fixing the problem.
AJ. called me back and we had a good conversation. I am going to get some factory recall work done and will keep you updated if the customer service has improved or not.ORIGINAL POSTBrought my promaster for service. One item I asked them to check was the 2 roof light replacements. They quoted me $418 saying they would have to take apart the rear light assembly. I told them that this quote did not seem right in reasonable but they stuck to their guns. I purchased the replacement part on Amazon.com for less than $30.00 and replaced the light assembly in less than 5 minutes (I have video to prove it).At best, it is sheer incompetence - at worst it is cheating their customers. In either case, DO MOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAHARA DODGE!!!

Unprofessional, underhanded, and not serious about making sales. For context, Im attorney and make a good salary. The only reason I even mention this, is to show that Im a serious, capable buyer. Despite this, Alex Martinez made multiple misrepresentations and walked my business without any real effort to close what was likely a sure sale. In particular, Mr. Martinez misrepresented my credit score and, as a result, made a less than desirable offer on the new truck I was interested in. When I told him that I was on FICOs website and that all three credit bureaus had my score higher than what he indicated it was, he ignored my comment altogether. Further, when I countered his initial offer on the new truck, offering to take the truck if he could do it for $700 per month, he pushed me toward a used model and told me the payment would be less than $700. After I expressed some interest, he presented 3 payment options on the used truck, which were all over $700 with one option that was even higher than the new truck I was originally interested in. Moreover, all three options required a much higher down payment than we initially discussed. When I called out Mr. Martinez on his misrepresentations and again mentioned the inaccuracy of my credit score, he again evaded and ultimately walked the deal. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Found the car I wanted and they were very easy to work with. Problem was they were so focused on making my car all shiny when it left the lot, they missed an oil leak. So the first 24 hours with my car were ruined by having to bring it back from Pahrump the next morning to get that fixed. I recommend their sales reps, I dont recommend the mechanics.

I went to this dealer for a new truck. We found the truck I wanted and everything went smoothly until it came time for the paperwork. The truck price suddenly went up $1500 and then they offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. My trade was a fairly new 2020 crv. They offered me 6k below market value.I will never be returning here.3 hrs of wasted time leading me on until it came time to sign the paperwork.Look over the paperwork carefully as they change alot of numbers last minute.

My son and I hesitantly went truck shopping fearing the usual debilitating auto dealership experience of the past, but were pleasantly surprised with Saharas no-haggle lower prices. Our salesman (truck expert) Sean French was no pressure, all knowledge, entertaining, and patient. His focus was on our specific needs and price point. He was very impressive! Once we decided on a truck, the usual let me go talk to my manager game other dealerships play was non-existent. Actually the manager came out, introduced himself, and made us feel even more comfortable. Kevin the finance-guy explained everything about our options for additional warranty coverage, but with no pressure. It was a seemless enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back. This experience was a game changer from the old experiences of buyiing a car. Do yourself a favor and shop Sahara, you will see for yourself, and never go back to the other high pressure, game playing dealerships!

Right from the beginning the dealership and mainly Carlos was extremely helpful in my search for a bee Ram Rebel. I found the vehicle I was interested in and being over two hours away I had them work up a deal over the phone. When it came down to numbers given the current market they were unbeatable. They ended up taking care of my trade and getting me the deal I needed to purchase. Then it came down apr. I was pre approved through my credit union but the finance team went above and beyond to get me 0% and it was obvious that my credit union couldn’t beat that. I drove all the way out there that night to pick it up. The best car buying experience I have ever had and when it comes time to get order my wife’s new suv we will be headed back. I hadt bought a new vehicle from a dealership in a number of years and was expecting a difficult, endurance contest with a disagreeable salesperson. It didnt happen. My salesman, Fritz Vital, couldnt have been nicer and was more like a knowledgeable guide who assisted me with all my concerns about the truck I eventually purchased. The finance manager, Mike Giglio, also surpassed my expectations by giving me the extra days I needed to put together the financing that worked best for me. My advice to any potential customer is do your homework, then go to Sahara expecting a good buying experience.

Bobby has had my car for nearly two weeks now. With no communication unless I call several times, get put to a voice-mail, get held on hold for hours. You quite literally cannot get a hold of anyone. The customer service here is trash, completely. They are so disorganized, how can my car be in the service department for this long and I still have no one calling me. I am so lost. Tomorrow Im going to pick up my car and take it elsewhere, since this place has no professionalism. I would give negative stars if it was possible.

Poor customer service from the gentlemen named Bobby. Absolutely horrible. Had my vehicle for over 6 hours and never got around to inspecting it. Got the condescending response “I’m sorry that you feel that way” when it had absolutely nothing to do with feeling any way, just the fact that no one looked at my car. I asked three times what the status was. I spent my whole day there and left without being taken care of. Only helpful person was receptionist. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They charged an elderly woman over 500$ for a new battery and installation. #snakes
I called about a 1999 ramcharger they have for sale and the sales guy told me that because I’m out of state and don’t have a trade that the owners won’t sell to me. Well I hope they enjoy not making money because I WAS going to be a cash customer. Your loss guys.

Took my car in there for a new headlights and a main computer module. Module was installed correctly, my headlights were not, they did correct the issues and they gave me a written 2yr warranty 🌝

The salesman I worked with was awesome so this review has nothing to do with him and only with the manager. The most disrespectful man I have ever came across. I told him what I wanted for my trade in and what price I wanted for the vehicle I was looking at and instead of saying sorry we can’t do that for you he got up and started laughing. Let’s just say I’m glad I had my kids there with me because I just left. He was so unprofessional and no one should ever treat a customer that way. Guy was a joke and would never recommend anyone going to deal with This clown.

By far the worst service experience I’ve ever had.I had an appointment for 9:00 am got there early dropped the car off to bobby and was satisfied thus far. was told the car would be ready by 4 pm. I called around 3:45 to confirm, I then was told that the tech had just started working on it then at around 4:35 pm I call and ask what the status was they then he tells me the tech wouldn’t be able to get to it till the next business day!! what a complete waste of time and energy highly inconsiderate of them. Hence my day has been waisted and maybe don’t over book yourself’s if you’re not going to be able to get your customers out on time. Never again what a joke!
Went in to look for a 2500 Ram with the Cummins. DeShaun who was the gentleman that helped us out was very patient with all our questions. Found a truck I really liked, once we sat down to crunch the numbers. The closer was very nice at first. Gave my daughter a nice Carfox plushie. When we started talking about the vehicle I would trade in, it got a little suspicious. They started telling me about the history of my truck that never happened. Allegedly, per Experian. My vehicle was involved in 5 accidents, when I bought the vehicle It had a clean Carfax to start. After deciding to walk away, I was passively aggressively told. Good luck trying to find a 2500 Ram with the Diesel, you would already know that theres a shortage of inventory.I did and do know of the issue car buying is putting on the market, didnt have to be rude and smug about it. The market will not be on the dealerships side for far too long, the market will go down. Great customer service brings buisness in, no matter what. Wont be coming back to this dealership and will be telling people who is in the market for one to stay away.
Scheduled a test drive online. Went in met with Ray, did the drive and bought the truck. A fair price, an easy purchase process with none of that bs that most expect when buying at a dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here. I would not hesitate to return for future purchases. No pressure sales. A+!
The service dept went above and beyond in getting me scheduled for my window when the motor broke and it didnt roll up,my safety was their main concern so my Jeep isnt broken in to,ive never had a bad experience when I have been their, everyone so nice and professional, I have never been treated at any dealership as nice as these people have.Best place to go for service or repairs.

Second time buying a car and I recommend no one goes here. Took 3 days to officially buy my car, paid 5k down on a 10k journey and still owe 9k..they charge u so many unnecessary things and charge u whatever they want for warranty, I paid 2,500 for warranty and wasnt even told. Avoid paying the service contract fee, thats where they get you, double check the paperwork. Worst buying experience..

I walked in around 3 yesterday with a friend of mine looking at inventory and to purchase a hellcat as a graduation present Unfortunately I got turned down by one of your salesperson. Latino guy i dont know his name but i remember his face he explained to me that he couldn’t find the key after i asked him if i could take a peek under the hood of the black hell cat. I left and went to tesla and purchased a model s plaid plus instead.
Took my Jeep in for some technical issues and to have my camera replaced. They had my Jeep for over a week. Didn’t call me when it was finished and I’m still waiting to be called for the back up camera replacement. Definitely failing when it comes to customer service.
The salesperson was too pushy and desperate. Give the guest a few minutes to browse before jumping into things like, It will probably be gone later today. Lets go run some numbers. That car vending machine commercial is sounding much better than a typical dealership. Wow 😠

Service Department has no Customer Service training at this location, and they need it! You walk in and not one person says anything. But continue to talk to each other. I waited 2 hours for just my oil change, and they were supposed to wash the car also. 2 hours with an appointment and that was me not even doing the tire rotation. The sticker they put on my window, didnt even match my mileage! I will never return and I have been there a couple times. I will stick to East side Dodge!
Crazy terrible experience so far. The absolute worst customer service. I dropped my car off days ago and have yet to get any call or update. I have to continually call and get the run around. I bought it a few months ago with the highest warranty package and I drive like an old lady. Only back and forth to work. They assured me this vehicle was sound at purchase and after some more information was gathered I realized that was far from the case. I definitely made a mistake by purchasing a vehicle from Sahara Jeep. Please dont make the same mistake as me. I can see a lemon law case in the near future.
Everything was ok until the end, I did not like how the guy there actually ripped up my information and just threw it in the trash can when supposably I was not seeing. Thats the part I did not like and after that I think it was not a good sale after all, they ignored my questions I had on the vehicle that I bought.
After seeing how my wife was treated with a recurring service issue, Im so glad I have a Toyota. These people just dont care about customers.
This was the best service I have ever had at a dealership, staff was friendly, on top of their game. Brought the 2 vehicles I was interested in to the front and let me look at them side by side!The sales man was very good and knowledgeable about his product seemed to understand my position and priorities and worked with me according to this.Paperwork was a little long, but very complete and throughly discussed and presented. Overall extremely pleased with this deal and dealership!

This store and the managers are awful. They had my mothers car for over 6 weeks. She’s in her late 60s and has been charged for a rental car $500 a week. She said to borrow money and take out loans just to pay for the car. This store said they would have her car ready under warranty in two weeks and refused to give her an answer. The manager named Doyle in service has not responded to her or myself regarding this manner I’ve called several times and I am put on hold with nobody to ever pick up. We were told the owner refuses to deal with the public. My lawyer will be calling next

My mothers Cadillac EXT was stolen. Shes 85 and doesnt need a new car or payments. I thank God we found this van. It checked all her boxes...color, space for an electric scooter, groceries and my boxes, price and mileage. My mechanic Marco at Busy Buggy said it checked out and they are fixing the chip in the windshield. The salesman Duwane and management was nice. Duwane even delivered it. I really liked the finance manager Michael he keeps the place running (he does all the paperwork to close.) We even bought a warranty.
Love my 2019 Dodge Challenger! The process was easy and fast and the staff are all very helpful. Duwane is an excellent sales person and very informative. Made sure I got the best deal possible
I usually try to reserve my reviews when I want to praise a business, and usually I dont bother with negative reviews. This is different. The degree of incompetence and lack of professionalism is so breathtaking, that I have to warn other customers. The salesman we dealt with promised to give us an estimate if I just fill out an application, and promised not run my credit before I gave an approval. Immediately, however, despite the promises, they ran my credit, as I found out from the emails I started receiving from Experian, Credit Karma, etc. I dont like to be lied to, and if an error occurs, I expect the business to step up and own up to it. Nothing of the sort happened here. Even though their failure was undeniable, no apologies were offered. Just a sea of excuses. I am not surprised they have three and half stars in reviews. Personally, I think its at least three too many.
We thought our “salesman,“ who goes by Fire, was great. However, we don’t think the dealership was honest about pre-sale maintenance checks on a used van. They had us sign paperwork stating that the 150-point maintenance check had been done, but didn’t give us a copy. At home, we realized that the radiator reservoir and window washer reservoir were empty, and that the power steering fluid was low. They won’t give us a copy of the paperwork, so we can’t say if these were on the list, but it certainly seems they didn’t do much of a check. We also thought they said they’d fill the gas tank, but there were only 77 miles remaining when we drove off the lot.Update. We visited the dealership in person and obtained a copy of the maintenance record, proving that the dealership falsified the document. They said they would contact us the next day about arranging an appointment with the Service Manager, but of course, they never contacted us. We will be following up with Better Business Bureau with our claims of false advertising.

Bought a beautiful new 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. Had it a whole 24 hours and had to bring it back to the dealership because of a strange whirring sound it made at speeds over 45 mph. Its been a few days and still dont have a clue what is wrong with it. I guess its not a good time to send me this survey as Im ill impressed with the whole thing. Kinda want my money back.
